These scents from Van Cleef are so nice. Unisex. Moody, melancholic but also incredibly refined and uplifting somehow. Fortifying almost. Moonlight patchouli feels calming and the patchouli is a very prominent note. Orchid Leather is a festive plum incense. Mysterious but also warm. Like a hug from the slightly distant person in your friend group. You’re taken aback by how much emotion is in that hug.
If you’re into Tom Ford perfumes but you want something different I suggest giving these a go <3

Les Regalia | Windenburg 🖤
Nestled in the heart of Windenburg's Queen's District, Les Regalia is a sophisticated shopping square housing luxury brands such as Jo Malone, Hermes, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, and Ralph Lauren. With prestigious beauty salon La Marie, gourmet Cafe De La Rue, fragrance store Noir Parfumerie and a luxury valet service, Les Regalia offers a premier retail experience. The shopping square is more than just a shopping destination; it is a lifestyle experience that combines luxury and style, truly reflecting the regal spirit of Windenburg.
♡ Credits & Gratitude: An immense thank you goes out to all of the builders and cc creators that helped make Les Regalia happen. Putting this all together has been such a joy and this area has become my favorite area in my entire save file so far. Les Regalia features builds from @shesimsplayer, @bbygyal123 and @aashwarr, all I did was minor tweaking/revamping/building to put it all together in a cohesive manner and fill out the space. I've also utilized billboards and art around this area created by @kekeyw, @simwearsprada and @lijoue.

Van Cleef & Arpels, the jewelry house, launched its fragrance Feerie in 2008, followed by Feerie Eau de Toilette and Feerie Gold pure perfume in 2009. The new, limited edition appears in the fall of 2011 under the name of Feerie Rose des Neiges or "Winter Rose".
Feerie Rose des Neiges is a clean, pure and delicate fragrance of floral - fruity composition. Top notes of pink pepper and litchi bring icy freshness, while the heart of rose and magnolia provides refinement. The final trail consists of cedar wood and tonka bean. - Fragrantica

Beauty is a tool of the oppressor, used to lull the marginalized into a consumerist stupor with their eyes shielded from the lateral violence they participate in daily to afford the newest fragrance or jewelry, or even just a fake version of it as to gain access to a "higher" society who's life is untouched by the daily deaths and cruelty that is required to be able to experience an hours worth of luxury. How much did your Van Cleef bracelet cost you? How much did it cost the world? How much of your labor went towards furthering oppression? Whose blood is on your Birkin? Whose sweat has soaked into your Bleu de Chanel? Whose tears cleansed the dirt off of your diamond engagement ring? Your dedication to keep up with the standards of beauty, class, and respectability has made you a soldier for the fascist class outfitted in self declarative tote bags and garbage bag "leather" jackets.

Utter Self-Indulgence: What I Fantasize about Blorbos [Alucard, Sebastian, Aizawa] Smelling Like
This is inspired by THIS POST that someone else made about Aizawa (post also reblogged on my tumblr). I haven't been able to get the "what fragrance would I pick for them?" thoughts out of my head. Before we get started, I want to acknowledge again that I know that men in Japan traditionally don't wear the type of fragrances I'm discussing here. But, I like fragrances and I also like thinking about these characters. Final Warning: Absurdly self-indulgent post incoming.
Tumblr media
I think we need to have an incense fragrance here, as I like to think that it would amuse even the non-Abridged version of Alucard to smell like incense just because it would make Maxwell angry. (He shouldn't have insulted Integra, eh?)
I also like the idea of picking at least one fragrance marketed to women for Alucard because he transcends these categories. So maybe something like Bois d'Iris by Van Cleef and Arpels, which dries down on some people like what can best be described as cold smoke, which is a visual that feels very Alucard to me.
Another way this fragrance is often described is: imagine silver had a smell and that smell had just a hint of florals to it. Again, I think Alucard would appreciate the humor in a vampire such as himself smelling like silver.
Since Alucard is so changeable, we can't have just one fragrance pick, can we?
When Alucard dances vintage ballroom dances with you, staring down at you with those hypnotic red eyes, wouldn't it be lovely if you could smell a classic Givenchy when he brought you in close? I'm thinking original Gentleman, which has lots of deep, dark, notes, while also playing around with the fougère structure, and, while I don't like straight fougères all that much, it seems wrong not to imagine Alucard wearing something that pays tribute to that fragrance family.
