Some tips for you pretty girls.
* Minimal intake of anything with calories.
* You keep yourself occupied with extreme workouts, sometimes even in the middle of the night.
* Drink lots of water. Luke warm water keeps you full, cold water burns calories.
* You wear loose clothing, in case anybody should start to notice what’s up with you.
* When dressing, wear lots of layers to hide it away, your body will use extra calories to stay warm.
* Spend a lot of time online, either to get more tips on losing weight, keep up with the prøaňa forums, or simply just to kill time and not think about food.
* Plan ahead. Every night, think about how little you will eat the upcoming day, what you will eat, etc.
* You will be lying a lot about how you’ve already eaten, lie and say that you're a little dizzy so you're not really hungry.
* You never sit still. Even in class, or at work, you will keep stamping your feet lightly on the floor, keep pressing on the button of a pen, just to burn more calories.
* Some anørëxics use the “Coke diet” where you only drink water and diet soda. A little disclaimer would be that many studies have shown that diet soda could make you even more hungry, which very few anørëxics would want. DRINK ONLY WATER!!!!
* When there are stairs instead of an elevator, you go for the stairs. When you can walk instead of taking the bus, you go for the walk. All these little things.
* You will make many schedules. For example, one for eating, one for calorie intake, one for how you spend your time.
* You will be punishing yourself. Related to what I mentioned above, you will probably punish yourself, when you can't live perfectly up to your schedules.
* Start to sort out everything on your plate, so the peas will be in one area, the carrots together in another area, etc.
