The ideas of nutrition and healthy eating have been corrupted by the diet industry. Auntie says fuck that. Think of nutrition as a matter of nutrients. Don’t take, don’t deprive. Add to your body! 
For intermediate witchcraft, think of things as macronutrients (big) and micronutrients (small). A macronutrient is what your body uses the most of, while a micronutrient is what your body uses a smaller amount of. 
Macronutrients are: protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Your body needs all three of them - yes, even fat and carbs. Fuck what the diet industry told you and listen to Auntie: it is not only ok to eat fat and carbs, it is actively a good thing. 
Micronutrients are: vitamins and minerals. Your body is a gloriously complex, divine structure that requires a steady supply of the Earth’s bounty to thrive. You can use these amazing things She has given us to improve your body and your mind. Use what She gives you!
Let’s take a look at some common magical ingredients and the micronutrients they give you! This will help provide you with a greater understanding of how to use them to craft your kitchen spells. Magical properties are purple, practical are pink.
Cinnamon: Healing, protection, warmth, love, prosperity. Vitamins A, B, C, K; calcium; magnesium; potassium; phosphorus. Please Help A Homeless Family?
So today, one of the local libraries put on a homeless outreach faire. My son finally got his coronavirus booster, I got to take a shower (a HOT shower with fresh towels, too) for the first time in almost two weeks, and we talked to people wo gave us resources for housing, food and the like. So progress to become homed again is being made.
However, I need to raise money for three things that the organizations aren't able to help with right now:
Gas money. I need at least $40 by tomorrow to fill up the tank since we have to make another trip from Encinitas to Fallbrook, because my computer is at a repair shop in Fallbrook.
$25 to finish paying for the repairs to my laptop. I ended up needing $50 after I bought my mom needles for her insulin pens but I got it covered!
Food money. We have $3 left on our food stamps card and if we get more it won't be for another week. We buy ramen, bulk croissants and microwave dinners to eat throughout the day. Anything to get them would be a huge help.

what do i feel right now.. scared, unnerved, uncertain?
i know i needed to get my physical exam done a few days ago, but it, hurt my self-esteem to be shown the flaws of my own health management laid bare in charts and graphs. doing my best, isn't enough when certain things are too high and certain things are too low. i received my covid booster shot, and its been making me feel dreadful the past few days, making me wish the side effects would subside sooner rather than later. admittedly, as much as it sucks shit, these symptoms are far better than Actually being sick.
i'm.. struggling mentally, emotionally. the doctor's appointment was a good wake up call to get myself back to my daily walks, but i still feel so stressed out at home that i almost feel myself wanting to cry out of frustration and exhaustion. i miss the good times i had with my family, those picturesque moments where things felt alright and i didn't feel estranged and alone..
if it weren't for ensuring i have a reliable supply of insulin, i'd have moved out by now. but i need to make sure i have my medicine, i'd prefer being financially stable before making a big leap, and i just, don't want to be forced to come back here when there's no more room for me anymore.
i really wish i could fall apart, cry into a hug.

Common scam tells: Blog as a whole has little activity, period - None before 2 days ago, all of which is reblog of popular tags and emotionally-charged causes; Appealing to minority identity (in and of itself not always bad or false - But just the way it's tossed so casually into the bio; Bio in this case tangentially mentions insulin, which is what the bot/scammer is trying to claim they're begging for, but in many cases, I've seen the bio expressly have the same begging ask, often with a header/profile image of a hospitalized person or someone definitely with a medical device of some sort;
The Big Tell - Randomly sending a begging ask to someone they've had no personal interaction with whatsoever prior to this point. Generally, even when people on this site are campaigning for their own legitimate crowdfunding stuff, they post it to their own timelines, and maybe put a bunch of relevant tags onto it. They might ask people they know, or who are known boosters of crowdfunding things to reblog it. What they don't do is barge into the asks of random strangers.
And if they are doing that? Even if they're "more-legit" seeming than an easily spotted fake - Still don't fucking trust them. Be incredibly suspicious of anyone you don't personally have a long-established relationship with hitting you up for money. Even if you do have that relationship -
Still be suspicious.
One, they could have had their accounts compromised, if you want to believe the best in your internet friend.
Two, pig-butchering doesn't necessarily have to be someone looking for a greedy, naive dipshit to fall for a fake crypto scam after being buttered-up and having their egos flattered. If the angle of "But don't you see, I'm your friend? Won't you help me with this condition?" works better on you, personally, than the former, they'd absolutely try that instead/too.
Three, even if they are who they say they are on the surface, and not just someone trapped in a fraud-factory overseas, forced to try and catfish and scam people, there's always the possibility that they are, just a plain-old, homegrown scammer.
Trust *nothing* and *nobody* on the internet. Doubly so if you don't actually know who they are. Doubly-so if they contacted you out of the blue. Infinitely-more-so if there's any sort of monetary ask involved.
