Y'all. Kraft just erected an 8 foot tall monument to its own mayonnaise outside of Merriam Webster's HQ in Springfield in an effort to make "Moist" Merriam Webster's word of the year. It feels like an article from the fucking Onion but this is real life

different types of fronting (explained for singlets)
ref.: going from an alter to the other is called “switching”. if mark ¹ is fronting, and then, suddenly, jack ¹ is fronting, the brain switched.
• normal fronting. an alter is active, conscious, and controls the body.
• co fronting. two or more alters are active, conscious, and control the body.
• coconscious or co-con. one or multiple parts are conscious, but don't control the body. usually in combination with one or multiple parts fronting.
• being frontstuck. an alter being “stuck” in front for a long time. the time varies/depends on the system.
• rapid switching. as the name says, this is when fronts switch very rapidly.

Who hasn't wanted an extensive, two-volume dictionary of alchemical terms and concepts? Charles Rainsford did! Rainsford was an 18th century British army officer, fellow of the Royal Society, and alchemist, who collected books about his interests. His collection included this translation of a Frence mytho-Hermetic dictionary, now UPenn Ms. Codex 1686. A great book for #RainsfordDay!
