Polyamships is hosting #MultiamoryMarch2024

Once again we gather to celebrate polyamory in all its forms: OT3s, OT4s, OT8s, V-relationships, QPRs, sedoretus, and any configuration you can think of. In the spirit of this month, we invite you to create works in any medium using the prompts above if you need a little inspiration. You can also create freely or even use one of our prompts from past years we’d still love to see fanworks for if they inspire you better. If you use a prompt, please make sure to let us know which prompt you’re creating for somewhere on your post.

At us @polyamships and use the tags #MultiamoryMarch and #MultiamoryMarch2024 in the first five tags so we can hopefully see it. If you don’t see us reblog your post within a few days feel free to send us an ask to let us know, or submit it via our googleform here, in case we’ve missed your post or the tags/notifications are being weird.

All ratings are welcome but anything nsfw/triggery should be warned for and behind a read more, as should very long tumblr fic.

Multiamory March 2024, Day 5 Prompt- Online @polyamships

(Summary: Just Yuu and their boyfriends doing some gaming <3)

Yuu sat in the middle of the couch, controller in hand as they focused intently on the screen. Beside them both Lilia and Idia were doing the same. Titling the controller they started spamming some of the buttons as the other two cried out in alarm.

As they hit the button one last time the match ended, "Wooo!"

Idia groaned as his side of the screen declared that he'd lost while Lilia laughed and ruffled Yuu's hair.

"Again!"

"Awhhh, is someone being a sore loser? I think so~!" Yuu teased Idia.

"I am not!"

"Yeah yeah, whatever you say my love. How 'bout we try something else? We've already been playing this for like three hours."

Moving closer to him Yuu teasingly poked their elbow into his side, a smile on their face as they watched Idia process what they'd said and called him. He burst into a pretty shade of crimson as Yuu and Lilia laughed at his reaction.

"Ohhh, look Yuu~ I think you broke him."

Summary: Akihiko wasn't used to be so visible lost, but it was hard to let go of the role he'd taken for his job for years and the admiration he had for Napoleon for years, to focus on the fact the ex-emperor was now his boyfriend and take the first step on their relationship.

There are characters I get the hang of writing them from the start, sometimes without even reading much about them. Sebastian is one of the hit or miss ones, though, I still need to get used writing him... Especially in something like this.

Also that time I thought of writing an angsty alternative to a fic I was writing... I think this would be the happy ending.

Having Napoleon as his boyfriend was like a fantasy. His admiration for the ex-emperor had turned into a crush after they met. But it was like a celebrity crush, an attraction to someone unattainable. Besides, he noticed quickly, his heart still belonged to someone else. His ex-girlfriend, who fell back into his life after years, only to fall in love with Napoleon herself.

And now he was here, with both of them, who fought hard for him. The ones who changed his world. He never thought he would be committing himself to a relationship, let alone to two people, the old lover he thought he lost and his longtime hero.

Even if he was expecting the kiss, even after all the discussions about this relationship, and all the progress they made, the fact that Napoleon was purposefully kissing him was enough to make him freeze, his mind unable to process the overwhelming amount of thoughts and emotions rushing through.

Napoleon broke the contact with a playful smile, but despite catching the movement, Sebastian took longer to realize the kiss had ended. Hard to when the warmth lingered on his lips and his mind was still lost in the ecstasy of it.

“Why do you look so surprised?” Napoleon laughed.

It really wasn’t the first time Napoleon kissed him, in fact, he had accidentally kissed nearly everyone in the mansion, but he did so while asleep. It was the first time the kiss had been on purpose. The first time there were actual feelings behind it.

“I think you crashed him.” He barely registered her words before she was standing before him. “Will this reboot you?” And she looped her arms around his neck and kissed him. “I know our boyfriend is strikingly hot, but you’ll just have to get used to it.” She whispered in his ear.

She was right. The idea of someone like Napoleon liking him was shocking, but it was real, and he would have to get used to it.

Easier said than done. And his response was to kiss her back, surprising her.

“Like you got used to me?” He whispered when she blushed and looked away.

“This is different. You caught me by surprise.” She kissed him again, then pulled away and turned to Napoleon, giving him a gentle peck. “I’ll let you boys to get better acquitted.” She left the room with a playful wink at them.

