As someone who also struggles w/ m1@..
Sometimes it truly feels like one of the most disgvsting d1sord3rs to be stuck with. I get that it's not right to compare d1sord3rs, and I’m not trying to minimize anyone else’s pain. But god I wish I could tear this out of me and be done with it completely. I’m not trying to pry or invalidate anyone else’s struggles.
It’s just at times I feel like others would care more if my m1@ didn’t come with w31ght fluctuations. If it didn’t look like I was okay just bc I don’t fit the “s1ck enɔugh” image. I just want my control back. I want my mind back.

my all time favorite safe fɔɔds would be fruits, vegetables, egg white omelet, almond milk berry smoothie, tuna, kimchi, cauliflower rice, tea with stevia, veggie soup, pickles or any other fermented fɔɔds, popcorn, Lc@l fudge bars, 0 sugar chobani yogurt containers, seaweed chips, apple chips, and rice cakes.
Stopping æting completely usually leads to b1ngəing, so I suggest having a gradual cal deficit. Try to incorporate more lc voluminous meals to stay satiated longer and drink lots of water throughout. You can try spreading ur meal times apart and then slowly decrease the number of times you ɛ4t each day.
Having a motive in mind can also be very helpful in reaching your goals (whatever they may be) since it'll test your willpower about how much u want it. And don't beat yourself up if ur not seeing results right away. Progress is never linear.

You have to have some kind of goal/ motive to genuinely start seeing any progress.
It's much harder to stay consistent w/out something to keep u going and pushing yourself. Set your eyes on the gdmn prize and hold on to it tight. And don't let go until you finally reach it.

L-c@l Matcha Latte Recipe 🍵🤍
• 1 1/2 cups of warmed unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp of truvia brown sugar
• 1 tsp of naoki matcha powder
• a dash of cinnamon
• sf vanilla + caramel syrup
• (optional) 2 stevia packets
Total c4ls: 45-50

Whisk together matcha, brown sugar, and cinnamon with a splash of almond milk until it's nice and frothy. Pour over the mug and add your sweeteners to ur preference. It tastes very similar to brown sugar milk tea !
This is my favorite way to make this drink, and it helps sm with curbing cravings :p

Just a reminder..
Salads can be h1gh in c4ls as well. Some would load them up with an unholy amount of dressing w/out realizing that’s what’s holding them back from seeing results. And pre made grocery store salads usually have just as many c4ls as a burger, depending on what’s in them.
Read nutr1ti0n l4bɛls carefully or jst make your own at home so you actually know what you're putting in your ßɔðy.
