hi everyone :3 apologies for being wildly inactive lately- i've been incredibly busy with my 9-5 corporate job and haven't had a lot of time to post (or take any interesting photos LMAO).

anyways, just wanted to share that i've been posting on substack lately and would be honored if you'd check out my work! it's nothing super exciting but i love to share my thoughts with other people, so this is something important to me!

it’s started to get nice and warm here, so i had a beach day yesterday with some friends :3 we spent a few hours at the lake and i got some light reading in!

in other news, i graduated college last month!! that means i’ll be less active on studyblr 😭 since i have a regular 9-5 now, most of my content will probably be the regular graffiti photography and perhaps a peek into corporate life :3

4.8.25 ~

today was a super chill day for me :3 thank god i didn’t have to leave the house. still so much work to do, unfortunately 😭

today i:

~ attended class online

~ turned in my first draft for my major paper!!

~ worked on my history research paper about the KPP

~ sat outside and read a little more of “earthlings” —> super good so far :3

~ did a more chill yoga routine to recover from being super sore after HIIT yesterday 😭

4.7.25 ~

the past two weeks have been the longest weeks of my life 😭 there’s been some awful stuff going on in my personal life but we’re doing our best to hang in there!

i’m finally caught up on all my schoolwork, but now the hard part is here: my major paper is due soon!

today i:

~ did a super intense HIIT workout for my p.e. class

~ went to a cafe and worked on my major paper draft and an outline for my history research paper

~ bought some flowers and succulents from the supermarket to bring some more life into my space!

~ argued on the phone with the utilities company 😭

~ caught up on notes for my latin american politics course

things are getting better, i can feel it! spring is here and the world is brighter.

3.28.25 ~

today was significantly less productive than i wanted it to be! i had a morning full of doctors appointments and spent the rest of the day (nearly 7 hours!!) in bed with a debilitating migraine. i didn’t do a single piece of schoolwork, but i did get some reading done :3

the weather was gorgeous though! it was in the mid sixties today and i got to spend a lot of time outside before i started feeling unwell. being chronically ill as a student is rough, but i’m trying to remain positive and focus on the good!

3.26.25 ~

i had off work today so i could dedicate most of the day to grinding!! i also participated in a research study at my university for some extra money :3

today i:

- read some chapters of “the dangers of smoking in bed” (super good so far!!!)

- did some readings for my international relations and latin american politics classes

- washed my sheets :3

- did some cooking for the week!

- worked on my major project

- cut & dyed my hair!!

not the most exciting day but i got to be productive which was helpful and made me feel a lot less overwhelmed!

finally back in the cities! expect a TON of graffiti photos from my time in milwaukee :3

today's a big study day for me! i decided to enjoy the nice weather and take a walk to my favorite coffee shop near my house! today, i've:

read a bunch of research for my thesis paper

taken notes for my latin american politics course

met with my neurologist :/

made a discussion post for my european history course

cleaned up the house a bit!

it's so nice being academically productive again after visiting my parents and partner for nearly a week!

today was my last day before spring break!! i had two back-to-back midterm exams, a paper due, AND a student group meeting 😭

i’m so exhausted but i can’t rest quite yet- i have a big road trip tomorrow all by myself! at least i can turn my brain off for a while :3
