How creators and streamers can show support

Creators and streamers are not being asked to stop playing certain games

Only the American guild is striking. "The UK union are not able to strike due to LAWS in the UK, but do stand in solidarity! Do NOT attack UK actors for working at this time" [source]

"As far as Dragon Age Veilguard, several of the voice cast are SAG-AFTRA members, this would most likely mean they would not be involved in promotion [after SDCC] or would not be able to record any lines/do mocap moving forward." [source]

Also: "The game actors strike rules are messier than it first seems. They can't work on new projects, or ones recently started, but games in production a year or more ago and live service/ongoing games are excluded from the strike (for now)." [source]

Interest check!! Me and a couple pals of mine are going to be working on a dating sim together. It's only in it's very early concept days but I've got a real good feeling about this project!

General idea is that you've died and landed yourself in Hell, confused as to why you're down there and not up to ask to 'speak to the manager' and are brought to meet 7 demons (ofc each one meant to represent a deadly sin) who discuss why you're down there. They quickly realize there must've been a mistake in the system as— you haven't really done anything sinful in your life. So they keep you with them for a while as they try to figure out how to get you up to Heaven. However while that's happening you end up getting closer to all of them and— dating sim shenanigans ensue. If it sounds closer to other media, believe there's probably a bit of inspiration :p

Anyway! There would be 3 endings for each character, good, bad, and neutral, though not every character will necessarily be romancable, two (aromantic) will have friendship endings!

This will likely take a while to properly get off the ground as I'm still learning how to program but I will see you on the flip side!

I want to talk today about @support-hesham’s son, Nabil, who is five years old. Nabil was born with a speech delay, but it improved greatly as he got older. Then the war came and he began to regress. One of the only words he could say was “papa”.

Right now, Nabil is separated from his papa, because Hesham made the devastating choice to evacuate his family as soon as they had enough money to leave, sacrificing himself. So now Hesham waits for aid.

Hesham’s goal is 50k, to help him evacuate and build a new life for his family, but even just $5,000 will be enough to get him across the border and out of immediate harm. Just $5,000 will help ensure that little Nabil can reunite with his papa.

Palestinian men are not expendable. They are just as treasured as the women and children. Please do not forget them, or Hesham.
