hiii first of all love love love ur writing <3
all ive been thinking abt is the rest of the thunderbolts discovering bucky’s long-time boyfriend or meeting him for the first time on accident after they’ve always kept their relationship private from media and such. would be down to see reader as either another established hero or just a regular guy.
no pressure though!! write what u want to write, i love reading it no matter what :) just think it would be a silly situation to showcase their found family aspects as a group.
A Secret What?
Bucky Barnes x Male Reader
Summary: You and Bucky had been in a clandestine relationship for years, a pact forged long before his congressional career began. Your agreement was simple: keep your private lives entirely separate from your professional ones. But a minor misunderstanding recently exposed your secret to Bucky's new team.
A/N: I absolutely love the "secret partner" trope and Bucky is like the perfect person for it too. Decided to take it a step further with reader being Bucky's husband cause I don't do that enough. Can you guys guess the ship I referenced along with something comic Canon?
TW: Secret husband - Fluff - Found Family - Super soldier reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You'd known James Buchanan Barnes for what felt like an eternity, his presence a constant thread woven through the tapestry of your life. He was, unequivocally, the catalyst for your return to humanity. The very reason you'd managed to reclaim your shattered soul and repurpose the deadly skills honed by the brutal Russian super-soldier program, transforming them into a force for good. He was the anchor that pulled you back from the brink, guiding you away from the cold, ruthless assassin you'd been trained to be and towards a life of purpose and connection. It was because of him that you stood shoulder-to-shoulder with him and Sam Wilson as part of the original Avengers, fighting to protect a world that had once only seen you as a weapon.
But then came Thanos. The snap that ripped half of all life from existence also tore him from your side, leaving an aching void that echoed the emptiness you’d fought so hard to escape. Five long years stretched before you, each day a stark reminder of his absence. Five years without the man who had become your grounding force, your quiet confidant, your unwavering support. And it was in that agonizing span of time, amidst the desolate silence, that a profound realization blossomed. He wasn't just a part of the found family you both yearned for and had been denied. He was everything. He was the missing piece you hadn't known you were searching for, the unwavering light in your darkest moments. When he finally returned, a living miracle stepping back into your world, you made sure he knew the depth of your feelings, the boundless love that had grown in the years of his absence.
A silent, mutual agreement had formed between you, an unspoken pact to keep your relationship fiercely private, completely separate from the demanding and public lives you both led. Your careers as former Avengers, and his eventual foray into politics, necessitated discretion. Not even Sam, your closest friend and a man who saw everything, was privy to the intimate truth. This secrecy often led to frustrating, yet sometimes darkly amusing, encounters. Zemo, with his uncanny ability to ferret out vulnerabilities, seemed to delight in purposefully crossing lines, his hands lingering a moment too long, his comments laced with thinly veiled innuendo whenever you were near. He knew, with a perverse certainty, that it bothered Bucky, a tangible prick of annoyance in his usually composed demeanor. It infuriated Bucky that he couldn't publicly stake his claim, couldn't silence the suggestive remarks, but you both understood the necessity of the secret. Your love was too precious, too personal, to be a public spectacle.
Even as Bucky’s star rose in the political arena, eventually leading him to become a congressman, your relationship remained a carefully guarded secret. Four years into your deep, unwavering commitment, even your marriage remained known only to a select few. Sam and his family, who had become your own chosen kin, and the judge who officiated your quiet ceremony were the only witnesses to that sacred vow. It was a testament to your bond, a private celebration of a love that transcended the chaos of your public lives.
And now, after being away while Bucky and his new team navigated the perilous depths of The Void, you were finally home. Reunited once more, the warmth of his presence a balm to your weary soul. Yet, despite the years, despite the shared history, the private vows, and the undeniable love that permeated your every interaction, nobody, absolutely nobody in the wider world, knew that you were, in fact, the husband of James Buchanan Barnes.
The dim light of the new Avengers Tower kitchen barely illuminated the space, casting long, dancing shadows around you and Bucky. Your back was pressed against the countertop, the sturdy surface a familiar anchor. Bucky, a comforting weight, had you utterly captive, his strong hands gently cupping your hips, thumbs tracing lazy circles on your skin beneath your shirt. Your own hands, still slightly sore from your recent solo mission, hung loosely around his neck, fingers occasionally brushing against the soft hairs at his nape. You’d only returned yesterday, a day filled with debriefs and the jarring shift back to some semblance of normalcy, but already the familiar intimacy of his presence was a balm to your weary soul.
You murmured, your voice a low rumble, your eyes narrowed playfully as you looked at him, "You could've called me, you know." The words were edged with feigned exasperation, though a true concern hummed beneath them. "I would've come and helped, no matter what it was. And now Sam's trying to sue you? Seriously, Buck?"
He let out a long, slow sigh, a warm breath ghosting across your skin as he nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck, his lips brushing lightly against your pulse point. You could feel the slight tension in his shoulders, a subtle indication of the stress he'd been under. He knew this conversation was coming, knew you'd be this way the second you walked through the door. But even with the impending lecture, he'd missed every second of this quiet, undeniable connection.
"I know, I know," he whispered, his voice a low rumble that vibrated against your throat. "But we both know you aren't exactly on Valentina's good side right now. Getting involved would have just complicated things for you, and for us." He pulled back just enough to meet your gaze, his blue eyes earnest. "Besides," he added, a hint of his old charm flickering in their depths, "I'll talk with Sam. We'll figure this out, like we always do."
You let out a long sigh, a sound that was half exasperation, half affection. "You know, Barnes," you began, your voice softening as you looked up at him, "you're going to start giving me gray hairs. I swear, every time I turn around, there's some new catastrophe you've decided to tackle solo." You leaned into his touch, trying to subtly shift the conversation away from the legal troubles and dangerous missions, back to the comfortable intimacy you both craved.
Bucky's chest rumbled against yours, a deep, throaty laugh that resonated through you as he straightened up fully, still keeping your hips cradled in his hands. He then rested his forehead against yours, his breath warm on your face. "Oh, I don't know about that," he teased, a playful glint in his blue eyes. "I could've sworn I noticed a few new ones already, even before this whole mess."
You opened your mouth to retort, a playful insult about his own salt-and-pepper hair already forming on your tongue, but the words were stolen from you. Bucky's lips were on yours, soft yet firm, his beard scruff a familiar friction against your own burgeoning stubble. The kiss deepened quickly, a silent conversation of longing and relief, erasing the stress of missions and legal battles.
The kiss was everything you’d been missing, a silent testament to the undeniable pull between you. It was slow at first, a gentle reacquaintance, then it deepened, becoming hungrier, more desperate. Your fingers tightened in his hair, pulling him closer, as his hands slid from your hips, tracing a path up your sides, finally settling on your back, pressing you flush against him. The faint scent of gunpowder and the clean, metallic tang that always seemed to cling to him after a mission filled your senses, a familiar and oddly comforting aroma.
When you finally broke apart, breathless, your lips swollen and tingling, Bucky's eyes were dark with a familiar intensity. A soft sigh escaped him as he leaned his forehead against yours once more, his breath mingling with yours. "God, I missed you," he whispered, the raw honesty in his voice a direct hit to your chest. His thumb stroked your cheekbone, sending shivers down your spine. "Every damn second."
You closed your eyes, savoring the feeling of him, the quiet hum of the refrigerator the only sound in the otherwise still kitchen. "I missed you too, Buck," you confessed, your voice a little shaky. "More than words can say." The weight of your unspoken fears, the lingering anxiety from his recent ordeal in The Void, began to dissipate, replaced by the comforting reality of his presence.
