After you had decided you were no longer going to play Genshin Impact, you felt as if a massive weight was lifted off your shoulders. Had the past few weeks really taken that much out of you?

"I suppose it did," you assumed as you were playing another game with your friend group. "I haven't felt this relieved in a long while."

You and your friend group spent many hours talking, laughing, raging, and sharing memes. When you noticed it was just past midnight, you felt that it was the best time to get some sleep. You bid goodbye to your friends, closed your computer, and went to take a quick shower.

While in the shower, thoughts began to ruminate in your head. "It's gonna be hard for me to find another game that will get me addicted as much as Genshin did. But maybe something in my backlog might work for now."

The thoughts continued after the shower, after brushing your teeth, and after getting in bed. "I almost forget what game I was playing before I started Genshin. Was it something I finished? If not, maybe I should go back to that."

Before long, you fell asleep. However, unbeknownst to you, your computer mysteriously turned itself back on and began to launch a certain application...

"Do I need to remind you again how to perform Dream Trawler?" Xiao asked.

"Nuh-uh," Paimon shook her head, setting down a Seven-Star Lamp. "Paimon has a great memory! First, we offer incense with respect for Rex Lapis. Next, we meditate and think of our target. Then, we shout 'Bring Forth Sin'!

"It's 'Devayaksha, Bring Forth Sin'," the Traveler corrected as they were adjusting the position of the censer.

Paimon nodded, setting down another Seven-Star Lamp. "Right! Lastly, we let loose a couple of arrows towards the two yaksha statues to... to uh... uhhh...".

"Tsk. Fools."

This conversation was taking place while the Traveler and Paimon were setting everything up for the Dream Trawler ritual. However, instead of going back to the two yaksha statues on the southern face of Mt. Tianheng, Zhongli suggested they perform the ritual at Luhua Pool.

"If my guess is correct, [Y/N] will most likely panic upon realizing where they are. If that's the case, it would be better for them if they weren't so close to the harbor. It's best if we do not attract any attention."

Both the Traveler and Paimon agreed. Neither of them wanted [Y/N] to be afraid. They only wanted to give them the warmest of welcomes.

"Are you two done yet?" Xiao asked, annoyed at how long it was taking to get everything set up.

The Traveler and Paimon walked up to Xiao. "Yep! Everything's set up just like last time."

Xiao nodded. "Good. Get ready to initiate the ritual."

The Traveler and Paimon nodded in return. They put the incense inside of the censer and began to meditate.

"Since we are dealing with someone from another world, I would imagine that a great deal of focus should be needed to summon [Y/N]. This is especially true since we have no idea what they look like. I'm sure Xiao warned you of the consequences this could cause should you not take this seriously.

Zhongli's words echoed in your mind as you put all of your focus towards [Y/N].

"Hmm..."

[Y/N], who has been with them since the beginning.

"Ohh..."

[Y/N], who has done their best to guide them along their journey.

"Ahh... Hmm..."

[Y/N]. [Y/N]. [Y/N]. [Y/N]. [Y/N].

"Devayaksha, Bring Forth Sin!"

It's cold.

You shifted in your sleep and immediately felt the lack of bedsheets surrounding your body.

Instead, you felt... rock? Sand?

Slowly opening your eyes, you were met with the cloudy midnight sky, trees with orangish-red leaves, and tall, rocky mountain peaks.

"...Wait. ...Why am I outdoors?"

Your eyes slowly began to adjust to the moonlight.

"...And why does this look so familiar?"

You brought your hand to the ground to begin pushing yourself up, but stopped moving once you noticed the light blue glow surrounding it.

"What the hell?!"

Shocking the exhaustion from your body, you quickly rose up from the floor, nearly losing balance as you stood due to how light you suddenly felt. You looked around the rest of your body and found that you were completely surrounded by the light blue glow.

"This has to be a dream... This has to be..."

"My job is done. I'm leaving now."

Startled, you quickly turned around to find three familiar persons standing a couple of yards away from you.

"Huh? Why don't you wanna stay?" A floating pixie asked.

"...Paimon?"

A short, tattooed man with azure hair scoffed in response. "I don't deal with mortals."

"...Xiao?"

You let out a crazed chuckle. "I've got to be dreaming."

Paimon, oblivious to your decreasing sanity, shook her head. "Nope! We summoned you here via dream trawling. Isn't that great!"

You were silent for a few seconds before you responded. "Dream... trawling...?"

Sensing that you were still confused, Xiao sighed in annoyance. "You are [Y/N], right?"

Hearing the sound of your name shook some sense into you, but you still involuntarily nodded.

"Good. When you're ready to send them back, speak my name." Xiao told the Traveler before disappearing.

However, seeing Xiao disappear right in front of your eyes shook you even further. "Woah...! That looked way too realistic."

The Traveler let out a small cough to grab your attention. "If you wouldn't mind, [Y/N]. We summoned you here because we've been wanting to talk to you for some time now. Please, grab a seat."

