Making a post for some folks concerned.

When I'm saying I'm into pain I say what I mean, I don't like actually hurting myself, as in, doing damage to my body. I am only talking about pain. When I'm talking about how I would love if Malenia broke my ribs what I'm actually imagining is a fantasy where you can get your ribs broken and be Completely Fine.

I am okay and I am also completely self aware about all of this. I'm just having fun with this weird brain I got.

DBD has slowly been degrading me as a decent human being, it's been so addicting but hurtful to me and my mental state for a while ever since I got on the mobile app,

and then today happened.

To me, I snapped, to be fair from the trigger from the fanbase that

far too gone and invested to quit the addiction unlike me

reminiscent of when I first started playing multiplayer games on Xbox and I didn't know then you could go into settings to turn off public messages so I got PTSD from how they (mainly the Feng Min) typed their insults as it eerily reminded me of the bad old days.

I uninstalled it right after this convo, and I'm making this post as a cautionary tale with this message:

If any MULTIPLAYER game makes you act/think/say/do/etc. on some, the same level as me, or worse than me. I don't care how much you spend on it, how many hours you have on it, even if this is the best thing to do in your day-to-day life is to play it, do what I've done and...

JUST QUIT!!!

uninstall it, throw it in the trash if it's a physical disc, remove yourself from the game's community in any way you can, and don't turn around and put yourself back at square one.

Especially if it multiplayer

Games are, not " should be", I repeat ARE meant to be fun first, anything else second, and onwards.

Play something that gives you a positive experience and that helps you give back positivity, being in a cycle of negativity will never end with you being healthier and/or happier, you'll be just like me, looking to be those things except if you don't quit, before you know it

You will die without ever finding genuine happiness in what you do.