I also like the idea of Alucard layering something very dry and medicinal with an over the top sweet warm vanilla, maybe like Guerlain Double Spiritueuse (another perfume marketed as feminine but again who fucking cares?) just for the contrast, and because smelling that hint of comforting vanilla would be so nice when he wraps you up in those massive arms.
Tumblr media
Something that defies the usual trends is necessary here
There is literally a perfume named Ciel by the fragrance house Amouage
And yes, it is damn cheesy (and possibly creepy) to imagine Sebastian wearing a perfume called Ciel, but it's a compelling fit.
(If it really squicks one out to imagine Sebastian wearing a perfume called Ciel, there is also Amouage Dia, which travels in the same scent family circles as Ciel, IMO. However, I truly believe Ciel is the more unusual fragrance and thus the most suited for Bassy.)
Ciel has aspects of fougères, but it also has this big peachy, floral-aldehyde blast.
It is a scent that feels very geometric to me
Like, if any of you know the Thoth Tarot, the components of this scent block together and push against each other like the angular, transparent wings of the Sword Court Cards.
The shifty, airy, gender-eschewing nature feels very appropriate for an immortal demon being.
Dark horse selection: Lorenzo Villoresi Garofano (marketed for women, but a big floral and green combination that plays off Victoriana without having any elements I dislike.)
Tumblr media
Goddddddd, just imagine he's getting dressed for his once-every-three-months fancy occasion
And then he applies some Knize Ten, the warmest, most traditionally masculine, least pretentious (IMO) of the leather classics. Like good, classic boots and other quality, long-lasting things.
I associate leather with nature, groundedness, comfort, and, strangely enough, competence [look, humans are weird], which are all things I associate w/Aizawa, which is probably why I'm so fixated on him smelling like this.
I'm sorry, my brain just about fucking shorts out at this point. Just imagine walking by and seeing him with his hair already up and then surprising him as he's about to put on his dress shirt, wrapping your arms around him, running your hands over his bare chest, just breathing in sexy leather
ohhhhh myyyyy godddddd
(Forgive the 2010's typing style, but my overwhelmed brain is reverting to what it knows.)
Another choice that would be really hot: the Tiffany for Men (as in the one that practically can't be found any longer): a warm, comforting, delicious, cinnamon/nutmeg/cedar-y treat to smell as he holds you close on a cold night.

A selection of perfume first impressions
(Tested yesterday, over the course of multiple hours at different shops)
Sunset Hour by Goldfield & Banks— It smells like what you’d expect a tan American or Australian influencer girl to smell like. Sweet and fruity in a way that makes you say “oh I love it:)” in the very first moment you smell it, but lacking depth or anything that makes it interesting going from there. Superficially pretty, in other words.
Giardino di Boboli by Roberto Ugolini — fresh and green, uplifting. It has that extremely sophisticated freshness that is also present in the Jardins line by Hermès. Not the citrus-dominant, cool type of refreshment(which I also love), but rather green and complex (as far as I could tell on paper). There is always something multidimensional about the jardins, too. I’d probably go for those, tbh, since 400€+ isn’t quite a reasonable expense for me, but Giardino di Boboli is LOVELY and I’m sure it’s wonderful in summer.
Rouge chaotique by Byredo — the shop assistant showed it to me as an alternative to B540 sans the headache (we talked about the headache inducing quality of that fragrance) and I definitely see how it’s very similar. A deep, vibrant mush of red berries with that scratchy-sweet note coming through later on. I’m glad she found an alternative to the scent she enjoys! It showed me that I’m just not fond of the scent, it’s not just that it gives me a headache (which this version, true to her word, didn’t).
Love don’t be shy by Killian — bubblegum. The tacky, pastel pink bubblegum of your childhood. Sadly, just as linear and overpowering to me. I could detect no layers, nothing that could justify the hype to me. Apart from overpowering sweetness. Maybe it develops on skin.
Sintra by Memo Paris — definitely very close to my beloved Classique Cabaret. Orange blossoms dusted in that powdery, white sugar that clings to marshmallows, which is a dream of a concept. Very sweet, but on paper at least it had a balance that was lacking from Love don’t be shy, most likely due to the prominent role orange blossoms played here (at least to my nose). It gave me the confidence to wear Cabaret since there IS the possibility of me getting a similar scent (for a lot more money) if I ever finish the bottle.
