this!! writertube clickbait had destroyed my sense of fun and experimentation. always the "am I doing this right" or "this is not the easy way" or "maybe I do need to use that software they were advertising" or "the video said this will make plotting simple but its eating my head" etc etc anxieties. It is what drove me into the year long writers block. This time around I'm totally trying things out and bringing back the fun in writing by experimenting for what works for me.

Get to know me!

Hey there, I thought I would write a little introduction to the basic things that you may want to know if you started following my blog!

My name is Ancsi, but I also go by Moon, whatever you prefer. My pronouns are she/they, and I'm bisexual. As in writing this (2024) I'm 25 years old, and I work as a social worker. I'm Hungarian, English is my second language, and I'm currently learning Japanese too! I grew up on mangas and anime, video games, and fantasy books, things that to this day inspire and influence my work.

I write fantasy (epic, high, urban I have multiple projects) and sci-fi mostly. My books are mainly dominated by LGBTQIA+ characters, both main and secondary ones. I may post drawings of them as I also draw, I just have to find the time to finally sit down and finalize their appearance.

My current project(s) that I write with the intent of wanting to go into querying with them (fingers crossed) is an epic fantasy series and an urban fantasy duology, both are adult fiction.

I have a YouTube channel and an Instagram account that I hopefully will set up as my writertube channel and document my journey and make videos about tips, methods, sites, or books that help/helped me.
