going on solo dates

pick a date and time that works for you, i like evenings. 🎀 choose a location you feel comfortable in, a cozy cafe, a park, or even a museum. also libraries >>> 🎀 plan ahead by checking the opening hours of your chosen spot. i can't tell you how many times i've gotten to the library and it's closed for some reason :( 🎀 dress in whatever makes you feel confident and relaxed. i like staying comfy mostly, but sometimes i like to wear pretty dresses for no reason. 🎀 bring along something to keep you entertained, like a book, journal, or headphones for music. cause ya know, vibes. 🎀 order your favorite food or drink and take your time savoring it without distractions. that's the whole premise of a solo date: take your time, because there's no pressure! 🎀 do what YOU want to do. i like people-watching and taking photos. and reading. 🎀 be present in the moment and just enjoy your own company, without worrying about what others might think. 🎀 take a lil bit of reflection time afterward. did you hate it? did you love it? was there something you want to do next time? something you want to avoid? you should always focus on what's best for YOU during solo dates.

here's the thing about self care—it's not just about bubble baths and face masks (though those are great too). it's about giving yourself the time and space you need to recharge and feel good.
going for a walk, reading a book, chilling with some music. it's what recharges YOU!
taking care of yourself is good for your mind and body! it's easy to put yourself last, but remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. so, do yourself a favor and make self care a priority, even if it's just for a few minutes each day.

give urself a lil weekend reset sometime!!
most importantly: sleep! it's so important to get a good amount of sleep, if you're not able to, i would recommend trying to take melatonin, or try other means of getting rest.
drink water. will seriously make you feel so much better i strongly recommend it if you can.
play some of your favorite songs. preferably happy-ish songs.
make your bed. will complete your whole room.
tidy your room. it doesn't have to be full on 'cleaning', just putting some stuff in its place should make you feel better.
plan your meals. it will save you a lot of stress during the week.
read a book. could be any that makes you happy :)
do some homework. if this burns you out, don't do it, and ik it's probs the last thing you want to think about, but this will help you for the coming week. just start with five minutes and keep going if you feel like it.

my take on self concept

what is self concept?
self concept is the overall idea you have about who you are and your judgments about yourself.
self concept develops throughout your lifetime. in later years it can be more difficult to change because people have established ideas about who they are. it is most certainly not impossible though!
our self concept is actually learned and not inherent. we can change our self concept.
how can it negatively affect your manifestations?
most of the beliefs people have about themselves have unconsciously been formed from past experiences and success and failures.
for example: you believe that you are a shy person, so therefore, you believe you can't start a youtube channel, even though you want too. or you've had some bad relationships in the past and think yourself to be unworthy of love.
sometimes we are holding ourselves back because we believe something about ourselves and let it shape our identity.
how can i change my self concept?
get clear on your self concept at this very moment. how would you describe yourself?
the next step is to describe your ideal self concept, what are the characteristics and habits of your ideal self?
make a plan for yourself, write out how you are going to make the changes in your life that you have to make in order to get to your ideal self.
ask yourself this every day: how would my ideal self handle this situation?
what about visualization, affirmations, and subliminals?
your subconcious mind controls most of your mind, so that's what you should focus on. visualization, affirmations, and subliminals transform your subconcious mind and remind youself of the new you until it becomes normal.
with subliminals you work on your subconscious mind. so you should only listen to subliminals you trust and where the owners are open and transparent about the affs used in the audio.
changing your self concept means that you have to act and handle situations differently than you used to. that's where affirmations come in, to remind yourself of your new beliefs.
with visualization i would recommend guided meditations.

how to be more attractive

don't be too needy let them come to you, we don't chase, we attract
smell good always!! use body sprays and perfumes behind your ears, neck and wrists (try and find your perfect scent, mine is vanilla)
find a style that suits your figure then show it off, pinterest is helpful for this
gold hoops and gold jewelry, it makes you look hot and comfortable
eye contact is key!
cut your hair different once in a while, try a new style, it makes people notice you more
be teasing in a nice way (make sure they know that you're kidding and take it well)
clear lip gloss, brows brushed up and shaped, mascara, and highlighter in the corner of your eyes, trust me
have good posture, don't slouch
change your mindset, think of yourself as attractive (fake it till you make it)

I know living in the 4d and living in the end, but how do we control our emotions and feelings in 3d? Like there r some stuff in 3d that's extremely frustrating or extremely scary, (for eg, toxic parents and their taunts which can be quite annoying) so how do we deal wth things like that while manifesting our dream life?

when you're faced with frustrating or scary situations, take a moment to pause, breathe, and acknowledge your feelings. just observe your thoughts and emotions without judgement. you can use emotional regulation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to stay calm and centered.
it's easier said than done, but set boundaries with toxic people. tell them assertively and respectfully about what behavior is acceptable to you and what is not, if that's safe for you. try and limit your exposure to toxic environments whenever possible.
instead of dwelling on things you can't change, focus your energy on what you can control. act and think toward manifesting your dream life and improving your current situation. visualize yourself living your dream life. picture yourself overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals. practice gratitude too; don't forget about the positive aspects of your life, try writing 3 things in a notebook every day that you're grateful for. and if you're going through difficult times, talk to friends, family members, or a therapist.
