Why do imagine your Talon!Dick running on all fours? It’s weird but it makes sense???

It depends!

The Electrum and other things the Court injected him with changed his genetic makeup drastically, so he’s got a number of animal traits now (mostly bird/owl).

The Court kept him in their monitored cave systems below Gotham in the early stages when it was still too risky to put him in cryostasis between missions. Since Dick has claws, it was much easier for him to get around on all fours in there.

Fighting is another aspect. Since Dick was still very young when he got turned into a talon, he had to rely mostly on speed and agility to take down the targets the Court assigned him, because while he is already incredibly strong, he‘s nowhere near his full potential yet. Bruce was lucky to have found him when he did. Another two years or so, and Dick would have eviscerated him. Anyway, to take down his targets he would mostly perch in high places and wait for them to be alone before crawling along the walls on all fours to then pounce on them.

But he does usually prefer to stand upright and walk like other humans do when he’s relaxed, as it makes him feel more like he belongs. 💚💚💚 🦉

Taako is a lot of things. He is a wizard, and a planar traveler, and he fought terrible monsters and saved the world. All things considered, he should not be scared of stepping foot into the kitchen for an audience for the first time in so long.

And still.

Here he stands, right about to enter his first cooking class as a teacher. Objectively, he knows that this fear is irrational, that he has faced horrors far more dangerous than a pot and a pan, but it’s still there, at the back of his head.

“So, are you ready?”

By sheer luck, Taako doesn’t visibly startle at the sound of Kravitz’s voice right beside him. He has no idea if he walked here or if he just showed up, but either way he had not sensed his presence.

“I was born ready, baby, I’m Taako, remember?” he says, a hand dramatically on his chest and trying to appear more confident than he feels.

Without a warning, cold hands cup his cheeks, and he feels Kravitz’s icy lips pressing against his for a couple of seconds. “You’re going to do great,” he says and, almost as if Kravitz had casted a spell, courage and determination fill every inch of his body. “Good luck!”

Kravitz disappears, and after a few seconds, Taako takes a deep breath and crosses the door.

Literally Luz and Hunter are having more and more parallels, since they are concerned about their future, both of them have used wild magic and BOTH of them have read some stories about it, they have their insecurities about not being enough and they didn't have friends till they collided with each other's world, they're really protective and dedicated, and they learn fast many things

Now, we have the scars and that Hunter have a haircut similar to Luz' in the previous seasons, while Luz have curlier hair, something that reminds me to Hunter's wild lock of hair, he seems to become softer while Luz seems to become bolder

guess what!! my homebrew d&d campaign has been running for about a year!! it’s the longest i’ve played and also the first one i’ve dm’ed <3 here's the player characters' current companion npcs: the first row travels with them during daytime, and the second one during the night, in visions (they appear to be cursed just like the pcs are) :-)

How did Dragon Alucard loose his cubs?

Thank you for the ask! You're my lord and savior!

So, in this post, I've been ranting about Alucard more specifically and theres also a lot of backstory, if you wanna read the whole thing.

But, to answer your question specifically, in there i mention that shortly before he was turned, there was an attack on his former pack.

It was a group that was basically just out for the kill, to gain territory. And as the Leader of his pack, Alucard, of course, had to do everything he could to get the situation under control.

But his pack wasn't exactly small and the attackers pack wasn't either, so ofc he was spread thin and people got past him.

His mate & cubs (and all the other cubs in the pack), due to their vulnerability, were pretty much one of the first casualties.

So, in short, thats how he lost them, in an attack on his pack, that basically left him as the lone survivor.

Due to his turn & everything after, he actually surpressed a lot and its just with Seras that he actually starts to process his loss & grief properly.