He chuckled softly, a low rumble against your ear. "Good thing we don't need words, then." He pulled back just enough to look at you, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Now, about those gray hairs..."
You playfully swatted his arm. "Hey! You started it. And I'm pretty sure I've earned a few more with all the stunts you pull."
He just grinned, a genuine, untroubled smile that made your heart ache with fondness. "Maybe we can work on fixing that." He leaned in, pressing another soft kiss to your temple, a silent promise hanging in the air. The world outside the kitchen, with its congressional duties, its lawsuits, and its ever-present threats, could wait. For now, there was just this: the quiet comfort of his arms, the familiar rhythm of your breaths, and the profound, unbreakable connection that bound you both together.
Bucky's grin widened, a playful challenge in his eyes, as he suddenly scooped you up, your legs instinctively wrapping around his waist. With surprising ease, he lifted you onto the cool countertop, settling you there with a soft thud. Before you could even register the shift, he was pressing in close again, his body a warm, solid presence against yours. His lips found yours once more, the kiss immediate and hungry, deepening with a raw intensity that left you breathless. His hands, now firm and possessive, tightened on your hips, pulling you flush against him, while your fingers tangled deeper in the soft hair at his nape, tugging lightly.
The kiss grew more urgent, a silent conversation of longing and pent-up desire. Bucky's hands began to slip beneath the hem of your shirt, his touch sending shivers down your spine as his calloused fingers grazed your skin. The heat between you was palpable, a delicious inferno that threatened to consume everything else.
Then, just as the moment reached its peak, a distinctly loud "ding!" echoed through the otherwise silent kitchen. It was the unmistakable sound of the elevator doors opening. Both of you froze, pulling apart just enough to turn your heads towards the noise. Standing there, framed in the doorway, were the wide-eyed, utterly shocked faces of Bucky's new team. A collective gasp, followed by a stunned silence, filled the air, effectively shattering the intimate bubble you and Bucky had been wrapped in.
You watched, mortified, as John Walker, with a surprising amount of paternal instinct, immediately reached over and clapped a hand firmly over Bob's eyes, effectively shielding the newest member of the team from the impromptu kitchen-counter embrace. The rest of the team stood frozen, a mix of wide-eyed shock and barely suppressed amusement on their faces.
"We were just... uh... he was... I mean, I was just..." Bucky stammered, his usual smooth cadence replaced by a flurry of incoherent mumbles. You, equally flustered, managed to get out a high-pitched, "Just talking! We were just talking!" before practically tumbling off the counter. You landed with a soft thud, immediately cursing under your breath. Your face was a furious, deep red, heat radiating from your ears.
Your mind, which moments before had been consumed by Bucky's touch, now snapped into painfully sharp focus. These were Bucky's new colleagues, people you'd only ever heard about in passing, save for Walker. And now, their first impression of you was... this. The realization that they were all acutely aware of what was possibly going on between you and Bucky, an intimacy you'd painstakingly kept hidden for years, sent a fresh wave of mortification washing over you.
"I can... explain?" Bucky mumbled again, though it sounded less like a statement and more like a bewildered question directed at the room, as if he himself wasn't entirely sure what explanation he could offer. He turned to look at you, his own cheeks flushed, watching as your hand instinctively went to your left ring finger, fidgeting nervously with the simple gold band of your wedding ring. The very ring that was meant to be a secret.
The silence stretched, thick and heavy, punctuated only by the low hum of the refrigerator and the frantic beating of your own heart. Walker, still dutifully shielding Bob's eyes, cleared his throat, a sound that seemed impossibly loud in the hushed kitchen. "Right. Well. We were just... looking for the coffee maker. Long night." Your voice was strained, a valiant but ultimately futile attempt to inject normalcy into the wildly abnormal situation.
You shot Bucky a desperate look, your eyes silently pleading for him to fix this. The simple gold band on your finger suddenly felt like a beacon, screaming your secret to the assembled team. You quickly dropped your hand, trying to casually tuck it behind your back, as if that would somehow make the fidgeting, and the ring itself, disappear from their collective memory.
Bucky, catching your distress, finally seemed to snap out of his daze. He took a small step forward, away from the counter and the incriminating position you'd both been in. "Yeah, uh, exactly. Coffee. We were just... discussing... the... optimal brewing temperature," he offered, the words tumbling out in a rush. He rubbed the back of his neck, a tell-tale sign of his discomfort. "You know, for peak... flavor extraction." His gaze flickered back to you, a helpless, almost apologetic expression in his eyes, still lingering on your now-hidden left hand. He knew exactly what you were worried about.
A nervous cough rippled through the team. One of them, a woman with sharp, intelligent eyes you vaguely remembered as being a tactical analyst, finally broke the spell. "Of course, Congressman Barnes. Very important. Wouldn't want to… under-extract the flavor." Her voice was carefully neutral, but the corners of her lips twitched betrayingly.
"Right," Bucky repeated, looking utterly adrift. The effortless control he usually exerted, whether on the battlefield or in a congressional hearing, had completely evaporated. The secret, the one you'd both guarded so fiercely, felt perilously close to spilling out, all because of an ill-timed elevator ride and a moment of forgotten caution.
Walker finally peeled his hand away from Bob's eyes, the younger man blinking rapidly, a faint blush still lingering on his cheeks. Without a word, Walker was the first to move, pulling out a stool at the sleek counter island and settling onto it, seemingly unfazed by the awkward tableau. He then glanced between you and Bucky, a dry, almost weary smirk playing on his lips. "Well, at least I'm not the only guy around here who's into men," he muttered, loud enough for everyone to hear, his eyes briefly flicking to Bob, who was now all smiles as he slid onto the stool beside Walker.
You cocked an eyebrow, genuinely surprised. Of all the people to make that remark, you hadn't expected John Walker, though then again, the man could never really keep his mouth shut. Bucky, still looking like a deer in headlights, just stared at Walker, his mouth slightly agape.
It was Yelena Belova who broke the stunned silence that followed Walker's comment. She stepped forward, her expression unreadable as always, but her voice held an unusual softness. "I may not understand the complexities of relationships, both romantic or sexual," she stated, her gaze sweeping over both you and Bucky. "But I am glad to see James has someone in his life." She paused, then added, almost as an afterthought, "He is less... angsty... when he is not alone."
A ripple of quiet snickers went through the team, and even Bucky couldn't help but crack a small, embarrassed smile. The tension in the room, which had been thick enough to cut with a vibranium knife, finally began to dissipate, replaced by a sense of bewildered but undeniable acceptance.
Ava, ever the pragmatist, was the next to pull up a stool at the island, followed by Alexi, whose usual demeanor was somehow even softer by a curious grin. Soon, the entire team was gathered around, a semi-circle of bewildered yet undeniably supportive faces. The tension from moments ago had completely evaporated, replaced by an almost palpable sense of camaraderie.
"So," Ava began, a knowing look in her eyes as she glanced between you and Bucky, "how long has this been going on?"
Before you or Bucky could stammer out another inadequate answer, Alexi chimed in, leaning forward conspiratorially. "And who made the first move? I'm betting it was Barnes. He's always been a smooth talker."
Bob, bless his heart, piped up with an earnest, wide-eyed question. "Wait, so are you guys like... dating? Like, boyfriend-boyfriend?" He looked between you and Bucky, genuinely trying to piece together the scene he’d just witnessed. His questions were so innocent, so bluntly obvious, that they almost felt like a relief after the earlier mortification. He just wanted to understand, and his simple curiosity was strangely endearing.
