Blaise is hostile to Harry when they have the Slug Club lunch in the beginning of book 6 but he doesn't make Harry the center of his whole life or seek him out to pop up wherever he goes.

Draco on the other hand does do these things. He seems to feel a lot more for Harry than you would expect if this were a simple rivalry or dislike...
