you live in a world where vampire Vaggie has to drag her gf down by bowtie to reach her neck for snack time and THAT is a Nice Place to be (probably especially for Charlie)

gods do some meta... have vamp Vaggie think werewolves are like in the modern horror movies all rah rah moonlight bite transform pain eat ppl, and then she meets Charlie, and it's more like meeting an ACTUAL wolf who just HAPPENS to be kinda demonic and fully capable of eating ppl, this cuddly social fluffball who's tail won't stop wagging and vamp Vaggie (maybe ex demon hunter turned vamp after she let a dying kid demon feed on her?????) is just like

"I've known Charlie the self-proclaimed moon-moon Moringstar for only a few days, but if anything happens to her im burning down the world and everyone in it including myself" - "Ahahah! Ok Vaggie but you wouldn't actually do that right?" - "...." - "Vaggie???" - "I won't have to so don't worry about it babe"

meanwhile im over here with werewolf Vaggie, holy hound of heaven sent down every year to fight in hell (al la the testimony of "the Livonian werewolf", Thiess of Kaltenbrun),

im imaginging her getting her wolf pelt RIPPED off her back by werewolf Lute and she hasn't been able to shift since then- Vaggie showing up at the hotel gates as a grey wolf with a missing eye who kinda vampire demon Charlie has NEVER seen before but knows, just from that way it stops and hesitates and holds itself so still watching her so intently just her girlfriend does, that this is Vaggie-

Charlie grinning as she holds out her arms for the wolf to leap into, and you kno what, let's go full heavenly hound route and say Vaggie's a fucking winged werewolf, let's go the same route as that one space movie, her half-shifted form is a woman with wings and sharp canines and

Charlie as the child of Lilith the first vampire and Lucifer a MUCH higher level hound of heaven, she was born partly in wolf mode but still a demon of hell needing to drink mortal blood to stay in mortal realm (au where the hotel's a liminal space both in hell and on earth) and she never took blood from Vaggie before (she fed some of HER blood TO Vaggie to save her from dying when they first met and that means if they finish the blood swap there'll be a permanent two-way CONNECTION until one of them dies so they should prrrrrrobably wait until after the wedd- oh never mind) but now, after the werewolf reveal, she finally DOES nibble the gf, and no on in the hotel gets any rest afterwards bc there's a big deathly white wolf doing zoomies down the hotel halls for the rest of the night XD

hero/villain showdown but one of them has a spontaneous medical emergency and the battle gets put on hold while their archnemesis drives them to Urgent Care