You found yourself laughing, a genuine, unburdened sound that surprised even yourself. Bucky, too, let out a relieved chuckle, the deep rumble vibrating through the counter. The questions came thick and fast then, a delightful barrage of curiosity and good-natured teasing. They wanted to know everything: how you met, who was messier, what you liked to do for fun.
In that moment, looking at these incredibly diverse, damaged, and yet ultimately good people, a profound warmth spread through you. It reminded you so much of the found family you and Bucky shared with Sam, Sarah, and her kids. These people, Bucky's new team, were just like that. They were kindred spirits, broken in their own ways, yet fiercely loyal and accepting. There was no judgment, no pretense, just an open curiosity and a surprising, immediate embrace of your relationship. They were family, in the truest sense of the word, accepting you and Bucky without a second thought. It was a rare and beautiful thing, and in the fluorescent glow of the Avengers Tower kitchen, it felt like coming home all over again.
Bucky, surprisingly, was the first to regain his composure, a small, endearing blush still high on his cheekbones. He cleared his throat, a nervous habit you knew well. "Actually," he began, a playful glint in his eyes as he looked at you, "he was the one who made the first move."
Yelena immediately snapped her fingers, a triumphant smirk spreading across her face as she turned to John. "Ha! You owe me money, John. I told you he wasn't brave enough."
John groaned, digging into his pocket with a sigh. "Fine, fine. But I'm still surprised. Barnes, you always seemed like the type to charge in headfirst."
Bucky just chuckled, shaking his head. The earlier embarrassment was fading, replaced by a quiet confidence. He then took a deep breath, his gaze sweeping over his team, before settling on you. Your heart fluttered, knowing what was coming next.
"Alright, listen up," Bucky said, his voice gaining a touch of its usual authority. "To clarify for everyone... we're not just 'dating' or 'boyfriend-boyfriend,' Bob. We're actually husbands."
A stunned silence fell over the kitchen once more, even thicker than before. Then, a cacophony erupted. John immediately started bickering with Yelena about the terms of their bet, his voice rising in exasperation. Bob, bless him, continued his innocent line of questioning, now trying to understand the intricacies of same-sex marriage with the earnestness of a golden retriever. "So, like, do you both wear rings? Who proposed? Is it legal everywhere now?" Alexi joined in, though with more worldly curiosity, asking about the ceremony itself and how they'd managed to keep it under wraps. Amidst the cheerful chaos, you realized Ava had, at some point, discreetly slipped out of the kitchen, likely to give you all some space or perhaps just to avoid the sudden burst of personal information.
You leaned back against the counter, a warmth spreading through your chest that had nothing to do with the lingering heat from Bucky's touch. This was everything you had secretly yearned for. A family that embraced you both without question, a chance to finally stop keeping your husband a secret from everyone outside your tiny, carefully curated circle. This new team, with their unexpected acceptance and genuine curiosity, offered a freedom you hadn't dared to fully hope for.
Bucky found your hand under the counter, his fingers lacing with yours, a silent acknowledgment of the beautiful chaos unfolding around you. Neither of you would have traded this moment for anything else. Not for all the quiet solitude in the world, not for the carefully constructed secrecy you had maintained for so long. Because in this noisy, accepting kitchen, surrounded by these wonderfully eccentric people, you finally felt like you were truly home.

So i saw a prior confession and would like to respond to it in part;
The issue is that it does matter if racist tropes exist, because art doesn't exist in a vacuum. Its part of a recursive loop between culture and art where one informs the other. Its completely warranted to criticize art for its flaws because those flaws expand into the audience that engages with it, even if only covertly. Its the reason so many facists have been up in arms about "woke" media, it serves as a point to inform as well as entertain.
Having megatron's narrative hold racist connotations to it is significant because that crestes an environment where thats seen as acceptable, leading to issues like what ive mentioned in prior confessions surrounding the race fetishist stuff that goes on with "Praxians" and Seekers. It enables an environment where those behaviors aren't questioned and this are allowed to flourish.
It's similar to how there's a massive issue with sexism in the transformers fandom, thats thr byproduct of issues with the source material, which is the result of culture, which is informed by art. I know alot of people want to mindlessly consume media, but that shouldn't come at the cost of preventing real world harm because yes, these things DO culminate into real world harm.
If someone is only exposed to black people via media that depicts them negativity, that builds a stereotype that informs future interaction. The same goes for the historically fucked representation of trans women [i myself being one].
The things you put into the world aren't in a vacuum, and people need to realize this. The same goes for proshippers who depict incest, pedophilia, or toxic relationships in a positive light. I don't care if you like "angst" you are contributing to the culture around which people who actually practice these things feel safe to do those things. Its irresponsible and often fucked up.
Also Knockout is lame, we fw energon Knockout instead, peace✌️

Aw waow! I'm so in love with your disco ponies!! Now I'm kinda curious, what do you picture the story of disco neighlisyum to be?
I love taking innocuous kids media and finding random stuff to make it "a lil more dark", buttt I'm interested in how you'd do it :3
RAAAA THANK YOU SO MUCH :,)!! Honestly, I don’t have any specific plan for disco neighlysium other than exploring the characters through the general laws of the my little pony universe’s rules.
Since i was a kid I’ve ALWAYS ponified characters i love as a way to show my love for something! This also made it so i got Really Good at translating character themes in ponies, i genuenly find turning characters into my little pony characters to be a GREAT creative exercise since mlp allows for such personlisation
This means that the setting would be the same! I dont plan for this to take place in equestria necessarily, and i already have horse puns planned for most of the game settings (Martineighse, Revacolt, Insaddlelinde,,) and thr themes the same.
While I don’t plan to write anything for disco neighlysium, I do have some ideas on how I’d change the story to conform to mlp rules and such.
Kim would be discriminated on the basis of being a kirin instead of Seolite for example, seen as naturally irrational or more “effeminate” since I’ve mentioned in my last kim related ask that the sexual dimorphism is less noticeable with Kirins, making them look more similar to each other. Kim’s composure would also be more related to him not bursting aflame like kirins usually do when mad, as both a way to represent his repression of himself, a way to combat that particular stereotype around Kirins disconnecting himself from being a kirin all together. Ive mentioned previously how Kim here is half unicorn, and I plan for that to be the mlp parallel to him denying his Seolite identity in favour of his Revacholian identity.
(A lot of my writing of Kim’s ethnicity isn’t based on person experience, as i Am white, but Ive read enough i think i could be capable enough of writing these themes and am open to feedback!. An additional thing for me was reading kim’s analysis in Made in Asia/America which i highly recommend! If any Asian person wants to add their 2 cents I’d love feedback :3)
Or Harry’s transformation into Tequila Sunset would also be based on cutie marks, where his cutie mark would change as a result of his 3 day bender, aka signifying he’s forever changed!!
Another thing I’d like to mention is how i adapted the rcm!
Tumblr media
Cutie marks are VERY personal to ponies, hence why Starlight Glimmer was such a threat to begin with, the reason i choose these sticker thingies as the RCM’s uniform
Horses don’t wear clothes, that’s already a simple one
I wanted to outline in some way that being part of the rcm makes it so you lose a part of yourself, and i think hiding ones own cutie mark would really tie in the theme of assimilation
I was talking to a friend and it mentioned to me how it could also be seen as hiding highly sensitive identity information, which i agree with!