They gestured toward a stone table that was definitely not there the last time you visited. They then sat down on the stone seat facing you. When they looked up, they realized that you hadn't even moved as much as an inch. Additionally, you stared straight at them, yet still appeared lost in thought. Sensing that you may still be bewildered about your current situation, they spoke up.

"You don't need to worry about anything, [Y/N]. There is nothing around here that will hurt you," they gestured to the seat again. "Please."

Had they been unable to see your chest moving in and out, both Paimon and the Traveler would have thought you to be a statue.

"This is a dream. This is real. This is a dream. This is real. This is a dream. This is real..."

Paimon shared a worryingly glance at the Traveler before floating on over to you. You were too oblivious to your surroundings to notice her approaching, but when she finally reached out a hand to tap your shoulder, you flinched back. Hard.

"Wahh! Sorry! Paimon's sorry!" Paimon quickly apologized.

Meanwhile, your brain was working in overdrive to assess the situation. "I felt her! I felt her! I'm not dreaming! I'm not dreaming! This is real! This is real! THIS IS REAL!"

"Paimon get back," the Traveler commanded, standing up from their seat. "They're in shock."

"In shock!? What do we do about that?" Paimon questioned.

The Traveler didn't respond, instead, they slowly began to walk towards you.

Becoming more aware of your surroundings, you noticed the Traveler approaching and slowly began to back up, raising your arms in front of your body. "No no no no. Don't get any closer."

However, the Traveler continued to walk forward one step at a time. They raised their hands up in the air. "It's okay, [Y/N]. It's okay."

You shook your head. "No, it's not okay," you rapidly spoke, breathing loudly. "I'm not supposed to be here."

"Yes, you are. We summoned you here."

You backed up into a broken stone pillar. "Why?" you asked, looking behind you for a quick second. "What did I do?"

They stopped in place before a sorrowful gaze appeared on the Traveler's face. "You’ve done nothing wrong."

Silence hung in the air for an agonizingly long time. Finally, you spoke:

"...Nothing?"

The Traveler nodded. "That’s right. We just want to talk."

You slowly lowered your arms. "About... what?"

Both the Traveler and Paimon smiled. "About our future journey together."

Confusion set upon you once again. "What? But I… I said I was done."

The Traveler sadly shook their head. "We know, but we can't let you leave. Not after all you have done for us."

Paimon chirped in. "Exactly! You're our friend after all!"

Your breathing stopped upon hearing Paimon. After all that effort you put into making amends with them. After believing that it was all for naught.

"You... you see me... as a friend?"

The Traveler nodded, their smile growing bigger. "We do."

Silence fell upon the three of you once again. This time, it was the Traveler who broke it.

"I think it's time we all grab a seat. Shall we?"

Author's Notes: I was originally going to make this longer, but I once again struggled at trying to write this scene out. It's hard trying to figure out how people should believably react to this scenario.

Because it's never happened before, duh.

“But as we kept this going… I.. well I” Charles said still cupping my cheek. “I never wanted it to end.. I wanted you by my side” Charles said. “Charles” I said softly. “I want you by my side all the time” Charles said. “Not just to hook up either” he added.

“I want you to be mine always and nobody else’s” Charles said. “Because.. I’m madly in love with you Y/N and I can’t stop” Charles said I blushed. “I love you” I said he then kissed me. “.. So screw this whole friends with benefits thing and be my girlfriend” Charles said.

“As long as we still get the benefits” I said he laughed. “Oh that’s a definite my love” Charles said. “Then yes I’ll be your girlfriend” I said. “It also comes with extra benefits” Charles said with a wink. I smiled knowing he was officially mine.

But when word gets around that it's a child joining, the vibe is a little more...sad

A lot of the creeps come from bad childhood, so when they hear that the situation is so dire that they couldn't just wait until they're 18, it really just tugs at some heart strings

When this happens, the chatter is softer and kinder, and the "meetings" are not as big, only really including Slender, a few of the creeps that are good with kids, and the other kids

BEN, being the shit demon he is, does not ever get invited to these smaller meetings

The kids of the manor don't really like him all that much (except for sally, but she likes everybody), and he doesn't like them

So when you toddle over to where he and heff are hanging out at on the second floor, he gets kind of anxious

He's playing mario 64, so thats good, but he and jeff tend to have pretty foul mouths and they are both nicotine addicts

He just doesn't wanna do anything that could bring up trauma for you

But instead, you decide to crawl up onto the couch between the two, looking up at BEN and asking if you can play

From that day on, you always make it a point to waddle over to his gaming spot and ask if you can play

For your first birthday at the manor, he gets you your very own nintendo switch lite and a few games he knows you like to play with him

You know what because I'm incredibly bored on the bus again, and I have a Final fantasy xiv addiction.

What final fantasy xiv class would each LU character be?

Time: physical DPS or Tank But I'm thinking more of a Warrior- I know theres a character LITERALLY named Warriors, but like... I feel as a class the warrior fits time better...

