How They Confess

For the anon who wanted to know how the characters would confess their feelings, and how they would react if the reader confessed first.

This includes Jack, Will, Lizzie, James, Beckett, and Barbossa.

Jack:

Jack isn’t one to make a grand show of things, and if he’s to confess, it’ll be in a moment of simplicity. You’ll be curled up together in his cabin, warm and drowsy, soft light shining out from the lanterns. He can only admit it to you when he’s completely relaxed—he can hardly admit it to himself sometimes, how much he loves you. But he says it softly in your ear, and you’re more pleased than surprised, already tangled together in the sheets. Your brain’s a bit fuzzy anyway, and the full weight of it wouldn’t hit you until the next morning. But by then he’s up and out on deck, and you’re left with the knowledge that he really does love you after all. 

If you’re the first to confess, Jack would be taken aback. He doesn’t expect you to love him, not really, so it comes as a bit of a shock to his system. It would take him some time to process, too, and he has to do some serious introspection before he can say it back. Love is a heavy thing in his eyes, and he’s not about to mess it up. 

Will:

Though he can be bashful, Will is completely unashamed of his feelings for you. If you’re of the same social station, he’ll simply tell you how he feels by taking you out for a walk along the oceanfront. If you’re too far above him on the social ladder, he’ll keep his feelings to himself, though they shine through with all the things he does for you to make life easier and more convenient. 

If you speak up first, Will’s a little embarrassed, but in a good way. He feels a little guilty for not saying anything, but quickly gets over it; he’s just happy you feel the same, and that you’re comfortable enough in your affection to tell him. Elizabeth wants to make her confession as perfect as she can. She does it over a nice dinner, just the two of you, and she’s pulled out the candles for the occasion. She’s a romantic at heart, and wants to have the right atmosphere in which to tell you how she feels. She’s really one for the aesthetic. It’s honestly rather cute, the effort she puts in, and you’d be lying if you said you didn’t enjoy it. 

If you’re the first to confess, Lizzie is just delighted. She has butterflies for days, and be prepared for all the secret little messages dictated by high society. I’m talking fan-signals, flower language, the whole package. Even though she loves you earnestly, and even though you know both know it, she’s absolutely going to make the most of the courtship process and all it entails.

James:

We all know how awkward James is about confessing his feelings. He’s been rehearsing for days, and is almost too anxious to do it in the first place. He’s afraid of coming off too strong, and overanalyzes every interaction you’ve had together. He ensures the setting is both pleasant and proper, and though it may seem a little stiff, you’re aware the confession is genuine. That being said, the moment you indicate the feeling is mutual, his composure cracks and he gives you that huge smile he tries so hard to hide. 

If you beat him to it, he’d be shocked. Not only is he surprised that you made the first move, which is so expected of him, but he honestly had no idea you felt that way about him. It takes him a good long time to find the right words to tell you he feels the same, and you’ll have to be patient as he recovers from his astonishment. 

Beckett:

This man is never, ever, going to admit to loving you. He won’t even let himself think about his affection for you. In all truth and honesty, he’s terrified of his feelings, seeing them as a weakness that someone will figure out and exploit. He’s also afraid you won’t feel the same way. How could you? It would take a serious moment of vulnerability—either when something awful happens to you, or when you show him honest tenderness. Either way, it’s completely unexpected and almost unbelievable…until you see the fear in his eyes and realize it’s the truth. 

If you make the first move, Beckett doesn’t think you’re serious. He’s willing to play along, but he figures you want something from him. So he brushes it off, though your words linger in his mind for days after. He’s probably in his office doing paperwork when it hits him that you were being completely serious, and he’s absolutely overcome by it. He makes sure to explain himself when he sees you next; he just didn’t think someone could feel that way about him. 

Barbossa:

Barbossa is, if nothing else, a gentleman at heart. Again, this will likely be a dinner confession, though Hector isn’t nearly as anxious as Elizabeth might be. He’s been around a while, and he’s really only going to say anything if he’s fairly certain you’re interested. He also isn’t offended if you reject—he completely understands why someone wouldn’t want to be with him. He’s relaxed about the whole affair so you never have to feel nervous over any of it. If it turns out you are interested, he’s going to treat you with perfect curtesy and warm affection.

