Summary- you bring home a cat and dabi fights for your attention with the cat... Content- fluff + jealous dabi?? Dabi x gn reader

"I'm home!" You yell only to be met with silence as you searched for your boyfriend to show him a surprise you found in an alleyway.

Checking every room untill you manage to make your way towards the bedroom you both share. Opening the door you peaked inside,stilling holding the cat gently in your other arm. "Babe?" You scanned the room and found him laying on the bed facing upwards with his arm over his head. "Hm?" He hummed still not facing you as you smiled and closed the door.

"I've got something for you." He hummed again not looking sounding a bit intrigued but annoyed at the same time "it better not be another pair of endeavor shirts to annoy me because I swear-" he paused when he noticed the little fluff ball in your arms. Your face was sparkling with happiness as his was threaded with terror as if you just brought home some exotic animal.

Hugging the cat tighter to your chest made his blood boil for second as he looked at your face "isn't he just the cutest?! Let's keep him and name him,ok?" The cat had black fur "how about kuro? Yeah well name him kuro!" (Kuro also means black in Japanese in case you didn't know)

Depsite your excitement dabi just couldn't believe what he was seeing. Someone, no some little creature was in his house basically violating his beautiful s/o and all while he has to watch it with his own eyes. This was his home and some little firball just comes in unannounced and tried to one up him with his spot of being your number 1.

"Dabi?" After some time of silence from him he didn't notice he was quiet as he had to come up with soemthing to say  "oh,yeah,yeah! Kuro sounds nice I guess. Where did you find him?"

You stopped holding kuro to let him down as he climbed on the bed with dabi " in an alleyway." Dabi's face went back to being distraught. So not only did you bring home a cat but a stray as well?! "Why? I mean couldn't you have left him?"

You crossed your arms looking at him rolling your eyes "dabi,didn't you used to be the same? Remember I found you in an alleyway bleeding and helped you?" He groaned under his breath at the fact you were right. But he didn't want you to be right,he didn't want the cat in his house under your touch and being so near you. He wanted the cat out!

And yes,he knows it's silly to be jealous of a cat but he couldnt help it when eventually he was right, kuro had you under his little paw. For the next few weeks you mostly spent all your time looking after kuro and taking care of him more than dabi. You didn't notice it and didn't mean to do it,you've just always always a soft spot for animals and got a little... carried away with kuro.

"Why are you sulking?" You were on the couch next to dabi with kuro laid peacefully in your lap. "Is it because of kuro again?" He didnt say anything but glared down at the cat as you sighed. "Stop being such a baby,kuro is just a cat he needs attention as well."

He didn't respond again. "Really, a silent treatment?" You let out another sigh as you picked up kuro and placed him down on dabi's lap. "Fine,you may not talk to me now,but you will get along with kuro!"

You said with a final look and walked away towards the kitchen as dabi just looked down at the cat. Kuro swayed his tail and looked up at dabi with the most adorable eyes he's ever seen. Kuro mowed at dabi tail stoll swaying as dabj scrunched up his face. "I don't even see why she likes you so much." Placing the remote down,dabi picked up the cat and exaimed him moving moving hands.

"Sure you're soft and cute looking but that's all you can do. I can do so much more than you can. You little... fur-ball!" Dabi said placing the cat back down and getting up. "That's it,I'm over this whole look after you thing. Imma send you away without them knowing."

He got up but was halted when he felt a little fluf on his leg as he looked down he could see the cat rubbing his leg and purring. "What the- get off!" But kuro wouldn't budge so he picked up the cat and stated at his eyes.

"What? What do you want with me?!" He yelled a bit as the cat was still purring and tail swaying with glee as dabu was slowly breaking. "Damn,why are you actually so-" he stopped himself "no! I can't fall for this,this is what got her so whipped with you but-"

Of course he stared again and found that he couldn't resist anymore. All his anger went away as he walked into the kitchen holding kuro.

"Oh hey,dinner is almost read-" you turned around to see him holding kuro and you nearly died. Did it work?! You thought as you smiled.

"This is my new support system." You smiled and laughed "ok." He came closer "no I'm serious,I'm now in love with this cat and we'll rule the world together." You smiled not knowing what to say as he kept going "I'll burn the people while kuro will scratch!" You wore a concerned face now as you patted his shoulder.

"Dabi,babe,wouldn't that be painful?"