Babycat by YSL — very likeable. At first, it seemed to me very sharp, a very regal scent that demands attention and requires a woman of posture and strength (or a man who likes slightly sweet scents). Androgynous, to make it short, in the high fashion elegance way. However, it quickly dried down into a much more demure vanilla with spices — which explains why it’s so popular, I was a little surprised since it did smell very strong at first. The spicy vanilla is of course very lovely (as was the beginning). I looked it up and there are leather notes, which of course is the way right into my heart. Unsurprisingly, I loved it (even if the beginning was a little too suited up and I’m not sure it’d suit me). If I had unlimited funds, I’d most likely buy it without second thought.
Orchidee Vanille by Van Cleef & Arpels — I wanted to try it since it’s been said to be similar to Cuir d’Orient, but I like Cuir d’Orient better. That said, it’s definitely lovely. Again, vanilla, powder, some depth, I’m bound to love it. I’d have to try it on skin, but I think the leather in Cuir d’Orient gives it that kick that makes it so special to me. Still lovely. I’d try it on skin.
L’interdit Rouge by Givenchy — this was so lovely. Wow. I really got that juicy freshness of the blood orange at the start, mixed with the tuberose. Frankly, I was blown away and very surprised. On paper, this was absolutely lovely. And I actually thought it wouldn’t be too bad in summer? Summer nights, maybe? I would have to test it ok skin since it might become oppressive, but on paper I really loved it.
L’interdit by Givenchy — I tried it again after that L’IR success. Not a first try, but it’s been a while. It smells as I remember, but more delicate, transparent, lighter than the blood orange version, which in turn is a little more refreshing, fizzier. I think the rouge is a little more interesting with that fruity aspect, which elevates it from the lovely bed of white flowers and gives it a kick. However, it IS a lovely bed of white flowers. More youthful and playful than the rouge, imo, but of course also very heady-elegant. I enjoyed it. On the next day, I do get that synthetic/bubblegum(?) note people comment on from both paper strips. I’d definitely have to test it on skin, because that note can get annoying. But it was a really nice fragrance I now want to try on skin again.
Fragrances I tested in skin
Comète by Chanel — it’s definitely a Chanel take on powders and violets. I did get that fizzy aldehyde opening, but after that initial sparkling-cool trail of stardust, it was pure lotion. Pampered skin, elevated but relaxed. All throughout, that Chanel DNA was present, which made it feel familiar — like a friend was waiting just around the corner and you could smell wafts of her. I really enjoyed wearing it, it wasn’t oppressive but present. It lasted, too, keeping me wrapped up in the scent of luxurious, elevated lotion with that beloved Chanel DNA. I do like Chanel scents, so this was very lovely to me. And again, it wasn’t overwhelming. A gentle presence (like a star, you could say, watching over you from a distance…). I felt protected, wrapped in cashmere, pampered, elegant. Taken care of. I’m not sure I could spend 300€ on the experience, however.
Rolling in Love by Kilian — I remember enjoying it while it lasted, which was significantly shorter than Comète. I got that almond creaminess and the powder quality of violets, which I like. I’m not sure it tops the almond-creaminess of Hypnotic Poison, however.

Twst characters and perfume
But First! Fun facts related to fragrance:
Smell and memories are deeply linked. Scent and emotions are also deeply linked.
How you smell has an impact on if others see you as a stranger, family, or a potential partner ;)
Fragrances smell different depending on who wears it. Everyone has a skin chemistry that interacts uniquely with the scent molecules.
Headcanons by dorm:
Heartslabyul
Might have weird rules about fragrance, idk. Dorm smells faintly of roses, tea, and whatever's baking in the kitchen.
Riddle: Probably still follows a hygiene routine set by his mom.
Would wear/smell like: roses, tea, the library. Hermes Hermessence Rose Ikebana + Demeter Paperback
Would enjoy: fruit and gourmand fragrances, the things he couldn't have as a child :'(
Trey: Bakes things so often he semi-permanently smells like cake. Makes people hungry just by walking by.
Would wear/smell like: freshly baked cookies or bakery- sugar, butter, and vanilla. Les Senteurs Gourmandes Vanille De La Réunion
Would enjoy: gourmand scents and florals, especially violet. Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille
Cater: Vague interest based on whats trending on Magicam, but also just in it for the pretty bottles (same). Not sure if his dislike of sweets extends to smell?