If you’re the first to say anything, Hector’s a bit smug. He might be slightly sheepish that you beat him to it, but overall, he’s happy to hear you say it. He’ll tease you over it in good humor, though he knows you can give as good as you get. He’s secretly happy to hear you say it because he’s insecure about his age.

lilia is always teasing you about it even if it's only like… you’re shorter by an inch or two. he’s playfully telling you how cute and small you are in comparison to him; he tells you he thinks you're such a fragile human. he loves to hug you and bury his face in your hair, he’ll coo to you as he playfully rocks you side to side, it’s sweet.

sometimes he does make jokes regarding it and trust me they're so bad that its almost funny. (keyword almost, you just give him a deadpan stare). one time when no one could hear you saying something during class, lilia mentions "ah well i guess it can't be helped. after all, you're easy to overlook fufu". once again lilia says all these things like he isn't 5'1.

he enjoys giving you kisses on the cheek- but he also loves grabbing your face with his hands and lifting it up a little so he can give you a kiss on the forehead. then that would only turn into him attacking your face with kisses all over.

riddle rosehearts

he doesn't necessarily say anything about it, but he is quite happy to know you're someone that's actually shorter than him. besides, his dorm leader uniform usually gives him some extra height with the boots/heels he wears and has on most of the time. if you ever were to point that out, he'd give an amused look and be like "hm, i guess i am, arent i?" he feels so confident askdhahdj

one time after you did enough pleading with him to let him try on his heels that are a part of his uniform to feel that extra sense of height. he wouldn't admit it, but he found the whole thing to be quite silly and bit back some laughs.

riddle is a little content too with the fact that he has someone he looks down at when talking to instead of up… it hurts your neck yk. he has also developed a habit of petting your hair, especially when he’s in a soft and relaxed mood with you. he has a gentle smile on his face as he pets your hair as you're talking or whenever you come over to hug him.

epel felmier

im not even going to lie to you he is incredibly happy that you're shorter than him, it makes him just feel so good about himself… he is also genuinely surprised because it's not often he meets someone his age that's shorter than him. epel finally gets to feel confident and smug even if it's being a single INCH taller than you. you've once caught him standing next to you and discreetly doing the hand thing to see how much shorter you are than him haha.

even though he doesn't like the shoes vil gives him or makes him wear for pomefiore’s dress codes and such, he does like how much more of a boost it gives him to his height so that he can feel even that much taller than you, he’ll laugh and if you ask him why he’ll get closer to you and point that out.

he doesn't really take it kindly when other tall guys at nrc seem to tease you about it, he gets pretty defensive over you… like it's it's mostly because he's used to hearing it himself and knows how harsh people can be. he doesn't want to ever see you upset like him because of it too. he can't help but feel a little more protective over you.

TAURTIS.

Taurtis isn't talked about enough. He's genuinely gotten drowned out and it's golly awful!!! Everyone's so focused on Sam and grian and their stuff taurtis gets drowned out.

Taurtis is such an anomaly and he is MORE than just some silly guy who's Sam's best friend. I'd argue he's just as bad or maybe even a tad bit worse. Hear me out.

Straight up at the beginning of the series, no one mentions (outside of like 2 people) that taurtis has killed someone and made it on TV while getting away with it. Bros the first murderer we see in the season revealed and hey, this can imply he's done it before and never gotten caught. Taurtis knows damn well how things are and id argue hes the result behind Sam's behavior. Not Yuki, while she did also heavily influence him, he did a lot more damage.

No one ever mentions ot though because he's just a "silly little guy"

Even from the start Taurtis has been seen making these decisions for Sam but the way they work is making it look like the others independent when I can argue they're both codependent on eachother in a way. Taurtis even convinces and forces the idea of Sam doing things for to a sense someone can see "for his (Sam's) own good" When Sam was in love with Sookie and found out she was into women, he was bummed out, however Taurtis was the one who suggested he could chop her up or get Sam to dress as a girl in which; he even protested at first and kept denying. Taurtis in the beginning had a small weird obsession with when things went wrong; they could resort to "chop chop" It is known and we all talk about Sam and Yuki being a yandere but what about Taurtis being one potentially? I know this can be diminished by the nice treatment Salex (I have a whole another yap session about salex and him and sam) The second Sam said he had no chance with Sookie, Taurtis asked about using force and deceiving to help get Sam what he wants. Also for whatever reason he has a TON of images of Sam on his phone canonically?? Am I the only one who's taking that into acc?