"Only to the people"

Random bnha/mha headcanons that live rent free in my head

After Eri was rescued she had a fear of needles. Whenever Aizawa took her to the doctor and they needed to give her a shot or draw blood, he would make sure he got the same treatment so she wouldn't be scared.

Denki is more observant than even he gives himself credit for. He somehow can always tell when someone in 1A is feeling down and becomes the perfect comic relief. Kirishima thinks it's super manly of him.

Hagakure has totally snuck into boys night in at the dorms and tells all the gossip to the other girls. Mina hypes her up, Momo says it's an invasion of privacy but always stays to hear the juicy details.

One time Bakugou fell asleep in the common room (the only time actually) and woke up to Mina painting his toenails and Sero and Denki taking pictures trying not to laugh. Aizawa was not happy with the burnt couch cushions and nail polish wasn't allowed in the common room anymore.

In the Mr. Smiley OVA the reason Todoroki held back his laughter was because of two reasons. He hasn't laughed in a long time due to trauma so it's foreign to him. And after Mt. Lady said the girls would drop dead at his smile he didn't want to think about what his laugh might do.

Tokoyami has a nightlight (it's actually a small dim lamp) shaped like an apple tree to prevent dark shadow from going out of control when he has nightmares.

A citizen that Uraraka had saved before, gave her a special edition variety pack of mocchi as a thank you gift. There was enough to share with 1A so she made sure to give everyone a piece they would like. She gave Bakugou the ghost pepper flavor one, he scoffed and said it was a stupid idea. But she caught him looking at the empty packaging later that night.

Deku makes a point to play with Eri at least once a week. If he can't make it he'll beg someone from 1A to help him out. That's how Tokoyami and Eri got to eat apples together.

Jirou sometimes gets headaches from overusing her quirk, Shoji will use one of his extra arms to give her a head massage.

Tsu teamed up with Koda and Hagakure once to convince Mineta that he was cursed after creeping out the girls so much. Koda made a plague of insects emerge from Mineta's bed, Hagakure snuck in and threw things around to make it seem like there was a ghost, and Tsu supplied creepy sounds and voices. Aizawa only punished the three by having them watch Eri from time to time.

Mha headcannons

• Aizawa threw up during sex ed and Nemuri and Hizashi never let him live it down.

• Bakugo religiously watches the Twilight movies.

• Ojiro likes yarn-made friendship bracelets and makes them for himself all the time. When Denki found out about this he tried to make Ojiro one but it just turned out as a few pieces of yarn covered in knots. Of course, Ojiro cherishes the bracelet forever (and he makes Denki one in return that has yellow flower patterns on it)

• Deku knows a lot about trains and reads articles about them all the time. He wants to create an app where he can track different trains as they travel across the country.

• Mina loves cake pops. She spends a good amount of her paycheck buying them from Starbucks.

• Shoji used to be afraid of the water because he was genuinely convinced he would never be able to swim due to his arms. He didn’t learn to swim until he was a teenager and it was only because a small child was drowning at the pool and he had to jump in and swim to go save the kid.

• Momo has a hard time with body positivity and tries to complement herself in the mirror every morning. It’s never easy for her to do.

• Aizawa brings kittens to school with him. Nezu has given up on trying to stop him.

• Aoyama’s favourite song is “Noel’s Lament” from the musical “Ride The Cyclone”

• Bakugo is secretly a musical theater kid. (Author Note: I will die on this hill.) When Aoyama, whose also a musical theater kid, finds out about this he confronts Bakugou. After several arguments and a few weeks Bakugo comes clean about his love for musicals. The two perform Dear Evan Hansen in their rooms together on the weekend.

• Shoto likes Adventure Time. He refuses to watch anything that isn’t either PG or on Cartoon Network.

• Tsuyu is incredible at Dance Dance Revolution and Mario Kart. Her and Kirishima have video game competitions all the time, which Tsuyu always wins. The only one who has come close to beating her is Deku while playing Pac-Man.

• Aizawa has a cat named Push-pop. (I know there are a lot of Aizawa headcannons but DEAL WITH IT)

• Eri likes listening to Katy Perry. Shinsou introduces her to Lady Gaga. Chaos ensues.

• All Might drinks tea, never coffee.

