How To Use:

Witch Growth Challenge Day 13: Witch In The Wild

Sorry for the picture, but I realized when I was already out that I didn't take a photo of the sigil (and didn't want to forget again!)

Today I had to go to the nearest big city, so a sigil to protect my energy was more than needed!

This is one of the first ever that I made and I write it on me every time (that i remember) that I go out!

Not pictured: before going out i also did my energy bubble!

ot: while I was out I also bought a new deck: a korean oracle!

What I used:

a pen (I advise not a gel one for clear lines purposes!)

... my skin

a sigil I had made already (but ofc you can totally make one for the occasion or using a rune!)

This holiday season i found myself utilizing a particular handful of charms and spells ive created.

One that seemed to work particularly well was a spell to ward against the negative influence of “energy vampires” as well as transmutate any type of remaining negative residue into positive benefits.

This kitchen witch spell is a simple bowl of Garlic buttered popcorn.

1: Pop your preferred popcorn

2: melt some butter and pour onto your popped popcorn in a clockwise motion, imbuing with your intention. (For this component, i focused on supplying warmth and comfort at the base of the spell.

3: then season with sea salt, also imbued with intention (for this I focused on purification and protection, using the salt as a firm shield and barrier between myself and anything that would wish to harm me)

4: season with garlic and as with the previous steps, also imbue with intention (for this i decided to hone in on the warding off aspects, and specifically utilized the fortuitous effects of garlic to fold in the transmutation aspect)

5: sprinkle on a sizable layer of freshly cracked black pepper to add strength and additional power behind the spell.

6: consume and share with those you see as best fit to the personal parameters you place on this spell.

I have a new creation that I’d love to share with you all! I went to group art therapy today at the VA and the prompt was to create a piece of art depicting an armor that protects you from anxiety and stress. So I created this!

It’s a representation of my energetic shield that I create every morning and night with the help of this guided meditation (I can not recommend this video enough, it’s amazing! https://youtu.be/pmrmK0HwAWM?si=L-Jq4H_T4WcqwE3G) where I first release all energy that is not of unconditional love and light and then I visualize a shield made of unconditional light and love that encompasses my body and connects up to the cosmos and higher dimensions as well as deep down to the center of the earth. There are other protection actions that the meditation guides me through but that’s the important part for the sake of the painting.

So I wanted to paint the ground with a layer of grass and roots and a clear blue sky. And the little pink blob represents my energetic self. I imagine that my energetic self would be a bright pink.

So yeah that’s my new painting. 🥰
