When I tell people they can simply shift with daydreaming and they hit me with "but I daydream all the time, why haven't I shifted?"
Because you perceive it as a daydream and not a actually reality you are living and experiencing.
If you are daydreaming and you are so focused on the fact you are "not there yet" or the fact you wish to be "actually" experiencing that daydream right now is the reason why you didn't shift through the daydreaming.
Shifting doesn't take much, and telling yourself otherwise is sabotaging yourself. Realise your dr is real and take it in. Immerse yourself in your dr and simply be there and don't overthink it.

Close your eyes and imagine a lemon 🍋
Now, imagine yourself cutting a lemon. Bring it close and take a bite. What do you feel? Is it sour? Did your face instinctively contort? Does it seem real?
This proves that you don’t need to believe something for your mind and body to experience it.
Now, do the same with your desire. Close your eyes and create a scene where your manifestation is already yours. How does it feel? What thoughts run through your mind? How do you act now that it’s real?
It’s done. It’s yours. Treat it like a memory. Return to this feeling whenever doubts arise.
If you can imagine it, you can have it.

this is getting unbelievably annoying. i honestly don’t understand why people gotta complicate shit so much. maybe it’s just THAT simple that people can’t just accept that it is. not only is it simple, but also meant to be experienced differently.
any method or technique works. anything works. everything works. i think so many people have forgotten that not everyone has the same exact brain as they do. we are all extremely different. different childhoods. different beliefs. different traumas. different circumstances. different will power. different upbringings. different brain capacities. different limiting beliefs. different capabilities. different levels of sensitivity. we’re all not the same. even if we are all connected to one consciousness, we’re different on a human level.
someone who has been severely abused as a child will not be the same as someone who wasn’t. another person can also go through the same childhood and be completely different. you can’t expect someone who is depressed to be more motivated and open than someone who isn’t. i’m not saying that we should accept anything we view as negative about ourselves, but some people genuinely believe that deciding something is just that easy for everyone.
methods and techniques aren’t just used for manifestation. they’re used to help YOU manifest in a way that is suitable to you and how your brain functions. affirming isn’t bad. visualizing isn’t bad. whatever method isn’t bad. it’s all about bringing your awareness to your desire. if you keep affirming, you bring awareness to your desire. you are normalizing this desire in your mind by repetition. this is literally how so many people get brainwashed into believing anything; by repetition. some people have extreme limiting beliefs for multiple reasons and need to keep repeating shit until it becomes a more common “thought” for them than the undesirable one and is more engraved in their awareness. some people find it hard to just decide. and that’s okay. do whatever tf you feel comfortable with and suits YOUR mind. you can have it and still affirm that you do. your subconscious isn’t gonna be like woah this mf is affirming about something they already have ? well that means they don’t have it .. bfr. your subconscious mind isn’t your narcissistic toxic ex so please stop treating it as such. i affirm for things i already have. sometimes i look at my jacket in my closet and keep repeating in my mind that i have this lovely jacket and i’m happy i do. hell i can even annoy the shit out of everyone around me and sing about it in the most annoying voice ever. my boyfriend is the sweetest person i’ve ever met yet i constantly tell myself that he’s so sweet over and over in my head. it’s seriously not that deep y’all. some people have more inner dialogues than visuals or imagery in their heads and vice versa. some people can even do both at the same time. (that’s how my brain works) it really depends on you and what is natural to you.
you can visualize without emotions. why ? because some people generally don’t feel that much emotions to begin with. when you visualize, you gotta be yourself. how’d you feel if you received roses ? me personally, i’d smile a lot and feel loved. someone else might not feel that. they’d probably just appreciate it and that’s it. how would YOU feel and act when you’re visualizing and having your desire. that’s it. and honestly, it’s mostly just about knowing and living in the end more than anything. i visualized a lot of things without feeling anything. i just kept telling myself that what i’m visualizing is my actual reality and got them. you can visualize however you want.
let me make it simple for you. there is no separation and everything is instant. your 3d and 4d are the same but your 4d is within your control and is your actual reality (contrary to what you’ve been raised to believe) and it is reflected in your 3d. everything is you and you’re everything. whatever reality you choose to identify with in your 4d is your actual reality and has no choice but to be reflected in your 3d because it’s just a mirror. you’re welcome.
self concept is important, yes. do you need it ? no. will it help you a lot ? yes. and to achieve your ideal self concept— well, it depends on you. are you someone who can just decide who you want to be or would methods help you achieve this self concept ? whatever feels comfortable to you, do it. whatever will help you reach your goal do it. some people can’t just decide and that’s okay. exactly like how some people can calm themselves down in a second while others might need to take a few breaths first until they gradually are able to calm down without needing to do so.
honestly so many people are starting to not make any sense. you can and can’t do anything at the same time ? or tell you that you’re limitless yet limit you and fill your mind with so many limited beliefs. do whatever feels comfortable and whatever continues to bring your awareness to your desires. when i say just decide, persist, and “be” in my posts, all i mean is decide, persist, and be who you want to be in your own way or the way most suitable to YOU !