Sam is EASILY one of the most quick-to-influence characters in the series and can easily be manipulated, despite being described as a manipulator himself. And the person who's been with him the most in life and who's been living ALONE with for who knows what time? For Sam to having gone down the rabbit hole he is, the person who'd have tk influence that would have to be Taurtis. He encourages and excuses everything and I'd argue he even partakes in stuff in his own time. There's also the fact he has no problem hurting his own friends as well, he's CONSTANTLY being physical with Sam and he doesn't even care with Stabbing him off a building as a friendly gesture to a sense. There's also the fact he literally doesn't care if someone (coughs SAM) plays dress up with him whenever they want, it's fine its whatever right?? He could care less about that stuff

HOWEVER in the end he's still a teenager, he's a genuinely insecure teenager. It's not directly stated however it is very much implied with his reactions and interactions and his need/drive to impress others and for them to be impressed by and to want him. He almost needs people to need him and that's probably part of what makes him happy about Sam's codependency because he knows Sam needs Taurtis. Taurtis needs someone to need him, which is probably what started his infatuation with salex because she always praised and flirted with him and fueled his confidence; that's what he wants or "needs." That's part of where I think not only Sam but TAURTIS is also codependent in his own way. It's an eye for an eye. He gives what he wants and expects that to be given back in its own way. He's more than happy with being popular and having Sam do so much, hell that helps boost his confidence. He's got his own demands and we've seen instances where he makes Sam supply hjm or give him his own food (which my friend has pointed out that Sam's willing to even starve for taurtis if it meant taurtis could feel full/get what he wanted.) We see Taurtis even being insecure when Sam and Grian point things out (like when he went bald and how horrible it looked) and he instantly jumped on trying to find ways to quickly grow his hair back. He doesn't want that imperfection. He's quick to jump to conclusions too because when Sam makes a small comment he INSTANTLY retorts. (Example; "you have a great chewwy/ you'd be a great chewwy-chewbaca" "are you saying I'm hairy/fat???) He's still an insecure teenager, despite his popular and having someone straight up need him to be even the slightest bit okay, I dont think he'd willingly abandon that

AND YET YOU NEVER GIVE UP TRYING TO PROVE YOURSELF WHEN LOKI IS RIGHT THERE. Okay maybe he's a little mad at you but only because despite your all-seeing eye, HE IS BETTER FOR YOU. - He'll bully your crush out of you too. Mocking you for wanting someone who doesn't want you, how you should just give up on them because they're never going to notice you, not the way that Loki does. They will never love you.

Choso… feels like a person when he talks to you. The way you smile genuinely, the way you respond excitably at his every small comment, the way you look at him like he isn’t a Cursed Object called a ‘Death Painting’. He feels likes you, that he isn’t a monster at all and that was has drawn him to you in such a small time

Choso went from just standing in the corner, only communicating with Yuji when he needed to, to full-blown talking to and nodding in response to you, the kind gentle member of this little Sorcery squad. Sitting down with you on a nice big rock whilst the group had been setting up camp outside during this whole Culling Games, Yuji feels immense pride for Choso, for his ‘older brother’ finally being able to branch out and find a new friend. It doesn’t help that Choso finds you very pretty

He could listen to you talk to him anytime and he is pretty glad he gathered back enough self-confidence to approach you on his own. He has his first ever non-family friend he wished he had made beforehand and he really likes this warm, fuzzy feeling you’re giving him as you keep hearing him out and boosting him up to speak more. He is still little and quiet whilst having this conversation, but he feels less isolated and alienated. He feels like he can say anything and be supported

In reality, you’ve always liked how cool and loving he is to his brothers so you’ve been wanting to talk to him seperately for a while now. You can see why Yuji has decided to ally with him, Choso is a wonderful person, even if he is a Cursed Object to his core. Hey girl! you explained really well why you think affirming for others won’t help but i honestly think that if you were to affirm for me/your followers, i personally would enter regardless

also you did say that you are now wanting to help others enter the void so, that’s going to happen but if i just may add in a lil bit of suggestion, maybe you could ask us to do a couple of things like a routine and affirm that “who ever follows this routine will enter the void regardless of everything in all realities”

I must say you’re very good at writing lol. I actually didn’t want to mention this just yet but since you brought it up, i have seen that blogger and was very much inspired by it (hence why i’m starting a challenge). Also my subliminals too are a part of the experience.

I know it’s not my place to decide for yall, but i know that you will very much appreciate entering on your own. I’m always here to help, and i know it’s frustrating not seeing any movement after years of trying (trust me i’ve been there). But believe me when i tell you you’re gonna be so mad at yourself when you realize just how easy tapping into the void state is. Like genuinely im not even saying this because i do it all the time now. When i first tapped in and manifested everything, I got out and felt like the biggest dummy ever (not calling yall dumb btw 😭).

The point is, yall are simply just over complicating it and i’m actually so upset that it took me so many years to realize just how easy it is cause i could’ve had my dream life a long time ago and I wouldn’t have had to go through what i went through.

With my challenge (i promise it’s coming out sooner than you expect just bear with me 🙏🏽) you’ll definitely start realizing that on your own, with a little help on my end of course. What i don’t want to do, and will not do is all the work for you. Even though it doesn’t require much work on your end, the eye opening and truly awakening experience of finally pushing through was honestly the most humbling and beautiful experience ever. Like i will honestly never take anything for granted again because i’m just so grateful that i have the ability to manifest anything I want now.

