just wanted to say that your art is absolutely stunning, and your posting finally convinced me to submit for dcforgaza right before it closed (like 10 minutes before it closed actually)!

you have one of the most gorgeous styles i've seen

thank you so much!! and thank you for donating :D i’ll be finishing some more prompts after i take a rest day but it’ll definitely be at a slower pace than this haha

HOW are you pumping out this much art so fast, it takes me at least three hours to finish one simple piece 😭😭

lots of practice! this is my full time job, so i draw a lot. getting good at gestures has definitely helped me a ton, so has learning how to be confident in my lines (freehanding practice in pen helps this a lot.)

the only other thing i have is to dont overthink it… i take very long on pieces sometimes because i get too stuck on perfectionism and giving this up has helped me a lot

my shaded pieces definitely take much longer than this tho 🫡 nothing but respect to people who dont take one million years to paint

it’s been open since the first and closes on the 21st (end of day TODAY!) and i don’t run the org so i don’t know ^^; you would have to check their information for yourself!

are there certain money amounts for dc for gaza that correspond to your art or do you do colors for like all donations ?

it’s $5 minimum and since they’re cheap requests i just do as much as i feel like for the drawing :) same goes for the rest of the artists, i am not guaranteed to draw your art!
