idk man.......something about Percy feeling more proud of his similarities with his mother than his similarities with his father, who is a literal Olympian god....... young Percy boldly declaring that Sally Jackson is better, more important than the will of the gods, and that she should be seen and remembered....... Percy praying to his human mother because she is the only one he truly believes in even after realizing great forces exist in the world....... something about Sally Jackson representing humanity, and Percy, despite being offered greatness and divinity and having all the cool powers and glory to his name, choosing to stay mortal– not only that, he takes pride in his humanness, in the fact that he is his mother's son....... yeah.

Ghost picks at the skin around his fingers when he has empty hands and idle time. Because of this by typically tries to wear gloves even if he’s not on a job, but sometimes he forgets and doesn’t notice when the picking starts again.

Soap notices and gets Ghost some nice gloves to wear when he’s on leave or on base so he isn’t constantly wearing tactical gloves.

Soap also starts carrying little bandaids on his person. He has ones with designs for Batman, Hello Kitty, and even some skull ones. If he notices Ghost has forgotten his gloves he offers him a bandaid. The first time he did it Ghost just stared at Johnny and the selection before wordlessly picking a skull one out. Now if Ghost notices before Soap does he’ll ask for one.

This might be one of my favourite scenes of anything ever cause it’s so blindly obvious how connected they are after the drift!!!! The way they carry this speech - it doesn’t sound at all like two separate people with separate thoughts, this is ONE thought, ONE message and it is bouncing between them speaking so effortlessly. It’s so different to how they talk together earlier on in the film - they don’t cut each other off or argue or talk over each other, the sentences flow between the both of them like they’re one person. It’s honestly amazing to hear two people sound so incredibly connected

If I had a nickel for every time Dylan O'Brian ends up in a ship where:

1) the love interest slams him against the walls

2) the love interest chases him when Dylan's character runs into danger

3) he holds up his love interest and helps him escape from danger

4) he ends up with the love interest hurt and with black veins from of a not natural "poison"

5) he and the other actor go along with the idea of the ship

6) the ship is not officially canon but still it's the most famous ship of the show (despite his being in a canon straight relationship)

I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice
