I pulled a card for the collective mom's of children with special needs. This is your message from source. Be still and allow the enemy to reveal themselves. The enemy is referring to your ego. Our ego isn't really an enemy, but a tool that our humanness convinces us to overuse. Be conscious of when your ego is leading vs. when your higher self is leading. Check in with yourself on the regular to confirm where your directive is coming from. If you're attached to the expectation of an outcome for whatever it is you're doing, your ego is taking the lead. When your higher self is leading, there is never an expectation of any kind. You feel present and calm in knowing that whatever the outcome may be, your are held and taken care of through all of it. This is a practice that takes time, so make sure to give yourself grace through it all. You are loved and supported. Come back to yourself, center and ground your energy, focus on the things you need to get through the day so that you can Dance With the Swirling Emotions your child with special needs experiences through their day. My path has been messy. It has been full of tears and sad days and angry outbursts that seemed to make no sense to even me at times. My path has been powerful and isolating and lonely in ways some may never understand. Because my own feelings were so broken, I have hurt others. Because at times I felt small, I have made others feel smaller. In my past I had chosen to starve myself and deny myself the things that give me pleasure. I had given away pieces of myself too willingly, and held loose and disrectful boundaries for myself. I was unkind. And for all that and more, I forgive myself. Because in knowing better, I am able to be better. And in being better, I am able to forgive the girl I used to be and embrace the woman I am today. The journey of healing is messy, and scary, and lonely, and broken, and hurtful. And as soon as I forgave myself for that, I made space for love to come in and light to shine on those dark places. And now the game of letting go is easier, and I get to help others to do the same. And if I hadn't been that girl, I wouldn't be this one. So forgive your past self and move forward into self love. What is this? I see a brain. Which I know other people have seen in my work but I never had. But it is a different kind of brain. More like a body brain. The pink represents the center. Aka the heart which is surrounded by the truth. Or true self. Everything else is there to support you. The red is all surrounding because it is grounding you and keeping your present. The fact that it has curved flowing lines and straight lines is important. Because sometimes life has sharp edges or turns. It is how we move through them that makes a difference. Makes us stronger. . Or is it contraction and expansion? Sometimes you have to contract in order to expand. The pink feeling restricted and then everything expands. Allowing us to sore and grow. . Or are they two things that mean the same thing? Only said two different ways. What resonates with you? What do you feel when you see? What was your first response? .