I think it’d be interesting for the “we need to talk about yiur sense of style” to change based on if you have your cutie mark covered or not
Other things i plan to do for Disco Neighlysium, is i have an idea for how to tie Lely with Klaasje as Oranje did in the original game: they’re both changeling, but only Klaasje is a reformed changeling
Tumblr media
My concept art!! I have a shit ton of these!! A big part of the mystery would be finding out what was Lely’s pony disguise like.
Speaking of ponies, racists like the lorry driver or Gary would all be pony supremacists (which exist in mlp itself! Look at neighsay) except Measurehead who i plan to be an abada, which if you dont know they existed in mlp i dont blame you cause theyre only mentioned jn the comics
Tumblr media
These are just some of my ideas, tldr: i don’t plan to put the story in equestria, but in a ponified elysium where the discrimination would hinge more on the character’s species

hello youre like the first blog that pops up for megop (obv) but PLEASE from what transformers show is like?? most of the fanart??? i only know the movies and ive seen the gay robots on twitter a few times and its always a specific character design but i cant seem to find the show?? maybe im just stupid. it looks relatively new? i think?? man i just wanna ship the gayass robots yk
The most recent Transformers media that's come out and caused a surge in megop content is the movie Transformers: One that released earlier this year! That's most likely the design/continuity you keep seeing.
In our experience, some other of the most popular designs/continuities people make megop for are Transformers: Prime (2010) and the G1 cartoon, as well as certain elements from the IDW1 comic run (2005-2018). Sometimes people mix up designs from multiple continuities (commonly known as "continuity soup") or just use default/"evergreen" designs for Megatron and Optimus as well, and thus aren't necessarily media-specific.
Otherwise... the media you're most likely looking for is Transformers: One. 😊 Hope that helps!

Where would you recommend starting for someone wanting to get into Transformers? I feel like it’s a series I’d love but at this point I’m so behind that it feels intimidating, like I would have needed to become a fan at 6 years old to understand anything now </3
Oh absolutely not. The thing about transformers is that it's not one ongoing story, it's fifty semi related stories told at different times. You don't need to have seen transformers prime to enjoy transformers animated, you don't even need to have seen G1 to enjoy MTMTE. Most major continuities seek to stand on their own so that you DONT need to have consumed any other media first. You know how all the numbered final fantasy games are unrelated to the other ones? Like that.
Transformers One has easily made itself like the peak #1 entry point. It's perfect. You watch it, you get it. It's not consistent with the lore of every continuity, it's not even close for some of them, but it will ground you in the VIBES that exists at the core of the franchise. Its awesome. We love TFone.
If you wanna watch a series, or you can't get access to TFone for whatever reason, I always recommend Cyberverse. It's on YouTube for free and not only is it super fun and compelling, but it, I personally feel, manages to consolidate all the material it borrows or takes inspiration from within other continuities in the best way possible. It all feels so smooth and consistent in this lush world, but it also calls distinctly back to its origins. Cyberverse also, again, my personal opinion, walks and incredible line between being snappy and funny and a really enjoyable watching experience and some of the most extreme fridge horror I've ever seen
At this point most people will recommend the G1 cartoon, but I'm gonna level with you. If you don't already have an affinity for 80s cartoons, you might not actually like it. And if you are like Deep Into transformers like me, watching G1 feels satisfying even if I don't really like it, because, like. It's transformers. You can't pay me to watch any more he-man, but I'll sit through some transformers.
HOWEVER, you SHOULD watch the 1986 animated film at this point, ESPECIALLY if you like retro animation. This movie is gorgeous. It's also an hour and a half long music video. It's nonstop bangers. I STRONGLY STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend only watching the Blu-ray release of this film- it's fully remastered with colour correction, reshot cels, reworked sound- it's beyond comparison. I would genuinely hold off on watching the movie, even if it's fairly easy to find for free, to watch the remaster. It's worth it.
Do you like teen titans? Transformers animated. Same designer, same style. Beloved show. Transformers Prime is a huge leap into experimenting with new styles and interpretations, and it's also well loved in the fandom. It's something that feels engaging and intense the entire time you are actually watching it. Be prepared for some Absolute Yikes racism regarding one of the human characters, though.
I really can't recommend specifically at what point you should look at the IDW comics. They have Deep And Intense Lore and you really want to skip the majority of them. MTMTE/LL are the two comics you will likely hear most often about and they are truly some of the best shit ive ever read of anything ever, but also, goddamn are they dense and complex and filled with Deep Cut Lore you simply will not catch without reading tfwiki, no matter how familiar you are with the franchise. Unless you have read eeeeevrything that came before (and, frankly, you shouldn't, ignore the inevitable replies to this post) you're going to have "what" moments. Doesn't matter. Worth. Worth worth worth worth it will ruin your fucking life
Oh, yeah. And watch Rescue Bots.

hi stranger, i just looked up "cosplay blog" because i have a question! have u been to comic con? i never have, but my aunt bought me tickets and i want to make a transformers cosplay with spraypainted cardboard accessories. do u know if other unprofessional cosplays like that will be at comic con? i know i have to like "not care what people think" and "do what i want" and whatever else, but i just want to prepare my expectations! (ive only seen amazing jawdropping perfect-looking ones on social media)
While I haven’t been to THE comic con (SDCC), I’ve been to lots of others, and every single one has a huge range of cosplays! Some people just want to be casual with the colours of their fave character and a similar hairdo, and some people bring their masters level cosplays—and everything in between! You will see homemade cardboard cosplays, storebought cosplays, professional level cosplays, all varieties!
The ones on social media (esp articles covering the con) tend to be the more visually impressive ones, but that doesn’t mean everyone shows up with those!
Do your thing, have an amazing time, and enjoy the cosplay experience! :)

I hope you dont mins me asking
But how would you suggest the best way to not be so anxious in fandoms these days.
It just seems like im going to be bullied out of fandom for even wanting to be in fandom. Regardless of the kind of content i like or how i like it. Its just seems like people who are in fandom dont want to themselves and not really about older or newer fans not wanting more new fans... Just.. They dont want fandom to exist at all anymore. If thta makes sense
Ive been in fandom for years but only recently bacame an adukt and now i really wanna start getting more involved.. I recently started a series oneshot fic thats gonna take alot of time.. But i havent even posted an actual chaoter yet and i am so afraid of gettijg a bunch of shit for it.
Its not meant to be anything explicit infact i made it very sfw bexause thats what i wanted.
But what of someone decides hey fuck you this sucks and now im going to make up reasons that your fic is (ableist, racist, homophobic stuff like that). And i just... I want to write.
Years ago i was in a much older fandom(transformers g1 if you can believe it) and it was so nice there. Maybe its because i was young but theres wasnt nearly so much anti bullshit that there is now especially in newer fandoms.
I know theres like block and ignore and delete comments but... I dont want to deal with it. And i probably know there isnt realky anytjing i can actually do about it
Its just so bad. I want to participate in fandom, but fandom is so terrible these days. Ive seen so many of my favorite artists fucking dissapear over being bullied for something they said years ago thats now considered "worthy of being tortured alive" for saying.
I just want it all to stop. I thought fandom would get better as it became more popular. Artists would have more freedom and stuff.
Instead im afraid im going to get bullied for a fucking teen rated gen fic with zero shipping, zero dark theme, and zero sex on the off chance someone thinks its not good enough. Suddenly its not appropriate for teenagers for some dumb reason
When i fucking was one two years ago. (like mate i was reading robot porn at ELEVEN)
Im so tired. I think the only good thing about the fandom im in is the fact the creators of the media are actually super chill and even supportive about fans selling fanworks and comms of characters and stuff
This was supoosed to be a simple question but ig im just so sick of how fandom is that i ended up ranting about it.
