To all my creatives out there; you’re not a flop because your artwork didn’t get 100 likes, or because your video didn’t hit the 1k view mark, or you lost a few followers. You didn’t get ‘worse’ and people don’t suddenly hate what you’re putting out there. Sometimes you just get less engagement, but it’s not because you’re making ‘bad’ art!

Keep creating and making things YOU enjoy! You have to be your own biggest fan!

The image of tubbo hunched over his desk, a tape recorder in hand, not knowing what to say but knowing he has to say somthing. Tubbo sending a message to his daughter, grappling with the realization that he’s only 20. He’s only 20 and he inlkt just got to the best part. The part with his Sunny, the part that he wishes would last forever. Tubbo hunched over his desk with red eyes from crying, forcing an optimistic tone as he tells his daughter how much he wishes she never has to hear his message. How life isn’t fair. It’s not fair because if it was they wild be together. He would see her grow up and see a smile grace her face again. If life was fair he would take her in his arms and know that he wouldn’t have to say goodbye, he would know that she’s safe and won’t be alone.

Tubbo hunched over his desk as he tells Sunny goodbye. He tells his daughter how much he loves her. He tells her he’s sorry.

um, i'm gonna say this as someone who's been watching less than pleasant (to say the least) scenes of war and death across the world but especially in palestine since a very young age that definitely did fuck me up: you don't have to consume graphic media to stand with palestine. some clips and pictures are highly triggering and not everyone can handle that. it's a privilege to look away because they can't, but if looking does more harm to you and your ability to support them, don't expose yourself to too much of it. read, educate, spread awareness, boycott; everyone can help in their own way.

a study has shown that people who are exposed to violent media may be less able to help those in need due to the effect of desensitization.

also if you feel guilty for not being able to cry or react as passionately as you did in the beginning of this aggression, that's your body coping through emotional numbness. it doesn't make you any less human. you just need to consume a different kind of media relevant to the cause and give your body a break.

there is something so crazy about the cognitive dissonance between 50% of my online art presence coming from self portraits of my own body in a resting position, where it's received specifically as fat art, people refer to it as body positive / plus sized (or sometimes bbw content. it's whatever), the notes are like yeeesss this made me feel so good abt my body, stretch marks rolls etc fat women are beautiful 🙌🙌 and then I take a picture Standing Upright, and then some of Same people who have literally Seen My Body Before go ummm... what tha hell. you are LITERALLY thin ?! you are literally doing this.

The thing that really kills me about Logan is that his kids are disappointing and ultimately unfit to be CEO, and it's not just that they're like that because he made them like that, but that they're like that because he wants them to be that way.

For all his talk about them being spoiled or coddled and his rant in the S3 finale that getting cut out of running Waystar is their chance to "be your own man" and build something themselves, he has spent the entire show actively undermining any attempt of theirs to do that. Shiv stays out and works in politics, but as soon as she joins a big campaign that could actually distinguish her from her family, he tells her he wants to make her CEO. He offers to buy Kendall out of his shares, but as soon as Kendall tries to take the offer and cut himself out, he refuses. He says he wants them out of the business and doing their own thing, and then as soon as they start actually doing that and buy Pierce, he tries to get Roman back.

The fact of the matter is that as much as he might claim to want a "real" heir, what he really wants is to never need one and for his children to stay children: incomplete, incapable, and under his thumb.

I probably shouldn’t wade into this but: as much of a bummer as it is to have to pay for stuff that keeps you happy in dark world, the watcher folks are just…not slimy profit-seeking sellouts. they are being squeezed to death by this particularly grim stage of capitalism where everything is dictated by advertisers and corporations who only care about profit for shareholders. I’m pretty sure they just want to make art free from corporate influence and pay their workers a decent living wage. it totally sucks for their largely low-income audience. but I think they are trying to remain viable and very specifically trying NOT to sell out to clickbait-hungry, mediocrity-producing capitalism.