When you’re first starting out you always think about it as an escape or like “I can have anything I want”. But once you actually do and you’re able to go about life and actually enjoy it with no worries whatsoever it’s just so amazing, I have no words for it.

But like i said in one of my other posts, some things in life are worth working/fighting for, and although the void state is truly the simplest thing ever (i blame tumblr and shiftok for overcomplicating it), i believe it’s one of those things that you need to experience and go through on your own cause it truly is such a personal and intimate journey with yourself. I’ve learned so much about myself on a spiritual level like honestly i cannot even express it in words.

I know some of you guys have been trying for months and even years (i was in your shoes once too, before i tapped in i was 2.5 years in) but follow through with my challenge, don’t give up on yourself and i promise you every thing will change for the better!

So again to answer your question, yes I am absolutely doing that, just in my own way. It might be frustrating to hear (i would know i hated when people would say this when i was struggling but in the end im grateful for it), but you honestly need to do this for yourself. I don’t know any of you personally and no matter how much you tell me about yourself and your circumstances i will never truly understand you or have your same perspective on life, so in reality you the only person who can truly help you is yourself. Look within first before you go outside of you for help. For some of you, you’ve already tried everything and I understand your frustration but also have some patience with yourself.

I promise you won’t be disappointed with my challenge ( it is being very carefully crafted, also i’m just having so much fun making it!)

WAH HEY BEANS!! okay so i was looking at the plushies and merch again and i suddenly had a thought in LCSyS, what are their thoughts on like merch?? i have no idea if you've mentioned this before and if so i am silly. i can totally see fuuta go OH NO IVE BEEN TURNED A MARKETABLE PLUSHIE

This made me realize the wide range of official merch, plus I think a lot of them would love supporting artists once they're out and have access to the internet again lol. Overall I think the plushies would cause the biggest stir around the facility 😂 I mention bootleg merch, like when you have random companies making weird/ugly knockoffs -- I don't think real Milgram has that but it was a fun idea for the story lmao

Haruka isn’t used to having his own image on so many things. The others are really sweet about taking care of his plushie and doing kind things for it to boost his own confidence (although there was One Singular Moment of jealousy where his tiny counterpart was getting more attention than himself and needed to be talked down lol) He and Muu have plushies of each other that they’ll plan cute matching outfits/accessories with.

Yuno loves her own plushie, and is excited to share it with Yura. She takes really good care of all the plushies she has, and they genuinely bring her warmth, especially post-milgram when they all separate <3 She (or maybe Mikoto, I haven’t decided) gets only the weirdest/most concerning buttons on her personal bag. She loves her Borderline Suicidal Fuuta, Crazed Bug Muu, Grieving In A Hospital Shidou, Rats Mahiru, and so on. She asks Amane for permission to add Waterboarding Button to her collection. For her more public displays, she likes the aesthetic things from the anniversaries and birthday art. She loved those days of dressing up for the photoshoots, so they carry nice memories as well as being super cute. 

(I tagged you in the art I thought of, but yeah,) Fuuta puts up a big act about how weird and capitalistic it is to have merch of oneself, how plushies are “for kids,” and also how ugly/skrunkly his t2 one looks... His refusal to interact with it only makes the others interact with his more. I can see some of the prisoners (*cough* yuno *cough*) carrying around their Little Fuuta and sharing full conversations and activities while he looks on in horror. In the end, he caves in order to set a good example for Amane, and keeps a few in his room. He never admits that he also gets really attached >:3 Another secret -- he likes using the special bluetooth headphones. He thinks they look cool and the voices are a fun touch, but he’d never dare tell the others. 

Muu has one of those really aesthetic merch bags where she keeps buttons, plushies, stickers, keychains etc. She has a little something for every prisoner, but there are definitely a few who have some shameless favoritism… Once out of Milgram, she makes a lot of social media posts focused just on the plushies in different locations and outfits. She keeps them in pristine condition, caring a lot for them.

Shidou gives the plushies to his kids, and the prisoners laugh/brag about which one each child chose as their favorite. (I also like to imagine the conversations Shidou must have with strangers: “aww your daughter is so sweet! Who do you got there, honey? Aw, you’re squeezing ‘em real tight! Is that your favorite disney princess or something?” “Ah, that’s a little doll version of the divorced cop who lives a few streets over. In a prison uniform.” “O.oh…?”) He likes adding stickers to his tech, using some of the cases, and thinks the album covers look nice to display.