--
Getting more popular makes things much worse, not better.
But overall, anxiety is about you and your internal emotional state.
There was always danger of being attacked. It looks different now, but fear isn't more or less justified in the present day. The actual level of danger isn't the issue here.

a lot of words incoming + spoilers for tf:one pre-words; i started with the bay movies so i didnt grow up with this franchise, i was already an elder teen by the time it came out. i came back recently due to the tfone film and i have some thoughts now that ive consumed a shitton of tf material. first of all tfone is a great film and a great introduction to the franchise. i love the designs, i love how it kinda simplifies the overall story without dumbing it down (theres a LOT of transformers lore), though it too struggles with what i think is transformers major flaw.
the politics. the movies, the cartoons, and the comics all kinda go back and forth between "the conflict is everyone's fault" and "it's actually the decepticon's fault" in the end. when i was reading the IDW comics i realised how blatantly apparent it was that they were written so close to 9/11 because the american propaganda in the arcs before MTME was denser than the bottom of the ocean floor.
the franchise is old so, yeah, the cons were supposed to be generic bad guys back in the day and most of them are still, by their own choices mostly, "bad people". but i for one think a story is more interesting when "good people" and "bad people" are not so black n white, at least thats how i prefer it. for me the problem seems to be mostly that hasbro can't decide if they want this franchise to always be a toy commercial for kids, or if they want to pander to their now aging fanbase that has held onto the franchise since the 80s. because of this the current state of its media is balancing a very fine line between being good enough for either group. it also doesnt help that hasbro is one of the worst companies ever and are scared of doing anything risky. if you want something to be memorable, it needs to be worth remembering. you cant stick to safety at all turns, itll get predictable and boring. with tfone i really enjoyed seeing the personal depth to megatron's development, that shit was good. but at the end of the film the "one bad guy" has been taken care of (sentinel) and now only good autobots are left while all the evil decepticons who like violence and only value strength are the baddies.
placing the systematic problem of class difference on ONE individual is... bad. it lacks depth. it lacks reflection. the comics have tried to make it more apparent that it was a systematic problem with years of influence from many different individuals that kept up that system that was the problem, and not just one boogeyman.
it feels very american, the idea that oh, its just one person who is to blame for everything and if we get rid of that person everything will be fine - except for those crazy loonies who are angry and like violence, we'll need to get rid of those too eventually! and making it all just a personal conflict between two people with different emotions regarding a situation being the reason for a whole population dividing into two.
i havent finished IDW's run yet so i cant say what theyll do in the future, but ive already seen them do the jk rowling thing of "decepticons are all inherently bad and will always make bad choices except for this 1 guy who is gonna be on the good guys' side" and i want to rip my hair out because its just, so unrealistic. its so short sighted. narrow minded. whatever you wanna call it.
i remember this being the reason i stopped being interested in the franchise because it has the potential for a really cool, in depth story with a very deep look into why people make the choices that they make, but ultimately an american company is never going to be brave enough to tackle something that isnt going to propagate the political agenda of the united states.
same shit happened with arcane and it makes me sad, that art and complexity must be sacrificed because of capital.
anyway, i dont know what i wanted with this, i think i just wanted my thoughts out. idk if this resonates with anyone else but if it does, let me know. and if you hate what i wrote, well, aight.

CW for descriptive speaking about body horror, blood, and overall lack of grammar tl;dr the average painful-turning-into-a-monster-transformation-sequence media isn't whumpy enough and people need to dive more into shit like turning into merfolk and mutating into weird hybrids that are in the uncanny valley of "feels like my body but not" also please note that this is all just my opinion and experience in media consumption and you are free enjoy what you like; im just bored and felt like rambling with 0 grammar or punctuation today.
hey guys I like seeing people go through intense painful physical transformations with an affect on their mental state that either makes them scared of them selves or forces them to do horrible things that also scare them and can I just say that werewolves are so underwhelming like yeah sure you get taller and turn into a buff ass furry boo hoo go cry about it like most of the time you're not even aware and it only lasts for a fucking night
give me shit like turning into a siren/merperson where they have to feel themself molting and their skin squeezing on their body as scales start to grow and they start mindlessly scratching every where from the pain when uh oh your legs are failing but you can't think about that now until whoopsie daisy your lower limbs are melting together and your pants are magically whooshed away once you're past the nakey parts also did I mention the wonderful possibility of growing fins everywhere and experiencing those tear through your muscles and skin whilst they grow on your back and arms and already painful and foreign feeling tail and also your vocal cords changing to be able to produce siren song shit in a way that makes your throat feel like its being mauled from the inside out oh yeah and also having your eyes fall out and regrown wouldn't that be a fun idea anyways vampires are about the same except a little better than werewolves bc they at least have the possibility of dealing with "the hunger" tm and way more weaknesses that can make them miserable like not being able to be in the sun or eat food anymore bc your body can't handle it one of the better examples ive seen is the one in ROTTMNT: The Movie, where (be warned of spoilers) characters are "possessed", so to speak, and this shit goes on
Tumblr media Tumblr media
its a very good movie, highly recommend it (the sereis has two seasons, and I haven't found the movie off of Netflix) also blood and struggling to adjust to a now permanent mental impairment/disadvantage/damage in a sense of "you're not human anymore and so you now have to deal with [blank] thought processes" (eg. someone gaining dragon shit would grow an affinity to hoarding things, not noticing such until their home is incredibly cluttered with piles of shiny items and hating themself for doing something so "inhuman")
things that ive seen that fall in the good transformation category are: demons* birds work most of the time, but you have to give them a beak and shit. also the wings can't just grow out of them painlessly.** most fantasy based anthros, really.*** most mutations seen in TMNT shows (that shits known to be painful bc it alters your DNA mostly through science rather than the normal mystics) bugs *only horns and a tail? weak. give 'em goofy legs and a snout or some shit, spin in a few animal traits just for fun. mental side effects that are nice for these guys tend to be a sudden lust for darkness (or just a sudden intense lust) **I recommend something like their arms falling off, OR something similar to the process in Haibane Renmei (tw for blood and minor body horror). An alternate option that I haven't seen would be to have the arms morph into wings themselves, but none of that grow feathers and get little longer bullshit. Character should feel their bones changing, the flesh forming to create a new limb and feathers piercing their skin like needles. Yes feathers are regularly soft, but imagine having a hundreds of tiny pinprick like things poking out of you and getting longer.
***this does not include fairies and unicorns. The only acceptation for these is character having weird magic fluxes and this becoming an effect of such. for example, if character is becoming a fairy, they will feel themself being compressed as wings either grow from their back or are summoned in a blast of magic that basically cuts them open where the wings "attach" so to speak.

"How do you people draw these guys" I dunno man, for presumably never having drawn a Transformer before, that's a darn good looking Optimus. (Sorry if this is weird, I just happened to see that TF One art like right as you posted it and it made me go :0 :D)
omg thanks!! its true ive never drawn a transformer before…… tf one is the only transformers media i’ve seen as of typing this out lmao
im pretty alright at drawing cars and i already draw things rather blocky, the thing that idk how to approach with him is how to actually draw him with character and personality.. perhaps i will figure it out….

ive been watching mech cadets, only have 2 episodes left to watch, here's my thoughts so far
1/ sentient alien mech suits? yes please. (i never got into transformers somehow but i love sentient robots, give me more. if you have good sentient mechs media to recommend, gimme) i do wish we'd see more of them tho, as in, their personalities, and like, lore, where'd they come from? why did they come here to help against the sharg? i do like the comment on how they arent battle ready when they arrive, the humans arm them up. there's just so much here i want to know more about.
