Bakugou socially transitioned the same way I did.

By getting to a new school where the majority of people didn't know him and then just started going "I'm a guy" and glaring at anyone who suggests otherwise.

He's not stealth or anything, but he never has this big "I'm trans and I'm gonna transition now" thing he just does it.

I came up with a bit of a fun bakudeku AU:

They're both trans girls and are in middle school. Midoriya is out to her mom and online but to no one else. Bakugou is completely closeted except for on online spaces

They're internet girlfriends but don't realize they know each other in real life.

They only realize just who the other is once they're at UA and agree to see each other in person

Bakugou is trans and no one can change my mind. It fits his character and personality in a way I can no longer distinguish the two from one another.

He developed his powers first, his parents are fashion designers, he is pretty wealthy, his family trust and support him aggressively. He is smart and knows things and takes them into his own hands with effort and pure willpower.

He most likely was easily supported when he was younger and started hrt the moment he could, acquiring top surgery before attending UA so he no longer had to worry about the limitations of binding on his studies. He took care of his scars and they're barely visible. His parents were so involved that only Bakugou's doctor knows he's trans, everyone else always thought he was cis.

His changes during hrt only strengthened his power with feeling one with his body and being able to train in a home he's made his own. He takes pride in his looks because he's crafted every inch of himself to be a hero, from the very beginning.

He's literally worked on himself in ways few students at UA can.