30 Days Shifting Challenge
30 days may seem like a really long time, but I had results on day 2 and most of people shifts on the first week. I'm gonna tell you my experience.

I've seen this guy on TikTok a lot, and the other day I found his Patreon, which is free. He talks about lucid dreams, astral projection, and shifting. This challenge, although it says it's for the astral one, most people are using it for shifting and lucid dreams.
In my case, I didn't do day one because I accidentally did it without knowing it the day before, so I just started in day 2 last night.
In case anyone hasn't seen their patreon yet, day two is pretty simple and it's fully based in your intention:
You go to sleep with the intention that you're going to wake up 5 hours after you fall asleep. You can also set a alarm, but I recommend you to trust yourself.
When you wake up, stay awake for 5 minutes and go back to bed.
Set the intention to wake up naturally several times.
When you wake up naturally, do one lf this options.

Okay. Now that you know how the method is done, I'm going to tell you about my experience:
At 12am I made it clear that something was going to happen that night, that I was going to wake up 5 minutes before the alarm I set. "How?" I just did it. I was SO excited to have discovered a challenge after a week of being unmotivated and busy in this reality.
I started imagining my other reality... what it will be like to arrive, how I will spend my time, what I will do... and, in some way, it was quite easy -- don't know if this helped, but I was feeling pretty tired--.
At some point, I started dreaming. I dreamed of people of this reality and stuff and, in one moment, I wanted to go through a wall, only because I wanted to walk down a long hallway and there wasn't one. And that's when I became lucid. I felt my 'body' (?) pass through the ground --like when you pass through blocks in Minecraft in spectator mode. Exactly like that--. I began to hear the dream VERY clearly, as if I were there. I noticed an extremely loud beeping sound that accelerated until it sounded like it was going to explode, which always happens to me when I have shifting experiences --I notice it's getting faster and faster. I think that when it becomes impossible to accelerate further, that's when I'll wake up in my intentional reality--. I wanted to focus on my intention reality but, in the dream, they were screams, like a discussion. They were my CR friends, in a difficult situation, I think. And somehow, I know what they were dressed like just from hearing their voices. I began to feel myself spinning nonstop, very fast, which is very common for me. I couldn't stop focusing on the dream, because my hearing had shifted there, along with part of my vision and memories. I didn't want to go there, I didn't want to be in that situation, so I ended up returning to this reality.
I noticed that everything stopped and I was at peace. I've gotten used to the change, because it's just normal to experience it. I looked at my phone and it was 12:46. It didn't even passed an hour. I love the peace and tranquility I feel after having an shifting experience.

I've only completed ONE DAY of the 30, and I've made progress. I recommend everyone join me for this 30-day challenge. It doesn't matter if you started late; it's never too late to start.