2/ the general style is nice, i love the little intro animation, really sleek. i also love how the animation style changed during flashback sequences? that's really cool. the nexus link view where u see the pilots in dot space is kinda silly but in a fun way. i like the robo designs, and their round hover wings whatever it is. cool shit.
3/ standford yu somehow the least interesting character lmao? ava fucking rocks. she's the best. tanaka great mentor figure. i love maya and frank, they're very sweet. olivia really came around, and despite how hateable commander park is, i do love that you can see where he's coming from, even if you dont agree with his actions. that's good character writing
4/ i gotta give frank's disability its own bullpoint. spoilers i guess i just wanna gush about it. the guy has a prosthetic leg and it's not an issue for him being a pilot, altho we do see in a flashback that he's actually more comfortable without the prosthetic and prefers his crutches? which is like. the first time ive seen a disabled character say that in media. that rules. he does accept to wear a prosthetic cause that's a concession he has to make to be able to pilot a mech. in a fight scene against a sharg, his prosthetic gets cut in half, and he doesn't skip a beat and continues fighting, without then with his crutches once he gets his hands on them, and even just. stabs the monster with his broken off prosthetic, which fucking rules. from then on, he doesnt get a new prosthetic, he just keeps his crutches, and instead gets a special suit that has a prosthetic inside of it cause he needs it to pilot the mech, but he's not forced to have the prosthetic outside the mech in his day to day life, which is like? accessibility win?? he didn't want it to begin with, the reason he had to wear it was "we can't modify the suit just for one guy" basically (which is the only reason he was worried for a few episodes about his prosthetic not being fixed -- it was just bc he wanted to pilot the mech, he could handle himself fine without it). and the, just, visual metaphor of ripping the rest of his broken prosthetic to finish of the sharg in that fight scene i mentioned earlier? like it's a liberation?? incredible. i just. i love this so much. this is all that matters to me now. i love frank and how they've treated him and his disability so much.
5/ literal mothership ahah oops they're fucked

im not sure I have the property to say this since ive only been watching loki through twitter, but did you also get a little bit of a ted lasso finale vibe?
hmmm not really? with ted lasso's ending, none of what happened made any sense narratively or thematically. with loki's ending, it fit both narratively and thematically (to me at least).
but similar to my thoughts on ted lasso's ending, i do think loki's ending would have been elevated if those two old men had kissed.
i also will add that loki is Marvel. we know what to expect from A Marvel Show because at the end of the day, it is under Disney's Ironclad Fist. allowing their main character loki to be Explicitly Queer Onscreen (rather than just mentioned) was never ever going to happen. that would have alienated Disney's domestic viewers, sure, but to them more importantly countries such as China (who have historically barred queer media from being shown) would have pulled financial backing. and Disney Loves Money More Than Creative Storytelling, so...why would they risk upsetting their profit margins? also also Disney is rooted in evangelical christian support, and has strong affiliation with being conservatively Family Friendly. a gay kiss? not happening for one of their most famous and beloved MCU characters.
meanwhile, AppleTV isn't beholden to this puritanical expectation nor does it have decades of financial ties. ted lasso was one of their biggest shows. they marketed ted lasso's S3 as this amazing, industry-changing phenomena. Oh My God Ted Lasso Is Ending You Don't Want To Miss This Finale type vibe. we were led to believe ted's journey would end up one place....and then it didn't. this could be abt tedbecca or tedtrent, those two endgames are in the same boat in my opinion. as a character, ted himself is intensely queer-coded. it's undeniable. it would have fit the vibe of the entire show's premise about Found Family + Accepting Love In All Forms for ted to be canonically bisexual or queer. THAT would have been a strong weight thrown in the industry, imo. but no, ted goes back to his straight, lonely, dull life in kansas for no solid reason (despite rebecca laying out a perfectly good option for both henry and michelle to join ted in london).
loki stuck the shakespearean tragic hero landing. loki IS burdened with a glorious purpose. loki HAS to end up alone. him choosing loneliness is integral to his bigger purpose within the narrative itself. the entire story and his entire character arc builds up to him acting selflessly with integrity in order to protect his friends. here you have a trickster god who spent his entire life begging to be seen by someone, then gets seen by someone, and then has to let that someone go for their perceived betterment. loki, a notoriously selfish, lying motherfucker who blew up NYC, goes through this immense transformation to where he fundamentally changes who he is. loki at the start of season one is not who loki is at the end of season two. the way he deals with feelings of loss is night and day. his lonely ending is cathartic because it feels earned and comprehendible and it carries weight from how it highlights his character growth.
can we say the same about ted lasso himself? no. ted lasso in season one is not who he is in the end of season three, true. externally, he becomes divorced, he leaves richmond, he went to therapy. but intrinsically he as a character did not grow enough to where him choosing his lonely ending felt cathartic. throughout the show, ted takes on the role of Carer. he Has To Care For Others, yet he tends to reject people when they want to take care of him. we see him struggle with depression, alcohol dependence, emotional unavailability, panic attacks, homesickness, and guilt. when season three reaches midway, we see him find solace in his friends and community and learning to be alone. even with his mom, a triggering person for him, he vocalized his feelings in an honest and truthful way. ted's character arc is written to match the show's theme of found family, acceptance, and love.
and that, to me, is why him going back to kansas did not work. there wasn't any catharsis in ted lasso's ending. it negates the thematic intent, as well as defies the narrative itself. a comedy can genre-bend into dramatic tragedy, yes, but not in the literal last hour. tragedies only work when they feel earned and cathartic. tragic heroes need their arcs to carry weight which feels worthwhile. ted lasso held none of these genre values

omg HAHAH yess epic winter is banger!! im thinking 🤓🤓 that ngl i dont really like that faybelle didn't really "learn"(?) much out of it? like the whole signing a deal without reading. like we can tell she's implied to BE better cus she's in the bff pics in crystal's room at the end but it feels so rushed? in a sense 🤠🤠🤠 like i get she's gonna be a villain eventually but like man come on do my girl some justice 😔😔👎 like when i saw the outfits when i was a wee lil kid i was like THIS IS THE MOST GORGEOUS THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! esp faybelle's and her crystal wings i need to kiss whoever thought of that that was GENIUS 🤯🤯🤩🤩
ok yes but it feel like jackie frost and northwind's takeover of the snow kingdom was ALSO rushed like the ppl were fs like "OH HECK WE HAVE NO MORE TIME EVERYONE GOGOGO LET GOOD WIN ASAP" like they were annoying but like not omg i NEED to punch them annoying ykwim AKKDLWG maybe it's just me LOL but yes way too wonderland is super banger too!!