Mahiru goes crazy over the plushies. She sews little mv outfits for all of them, alternate outfits, and other accessories to hand out. She starts planning on making custom plushies for other people – her bf, Hinako, Shidou’s family, Lucky, etc. She was genuinely upset by how sad her T2 plush looks, thinking no one will love it – Jackalope breaks his experiment-long internet ban only once to sit with her and scroll through pictures that people had posted of them treating the plush kindly because of her looks. Also, even though they broke up, she excitedly shows her bf the buttons that feature the two of them 😅

Kazui already has a lot of records/CDs collected, and he makes a really nice display of all the albums for his wall. The other prisoners love gifting him bootleg merch of his own videos – tshirts and things from random companies that are juuust off somehow. (I have no clue about her sense of humor, but maybe one day Hinako wears one of the Cat marriage buttons like “I got married and traumatically divorced and all I got was this this stupid button)

Amane would have tried to match Fuuta acting too cool for the plushies… if it weren’t for every single other person absolutely fawning over them. She can admit to loving them and carries a different one to set with her each day, treating them kindly and dressing them up with Mahiru. She also enjoys adding stickers to her notebooks and things, they end up completely covered by the time the later mvs come out. At the very end of the experiment, she ends up using merch to cover up the old cult stickers on her backpack.

Mikoto owns the most of his own merch, claiming “it’s John :)” (and then John points to the same things claiming “it’s Mikoto :)”). They each have a T1/T2 plushie to carry around, though they end up like that Garfield "to be loved is to be changed" plush -- they really go everywhere. Mikoto gets those anniversary art shirts with the prisoner’s face taking up the whole center, and wears it to each of their mv shooting sessions, much to their embarrassment. He owns a lot of the stands to keep on his desk while he works, using them for rubber-ducking when needed. He posts I feed him rocks.

Kotoko prefers the more general things when she goes out, feeling like it’s odd to show off the other’s faces out in public. (They claim they’re famous anyway, but she insists you can never be too careful.) So she wears a lot with the main milgram logo/inno and guilty symbol/Jackalope/etc. In her personal space, though, she has a ton of the others’ things, and tries to play down how much she really likes the plushies :3 When Mahiru’s finished with it, she’s excited to show Lucky both of theirs.

Everyone owns a lot of Es merch. They try to be subtle about it post-reveal and not overwhelm their poor guard, but it comes out eventually and does scare them just a bit. 😅 Later, Es really enjoys having something of each of the prisoners close even when everyone goes back to their lives.

When heeseung first came inside the door and watched you crying in your study table, burying your sobbing face in your palms, initially he was shocked. Wide eyed, astonished and freezes in the doorway in shock.

But soon enough, he realizes the situation and grows afraid and immediately rushes over to you to catch you in his arms. “Babe, I’m here now.” He wraps his secure arms around you, resting his chin on top of your head and stroking your back in easing motions and patting your head. “Please don’t cry now love.” he confesses in a quiet and comforting, reassuring soft voice.

Heeseung is the type of person who hurts along with you in silence. Feeling you tremble inside his arms makes his heart drop to the floor but he tries his best to be there to comfort you. He’s also the type of person who knows the kind of comfort that you want the most- whether that be words of consolation, physical touch or reassuring advices and he acts accordingly.

Carrying you to the bed, he’s gonna tuck you underneath a warm blanket and lay down beside you, cushioning you with his body. Hee’s going to hold your hand inside his and look at you softly with love, giving you all the time you need in the world to stop crying and gather yourself. If you want to talk about it, he’s gonna let you, even if it’s fumbled ranting for hours. He listens to you patiently and kisses your forehead, wiping your tears gently with his thumb and letting you talk.

He gives you reassurance and tells you soothing confessions like “I’m there for you baby.” “You know you’re doing amazing and you’ve got this.” “It’s okay to fall down, it doesn’t mean you’re weak or pathetic.” He cups your face and says these directly while looking inside your eyes, with his honey voice.

Heeseung is the type of person to sing you to sleep while stroking your hair as you rest your head on his chest and doze off. He is someone who remembers your sadness for a long time and thinks about it to himself to come up with better ways to cheer you up if it happens next time. He’s gonna give his best efforts to be as supportive as he can and to lift you up in every way, every time you’re upset from now on.

Jay is a very mature and rational person and also the epitome of care. So whenever you’re crying or upset in general, jay will be there to lift you up and give you the best ever advices. He’s also someone who is gonna protect you, hold you tight and make you feel secure everytime you’re crying.

“You’ve come so far my strong girl, look at you. So believe in yourself for you can surely do it.” He confidently says so, stroking your back in reassuring pats and pulling you closer to him in a side hug. He lets you bury your face in his chest and cry as much as you want.

