But here’s the thing: Healing our wounds around these issues isn’t just about feeling better in the moment—it’s about creating lasting freedom, joy, and abundance in our lives. When we don’t heal, we repeat the same patterns, like a bad sequel that no one asked for.
Why Healing Is So Important
Health Wounds: Maybe you've struggled with chronic illness, body image issues, or feeling like your body has betrayed you. Healing helps you move from fighting your body to working with it.
Relationship Wounds: If you keep picking the same toxic partners or find yourself people-pleasing into exhaustion, it's time to heal those wounds and start choosing relationships that actually nourish you.

Instead of saying “I have to” try saying “I get to” and see what happens. Instead of “Ugh, I have to go to work.” Say, “I get to go to work. This allows me to contribute to my household.” Instead of saying “I have to exercise.” Say, “I get to move my body and keep it strong and healthy.” Instead of saying “Ugh, I have to eat vegetables.” Say, “I get to eat a variety of foods that keep me healthy, including vegetables.” Instead of saying “Ugh, I have to pay my bills.” Say, “I get to pay my bills to keep a roof over my head, food on the table, lights on to see, and water to bathe in.” “I get to” is so much better.
