1/2 pear 1/3 cup fresh spinach 1/2 banana 1/2 cup coconut water 1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put it all in the blender, and add ice to amp up the freshness. Mix til smooth.

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup (1 scoop) @kuranutrition berry whey protein 1/3 cup soy milk 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/3 cup Blueberries 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS: Add a scoop of ice and blend it all together. Sprinkle some pretty almond flakes on top and finish with a zesty lemon wedge on the side.

1 tbsp honey
Mint for garnish
