👉🏻Therefore taking the time to relax and re group is very important.
☑️Going for a walk ☑️ Sitting at the beach ☑️ Using apps for meditation can also be useful ☑️ Epsom salt baths in the evening to relax the muscles and exert a calming effect on the body. ☑️ Lavender can calm the gut. ☑️ Abdominal massaging to reduce stressful feeling and encourage healthy motility. ☑️ Increase intake of dietary fibre to support healthy motility. ☑️ Include foods high in prebiotic fibre such as chicory, artichokes, plantain, onions, leeks and asparagus. Insoluble fibre is supportive for regularity and softening of the stools. Psyllium husk and prunes can have a gentle laxative effect. Magnesium may also ease constipation by helping to calm the nervous system.
Supplement live bacteria to support digestive symptoms as discussed alongside digestive enzymes to aid the breakdown/absorption of food and further support the balance of bacteria in the gut.

Not only are your lungs breathing and receiving the life energy around you but just as your lungs are breathing in that prana oxygen blend mix so to is your Energy body inhaling that energy that be all around you.

“Never put off for tomorrow, what you can do today.” . I struggle with #Procrastination, am I the k my one 🙈? . Today I learned that is not the habit but what TRIGGERS the Habit what needs to change. . If you are waiting to FEEL like doing something ........( let’s be real) ... it might never happen 🙈🙄 .. believe I know... . But if you follow these 3 steps you’ll be on your way to success: 1️⃣ Set a 3 real achievable goals every day , and celebrate yourself every night if you had achieve at least 1. 2️⃣ Break the goal into small action pieces, and schedule them. 3️⃣ Do the hardest ( more important) action at the beginning of the day! And don’t do anything else until is completed. . This is how this worked in me: I couldn’t get myself to practice #Meditation and #Visualization... so I added those activities every morning before doing my workout ( which is my reward) ❤️Now I’m planning to add to my business .. . What are you struggling with? Business goals ? Fitness Goals? Marriage goals? . 59 Days to Christmas!
A few years ago I used to starve myself and go through very strict diets in preparation to Christmas and New Years. So much shame and stress 😔
Today I've learned that is FUN and SAFE to be around food and there are so many healthier ways to stay healthy!
Here are my favorite 6 tips
1) Let your body catch up to your brain
Eating rapidly past full and ignoring your body’s signals vs. slowing down and eating and stopping when your body says its full.
2) Know your body’s personal hunger signals
Are you responding to an emotional want or responding to your body’s needs?
3) Cultivate a mindful kitchen
Eating alone and randomly vs. eating with others at set times and places.
4) Understand your motivations
Eating foods that are emotionally comforting vs. eating foods that are nutritionally healthy.
5) Connect more deeply with your food
Considering where food comes from vs. thinking of food as an end product.
1) Surround yourself with people that can support you
There's power on getting constant support, we all know what we need to do but we need to get to do it right?
