Day 1 of my 30 days to healthy living program. Starting weight 71.4 kg My breakfast and lunch consisted of a protein shake. I had a snack in between, which was a rice cake with avocado and tomato and a fizzy. I coped better with just shakes than I thought, but I definitely looked forward to having some real food for dinner.
