i was working with some grade 1's today at work and during religion one of the girls said "i'm not gonna use yellow because i'm a girl" so i asked her why, fully expecting her to respond with 'because yellow is a boy colour' but no. instead she responded with "because girls can marry girls." 6 year olds truly are interesting creatures
