Y'all, extroverts are people who feel energized when around others, and introverts get energy from being alone... right? So, what the fuck do you do when you're an extrovert with awful social skills and quite probably social anxiety? Like, I NEED to be around people to get energy, but I also deplete it while being with them because I get anxious as fuck, panic, and feel like I'm seconds away from somebody killing me over something terribly stupid I said. Is that even a thing? Is it possible for me to exist? Like, either I feel absolutely amazing and empowered after hanging out with friends, or I cry in bed considering whether or not it's worth it to commit- (Y'all, I always come to the conclusion it's not, I don't wanna fucking die yet (and I'm a coward), don't call anyone, Imma talk to someone if I need to.)...

That guy right there almost drowned in the ocean... just to then be stabbed in the Abyss, therefore dying in the ocean anyways, the waves forever his grave. He (and I) both love water dearly and can 100% understand your idea. Haiku bot just randomly making me realize some things...

The worst trick a childhood anxiety disorder pulls is, you spend your early years being applauded for being so much more mature than your peers, because you aren’t disruptive, you don’t want any kind of attention, you don’t express yourself, you keep yourself to yourself - this makes you a pleasure to have in class, etc etc - and you start to believe it’s virtue. But you’re actually way behind your peers in normal social development, and who knows if you can ever catch up.

So, I went to a pride demo (way after June, I know, but I kind of like it because 1) it's a nice, perhaps accidental, sign that we exist all year round, and 2) I'm pretty sure they do it this way, so it can be dark early, because the parade is in the evening.) ... Somewhere, someone put up a huge sign saying there's only 2 genders.

It got me thinking. You know how some people like to argue that everything is binary? Black and white, day and night, rain or sun... usually as an argument on how "being anything but male or female is against 🌱nature🌱". ...imagine if they were right? What dull a world it would be?

There'd be no color, or atleast much less than it should. No golden hours, because the sun would neither rise nor set, it'd just spawn. no moon cycle, just ✨poof✨ 🌕, ✨poof✨ 🌑. No more magical 🌙. Likely no more rainbows, since sun and rain together would be like being a man AND a woman, and *gasp* we can't let bigender slip past! You don't like tea or coffee? Well, too bad. Oh, you have a pet bunny? No more, you don't, choose if you're a cat or dog person. You like sweet and salty popcorn? Well, that doesn't exist anymore. Honestly, you just live off of dessert or never have it again, because heavens forbid you choose more than one... And you want MORE options too? How unnatural!

Okay, I'm done with my rant. I just think it's so silly... I hope I never have to live in a binary world, I like all colors being there.

Personal lore:

When I was a teen, I lived in an institution for 4 years. We'd live in groups of 4 - 5 with a "caretaker" for each group during the day and someone sleeping in the office at night, to be there for all of the groups. They could be very strict and my "caretaker" in particular would always have a complaint about my cooking (we'd all take turns cooking dinner), which gradually got worse, due to the constant insults, until I lost any joy I had left in cooking and all my flatmates started insulting my cooking too.

Skip forward to now, I have my own apartment and my mom just helped me cook dinner for myself, since it's been so long. She tried some of it before leaving and told my dad to try to saying how amazing it was, my dad agreeing. My heart is healing and my parents are angels.

I don't know what the moral of the story is, I guess I just wanted to tell someone my parents are amazing, because they deserve it, or maybe it's a positive story about how atleast light trauma can get better. In any case, have a good day/night reader, I hope you have someone like my parents in your life. Atleast I'm sure someone out there loves you as much as I love them 💕

Meet Tamashi Yasuhiro, my first Kitsune AND first Cleric. Also first time actually committing to drawing the armor. ALSO my first time actually having a positive pre-determined relationship with another PC, because two of us wanted to play fox bois, so there's two who go by Tamashi :d (yes, he has a brother, I'm so excited)

The mace kinda disappears in the scale mail and I haven't been brave enough to draw legs yet, but I still think he's really cute, even if I'm clearly a very bad artist.

Oh, and role-playing him will be so difficult, because all my babies are always silly beans to conceal my nervousness, but he's Mr. "what are emotions? I have a younger brother to protect, I don't have time for people reading me." it's so exciting!