Would wear/smell like: any nice soap and hand cream with fancy packaging. Also anything trendy, like Le Labo Rose 31
Would enjoy: not sweet scents? Mint, pepper, spicy colognes
Deuce: Keeps clean, but probably isn't picky about what he smells like.
Would wear/smell like: Axe/Old Spice? Soap/aftershave, sometimes metal and motor oil. Comme des Garcons Serpentine
Would enjoy: new car/Magicwheel smell, whatever reminds him of his mom :')
Ace: Probably does not care much but gets used bottles/recommendations from his brother (chicks dig this cologne, dude!)
Would wear/smell like: Axe/Old Spice lol. Whatever's popular.. Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue
Would enjoy: hmm not sure. Fruit fragrances, cherry?
Savannaclaw
Since they're beastmen they would likely not enjoy strong scents, and have preferences based on animal species. Dorm smells like dry hay, woods, eucalyptus.
Leona: Has straight up sniffed people and will do it again. Might comment on others smelling bad but wouldn't care about himself. Probably has a lot of unopened bottles, sent to him by family and the royal perfumers.
Would wear/smell like: warm fur, leather, animalics. Amouage Overture Man/ Bvlgari Man in Black
Would enjoy: Calvin Klein Obsession. Whatever suits his lion fancy, idk?
Ruggie: Would balk at the thought of buying perfume. Who cares as long as you're clean?
Would wear/smell like: warm fur, grass, the Good laundry detergent (courtesy of Leona). Demeter Kitten Fur :3
Would enjoy: gourmand fragrances, might make him hungry though.
Jack: Doesn't care about himself, as long as he’s clean. Sensitive to ambient smells, as per his vignette.
Would wear/smell like: warm fur, animalics. Also probably the gym but shhh
Would enjoy: forest scent- pine trees smells like home. Also pears. Serge Lutens Fille en Aiguilles
Octavinelle
I wonder if their sense of smell changes based on if they're transformed? Did the air smell different when they first came on land? Does the ocean smell like home? Many questions here. Dorm smells cool and clean - water, cucumber, calones, ex. Zoologist Seahorse.
Azul: Likely has different perfumes based on occasion and audience, and knows the psychological effects of scent as a marketing tactic. Usually goes for iconic, recognizable scents with an established brand (like Chanel).
Would wear/smell like: ink, books, and tea from the long hours of studying. Alkemia Book of Shadows
Would enjoy: tbh not sure, gourmand scents?
Jade: Aware of fragrance mostly through tea. Not sure if he would personally be interested.
Would wear/smell like: moss and teas, due to the terrarium and tea hobbies. Creed Silver Mountain Water
Would enjoy: tea, forest/mountain scents. Definitely Demeter Mushroom
Floyd: Generally unpredictable, doesn't care until he does lol. Will also straight up sniff you and comment on it
Would wear/smell like: Axe/Old Spice just to annoy Azul. Sprays something just to wash it off 10 minutes later.
Would enjoy: whatever strikes his fancy at the moment. I think something from Etat Libre d'Orange would keep him entertained.
Scarabia
Room fragrance delivered monthly, courtesy of Al-Asim family. Dorm smells like spices, oud, and clay.
Kalim: Family has many dedicated advisors and perfumers. May prefer strong, intense fragrances.
Would wear/smell like: cashmere, warm spices, amber. Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540
Would enjoy: coconut, scents that remind him of parties and vacations. Paco Rabanne 1 Million Parfum
Jamil: Keeps clean but generally indifferent. Smells faintly like whatever Kalim is wearing.
Would wear/smell like: hair products, spices from making food. Versace Versace Pour Homme Oud Noir
Would enjoy: tbh not sure? Dry fruit and spices might smell like home, but I can also see him enjoying scents that feel like an escape from his usual life.
Pommefiore
Likely has some sort of fragrance in every room. Fights have broken out because of perfume.
Vil: Blends his own, of course. Knows the industry well, has connections and access to rare ingredients.
Would wear/smell like: depends on the occasion. I feel like he would wear fragrance to get in character.
Would enjoy: scents reminiscent of his father's cologne. Vintage/classics like Guerlain Jicky.
Rook: Prefers not to wear anything himself for better camouflage. Likely has a sharp sense of smell that rivals beastmen.
