"No," Marvel said sternly. "I'm not doing that. I don't care how mad you are, I will not sacrifice a bull to you."

Lighting crashed down again, making Marvel jump back to avoid being hit.

"Are you serious? Stop being so childish!"

More lightning he was just barely able to dodge. The message was clear.

"I can't just 'figure it out', I'm broke! Not to mention I don't want to kill a bull! And you can't make me!"

The next flash of lightning hit him directly in the chest instantly turning him into a fuming twelve year old.

"Oh really mature Zeus," he huffed at the sky, his face twisted into a scowl. "Where would I even get a bull anyway?"

All that work and he’s still no closer to the watch! All he gained from this was a headache and a newfound embarrassment about his stamina. The guard laughs at his pitiful attempt, probably pointing and slapping his knee robustly if Billy had to guess.

Twitch chat MC unfortunately has the chat behind their every move, half of which encourage them, the other half of which call them out for their behaviour. They know things about you that they shouldn't. What you ate, what you did last night, who you've been talking too. You'd call them a stalker if you didn't know they've been locked up in containment the entire time...

MTF MC is quiet. They’re busy most of the time but when you do talk with them, they’re gentle and almost kind. But there’s something uneasy about the way others behave around them. Wanting to approach but too afraid to do so.

Ancient Eldritch MC lingers and so will you. The forest draws you in, keeps you there, lets you leave by midnight. There’s something watching you and you’ll meet them eventually. Whether it’s a blessing or a curse is for you to decide.

O5 MC is a mystery you know little about. They’re part of the Foundation but you’ve never asked what they do or they position. They visit occasionally, disappear when they wish and are charming enough that you think you can consider them “a friend”. Things have been easier since you’ve met them. Surely these two things aren’t correlated at all.

Is there a tag on ao3 people use for divine twitch chat adjacent things? Or specific tags for Billy's gods/patrons? I tried looking but couldn't really find it

I wrote a little something that I want to post with the right tags but also in general I would like to find fics that include them

I don’t think there’s an official ao3 tag! Most of the tumblr posts I’ve seen have used “twitch chat AU” or some variation thereof, so that would probably be the right tag to use.

As I was typing this, I checked ao3 and couldn’t find any fics with “twitch chat AU” or “twitch streamer AU”, so if anyone knows of any fics featuring/incorporating that concept, link them in the notes so we can find them!

Billy groaned dropping his head onto the desk, barely registering the the thump due to his growing headache.

Who knew the gods could be so loud when they didn't even have physical forms?

He wasn't sure what had started the argument, or even what it was about, but battle lines had been drawn and each of his patrons was trying to egg him into action just to spite the others.

"Cap buddy, you okay?" Barry's voice cut through some of the noise. He almost hadn't realized the voice had come from the physical plane at all.

He glanced up with a grimace. "It's just...loud."

"Loud?" he asked curiously. He glanced around at the notably empty room.

"Yeah," he grunted. Zeus thundered even louder in his mind, insulted at the dismissal, annoyed at the possible interruption. Mercury took that as a personal insult as Flash was one of his favorite mortals. Atlas scoffed at his favoritism and within moments things descended into chaos that had their Champion curling in on himself.

"Ugh, shut up!" he snapped.

Barry jumped at the sudden anger in his voice. "But I didn't say anything...?"

He winced. "Not you. Them."

Barry looked even more confused. "Who?"

He tapped the side of his skull before dropping his head back down. "My gods just suck," he said.

His pronouncement brought a moment of pure blissful silence inside his mind.

Then they all began screaming at him at once.

He quickly checked over his elytra, making sure it was secure, then pulled out his rockets and looked over at Jellie, who had switched to basking in the sun.
