oh update btw i binged day 3 and now im in a binge/restrict loop again hahahaa (im gonna fucking cry i cant do this anymore)
ive started doing the first week of abc diet (only doing the first week because im not good at low restriction)
day 1: (500kcal limit)
intake: 433kcal
exercise: 211kcal
total: 222kcal
day 2 (so far, the day isnt over yet, also again 500kcal limit)
intake: 609kcal
exercise: 230kcal
total: 379kcal
i think later im going to have edamame (90kcal) and that will be it for today