esp that scene where raven returned the pages to each chara HELLOOOO that was so tear jerking i may or may not have shed a tear esp after apple's character development!! in the whole do you wonder song where they all got pretty wonderlanderful outfits idk maybe it's bc im just pessimistic but if i was darling and i didnt have a whole transformation with them and ended up in a tree and woke up only when they left idk how 15yo me would have took it LMAOO 😭😭😭 defo not well tbh i would have CRIED but darling is so cool i love her aaaaa (can she save me too i mean WHAT)
oh lord i lost the plot BUT yeah i fr thought eah was super super popular too but i guess not?? maybe bc we were young so we didn't know. also i can get why people find apple annoying but most of them don't talk about/see her development like ok it's not the best and she can grow more but her change and how much she grew is amazing esp for a 15-17y.o. like i just KNOW the same people who hate her are the same people who complain about characters who have no flaws like ???? how do u hate development but also hate no development can u pick a struggle 😭😭🤠🤠
but yes i did wanted to ask on ur opinion on the characters (like apple) too. maybe i should make a 20(?) questions thing for eah bc my brain is WORKING 😃👍 i agree that eah had so much potential esp for all the characters' development!! and also!! omg which dolls do u have :O
also girl (is this gendered term ok with u btw, bc i can stick with slayer if not!) did u leave ur computer on bc i slept at 5:30am (for me) and it's almost 3pm now and u are still online HELP 😭⁉️ and yes i DID sleep ok (lol <3 hrs gang wya) THIS GOT SO LONG LMFAO I THINK ITS GONNA BE SPLIT NAURRR (update it's not somehow :O) istg i NEED eah to come back apparently the last activity/media/wtv of it was back in 2018 can mattel use all the barbie profits to fund a reboot PLSSS 😔😔
but i would like to say thank u for returning the energy and answering everything om 😭😭🩵🩵 ive always struggled w that growing up woop so it feels weird but amazing owo (i didnt answer about niki Lol looking forward to the fic and the references!!also common niki L (affectionate) hehe 🥰🥰
yesss i completely get what ur saying i feel like towards the end of the series they definitely rushed some things but it still slapped🙏🙏🙏 THE OUTFITS WERE ALWAYS AMAZINGGG like for literally everything they somehow managed to make every character wear a drop dead gorgeous outfit like even to this day i want to steal all of their wardrobes🤓 faybelle was too queen for everyone to handle but no one’s ready for that 🫡
omfg and rosabella and daring😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 that shit was crazy to me when i was younger LMFAOOO esp since i was so apple and daring
SPEAKINF OF APPLE im so glad u brought her up because I COMPLETELY AGREE😭😭😭 i literally love apple so much and it pisses me off that people only pay attention to the side of her that’s pushy and stuff and don’t ever talk about her development like?? the thing about apple that most people don’t realize is that she never tried to hurt her friends and that she always only cared about raven, like she pushed raven to follow her destiny because she was worried that raven was going to poof and she didn’t want to see her friend disappear ☝️ and during true hearts day when ashlynn and hunter revealed they were dating apple was confused about it at first but she was willing to push aside all her previous biases against royals and rebels dating to try to understand ashlynn because she CARES about her 😔😔😔 it’s so sad to me that people only pay attention to the annoying side of apple and not the side of her that cares about her friends and is genuinely looking out for them ughhhh i love her sm her character development is so good
that 20 questions thing sounds so fun LOL u should definitely do it🙏 in terms of characters, my top three is ashlynn, cupid, and apple i love them sm☝️☝️☝️ my main character opinion is that apple isn’t the villain that most people make her out to be but this is random but i wish the creators made hunter huntsman hotter LMAOOOO cus i’ve never really found him attarcttive, i like his character and he’s good for ashlynn butttt at the same time ashlynn is really pretty and he’s kind of mid in terms of looks… but he’s nice😋
the dolls i had were all they in their regular outfits, i think it was apple, raven, maddie, and possibly blondie? i cant really remember if i had any more or not but those were the dolls i can think of, i also had other eah branded things because i was literally sooo obsessed like i had a diary that was rebel on one side and royal on the other, and it played the theme song but i lost it😭😭😭😭
yess girl ok with me since i do identify myself as female🙏🙏 i think tumblr just always says i’m active since it’s on my phone LOL idk discord does the same thing for some reason😵‍💫 and i’m glad u slept well!! istg eah needs to come back or i’ll cry😢 if they come back they should do a live action and i will literally audition to be ashlynn🙏🙏 idc that she’s supposed to be white i’ll be the first asian ashlynn 😜😜
and omg im glad i always try to answer everything when i’m having a conversation with people because i know what it feels like for things to be ignored and i hated that feeling so🙏 but yes look forward to the fic bc i literally finished it today WOO WOO it’s all coming together😍😍😍☝️

5 Interesting Facts About Gary Brecka
Tumblr media
In the ever-evolving world of health optimization and biohacking, few individuals have managed to capture attention quite like Gary Brecka. With a unique blend of science, business acumen, and an uncompromising passion for human performance, Gary Brecka Biologist has carved a distinct path that’s transforming lives and redefining wellness on a global scale.
Whether you’ve seen his name trending on social media, read through glowing Gary Brecka Reviews, or come across his work with the high-profile Gary Brecka Cardone Venture, it’s clear that this man is more than just a biologist—he’s a health visionary.
Let’s dive into five fascinating and little-known facts about Gary Brecka that reveal how he went from mortality modeling to becoming a world-renowned health and performance expert.
1. From Predicting Death to Promoting Life
Before he became the face of Gary Brecka 10x and a leading voice in preventative wellness, Gary Brecka spent over two decades in a very different line of work—predicting when people would die.
As a mortality expert in the life insurance industry, he analyzed vast amounts of health and demographic data to forecast life expectancy. It was a cold, calculated field, focused entirely on numbers, probabilities, and risk assessments.
But what makes this so interesting—and pivotal—is that it gave Gary Brecka Biologist a rare and profound insight: he could see exactly which health issues were cutting lives short prematurely, often unnecessarily.
Rather than continuing to work behind the scenes calculating how long people might live, he became obsessed with a new mission—figuring out how to help people live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.
This shift laid the foundation for what would eventually become the Gary Brecka 10x philosophy: stop reacting to illness and start preventing it altogether using the body’s own genetic blueprint.
2. DNA is the Cornerstone of His Approach
One of the most unique aspects of Gary Brecka’s wellness strategy is his use of DNA as a starting point for nearly every health plan he develops. While many practitioners treat symptoms, Gary Brecka Biologist takes a more futuristic, precision-based approach.
Your DNA doesn’t just contain the color of your eyes or the texture of your hair—it also holds critical information about how your body metabolizes nutrients, detoxifies waste, processes hormones, and fights inflammation.
Gary Brecka 10x is built around the idea that each individual has a unique health code. By analyzing this code through simple saliva and blood tests, Brecka can design custom protocols that address deficiencies and prevent disease before it ever takes root.
The result? Health transformations that often feel miraculous—but are actually grounded in hard science. This approach is what makes Gary Brecka Reviews so compelling. Time and time again, people report not only feeling better but understanding why they feel better.
Whether you’re an athlete seeking peak performance or an everyday person battling chronic fatigue, Brecka’s DNA-first method has helped thousands find answers when conventional medicine could not.
3. He’s Behind One of the Fastest-Growing Wellness Movements: 10X Health System
Many people first hear about Gary Brecka through the popular platform known as 10X Health System—a venture he co-founded with Grant Cardone, the entrepreneurial giant behind the 10X movement.
The concept behind Gary Brecka 10x is simple yet revolutionary: give people access to their most powerful health data, then equip them with science-backed solutions to fix what's broken. That includes everything from IV nutrient therapy and red light treatments to personalized supplement plans and hormone optimization.
What makes the Gary Brecka Cardone Venture so fascinating is that it doesn’t target just biohackers or fitness enthusiasts. It appeals to CEOs, parents, athletes, and even people struggling with mental health concerns. This inclusivity, combined with clear, measurable results, has helped catapult the 10X Health System into a household name.
And unlike many wellness companies driven more by hype than science, Gary Brecka Biologist insists on real clinical testing, lab reports, and metrics. The transformations shared in Gary Brecka Reviews aren't anecdotal—they're documented, tracked, and replicable.
