Nearly three months later, the debate that this image, and it’s accompanying video, ignited has come full circle. The video was the most watched, and one of the most significant, in the history of National Geographic and the most widely shared climate change story of the year. Reports from reputable scientific organizations support the prediction that more bears will starve to death if we don’t do something to first stop, and then reverse, the negative impacts of climate change. Adding insult to injury, Canada is the only country that still allows polar bear hunting by non-indigenous people, with an average 96 bears being killed for trophy every year since 1995. In 1981, that number was four. We need to show the world how urgent it is to protect polar bears and deal with climate change. We will continue to do so with images and stories and, more importantly, with actions. ⭐️Today is the world Pangolin day⭐️ I have been studying them for a long time, to know more about them. It’s a true sadness what these animals are going through and that many people don’t know about this problem or even their existence. Put yourself in the animal’s place just for a second and imagine that your skin is removed, yes, your skin; they remove their scales without mercy, because they have keratin, damn keratin for which many kill, torture for it. This has to be stopped and the reality is that we can all do something for them. There are many organizations which you can collaborate with. And if you can’t help financially, you can always spread and provide information so that more people know about this problem and reduce demand and increase aid. Today is the world Pangolin day, please, think about making the change so that this animal does not become extinct and go down in history . ⭐️hoy es el día mundial del Pangolin⭐️ Hace tiempo que estoy estudiándolo por mi cuenta, para saber más sobre ellos. Es una verdadera tristeza lo que estos animales estàn pasando y que muchísimas personas no lo saben o ni saben que estos animales existen. Ponete un segundo en su lugar e imaginate que te quiten tu piel, sí, tu piel; a ellos les quitan sus escamas sin piedad, porque tienen queratina, maldita queratina por la cual muchos matan, torturan por ella. Esto hay que pararlo y la realidad es que todos podemos hacer algo por ellos. Hay muchas organizaciones con la puedes colaborar con cualquier aporte.
