Alrighty. Bill did a lot of crazy shit dressed up as Ford. Probably a fair bit of it illegal, and all of it alluding to a generally disturbed mental state.

So! Imagine. There is a warrant eventually put out for his arrest! It takes a while for the incompantent GF police to get around to it, though, so it's months after "stanford" initially began running amok.

The police are finally on their way to Fords cabin in the woods to try and arrest him when they actually end up running into the guy just about to arrive home! What luck!

Except, its not ford at all. Its stanley, having just recieved the post card and being like one left turn from seeing his brother again.

The police dont believe him.

Stan is brought in, hes held, hes tried, hes found guilty. Hes protesting that hes the WRONG GUY and swinging punches the whole time. Because of his repeated denial of his own idenity, and the derrangment of his documented behavior the past few months, "stanford pines" is sentenced to an extended stay in a sanitorium instead of jailtime, for "being a danger to himself and others."

(The law enforcement in gravity falls is so bad, they just. Didnt have fords polydactly documented. At all.)

All this to say, what if stan ended up in a mental hospital while ford was STILL dealing with bill, actually going crazy while waiting for him?

One thing I’ve appreciated about Phineas and Ferb since childhood is how kind the narrative is to Candace (and all the other girls and teen girls, for that matter) Phineas and Ferb actually adore her. (I mean the third episode is about them carving her face into Mount Rushmore for her birthday) Her parents clearly love her. Perry loves her. Her friends, her Jeremy. I always forget Buford has a crush on her until he throws in the occasional line. Yes we have “the mysterious force” and her constantly being gaslit by seemingly the universe itself, but it is made abundantly clear that the gaslighting is entirely unintentional, on her family and friends part, excluding Perry I suppose.

One of the most iconic songs is about Vanessa and Candace meeting and wanting to help each other. Cause people do believe her. People do like her.

I just feel like it would be very easy, expected even to be like “hey, look at this buzzkill annoying loser older sister character!” Have Jeremy only like her when she’s pretending to be someone else, have an episode where Phineas and Ferb pull increasingly terrible pranks on her, Perry considers leaving her behind during an impromptu rescue cause she’s just so annoying.

I mean this was pitched to Disney. How mean spirited can your concept get under that brand before it’s rejected? However, Phineas and Ferb makes no attempt to push that envelope. You’re not supposed to hate Candace. You’re supposed to root for her, too.

Of all the “as a woman, I appreciate this.” moments you can have as a female artist cringey enough as this is to admit Phineas and Ferb is one of the cartoons I feel that with not gonna lie. 2nd dimension is supremely iconic for that reason too.

What you didn't expect was for 4 giant, bulky, military men to find you. They'd found you in an alleyway near a fish restaurant, searching for scraps. The one wearing the weird mask had been the one to pick you up.

Then, the other 3 rushed over after hearing your yowling. The damn masked bastard had you scruffed!

There was a snort, "C'mon Cap, it's kinda cute, isn't it?"

You hiss indignantly, you were not an it! The one with a mohawk reaches out to you, letting you sniff his fingers.

"We do not need a cat, Soap don't touch it. Who knows what it has."

The masked man hands you over, and you're quick to scramble onto the mohawk man's shoulder, wrapping around his neck. You growl a little in your displeasure, but don't swat.

Saw this headcanon that his coat is actual fox fur and that’s cruel and expensive enough to really suit him.

I also headcanon that he has a lot of money, but he knows that it’ll run out eventually, so that’s why he took a chance with Chance (I’m funny)

Also toying with the idea that he grew up dirt poor as a kid, making him resentful of people who were born into it, or making him grow up middle class, and always feel like he never had enough, or making him born rich and he just never wanted to work but he had to find a way to keep up his life style

DPXDC Prompt# 4- Are You Sure You’re Not Amazonian?

Diana has never been happier that the Louvre Museum decided to add a space exhibition because of her new coworker

Danny Nightingale was a bright-eyed 20-year-old who stood 5 inches taller than her and completed transitioning. They were too honest for her to doubt that statement but it just didn’t line up.

She had seen them catch a life-sized model rocket single-handedly before knocking it away from his guided group.

She casually slips Themyscarian into their conversations and they can keep communicating.

She confuses their sister for Artemis when she catches the two of them at a diner and their sister is even taller.

Danny has also been a great workout partner and when they tried sparring she could see the Themyscarian techniques built into them.

Danny had even shown her a photo of their dad and mom, and now she’s even more convinced. But she couldn’t believe that it came from their father’s side?!

She invited Artemis over to meet her enigma, and they both agree Danny has to be at least part Amazonian.

Danny loves his new job and his co-workers took them in immediately. They can’t help but tease Diana’s theory. Of course, he knows she’s Wonder Woman. Even if they retired and full-on ghost royalty, he still keeps up with the hero world. Hell, they’re even sure they’ve been an informant for Diana once or twice accidentally and a couple more times on purpose. It hasn’t been lost on them that Diana is slowly introducing more amazons. Like they’ve met Hippolyta over coffee?! WHAT?! There’s even occasionally a package of jewelry and books they recognize cause they’ve seen the stuff in Pandora’s lair! 

Danny is at a loss for words with this situation. Maybe hanging out and training with Pandora had more of an effect than they realized. But how were they supposed to deny it when they knew Clockwork could be listening in at any moment? How awkward would that be? Explaining that the boogeyman Diana grew up hearing about was their grandpa too. Well, not actually but they can’t take that away from him. The ancient is just Grandpa-shaped dammit! 

Danny joked one time about being an honorary amazon and didn’t realize that’s all it took for the two to take off running.

Cause what do you mean they suddenly has an Amazonian ancestor added to his family tree?! There’s no way Clockwork would change the timeline just to make them related. WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE DID?!

They can’t even wipe the vindication off Diana’s face when they admit they’re (now) one-sixteenth Amazonian.