4. Celebrities, Athletes, and Executives Trust Him with Their Health
It’s no surprise that someone as results-driven and data-centric as Gary Brecka would catch the attention of some of the most demanding individuals on the planet—professional athletes, celebrities, and high-level executives.
What’s interesting is that Gary Brecka Biologist doesn’t just serve these high-profile clients with generic health advice. Instead, he digs into their biomarkers, lifestyle stressors, and genetic predispositions to create hyper-personalized health strategies.
Among his clientele are UFC fighters, NFL players, and even Hollywood actors who have spoken publicly about the life-changing impact of his protocols. For people whose careers depend on peak performance—whether on stage, on the field, or in the boardroom—Gary Brecka 10x offers a strategic advantage that’s hard to beat.
And the best part? He’s not just about elite access. Through the Gary Brecka Cardone Venture, he’s scaling these same strategies for the masses, making advanced wellness more affordable and accessible than ever before.
5. He’s Sparking a Global Shift in Health Consciousness
Perhaps the most compelling thing about Gary Brecka isn’t a specific protocol or business move—but the movement he’s inspiring.
In an age where chronic illness is rampant, mental health is declining, and people are disillusioned with traditional medicine, Gary Brecka Biologist offers hope—and more importantly, data-driven solutions.
He often speaks about the idea that “you’re not broken, you’re just deficient.” And for millions of people, this reframe has been life-altering.
People come to him feeling exhausted, depressed, or stuck—and they leave with renewed energy, clarity, and direction. This narrative shows up time and again in Gary Brecka Reviews, and it's part of what fuels the exponential growth of his wellness empire.
With the expansion of Gary Brecka 10x, and the increasing visibility of the Gary Brecka Cardone Venture, this movement is only just beginning.
He’s already changing individual lives. But more impressively, he’s pushing the entire health industry toward personalization, empowerment, and preventative care.
Final Thoughts: Gary Brecka Is Not Just a Biologist—He’s a Health Innovator
As these five fascinating facts illustrate, Gary Brecka is anything but ordinary. From calculating death to catalyzing health, his journey is a rare blend of science, passion, and purpose.
With the ever-expanding reach of the Gary Brecka 10x model, and strategic collaborations like the Gary Brecka Cardone Venture, it’s clear he’s on a mission much larger than personal success.
He’s reshaping the conversation around health—from reactive to proactive, from generalized to personalized, from surviving to thriving.
In a world desperate for solutions, Gary Brecka Biologist is offering more than hope—he’s offering a path forward that’s precise, powerful, and profoundly personal.
If you’re someone who believes there has to be more to wellness than prescriptions and guesswork, then diving into the world of Gary Brecka might just be the first step toward transforming your life.

Connected Health Shares the Fitness Industry's Next Chapter
By:Nancy Trent
The sixth annual Connected: Health & Fitness Summit returned to Los Angeles earlier this year, serving as a powerful barometer for the intersection of fitness, wellness and technology. With over 450 high-level attendees, including industry leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators, the summit provided a dynamic platform to explore emerging trends, exchange groundbreaking ideas and forge strategic partnerships shaping the future of health and fitness.
One of the most significant themes to emerge is how the weight loss landscape is transforming fitness habits. The rise of GLP-1 medications, coupled with the increasing demand for digital health solutions and personalized training, signals a new era of data and holistic wellbeing converge. The conversations at the summit underscored the urgency for brands to evolve alongside consumers, offering solutions that align with these shifting priorities.
Instead of thinking GLP-1 medications will take consumers away from exercising and eating right, industry veterans know that the better consumers look and feel, the more they invest in their wellness. They want to be seen in clothes and gyms that they were embarrassed to be seen in before, and looking better makes them feel better so they spend more on that. Notably, as people achieve their weight loss goals (the last five pounds), they spend even more on their wellness.
GLP-1 and the New Motivation to Move
A topic that dominated nearly every discussion was GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Wegovy. With millions turning to these drugs for rapid weight loss, the industry is confronting their long-term impact, particularly, concerns around muscle loss, metabolic slowdown and the critical need for strength training to maintain overall health. As demand for these medications skyrockets, fitness brands, trainers and wellness professionals are rethinking their approach to support consumers navigating this new era of weight management.
"There is a lot of discussion around understanding the market opportunities with GLP-1," says Chris Schreiber, Director of Sales & Marketing at Feed Media Group. Brands are exploring how to adapt their products and services to better serve this audience, from high-protein foods and functional beverages to metabolism-boosting supplements, smart fitness devices and AI-driven coaching.
Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve, highlights the importance of strength training in this context, stating, "If you're on GLP-1, you have to strength train... up to 40% of the weight lost can be muscle. The long-term effect of not having muscle can trigger the next epidemic." Prioritizing resistance exercises and muscle preservation has become a crucial strategy to help consumers sustain long-term health and functional movement.
In response, fitness brands are pivoting to not only address muscle loss but to emphasize long-term health and performance. This shift has ignited innovation across protein-based nutrition, blood testing, IV drips, resistance training programs and recovery-focused solutions, supporting consumers in optimizing metabolism, maintaining lean muscle mass and embracing a more balanced approach to longevity.
The summit made it clear: The fitness industry is on the cusp of a paradigm shift where holistic, data-driven solutions will drive the next chapter of health and wellness.
The Shift from Cardio to Strength Training
There is a growing understanding that cardio helps you live longer, but strength training helps you live better. Strength training is becoming more and more recognized as an essential part for improving daily function, enhancing mobility and preventing physical decline.
The new fitness mantra, "You have to be strong to live long," reflects the growing recognition that muscle health is crucial for overall wellbeing. As people age, maintaining strength not only supports mobility and independence but also helps prevent conditions like osteoporosis, sarcopenia and metabolic decline. Strength training has been shown to improve bone density, joint function and heart health, making it an essential component of a long and healthy life. As the focus shifts from weight loss to longevity to quality of life, being strong is now seen as a foundational pillar for aging well.
Pvolve has carved out a unique position in the strength training conversation by emphasizing functional fitness over traditional, high-intensity workouts. Their approach focuses on low-impact, joint-friendly movements that target small, stabilizing muscles to improve mobility, posture and overall strength. This method appeals to a broader audience, particularly those who may be intimidated by traditional weightlifting or have concerns about injury. By combining strength training with rehabilitation techniques, Pvolve offers a sustainable fitness model that promotes long-term health and injury prevention, making strength training accessible and effective for people of all fitness levels and ages.
Cartwright states how strength training helps women through different life phases from fertility to menopause. It addresses specific physical needs at each stage. For example, strength training helps to balance hormones and improve circulation, all of which support reproductive health. It also reduces stress and can promote better sleep, which is crucial for fertility. As women navigate pregnancy, help with posture, muscle endurance and joint stability, eases discomfort and improves overall body alignment to accommodate a growing baby. It can also reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and boost energy levels.
When women go through post-partum, strength training aids in core recovery and helps rebuild lost muscle mass. As far as perimenopause and menopause, hormone levels fluctuate so strength training becomes even more vital. It helps mitigate bone density loss, muscle mass decline and metabolic slowdown, all of which are common in this stage. Additionally, it can reduce symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disturbances and mood swings, promoting overall wellbeing during this transition. By incorporating strength training throughout these stages, women can better manage their health, maintain functional strength and support both physical and mental wellbeing at every phase of life.
Pvolve has made their programs easily accessible to consumers of all ages and in all situations as well as a wide range of businesses.
