i think i fucked up my wrist, i hit it like 2h ago because i was angry and sad, but it hurts so fucking bad and it’s swollen, i can’t talk about it to my parents because it’s the arm i cut on and i have shit tons of scars.. it hurts when i move my thumb so i guess it’s the muscle but i’m scared i have a sprain. but fuck it it’ll heal on it’s own 😍😍