Would wear/smell like: suede, leather, grass. Tom Ford Tuscan Leather.
Would enjoy: can appreciate any scent. Waxes poetic until Vil drags him away from the perfume counter.
Epel: Forced to wear Vil's recommendations to fit a cute image, rip.
Would wear/smell like: Axe/Old Spice lol, but only away from Vil. Spraying habits that disgust and horrify the entirety of Pommefiore. Casualties: 2 dead 17 injured.
Would enjoy: "manly" scents, but also apple/apple blossom remind him of home. 4160 Tuesdays Up The Apples & Pears
Ignihyde
Cares the least about fragrances overall. Dorm smells synthetic, concrete and metal.
Idia: Only interested if it's related to an idol/anime. Has the 5 in 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toothpaste/machine oil
Would wear/smell like: Baja Blast and Dorito dust. Strong tea and energy drinks from pulling all nighters. Jacques Zolty Severo
Would enjoy: tbh not sure.. Plastic, metal, and cleaning spray remind him of home.
Ortho: Curious about how people are affected by fragrance. Could probably make something for you on the spot.
Would wear/smell like: something airy and light, metal and synthetics. Demeter New Car (lol)
Would enjoy: Not sure if he has a sensor for that? Whatever his brother likes I guess.
Diasomnia
Not sure if fairies have a different sense of smell? Dorm would smell like moss, stone/earthy notes
Malleus: As the centuries change so do the smells of things (I think). Rarely finds anything that smells nostalgic.
Would wear/smell like: moss, earth and petrichor from wandering around old buildings. CB I Hate Perfume M2 Black March
Would enjoy: tbh not sure.. Sorry Tsunotaro :(
Lilia: Fascinated by all the new stuff molecular chemistry is coming up with. Remembers when they were simply called scented waters.
Would wear/smell like: something that's been produced for a long time, a classic. 4711 Original Eau de Cologne/Zoologist Bat just because of the name
Would enjoy: anything new and crazy, but also nostalgic scents, if they even still exist for him...
Silver: Has tried smelling salts to wake up, they do not work.
Would wear/smell like: herbs, grass, white florals. Disney princess vibe but a little wilder. Amouage Reflection Man
Would enjoy: forest scents, fruits and florals remind him of childhood. Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit.
Sebek: Keeps clean but also probably not picky, might complain of smelling too human though.
Would wear/smell like: sharp, clean, hair wax and aftershave. Gotta look good for Malleus! Penhaligon's Sartorial.
Would enjoy: anything Malleus likes. Medicinal/cleaning spray scents remind him of home.
Resources:
Fragrantica perfumes by note (very fun to look through, especially the synthetics section)
Now Smell This FAQ
The Scent of Desire by Rachel Herz (all the psychology stuff)
Personal opinions and disclaimers:
I have not personally sniffed any of these perfumes so I'm going off the descriptions and reviews on Fragrantica. I have also not read all of the characters vignettes so these might not reflect canon. IMHO how you smell is a reflection of how you live day to day, and what perfume/cologne you choose is a reflection of what you like and how you want others to perceive you. So I've split this into two parts:
Would wear/smell like = what scent they think represents them/what would rub off on them based on environment/lifestyle
Would enjoy = mostly based off of what smells familiar to them + other guesses

This week, Richemont and Burberry are under the spotlight, with both luxury giants facing significant challenges that have financial markets abuzz. Richemont, scheduled to report its first-quarter results on July 16, has generated headlines with recent leadership changes. This shake-up saw new CEOs at Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, heightening questions about succession strategies within the conglomerate led by 74-year-old Johann Rupert. Compounding matters, Bernard Arnault, LVMH's chairman, has acquired a personal stake in Richemont, fueling speculation of acquisitive intentions. Additionally, the future of Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) hangs in the balance after a failed deal with Farfetch, with Mytheresa among potential buyers. Stakeholders are keenly anticipating any definite move from Richemont regarding YNAP. On July 19, Burberry will reveal its first-quarter results, and forecasts are grim. Despite efforts to position itself as a more upmarket brand under the direction of designer Daniel Lee, customer response has been lukewarm, particularly against the backdrop of aggressive pricing strategies. Critics, including columnist Luca Solca, argue that Burberry should reposition itself akin to Coach, suggesting a mid-market focus could be more profitable than its current high-fashion trajectory. Beyond these luxury heavyweights, Amazon's Prime Day on July 16-17 is another focal point, albeit with a different tone. While not prominent in the luxury sector—aside from some fragrance and eyewear listings—Amazon's recent collaborations with Saks and Neiman Marcus hint at aspirations in luxury retail. For now, Prime Day remains dedicated to accessible price points, with continued momentum from buy-now-pay-later options likely driving consumer spending. Sunlight In a Bottle