There was silence after their girlfriend was gone. With Napoleon curiously studying him, Akihiko took a deep breath, trying to regain control of his emotions.

She was right. He had to get used to direct attention from Napoleon. Get more comfortable with his boyfriend.

Just because he felt like a young girl who finally got attention from her crush, didn’t mean he had to act like one.

“Do I intimidate you that much?” Napoleon asked, still sounding playful.

“No, Monsieur. I…”

Napoleon kissed him.

“As much as I wouldn’t mind being called that in other circumstances, this is not like you. I am your partner now, too. You can treat me like you do her.”

The same as he did their girlfriend? He was sure that was not how a multi relationship like this worked, but it helped him focus on the man before him less as The Napoleon Bonaparte and more as his boyfriend.

Before he could lose himself to that wonder again, Akihiko bridged the gap between them, threading his fingers through Napoleon’s silky locks, surprised at how his boyfriend stayed so docile under his touch, and remained so when pulled into a new kiss.

And their first step into this new life tasted faintly of strawberries and cinnamon, from the desserts they had made earlier.

uh very much off topic for this blog but I recently rewatched House and I was reminded how much I love Eric/Remy, and now as an adult I saw so much wasted potential with both Foreman/Chase and Remy/Chase, so I had to rectify that with fic. set near the end of s6.

Exploring

Robert and Eric are running some scans for a patient. Robert seemingly has something on his mind and after a moment, he turns to Eric. "Would it be okay if I asked Remy out?" Eric is blindsided. "Ummm..." "Look, I figure it's 50/50 she says yes. I'm not looking for anything serious, I figure she's not either. But... do you still have feelings for her?" Eric sighs. "Of course I do. But I royally fucked things up. And I don't think she'd ever consider getting back together with me, so who am I to stop her from exploring other options?" Robert still seems a bit nervous. "You sure? The last thing I want is to make things weird between us." "I mean, I don't expect her to be celibate. And you're allowed to have fun after Cameron. I have no right to tell you not to ask her out." Robert nods. "Okay. Thanks." Eric feels his heart drop into his stomach when he watches Remy and Robert leave work together a few nights later. **** Remy and Eric are staying late one night, trying to decipher Chris' notes again. Bickering about what his notes say leads to a fit of laughter, and next thing they know, they're kissing. It ends much quicker than either of them want as Eric pulls away. "Wait. Aren't you and Chase --" Remy laughs. "It's just casual. We haven't had the discussion of what we are yet." Her hands slide to his thighs. "I'm still allowed to explore with other people if I want." Eric gives her a stern glance. "I don't want to hurt my friend. He's had enough heartbreak." Remy seems a little disappointed, but she nods. "Okay. I'll talk to him tomorrow." **** Eric and Robert are in the lab, waiting for some test results. There's a palpable tension in the air until Robert speaks. "So... I'm okay with you and Remy getting involved again. We're just having some fun, we never made an agreement that the relationship was closed." "Most people don't have to explicitly make that agreement when they decide to continue seeing each other. It's usually assumed." "Well, we both know Remy is a fan of casual sex. I'm also a fan of casual sex. And I know the two of you have a history. Your relationship didn’t end because the feelings went away. In a way, I'm the one who butted in here." "I don't want to mess things up with her again. Or make things weird between you two." "Dude, it's simple. Remy's open to seeing both of us. I don't mind her being involved with you. Do you want to be with her or not?" Silence falls over them as Eric ponders this. He knows he's entering dangerous territory, but he can't deny the relief and excitement he feels when Remy agrees to dinner later that night. **** It gets to the point that Remy spends most nights with one of the two men. Lots of nice dinners and working late and getting drunk at bars. And sex. Lots and lots of really good sex. After a couple months of this new normal, she's at the bar with Robert. Remy's drunk and feeling a little mischievous. Her gaze catches Robert's as she brings the glass to her lips. "Have you ever had a threesome?"

