I’m still annoyed about how hard people were on First Kill.

It was all “it’s so bad!” “It’s so cringey!” “It’s so stupid!” As if it’s not meant to be like that.

It’s a teenage vampire romance. It’s the same genre as Twilight. It’s not exactly the kind of genre you go into expecting groundbreaking cinema. It’s the kind of genre you go into expecting to go “haha that would never happen” and “wow this is kind of stupid, but I love it”. It’s an easy and fun watch where you don’t have to think too much. You can just get lost in the silly fantasy world where people say things like “you ate my mother?”. It’s not a bad thing that it’s a bit stupid. That’s just part of the charm.

anyway, my friend wrote and self published a book a few years back and I'm rereading it now, and it makes me so happy, and it's so good, I love The Cloudship Trader so much and it means a lot to me that one of the main characters is nonbinary and it's just. There and Part of the Culture okay, and I love the fantasy world too!!!!

Gosh I’ve been playing sky for a couple months now and I adore it. I heard of it through watching Sadist’s animation on YouTube (if you haven’t seen it, it’s amazing and you should) and the style and concept of going through a journey with a friend really drew me in, and then I found out it was free! Starting as a moth and slowly getting to choose your own character design is super fulfilling to me, and I have a few key designs I love to change between. I have met friends from around the world (bless the translate text feature) and going on adventures holding hands or riding on their shoulders is so cute and fun. The game’s underlying story is so intriguing and beautiful and god the credits song is beautiful. It’s such an amazing game and it’s FREE (I supported it by buying the Switch package) so everyone really should give this game a try. Everyone is super sweet and helpful and I love all the sky children.

explanation:

1. Bruce tries to reconnect with Jason. This comes a couple of years after Jason's return and a lot of events afterward. During another family holiday, Bruce finds Jason alone outside the manor and the one-sided conversation happens, during which Bruce says those words. Anger and resentment prevent Jason from answering anything.

2. Years later and AFTER ETHIOPIA (you know... this Damien arc). Bruce screwed up. Jason hated him for it, a lot happened and after a long time and a showdown they came to peace. Jason can see how tired Bruce is and he knows every word Bruce is going to say to him, he knows it all by heart. So one day, after another fight, Jason just says THIS back to him.

He hadn't said that since he was the kid Bruce carried in his arms. And they both know it.