But then, he would want to hear you out and genuinely help you out by guiding you in your tough times. And ofcourse, he’s gonna remind you how amazing you are by constantly telling you. “You’re amazing.” “You’ve got this baby, don’t worry.” as nicely as a human being can tell another. Jay is also the type of person to be physically present with you in your problems to help you out- for instance, if it’s an exam failing problem, he’s gonna be there to boost you up when you’re studying. If you’re struggling from social anxiety, he’s gonna accompany you whenever you go out with a bunch of people. He’s gonna be there for you no matter what.

He’s someone who low-key blames his own incompetence for not making you happy enough or accompanying you in your worst times. So, he’s gonna take more time out for you, take you out on dates, cook for you your favourite meals and send you reminder sweet messages all the time now. And ofcourse, you’re up for more of Jay’s healing kisses now on your forehead, eyelids, hands and cheeks now that he knows you need em the most. <3

There’s no one and nothing in the world jake loves more than you which is why when he sees you crying, his heart breaks entirely and he even gets teary eyed if you sob too much. He panics the first few seconds when he sees you break into crying, but then he instantly cups your face in his palms and grows closer. “Baby..?!” He mutters in a tone full of concern, shock and hurt.

“If you wanna talk about it, baby I’m here.” He kisses your cheek and looks directly inside your eyes supportingly. His voice is gentle and his touches are feather-light and he’s so genuinely worried about you. Jake is gonna let you talk and cry and vent as much as you want to, not averting his eyes from you for a second and giving you his full attention.

Jake might be bad with words but his actions never fail to remind you how loved and worthy you are. He’s gonna change your clothes, wash your face, tell you so many I love yous, kiss you to the side of your face and give you the tighest and warmest ever hugs.

“You know I love you the most right?” “You’re the most beautiful and strong willed woman I’ve seen in my life.” Jake becomes your personal hype man and showers you with love and attention. He compliments and praises you and like jay, will love you harder and care for you more now till you feel better.

Braiding your hair, feeding you food, making you herbal tea to reduce your stress, showing you memes to make you laugh- jake is gonna do it all. He’s gonna pamper you and call you more often whenever you feel down! He’s the type of person to remember your grief and work hard to soothe you better the next times.

Jake sends you flowers with love notes attached to them the next day and acts so goofy (like gets down on his knees and sings for you where his voice cracks and you end up laughing together) to make you smile and restore your energy. Overall, you have a sim jaeyun in life? You will never come across a day where you will have to cry ever again because he protects your smile like no other. :’) <3

He’s so lost and clueless as to what to do when you start crying. Y’all were not even having an argument, he was joking with you to tease you but due to your pent up sadness from the week and period mood swings, you reacted negatively and burst out in tears.

He’s gonna dash to sit beside you and place his hand on your shoulder and sit in silence like a confused and sad puppy for many minutes, before whispering your name out pouting. He’s really apologetic and hates seeing you upset to the point where you’re crying. “Y/n…please don’t cry?”

“Hoon..it’s not because of you *sniffles*..I’ve just been having a real bad week.” You explain yourself because the guilt and gloom in his eyes was making you even more upset. Though, when sunghoon gets confirmation that it’s not him and sth else , HE IS NOT GONNA LET YOU CRY FOR ANY FURTHER SECOND.

he’s changing the subject and trying to crack so many of his dad jokes to make you laugh. Believe me, he might even roll on the floor to do a silly dance or wear a headband on his head that says “my y/n fighting!!” and stomp on the floor, doing weird moves and saying it’s to pass your “negative energy away”. Idk man he’s weird and being weird and awkward is his love language lol. Man’s gonna do anything and everything to make you wheeze and forget about what made you cry in the first place.

And it does work though. Seeing his crackheaded behaviour you do end up laughing and forgetting about your worries. Then, he even offers to give you massages to help you relax and gets you heat pads to stop your cramps and even googles “how to console your sad girlfriend” haha. He’s trying his best in his own way to care for you in the best way he can.

He’s gonna cuddle you to sleep that night. Being the big spoon and wrapping his arms around your waist and patting your hair till you fall asleep comfortably.

Sunghoon is the person to arrange his words inside his head and come up with things to say the next day to comfort you. He’s gonna rehearse inside his head and send you his consolations through text messages. He’s extremely sweet and a really loving boyfriend so yes, expect him to take you out to eat at your favourite restaurant and go for shopping the next day to wipe away all your remaining sadness! It becomes his personal mission to make you happy happy again and fight away all the bad feelings surrounding you.