⋆𐙚 my thoughts on different manifestation techniques pt. 1 ₊˚⊹
i'm bored so here goes nothing, i'd also like to say i mostly do these "techniques" or "methods" because i think they're fun !! they're not necessary or obligatory to manifest.

subliminals: i love them. they're just so easy, i listen to them because they make me feel great !! i also notice i don't have as many negative thoughts when i listen to them often. tip: i skip those that give me headaches or make me feel like my brain is melting. 10/10
lists: they're nice when you are pretty forgetful or want to manifest many things at the same time, i tend to look at my list when i genuinely forget what the hell i was manifesting. people say it's everything but it doesn't excite me. 5/10
robotic affirmations: they eaaattt you just affirm a bunch of times with no emotions and they just happen. super low effort. 100/10
meditations: i should meditate more i never do it,, althought every time I've done it i've gotten exactly what i visualized for. i feel like it's kind of time consuming that's why i don't do it. 8/10
visualization: if you have a vivid imagination, i totally recommend it. i usually imagine what i want very vividly and feel happy from it. although i gotta say i follow my own lead on this, because when i want to do what other people have recommended like "smell the scent, touch your surroundings" i get too into thinking mode and it ruins it for me big time, makes me doubt etc. 9/10 ---------------------------------------------------------------------
i want to learn of more methods so i can do them and give more opinions, i just think they're super fun !! so if you have anything you'd recommend let me know ♡

What to do when you feel like you don't deserve the life of your dreams? I have a lot of desires and I really want them but I feel like life is telling me that I have a good life and that I shouldn't want. Am I ambitious? also for a past that I had and that I want to review
HOW2LOA : stop limiting yourself !
this post will be a bit of a pep talk not only for you anon but also for anyone who is doubting their abilities, what they should and shouldn’t have, what’s too ambitious.
first of all, there is never “too ambitious”. manifesting or not, i do not believe that dreams can be too wild, ideas can be too crazy or goals can be too ambitious. even if something hasn’t been done yet, you can be the first one to make it happen.
secondly, if you have doubts like this (which are very normal because we are humans and humans have logical thoughts stop beating yourself up!!!), perhaps you need a refresher on what the law is and how it works. manifesting is your birthright. it’s something you cannot avoid doing because it is part of how life and consciousness work. there is no reason you could name that could make me think you are not deserving of something. in any case, who decides what you do and do not deserve? whatever you believe in god, universe, other higher power- they are all within you. you decide. you decide the exact same way you decide what is wrong or right, what you like and dislike, what is true or false. it is all you. you hold the power, you are the source of everything.
you can still be grateful and appreciative of what you have now and still want more. it is part of human nature to desire. you are not ungrateful or too ambitious for wanting to elevate your life. it is in your nature to desire things, as it is in your nature to receive them. grant yourself your desires. because you already have them! forget about time, logic, limits. you have what you want now. the moment you desire it it becomes yours. that is how powerful you are. the only reason you might not be able to experience it in the present moment is because you are using your senses to dictate what you have and what is real.
you are the only one keeping you and your desire in separation. you’re not being punished or tested so stop getting in your own way. accept your power, stop limiting yourself and embrace the control you have over your life. life doesn’t happen to you, you shape your life to meet your desires. why would you settle for something you are not happy with? be a little stubborn! this is your life and you are blessed to know you have the control. so would you rather try to settle while unhappy because you are scared of wanting “too much” or would you rather accept who you really are and your capabilities and get everything you ever wanted? it is your choice. but remember, you are always manifesting.

i was watching the new season of black mirror and i was like holy shit this is literally all about manifestation and shifting. i remember telling myself, while watching the season before, that the next season will be about consciousness, reality shifting, etc. and boom. i even manifested the time it comes out. i’m going to use this season as a way to manifest more things into my life. (just for fun) should i make a post about what i’ll do ? like how i’ll use each episode as a method, technique, mindset, whatever, to manifest ?
