Starting over.

I’ve expressed before I do not like the 50th because it took away from Nines story. He was the soldier, he experienced those horrors and he had to harden himself to do it. Now, I do like “the Night of the Doctor” which was with Eight and fits so perfectly with Nines character… so that’s the reference here. He chose to become the Ninth Doctor to get the job done but then when that was finished he was just left on his own to deal with that.

Im really glad SNW is going to cover the decision for kirk not to be in his kids life. Having Carol ask Kirk not to contact David in wrath of khan always felt like a cop out for both the plot and the character and it wasn’t really explored. Like to me, the movie tried to make it seem like Kirk was honoring Carols wishes but it sounded like an excuse for Kirk to run away from it.

But i think SNW is going to add some context to it and I’m really excited.

My mini idea is that kirk and markus were on leave somewhere trying to figure out how it’d work and something happened where he ran in head first and nearly gets himself or a pregnant her killed, and Markus tells him that no matter where they are, danger follows him because he will always put himself in the middle of it. Its why she loved him and why he cant be in davids life. Because one day he was going to get himself killed, or worse put David in the crossfire.

Back again with more ideas for Erik's design. I wasn't a fan of the more musical makeup lookibg design so I tried a slightly different approach! Also I've seen people draw him with black whites in his eyes which I thought is a really cool look so I tried that out too. Also I fell in love with his picnic outfit from the 1990 miniseries.