Now sunoo, absolutely HATES whatever made you upset and is so MAD at all the things that caused you anxiety istg. He’s gonna roll his eyes at all those stupid things cause fr here, he’s trying his best to be the biggest sunshine in your life to keep you smiling all the time, but life decided to rain tears upon his precious Girl :)) like as if he’s gonna be chilled about it.

“ANGEL ARE YOU CRYING?!” he reacts hearing your breaking voice over the phone. Before you can even argue or protest, he’s already out the door running at full speed to come meet you at your apartment. Like, he doesn’t care if he has a rehearsal in half an hour or whatever, to him you’re his first and most important priority.

“Baby WHAT HAPPENED?!” He’s panting and running to you for a hug as soon as he makes it past your doorway. He really gets so sulky the moment he sees your red puffy eyes and tears.

“Please tell me about it. You know I’ll listen right?” Sunoo offers to listen and listens so carefully to everything you’re going to say. The whole time he has a tissue in his hand, and he’s wiping away your tears and kissing every inch of your face the tear lands on.

He’s gonna pout and frown so much, complaining about all those things on and on. “I swear college is so meaningless. Like tell me WHY IS EDUCATION EVEN IMPORTANT?!” “And those mean classmates? God I’m about to throw them out the window if they give you judgemental looks again!🙄” “and-“ you laugh at his adorable and dramatic face expressions in the middle of crying.

He laughs along with you soon after a confused frown and will mush your cheeks lovingly. “Now don’t cry again okay baby?” He will give you a peck on the lips and pull you into another warm hug.

The whole night sunoo is gonna look after you and watch movies with you and give you an exclusive skincare + spa to help you relax and make you feel better. And oh yes, ice cream is a must too!! <3

Jungwon gets absolutely protective over you when you’re crying out of sadness. He doesn’t like seeing you cry tears of pain, he only likes seeing you cry tears of happiness. But mind you, he finds you really adorable even when you cry, cause god knows, how on earth a girl still manages to look so cute when she’s crying.

“Y/n?! What’s wrong?” He races to you with wide eyes filled with compassion and concern and kneels before you on the bed, taking your hands in his and looking at your tears streaming down. “Did I do something?” His first instinct is to ask if he’s the cause of your tears.

But when you do confirm it’s not because of him and burst out in more tears explaining what’s wrong, he will squeeze your hands tighter and wipe your tears with his fingers gently and furrow his brows.

“Although you look cute too when you cry, please don’t cry…baby?” He confesses with a sweet voice, stroking your tear stained cheeks adding “baby” at the end to make you smile and cheer you up. He’s not someone who uses cheesy pet names but when you’re crying,from baby to princess to sweetheart he is using them all!

Next, he proceeds to get up and encase you in his arms in a comforting hug, pecking the top of your head softly with his lips. He’s gonna let you cry but when your tears finally cease, jungwon will try his best to make you laugh. Even if it means he’s gonna do *aegyo* that he doesn’t even like, anything to see that precious smile back on your face! <3 jungwon tells you a lot of jokes and funny stories too to cheer you up and lighten the mood.

When you’re feeling better, that’s when he’s gonna ask what was bothering you and then he will console you with some mature talk and *kisses*. You can make him do literally ANYTHING for you that day, he’s gonna be down at your service to preserve your good mood and make it last !

He’s extremely caring and good at looking out for others so I promise you, your bad mood will only last a few minutes and escape out the window, only to be replaced with happiness and ease that yang jungwon brings you. :’)

It sucks. Honestly sucks for ni ki to see you CRY. He’s gonna place his head on your lap, taking your hands and placing them on his cheeks and genuinely pout and request you “don’t cry anymore y/n. I’m here now to make you smile!!” He makes a smug mischievous face to stop you from crying.

He makes you watch a train of memes and funny videos to lift you up and make you happy again. The whole time though, he’s gonna keep your hands intertwined and brush the back of your hand with his thumb in soft, relaxing strokes.

At the end of the night before going to bed, he will hold your face, looking inside your eyes directly and tell you seriously “please don’t be upset or overthink about these stuffs y/n.” “You know the more you let these things bother you, the more they will.” “We both know my love, you are better than this!”

