pretty shitty day, started off alright but I ended up really stressed over some shit so that sucked,, I honestly just ended up forgetting to eat tbh ( but it’s not like I’m complaining ) 🫐 I think I might up my cal intake from being so high res because I want to start being more active and I’ve just felt rlly lethargic lately ⭐️still gonna fast but I’m gonna try get into a more solid routine,, hope ur all okay 🌊

pretty proud of today aswell, no binge urges and I had enough energy to exercise! as someone with chronic pain, it’s not something I can rlly afford to do that often but from now on I’m think gonna try and get in atleast 3 sessions a week 🌊 I’m gonna go for an 18~ hour fast next, 16/17’s seem to be pretty easy for me and 20~’s kinda make me feel ill so I’m gonna slowly build my way up 🦋

honestly pretty proud of myself for two main factors rn, 1. I actually did all 20 hours of my fast and didn’t quit out even when I really felt like it 2. I didn’t binge even tho I had a really strong urge. Instead I sat down and put everything I would usually shove down my throat on a plate and waited 5/10 minutes and realised I didn’t actually want most of it. I think my cravings are so exaggerated in my head that I don’t even realise that most of them aren’t even that good tbh. So yeah, overall pretty happy! also water with lemon + salt really helps curb off the initial wave of hunger during a fast which ik for a lot of people is the hardest to get thru <3 🐚🪐

I made some rlly nice oatmeal so I’m pretty happy with that, it’s more just that I feel rlly full tbh and I probably could’ve been smarter 🪐 I’m gonna start an early fast tonight and go for 20~ hours 🐋