• Hawks makes nests out of his clothes to sleep in. One day Hawks mentors Tokoyami and their junior mission ends up becoming a several day mission. Hawks obviously keeps watch while Tokoyami sleeps. He notices the boy making a little nest out of the two different jackets he was wearing. Tokoyami looks up to see Hawks watching him and feels severely embarrassed, trying to hide the makeshift nest and come up with an explanation. Hawks comforts him and let’s him know that it’s ok and that he does the same thing. It’s just a part of their quirks and who they are, there isn’t anything to be ashamed of. (Wholesome moments? Yes, they are possible.)

So begins the bonding process

The cats slooowly start to be nicer with bakugou and he takes care not to get pissed

Sure they shed like nothing but you loved them so he knew he had to too

Eventually once they actually started getting along without having to consciously remind themselves that they HAD to get along,then things were smoooth sailing!

I can totally imagine bakugou bein like one of those dads who are like “I DONT WANT A CAT!” And then builds a whole ass pent-house with an AC unit and everything 😭

He brings home all the pet related merch from his merch-testings

I’ve tried my best in making the protagonist as gender neutral as possible and gave them a quirk to make them look like anyone so that they can literally look like you to immerse yourself better into the story- hopefully! Jiro is so chill so it's really easy for you two to become friends.

I think she would probably be aware that she was starting to like you romantically but wouldn't say anything too soon.

Even when you're just friends she makes playlists for you and writes little songs and song lyrics for and about you, but she doesn't share them with you just yet.

Jiro may just send you one or two playlists before you date.

Of course she sends you songs like she loves and it makes her so happy if you say you really like them too.

Jiro loves sharing those songs and telling you certain parts of the songs that she really likes.

If you ask her to play one of her instruments for you or ask how to teach you how to play one of them, Jiro's going to be so excited on the inside.

But she's also kind of nervous.

We've seen her get shy about music before, but she can't really say no to you.

The little music lessons she gives you makes her fall more in love with you.

Jiro's a very good teacher and she makes you a little notebook of notes for whatever instrument she's teaching you to help you! Just like she does for the other member of A-Band.

After a few months of this, Jiro decides she is going to tell you about her feelings.

She's slightly tired of keeping her feelings a secret.

The only person of her close friends she might confide in is Yaoyorozu for a few reasons.

Yaoyorozu is very trustworthy.

She doesn't really trust any of her close friends to keep her feelings a secret.

I'm looking at you, Mina, Hagakure, and Kaminari.

She considers talking to Tsuyu and Ochako, but decides Yaoyorozu will most likely give the best advice and she is slightly closer to Yaoyorozu too than the other girls.

plus Ochako can barely keep her own feelings for Midoryia a secret

She's not too sure if you like her back, but you don't, she'll still very much like to be friends if you're alright with that.

Jiro comes to your dorm room a bit after dinner on a weekend and confesses to you.

It doesn't surprise Jiro when you say you like her back, but she very grateful that you do.

After that, you two just hang out in your room and talk about your feelings.

She doesn't see a reason why she would want to hide it, so she leaves it up to you if you want to tell your relationship.

Anyway, if you don't want to hide it either, Jiro won't exactly make a huge announcement, announcing your relationship to your classmates.

She would rather interact with you in public as she does in private now that you're dating, so yes, she might give you a kiss on a cheek or hold your hand now.

The only person she actually will tell is Yaoyorozu since Yaoyorozu already knew about her feelings, but she leaves everyone else to find out for themselves.

A lot of Class 1-A notices right away, like Midoryia, Mina, Hagakure, and Bakugo.

It's takes Kaminari and Todoroki some time before they realize.

Kaminari actually doesn't notice until he sees Jiro kiss you goodnight.

Kaminari is very jealous and tries to get Jiro to give him advice on how to get a partner right after that moment lol.

The communication in you and Jiro's relationship is great and you work so well together.

PDA is kept to a minimum, but usually you two are just standing or sitting close to each other.

Occasionally you hold hands out in public, but I don't think Jiro's love language is physical touch.

Her love most likely quality time or gift giving.

Most of her gifts to you are her songs she wrote about you and they're all very sweet and genuine.

She really expresses her true feelings in those and doesn't share them with anyone else, but you.

Often, after school, you'll come to her home and work on homework or read and she'll play her guitar.

It's very soothing and relaxing for both of you just to be together with soft music in the background.

Anytime you ask Jiro to sing to you, she will, and if you want her to comfort you when you're upset, she'll often sing one of your favorite songs that she has written for you.

You two would totally be the power couple of Class 1-A.