He’s so supportive and such a caring and fun bf that it’s impossible to be upset about these things ever again in your life. And yes, he personally makes sure of it. <3

Issei genuinely likes cuddling Rias the most when they're facing each other. Not just for a view of her chest, but because it's easier to talk to her that way and he likes seeing her smile before sleeping

Rias adores it when Issei takes her out to experience Japanese culture on their dates, even doing the cliche type of dates you see unironically because she's really excited to actually do them. She also likes learning about Japanese history almost as much, so historical places are also nice to visit for them

Issei asks her if he can buy certain things since she has most of the money between the two of them. Like a cool new anime figure/memorabilia or a snack while they're out. He knows it's mostly not his so he usually asks. Rias in response always gives him a blanket answer of "you don't need to ask me if you want to get something you want. Just get it!" or something similar

Rias is the one that is always super touchy and showing physical affection in public, not Issei. One, it's because she's possessive of him a little bit and wants people to know that he's taken her. Also, she does it to help boost his confidence. She knows that he wants to hold her hand and kiss her when they're out, but he won't because he's a little self conscious about being with her. He thinks she's so much better than him that he doesn't deserve to do things like that since it would reflect poorly on her. So she happily kisses him on the lips in view of dozens of people since she wants him to know that she's with HIM because she loves HIM. He should be the one people are jealous of for a change.

✧ cult leader scaramouche is honestly such a hot concept holy shit

✧ besides that, having an entire cult devoted to him probably would make him far more arrogant than he already is in general

✧ he doesn't appear a lot before his followers nor does he make any official appearances. scaramouche enjoys being sought after by his followers and how they throw themselves at his feet when he just walks by without any announcement prior to this - it boosts his confidence knowing there are people who treat his words like they were the actual law. the fact that he's rude and violent however never changed - he doesn't really bother with anyone's wel being and he hates chatty humans the most

✧ being a discarded divine creation, he lures poor humans in with empty promises and lavish things, he amassed a rather huge following, however most of his cult is shrouded in mystery due to how unreachable he appears before everyone. cult members who join are never seen again and neither are the people trying to oppose him, as these people get assassinated if they only dare to make any moves against him

✧ those who do know him quite well however stay out of his way, knowing that a single mistake was enough to tick him off and have that person be sent,,, somewhere (where nobody has ever returned from), so not only is he arrogant and thinks of any human as pathetic, he's also manipulative and oppressive! congrats!

✧ just like most people in his cult, you too believed him to be above everything else, the solution to all troubles, something akin to a savior meant to free you from earthly matters and peril

✧ what his actual goal was? nobody knows. some might even claim he started all of this for fun, others say he started this as an act of revenge against his own creator - not that it mattered to any of you. whatever he believed was correct and not to be questioned

✧ there are only a handful of people who have actually seen him or managed to be acknowledged by him with words, and you just happen to be one of those special cases who happen to be recognised and be worthy of his attention for more than just a few seconds

✧ as his devotee, when he first laid eyes upon you and told you to follow him you did so without questioning his order in any shape or form. you weren't worthy enough to question any order he gives out personally

✧ this went on for weeks, with him revealing mere tidbits about himself as it went on, you learnt more about his past, his emotions and what he really thought of the people around him - to hear from him that you were one of the only people he accepted around him almost put you in a cardiac arrest at how he said it in such a genuinely nice tone

✧ but in fact, scaramouche did take a liking to you. maybe it was how big your eyes became when you took shy glances at him, how you started shaking in sheer excitement when he spoke to you directly and asked for your opinion on things or how you played with your hands on your lap when you asked him question over question about the world - questions to which he of course had all the answers for

✧ with time, you almost spent every day with him in his chambers, drinking tea and receiving gifts from him for your devotion. scaramouche promised you that as long as you continue doing as well as you've been doing so far, he'd do anything to keep you away from prying eyes

✧ you never understood what that meant, but you also didn't question it. maybe you should've when you noticed that people suddenly went missing or how people were utterly terrified of scaramouche's sheer presence in the same room as them

✧ it was nonsense to you, he was kind, intelligent, beautiful, you'd do anything for him! even if he asked you to give up both of your hands you would do it, no questions

✧ turns out that our dear cult leader has taken such a liking to you that he started to refuse to see anyone else anymore, which in return meant for him that you also won't see anyone else other than him - but you understand, right? you wouldn't betray him and leave him behind like all of them, would you?

✧ of course you wouldn't. because what scaramouche wants, scaramouche gets, through one way or another he always gets his will regardless of what it might cost

✧ as long as you do what he says and follow him obediently so he can shelter you from the outside world, he can make sure you'll be safe (which in returns eases the dull aching in his chest he's been feeling for years now)

✧ if you ever manage to gather your courage and ask him why he decided to talk to you, you'd probably become withness of the most genuine smile he can actually muster up before telling you that there is no particular reason other than curiosity - curiosity on whether or not humans remain the same sort of stupid or if humans have the capacity to change into something worthy of his presence

✧ after all, talking to him was a gift and spending time with him was the peak of devotion - it's what he deserves for the betrayals he suffered through

✧ you, his loyal devotee who has become worthy of him, you've become his proof of his actual obsession, his search for a heart that he doesn't have and will never receive
