I'm sure this has been said before but watching the end credits of the Shibuya arc got me thinking about the trio just bumming around Tokyo, hanging out, being kids.
Like, I was wondering what they could be doing as they're wandering around, taking pictures and goofing off.
And then it hit me. That's all they're doing. They're just being teenagers, hanging out after school, exploring the city and having fun. And this feels important to me for two reasons:
1) both Gojo and Nanami have expressed their goal of not having the kids waste/lose their childhoods because of the jujutsu world
2) it feels very much like the hidden inventory arc credits with the five of them hanging out and being teenagers before everything went wrong
Both of these things make me emotional, of course.
I just love all the little snapshots we get of these kids getting to be kids outside of the storyline every week. Going to the beach in the winter, playing at the arcade, running through the city taking pictures.

hehe ghost-turbo haunting felix au
turbo is connected to the last piece of his code in the whole arcade - a trophy he gifted to felix in mid 80s as a symbol of him genuinely caring about their relationships on par with being the best racer. felix also gave him one of his medals and both kept their gifts next to other rewards, but when roadblasters and turbotime were unplugged, the medal was gone with everything else
now, after burning in cola-lava turbo is basically dead, but scraps of his code still were intertwined with the trophy (after all, it was his first winner's cup, but felix never knew about it), giving turbo an opportunity to exist as a shadow incapable of interacting with anything and anyone besides felix, who kept the trophy even after the roadblasters incident
also I went crazy in tags, feel free to check them out

The great thing about the White Collar OT3 is that at no point does the introduction of Neal into El and Peter's everyday lives never feels like a threat to Peter and El's marriage.
Like from the moment Neal shows up at their house in episode one he and El hit it off.
Within the first 5 episodes Neal and El have figured out they have similar knowledge and interest in the finer things, they're sharing looks over how Peter talks about and will react to things, El is telling Peter to trust in Neal a little, Neal is helping make sure they have a lovely anniversary, and El is calling Neal in to mediate/help prove her point in mini arguments to make Peter do stuff.
They also work really well because while Peter, El, and Neal might all be slightly different flavours and intensities of hyper competent adrenaline junkie weirdos, all three of them are intensely loyal to "their people" so the second El and Neal recognised that they both trust Peter as someone who will always try to do the right thing and respect them they were like "oh green flag."

I keep thinking about Merlin’s love for Arthur and how it’s so clearly portrayed in the show to the point that it practically drives the plot of the show. However when it comes to Arthur’s love for Merlin it’s more subtle and sometimes difficult to even grasp, and I started thinking why that was, aside from the obvious fact that Arthur has a lot of trouble expressing his emotions affection or otherwise. I think it also lies in the fact that Merlin knows Arthur intrinsically throughout the show; he is one of the closest people to Arthur, and sees him for who he really is. Arthur admits as much.
Sure, Arthur knows Merlin but the main part of the plot is that he really doesn't know Merlin. Merlin wants him to desperately understand him and “see me for who I am” but he can't yet. And I think this subconsciously creates a barrier in the way in which Arthur can care for Merlin, and how Merlin can let himself be seen by Arthur.
Which is why I think he was also so hurt when the magic reveal happens because more than the betrayal of Merlin having magic, it was the betrayal of Merlin not letting Arthur see him for who he really is and for hiding a main part of himself. Arthur says it himself “why did you never tell me” that’s what hurt him the most.
I think the most damning piece of evidence for this is the fact that while we see snippets of Arthur’s feelings for Merlin thought the show, the biggest signs are in the last episode after the magic reveal; in which he finally gets to understand Merlin, and this time REALLY know Merlin, and as the barriers of what held them back from understanding each other truly fall away, Arthur evidently “falls in love with Merlin all over again”. We see him actually express himself to Merlin.
This is another reason why I think if anyone was ever to create another season of Merlin after Arthur’s return, it’s physically impossible not to make it about Merlin and Arthur acknowledging their feelings for each other. Because there is no way forward without them acknowledging how deeply they care for each other, obviously anyone is free to argue what kind of love that is, but its impossible not to see the deep love there either way.
They always knew they loved each other, just maybe never realising how much and what that means, because its almost second nature to everything that they do.

Every time I think too deeply about how we've found the bones of thousands and thousands of years old ancient people and we've given them people names I just
Guys, do you get it? We put to name these ancient peoples whose bodies vaguely resemble us and we go, "you're one of us, and we will give you a name that we have invented". They are not here to have a voice for themselves, but they are here to be remembered.
To be named is to be loved.

Bakugou does your skincare for you on days when you’re just not feeling it. he’s only started doing his own thing because of some shitty products you had gotten, that did worse for your skin than better. But of course, his skin is something miraculous, can be soothed by the demon products that broke you out.
but he stands beside you in the bathroom now, during your nightly routine. does everything in the same order as you, tells you quietly about his day during this small, intimate moment. he notices when you’re tired, when you skip more than two steps, do something quick and easy.
“Sit down,” he tells you, demanding but yet so gentle. you’re tired, bone deep, and he sees that. can feel it in the way your shoulders slump, and that tiny little smile whenever he says something funny. but he takes care of you in those moments, doesn’t ask what’s wrong if you’re not offering the information up. knows that sometimes it’s not always a specific issue, knows that sometimes you just get like that and need the extra attention and comfort.
so he helps you with your skincare routine. rubs whatever oils and balms you need into your cheeks and forehead, spritzes your face as soft as he can. he applies your lip oil and wipes a rag down your nose to clean your face up. his hands are gentle in their ministrations, rough palms suddenly soft as they swipe over your cheeks. and when he finishes up with you, does he press the softest kiss to your hairline and cheek and lips. goes about his own routine quickly before he’s helping you to your feet, leading you back to the room.
on these nights, they’re silent but say so much about—about everything. and you hold him closer than you ever do; in thanks, in gratefulness, in gratitude, in love.