Your relationship is beautiful and you also work so well together when you're training or taking down actual bad guys.

MHA wholesome headcannon pt. 1

On Halloween, when school starts Aizawa enters the classroom to see everyone in a yellow sleeping bag.

Any wholesome/slice of life headcannons for the Skeptic family in your au?

I swear someday I will draw this chaos family. I don't have too many headcannons off the top of my head but here are some I managed to think of

-So to start me and @itshauntedtoon ship Skeptic x Curious x Trumpet. In are AU Curious miraculously lives after that fall after Toga made her float but she dies years later. Before her death Curious and Trumpet unintentionally smothered Skeptic when they where sleeping. They'd go to sleep and Skeptic would wake up to find Trumpet hugging his waist and Curious half sprawled over him. He just came to accept it was part of his life now as he was dating idiots (also he got pins and needles all over his body everytime this happened)

-I decided this ages ago and never stated it but my MHA OC Kotoba, who's a warrior in the MLA, is Trumpet's side kick of sorts in the very beginning (during the events in the anime/manga) since both have voice based quirks. Trumpet despite being a spokesman knows zilch about kid slang and uses it horribly wrong, it goes something like this.

Kotoba/Skeptic: *arguing*

Trumpet: *entering the room* Hey what's poppin' homies? ^^

Kotoba:...*cringes* Never say that again-

-Fast forward the events in mine and itshauntedtoon AU. Re-Destro is dead (me and my bud didn't really know what to do with him so for now, he's dead in our au), the MLA is basically gone with most being killed or separated in the war. After Trumpet and Curious escaped Tartarus during the nomu attack they seek shelter with Skeptic and Kotoba who made a bail from the league. They seek shelter for a few years, and after the war is over and things in Japan have returned to a somewhat norm they try to find a more permanent residence. They begrudgingly end up working for Giran, where Curious then later on dies (we thought it would be hilarious if in the NGAU the trio ended up working for Giran in exchange for safety. Giran is all false smiles and charm cuz he gives them a shit tone of work to make up for the missing fingers thing. And the three have to deal with it cuz Giran controls when they get their pay)

-Skeptic is a househusband and a fretting hen don't @ me. Skeptic isn't a family man at first, but after the war he learns what's importan to him yada yada all that good mushy stuff. Of course Skeptic would rather die then ever admit he cares, pah. Caring is for the weak.

-Skeptic and Trumpet do have a car but they never really use it, car trips are chaotic as hell. Skeptic is the person who refuses to ask for directions and Trumpet is the "good old fashioned" type who brings a map, meanwhile Kotoba is snoring in the backseat with her headphones on.

-Skeptic is a light weight and has a bad immune system. He gets sick the most and Trumpet and Kotoba always have to forcefully drag him to bed cuz despite all that has happened he's still stubborn. Whereas it Trumpet and Kotoba is sick Skepic basically locks them in their rooms cuz he refuses to catch any sickness (also cuz they need to rest and he cares but again, he'd rather die then admit that out loud)

-Curious Skeptic and Trumpet never had a big marriage, and surprise surprise it was actually tsundere Skeptic that got them "married". Skeptic went up to them with a marriage certificate (Trumpet and Curious not realising it was a marriage certificate), signed it, and then Skeptic went "There, we're married." and chucked two rings at them

-So I didn't plan to add this once cuz it's kinda dirty but I decided to keep it in, it might get a laugh out of some of you. One day during their anniversary Trumpet and Skeptic may have gotten a little carried away, both got drunk, and both woke up with hangovers. Kotoba, not having slept a wink last night due to their fooling around walked into their room while they where still asleep and starting bashing frying pans. Skeptic proceeded to try and make two puppets to go after her but they melted on the spot cuz he was still drunk

-Kotoba dyes the ends of her hair red, one day Skeptic got his conditioner mixed up with her hair dye and he spent a good while with reddish black hair

-When Kotoba told Trumpet and Skeptic she was dating Toga they went full on dad mode with her. Trumpet eventually chills out but Skeptic still acts like Kotoba is a child and knows nothing about relationships. It could be Kotoba's and Toga's fifth anniversary or something and Skeptic will still expect her back by seven

-Kotoba: Hey Skeptic we got any ligma?

Skeptic: What?

Kotoba: You know, ligma

Skeptic: What's ligma-...............*points to door* Get out

Kotoba: But..I didn't even get to fin-

Skeptic: GET OUT.