Tumblr media
There is nothing more pleasing than to feel the sun on your skin. A feeling of warmth and comfort like the universe nourishing you, body and soul. Greetings fragrant readers!  As Summer is here, I thought we should take a journey and explore a fairly new olfactive group; the so called solar perfumes. What is a solar perfume you may ask?  Well, it is basically a perfume with a sunny disposition. Warm and uplifting like you are taking in the sun anywhere for ex: the beach, the park, on vacation etc. Solar perfumes are usually a blend of notes from other olfactive groups; mainly aquatics, florals and citruses which create the effect of sun kissed skin. I love to wear them for the easy going, laissez-faire attributes they project. So let’s pull out a lounge chair and put on our sunglasses to begin our trip inspired by earth's closest and brightest star; The Sun. Let's start with a perfume that evokes the sun just by its name; Solaris by Penhaligon. Solaris is a slightly citrusy tropical leaning perfume with a warm woody base. Right from the start, the citrus and blackcurrant shine bright like the sun's rays. Then, come forth the florals like tiare, ylang ylang and jasmine which are warm but don't overwhelm as they are anchored by the woods in the base. Luminous is how I would describe this scent. Next on the list is a fragrance from a perfume house whose creations embody the spirit of different cities around the world. I am talking about Gallivant  and the scent of Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv is a beautiful solar floral with a fresh zestiness and a smooth sandalwood base. Not to mention, a touch of salt and a hint of spice for some chutzpah. It’s airy, floral and a little warm. This is the feeling of meeting friends in open air cafes, or bars near the sea after a long hot day. The city's nightlife comes alive with different people and sounds. A feeling of a relaxed summer night out. Speaking of cities, my next pick also has a geographical reference. California Reverie by Van Cleef and Arpels. California Reverie is a summer citrus floral. Picture yourself walking through citrus groves wearing a floral crown made of jasmine and frangipani while the sun is beaming down on you. There is a slight breeze that perfumes the air with all the greenery and even a hint of coolness from a body of water nearby.  This is California dreamin! Moving on, what is a solar perfume without some beach vibes? In today's market there is an abundance you can pick from. My first go to beachy scent is Arquiste's Sydney Rock Pool. Imagine a day at the beach on the Australian coast. Exotic palm trees and plants in the background while you swim in the salty waters of the ocean taking in the sun after applying the most luxurious sunscreen. Coconut, salt and solar notes; Beach vacation in a bottle. My other go to is Profumum Roma’s Aqua di Sale. This is more a day at sea on board a sailing ship. Less coconut/sunscreen and more marine freshness. You get the feeling of emerging from the sea, breathing in the air and aromas that surround you off the Italian coast. Salty, woody and aromatic with some zest. La Dolce vita by the sea! If you like your solar perfumes more cool, classy and clean, with a sprinkle of summer sun, look no further than Maison Francis Kurkdjian Aqua Vitae Cologne Forte. This is a sparkling clean mandarin scent with solar florals and a sensual musky base. The citrus radiates throughout the whole body of the perfume to give it freshness, while the musky base surrounds you with a cloud of warmth but no heat. A unique take on solar perfumes. On the other hand, fizzy, mineral and warm is Imaginary Author's Sundrunk. The image I conjure up, when I smell this, is sitting on the hood of a car, close to the beach, watching the sunset while drinking an orange soda. The effervescence of the soda note refreshes and counters the perfume’s metallic and mineral aspects. A very retro 60’s Florida vibe. To conclude, there are so many other perfumes that come to mind when I think of this category that I would be remiss if I didn't have some honorary mentions for you to check out like; Estee Lauder's Bronze Goddess, Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc and Nuxe Prodigieux Edp.  So dear readers, there you have it, my list of scents that can put you in the sunniest disposition wherever you are. Farewell for now and may our Summer shine as bright as the sun!                                               Your Perfume cognoscente                                                                                      Y.Z Read the full article