**** Eric stares at the two of them in shock. "A threesome?" Remy laughs. "Group sex is fun!" Robert shrugs. "Having a threesome is on my bucket list. Maybe this configuration wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but honestly this might be better, given I'm already comfortable with both of you." Eric gives Robert a pleading look. "This is crazy! How are we supposed to pretend things are normal if we do this?" Remy purses her lips. "We haven't been badgered about our current arrangement. But if you don't want to do it, we don't have to. I just thought it might be fun to try something with both of my boyfriends." Eric glances between the two of them, feeling butterflies in his stomach. He inhales sharply before he says, "Okay, let's do it." **** Remy giggles as she pulls off her dress and lies down on the bed. "Your turn." Eric and Robert undress. The three of them in their underwear isn't quite as awkward as Eric expected it to be. Remy cups Robert's face and hungrily kisses him. Eric has to admit they look good together. He starts to think that he wouldn't mind watching his best friend fuck the woman he's in love with. But before Eric can seriously ponder what that thought means, Remy pulls away from Robert and grabs Eric's hand, drawing him closer and kissing him with equal fervor. Once the kiss ends, Remy laughs again and she asks, "Who wants me first?" **** Eric and Robert have both had a couple rounds with Remy. She whimpers, "I need a break." Robert lays down beside her, and Remy turns her attention to Eric. She smiles as she says, "Come here." Eric quickly lies on her other side, and he kisses her forehead. Remy sighs contentedly, "I have the best boyfriends." Robert laughs, "I assume that means it's been a good night." Remy nods before she leans in to give him a chaste kiss. "A fantastic night." She turns her head to Eric and kisses him as well. Her thumb rubs circles against Eric's cheek. After a moment, Remy asks, "What about the two of you?" Robert laughs. "Great. Not as exciting as I was hoping for. If it weren't for the voyeuristic aspect, I suspect it'd feel like any other night with you." Eric rolls his eyes. "Sorry that I feel a little out of my depth with the two most sexually adventurous people I know." Remy laughs, and then kisses Eric on the cheek. "That's okay. I get to spend the night with both of you, which was the main goal." Eric smiles. "I'm glad it's been a good night for you." He glances towards Robert. "For both of you." A flash of concern crosses Robert's face. "Are you not enjoying yourself?" Eric appears shocked by the ask. "I never said I wasn’t." Robert eyes him skeptically. “You’re still nervous, aren’t you?”

Eric just stares back at him, not saying anything. Robert shakes his head. “I think you’re still overthinking this. And I have an idea that may help.”

Robert leans over Remy, and gently cups Eric’s face, kissing him. It’s over quickly, and Robert smirks as he asks, “That wasn’t so bad, was it?” Eric seems a little dazed, and pulls Robert in for another kiss, this one more passionate. Once the kiss ends, Eric responds, “No, this is perfect.”

As February comes to a close, we gather to celebrate polyamory in all its forms: OT3s, OT4s, OT8s, V-relationships, QPRs, sedoretus, and any configuration of polyamory you can think of.

This year, we're including you guys in the process behind the scenes by asking you to be part of the organization efforts by filling up this spreadsheet where we will track the works submitted during the event.

How to use the spreadsheet?

Ignore the first 3 columns completely, as they are for internal use only. Fill up as many details as you can about your fanwork in the following cells, only one fanwork per row. Check our blog to see if a tag exists for your fandom & ship - if not, see here for how to tag ships.

If you're short on time or you don't understand how a certain fanwork should be classified, you can always drop us the link to your blog/AO3 post, since any kind of information will be useful in helping us share all the works that come around, making sure that nobody misses a chance to be featured in the blog.

Last year, we had a whooping 378 works submitted during the whole month and we're a small mod team, so we encourage you to use the spreadsheet so that we can see your work in a timely manner.

Multiamory March 2024, Day 17 Prompt- Comet @polyamships

It was Cater who had suggested that the three of them go on a date but Lilia who chose the location. And by the seven it was beautiful.

The three of them were seated on a blanket with some food in a basket looking up at the sky, Lilia pointing out constellations to Yuu and Cater. It was an amazing sight and then, oh- a comet shot past. Blazing and beautiful.

Though the sight of it passed far too fast.

But after watching it for as long as the could Lilia slowly went back to pointing out the constellations and telling them the various stories behind them.