#it should be like. a hernia. or diverticulitis #something intestinal for maximum Awkward Scenario #and the entire car ride alternates between awkward silence and the driver lecturing their nemesis on the importance of regular check-ups #this is funnier if the hero is the one having the hernia tbh. but both options are Very Good #want to emphasize that it is a 'medical emergency ' that is clearly not extreme enough for the emergency room #and the sidekick/henchperson gets stuck in traffic so the hero/villain stays for moral support #they spend 8 hours in the waiting room playing Uno (it devolves into a screaming match)#at the end of the ordeal one of them vows to burn the hospital to the ground with their laser eye powers #and it's Not The One You Think #oh oh oh! ALTERNATIVELY:#it's an allergic reaction; one of them accidentally poisoned the other by using like. soybean derivative in a tranquilizer dart #emphasis on *accidentally*. yes they were technically fighting but That Wasn't Supposed To Happen #so now they're obligated to take responsibility and Stay In The Waiting Room #(can't decide if it's funnier if it's the hero or the villain stuck in this situation)#(probably the villain)#“why didn't you TELL me you were allergic to soybeans???”#“um because you would use it against me in combat?”#“as opposed to NOT telling me! which has worked out fantastic for you!!!”#villain being genuinely offended bc they have a biochemistry degree and have invented literally dozens of untraceable poisons #they have the scientific skill to poison their favorite jackass in hundreds of ways #(and have done so before! in admittedly non-fatal outcomes but that was by design okay)#but it's “dangerous” to do them the simple curtesy of informing them about a SOY ALLERGY????#above all else they consider themself a scientist #and they're LIVID that their favorite (reluctant) test subject lied about their medical history #“technically i didn't LIE--#“I read you the questionnaire! the very first time i held u hostage i READ YOU THE QUESTIONNAIRE!!!”#“...the what now”#“the MEDI--holy shit you weren't even paying attention were you #i had you bound and gagged over an ACTUAL BUBBLING ACID PIT and you couldn't even be bothered to--#“--so i was obviously a bit BUSY at that moment! You cannot be a perfectionist'.#Right now - posting these slightly upgraded frames is really helping me stay motivated through the learning grind.#But progress is happening! I'm so excited to show it off when it's done!#Someone with a very discerning eye might be able to figure out what I'm doing with just this one frame. I will take the risk.#That aside; I often think about how the nature of cultivators in MDZS's world also entailed knowing about other art forms.#Meaning that Wen Qing and Wen Ning likely were good musicians and artists.#We know WWX is also good in art and music so...really...what was stopping them from forming a band?#Allow me to pitch this AU: Yiling Opera company AU. WWX and the Wen remnants form a performing trope and tour towns and cities.#Not only do they find a way to keep on the move (no home...only the road and the people around you).#But you also get to be in costume - which is a socially appropriate way to always be in disguise.#Yiling Laozu would thus be a character and/or WWX's stage name.#Would he be good at keeping it a secret? Hard to say with WWX! I think it would be a poorly-kept secret at best.#He likes to brag and show off a bit too much. This many would be either the worst or best spy.#Consider the drama of JC losing his mind over his ex-brother becoming a clown. Imagine JC Getting his ass kicked by said clown.#Imagine the delectable secret identity drama potential of Lan Wangji stumbling upon the trope's performances.#We did not get nearly enough of the secret identiy drama in MDZS canon. I need more of it.#I need that man conflicted with his feelings for the same person. I need them playing mind games with each other at all times.

Danny only went to Gotham university because it had a lot of ambient ectoplasm and he could fast track to the arrow space department in Wayne enterprises if he worked hard enough. He didn’t need adopting, he was already 19 years old and had a (strained, very distant) relationship with his parents. When he moved to Gotham, he expected to have to deal with people wanting to make him a new Wayne, not with all of the Gotham rogues immediately trying to adopt him.

So what if he defended Killer Croc from some asshole cops, accidentally exposing his fangs and had a conversation about being dehumanized with him that led to them having dinner on Wednesdays?

So what if he got into a serious conversation about the green gas effect and pollution (Sam had taught him well) with Poison Ivy that result in him coming over for dinner and Harley Quinn declaring him a ‘sweetheart’?

So what if he directed Frostbitw to help Mr. Freeze and now Nora invited him over for brunch on Sundays?

So what if he had a wonderful conversation with the Riddler in which they traded space themed riddles which lead to Riddler seeking him out sometimes for a game?

So what if he helped Mr. cobble pot by making him intangible when some people were driving by in about splash mud on him and he now had a part time job there as a bouncer?

So what if Grundy played tag with him every other Thursday and called him Little Death and offered to eat his chemical engineering teacher who gave him a low grade because he didn’t follow safety precautions?

This didn’t mean he was adoption bait. Shut up Sam.

#Feel like my pokemon followers here would enjoy some good eats.#Yveltal are very dedicated parents. They sometimes care for the chicks even long after they've fledged.#But they have some god awful sight and don't have the best of scent receptors.#Adult Yveltal don't eat in the traditional sense. They don't need to hunt or scavenge. They passively consume the life force of the well. L #So over time those senses have just degraded.#Which leads them very vulnerable to brood parasitism.#A pokemon whose chick is black and red can easily be passed off as a Yveltal chick.#Due to this their population is horrifically low.#Legendary as they are.
