indeed my exact process once every 8 months or so

#I just thought today of a new way to format a 'profile' (like the descriptions of self that people use on friend meeting #apps and stuff) and how to organize the sections so that it seems such and such a way and oh what if there's links which click off #into branching paths so it's very acessible and there are two different forms depending on so on and so forth #and i was like 'um.. wow. amazing idea. this will be soooo aweseome and will definitely work' but then .. you know...self reflection #lol.. is this just like the millions of other iterations of a similar thing? No.. This Is Different ... Surely...#Though if I had a millionaire friend and a few people who do the type of coding you use for web design stuff and etc..#I could create the most elaborate detailed and amazing platonic friend seeking (and I guess you could also have 'dating' as an option #since that would draw in more of a crowd) website on the earth.. the new okcupid (back when okcupid didn't suckishly abandon their #whole format in hopes of trying to become just like tinder or whatever and they actually had like tons of info and percentages and #open answer questions and would list personality traits on a profile (like 'this person is more Open To New Expereinces than 65% of #other users' etc.). etc. etc. Oh what a beautiful thing I could craft for the detail freaks of the world.... Alas...#unfortunately we seem to be in an oversimplification era.. everything in short quick bites. everything on a tiny phone screen. etc.#marketing 'Introducing The Most Complicated Data Heavy Social Connection Site In The World' would not sell well I'd imagine gjhgjh #AANYWAY.. also no idea why the representation of me is in a turtle neck. what a bold fashion choice..#In another moment of self reflection.. the fact that in the first tag on this post I felt the need to define the word 'profile' just to be #specific as if people couldn't tell from context.. so clearly someone who finds filling out forms a 'fun afternoon activity' lol #the type of guy who finds psych evaluations and pop quizzes and making chore lists mostly enjoyable (< true)

take this with all the grains of salt on earth because its not like ive ever finished anything but I often find a lot of indie visual novels seem to neglect the audio dimension of the medium outside of maybe music, and it does sometimes make me wonder if what we need is another medium for independent artists/writers who find both the text the text and art aspects vital to the story they want to tell but for whatever reason a comic format would not work. Maybe what we need is (is lost alone in the middle of an unending forest with no sign of life or daylight in any direction) somethingawful forum let's play style web serials (I keep on forward into the endlessly divergent trails making no progress, never to be seen again in the darkness)

#ive seen a few types of web serials in something akin to that style! but i am thinking like straight up like #a screenplay with a comical amount of pictures LOL #i tried doing that once actually! in like grade 10 so obviously i ran outta steam very quickly whsfjsjchhf #but again yeah it doesnt matter that much its just a funny thing ive noticed with some indie vns LOL #i guess maybe its a symptom of how we took the visual novel branding from leaf in english #instead of the chunsoft or whoever branding of 'sound novel' LOL the sound gets a little neglected at times!#like sound effects and ambient noise specifically #but again take this criticism with a grain of salt. i have never finished a thing #partially because i get overwhelmed by. sound design. etc. <3

this idea has been hogging my brain the last 24 hours so I need to make this word vomit, even though my opinion on powered MJ is 50/50 sometimes I love it and sometimes I hate it. mostly I dislike it when both Peter and MJ have powers at the same time (see: Jackpot)

petermj role reversal AU (sort of) - MJ is still a model/actress, but she's also Spider-Woman, which can create conflicts with her work schedule. Obviously.

Peter is still working at the Bugle and has been snapping high quality photos of Spider-Woman since high school. He's out of college now, but hasn't had any luck finding a different job.

MJ was royally pissed at Peter for a while, because she thought he was helping with Jameson's smear campaign against her. She once confronted him after saving him from a villain and he, very nervously, explained that he needed the money and that he argued with Jonah many times to not to make those articles about her since he's deeply grateful to her for saving Ben from getting shot all those years ago.

It took her some time to warm up to him, even her civilian self disliked him and held a grudge against him. Peter eventually figures out that she's Spider-Woman and starts helping out with her gadgets

#chatter #petermj #how did mj make all those gadgets and web shooters? don't think about it just roll with it #these types of role reversal AUs scratch a certain itch in my brain #side note I'd go with her spinneret suit it's a nice design #specifically the one from atsv it's so *her*

#gomz thinking out loud:#i cant set up a personal web bcuz my card isn't set up to have international transaction #but there are alternative #the first reaction was to do it via ko-fi but honestly right #a chunk of money get chops out lmao #like do you know when i set up a 15usd commission i only get about 12.88usd (including conversion and bank transfer rate)#the sketchpage type is 45usd and i get about 39.80usd #it may not be a lot but 1usd is almost RM5 for me #so like #yeah KSJDHKJ #i went to the pos office to talk about deliveries and the prepaid package i wanna use has not only sold out but also increase prices #which. not good LMAO #the freaking t_riffs man #i was thinking of using google forms and then payment directly to paypal #but i'll think about it #hghj #gomz ya thinking too far you havent even decide on the fucking designs ya baffoon #gummmyspeaks #is 30 charms per order too much #might just limit to 20 #LMAO

Love spending at least an hour every week dissociating in the mirror painting my face with eyeshadow into avant garde makeup looks. It's pretty much free therapy.
