Things move quickly and we are not always at the same pace as life expects us to be. The difference in pace can stir feelings of sadness, insecurity or even fear. Some people rush to catch up with it and some others do it their way with grace. The goal is not to catch up, in my opinion. It's to be in the moment and life will slow down for us eventually.