Twilight: he would definitely be a physical DPS class or tank because he doesnt canonically use any magic devices. Kind of thinking he would be a Dark Knight- cause you know hes so dark and brooding ahah. TBF Twilight could also be a really good Reaper!

Here's Reaper as well:

Wars: Like Twilight and Time, physical dps or tank. But hes a captain so hed probably be a Paladin.

Wild: definitely a ranged dps class because of his bow- I'd have to say Bard because the bow is their primary weapon. But it's hard to think of wild playing fun music mid battle. Actually no. Yeah hes good with a bow, but I think Wild would be a dancer. His vai outfit looks a little similar and it is the most mobile class in the entire game!

Legend: Idk but he just RADIATES Red mage energy. With all his magic items and his cool little lance-staff thing

Hyrule: 100% a healer class- probably White mage or scholar- I kinda want to say scholar because of the little fairy companion you get.

Four: Ranged Magic? Idk this ones a little difficult. Out of all the classes I feel like summoner fits him the best. With his ability to befriend small creatures like the picori, maybe Summoner would be the best option?

Wind: Machinist. No other option. They're literally the PIRATE PEOPLE and literally imagine Wind with a gun. Come on.

Sky: I was saving bard for sky mainly because of the lyre tou get- Sky was difficult to choose for because honestly nothing felt like it fit... I mean I dont think bard fits much either, but it's the closest I could think of.. I think I need a Sky stan to answer this a lot better than me.

After all that I have realized something odd. I never picked a Melee DPS for ANY of them.... uhhh maybe cause I avoid playing those classes at all costs?

Time, Twi, Wars are Tanks. Sky, Wild, Wind, are Ranged Melee Dps, Legend and Four are Ranged Magic DPS, and Hyrule is a Healer.

If you have better picks for each of these characters- feel free to share cause I most definitely botched a couple- plus a second opinion is always better!

I suppose the characters being expies of existing Riders make sense, after all it's not like they don't do that even in the show... but now I just wonder why they didn't just make a gacha with the actual riders lol. I mean, I'd jump on this game if it meant Kento or Hiromi would "flirt" with me (even if it's not their actual actors voicing them lol). Maybe it was too weird when it came to the Showa Riders lol

What is this?

The NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament is a single-elimination tournament played between 64 different college basketball teams in the US every March (hence the colloquial name "March Madness").

To "play along," you can fill out your own bracket, where you guess who the winner of each of those 63 games is going to be, and then submit it to the group (that little link at the top of the post). As the tournament proceeds, you'll get updates on how well (or poorly) your bracket is doing compared to everyone else's, and if you guessed more games* correctly than anyone else, YOU WIN!

That's totally fine. There's literally a button on the tool that auto-generates a plausible-looking bracket if you want to put in 0 effort at all. Introducing Cameo Character #4 - The Extreme Masochistic Daredevil

(人◕ω◕)(人◕ω◕)(人◕ω◕) And this is the FINAL Cameo character. That's right. But also a very special one. If Jabberwock has Shura, Novoselic has Motoko and Canada has Mia. Well....Japan gets this very....uhhh....Unique character. ;;;;;;(人◕ω◕) Let me introduce you to:

Midari Ikishima the Ultimate Daredevil from Class 73

She's from the Anime/Manga Kakegurui. Yes. The same anime Yumeko Jabami is from. However, she also has her own Spin-off Manga in Kakekgurui: Midari where she's the MC. For those who are unfamiliar with who she is.....well......;;;;;;;;;;(人◕ω◕) She's an extreme daredevil. She loves putting her life on the line to the point she gets insanely turned on and masturbates when she feels like she's risking her life.

In the anime, she lost her eye because she stabbed it out with a pencil when she lost a bet to the student council president. However, in the Hope Universe, she lost her eye in a particularly daring event where she nearly lost her life. However, she was given an artificial eye later on. But that's not all. ;;;;;;;;;;;;(人◕ω◕) Setting aside that nearly everyone in Class 73 doesn't like her besides Mia. And Setting aside most people avoid her because they think she's insane. (I mean there's nothing wrong with chasing adrenaline right?)

Midari Ikishima is the Vice Headmistress/Principal of Hope's Peak Japan

Now Jin didn't approve of her....uhhh....appointment. But tengan saw her potential and so did Mia, even if Midari herself didn't understand what Mia saw in her. (人◕ω◕) Point is.....she's here and she's in charge and she prefers to resolve disputes through high stakes competitions. ;;;;;;;;;(人◕ω◕) Although to her disappointment, disputes seem to resolve before she can come up with a suitable event. Why are so many people terrified of Russian Roulette and her favorite custom game she's made that involves real-life hangman.

;;;;;;;;;(人◕ω◕) Look. She's a genuinely good person. Just.....she has a bit of an adrenaline addiction problem. She's getting better. (Although Makoto's luck REALLY turns her on) But despite some of her minor issues, Midari is actually very perspective, cunning, and smart. She can give people like Kyoko and Kanade some trouble in a battle of wits.
