Wish list for CBS ghosts season 4

Make Patience a recurring antagonist for at least 2-3 episodes before that story gets resolved and she gets regulated to a background character.

Patience character to be 50% good religious farm girl, 50% crazy witch. She also needs to have a wicked(ly cool) ghost power

More of Isaac loving dinosaurs

More solo development for Isaac

More of Isaac and Hetty's awesome friendship

No Nigel for a while. I do not like him. He did a lot of things in his and Isaac's relationship that are textbook abusive partner behavior.

I think it is about time for Jay's restaurant to start up, and I would like that to actually become pretty successful/profitable. Mostly because I would like Sam and Jay to have a bit more disposable income to do things around the manor, and I know the B&B is unlikely to become super busy next season (unless the show is ending , which I really do not want).

The difference in treatment between the above ground ghosts and basement ghosts to be addressed. I know after season 3 that they aren't going to move them all up stairs. But it would be nice if Sam and Jay could like furbish the basement , and then more Basement ghosts than just Nancy got invited to come upstairs for games or discussion.

Just to be clear I still want Nancy to keep making her frequent visits up stairs and hang out with the man 8. I just also would not mind seeing Stuart or another nameless basement ghost standing or walking by in the background on the occasion.

Explore Pete's power more. He does not need to hop on a plane and go across the country or anything, but let him keep going out into town and having adventures. Also let him keep going on dates with other random ghosts outside of the house.

I know that Pete&Alberta will probably happen at some point in season 4. The thing is though while that ship was cute in season 1, the way the ship was handled in season 2 soured it like milk to me. Both characters need a lot of development, and separate explorations of what they want out of a relationship, before I can ship them again.

H-Money is still a couple I kinda like. I do not expect them to get back together in season 4 (Please not another season that is fully devoted to coupling up all the character), but I would like them to start scheming together again. Let them figure out how to interact together as friends, and build a stronger foundation to eventually, in season 5 maybe, try again.

I have heard people suggest that Pete's power could maybe be extend to getting the other ghosts through the barrier if they are like holding onto Pete's hand. I want this. Now I know Sass will want to visit a Pizza Hut, and Issac a dinosaur museum, but I would say the most important thing to do with that would be to take Thor and Flower over to the Farnsby manor to visit Bjorn and his girlfriend Judy. It would also be cool if there was a lesbian ghost living there they could set up Nancy with. Since Nisaac is on a "respite" and queer representation (preferably healthy queer representation) is important.

Everyone remember in season 2 when we learned about Flower's super protective, formally MIA, army vet brother : Rob. You remember how the show's staff said they would love to have Rob come to the B&B for a visit, and were already considering actors who could play him? I want this episode. Also if you cannot directly tell Rob his sister is a ghost on the property, then can Trevor or Alberta use their powers to help Flower send a message to Rob. To say that she still loves him. I cannot deal that both siblings spent like 50 years thinking the other hated them when neither did. It is to sad.

It would be cool if we could also have Ira visit once too. I know Flower did not love him like she did Michael or does Thor, but he was still someone who was a big part of her life for a while, and knowing her cannonly had a large impact on his. Maybe we find that while he has done charities in her memory, trauma over watching her be killed by a bear has also lead him to sponsor bear hunts or poaching. Flower is horrified. Then Sam and Jay have to spend his visit looking for a way to convince him that is not what Flower would have wanted.

Four standard episodes for each season are a Halloween episode, an episode where Bela visits, one where Stephanie wakes up, and one where Crash appears and is slightly relevant. I have no idea what to do for an episode with Crash, but for the others

-Ghost animals on Halloween

-Home theater night for ghosts and guests on the night Stephanie wakes up, complete with all the drama of set up and shenanigans that going to the movies encores.

- Bela is broken up with Eric, she does not even like him. This time her and Jay's parents come with her for the visit. Bela wants all the latest gossip surrounding the ghosts, but they have to tip toe around the parents. Jay's dad does not fully support the B&B even without the knowledge that it is haunted, and Sam does not want to give her mother in law another reason to suspect that she might be crazy.

Owning back to the "Can Pete take the other ghosts off the property" theory, can Thomas Woodstone be a ghost who died visiting a neighbors property. We have no reason to see Elias again since he has decided to stay put in Hell. But Thomas reappearing could be interesting for both Hetty and Alberta. If he does show up though I want the twist to be that he is actually severally cognitively impaired (think Lenny from oMaM)... I mean the man was from an inbred family, played with lead based toys as a baby, had a cocaine addict mom, and a father who was a lot of things. He could not have been all there. Also address more on if Earl ever actually cared for any of the people he was two timing (again development that needs to happen to make Alberta want to go from dating an Earl to a Pete).

A Sasappis based episode that is not his death story. I feel like he needs at least one more episode exploring what his life alive was like, to be appropriately gutted when we learn about his secret death.

Actually maybe we can hold off on Sass's death and Hetty's ghost power until season 5. let's keep the element of mystery in the show for a little longer.

I feel dumb asking this but do u have any info or opinion about tvis image?? I dont really remember the context of the scene it appears in but I have been wondering who it could be or what it means i the movie. May be theres an obvious answer but I didnt want to make any conclusions.

So first off, this isn't a dumb thing to ask! It's worth looking at in detail and others might enjoy a little mini deep dive as well.

The image is a drawing on the wall in Nigel's secret room. We only see it when Sally investigates the room after Nigel is already dead and Alex is in custody. That part of the wall is never shown in the scene between Nigel and Alex, unfortunately. We can tell there are some sketches/papers on his walls, but the actual area of wall where this sketch is hung doesn't appear on camera.

The drawing itself is based on a piece taken from The Anatomy of the Arteries of the Human Body, by author Richard Quain with illustrations by Joseph Maclise, published in 1844.

Side by Side

The drawing isn't an exact match, as apparently the prop/set artists redrew the sketch to make it smaller and the area of dissection also smaller. While it was very clearly copied directly from this piece, the artist didn't quite replicate the exact facial features or even the anatomical details. Since it was used as set dressing and only seen for a split second on screen, I doubt it was given much importance--they were merely capturing the vibe of the art to support Nigel's characterization and further the macabre and gruesome atmosphere.

Meanings

It's part of the overall series of ephemera we are shown in his sketches and notebooks that highlight his interest in dissections, anatomy, etc. All of these sketches are meant to underline his "morbid fascination with all things dead."

The movie leaves us to decide whether we think he was copying this drawing from the book itself, or if he was sketching this from an actual dead human that he examined in person. We know from his notebooks that he did his own sketches of the animals he dissected, though it's hard to say if ALL of the images were his own work or if some were copied from books.

(I'm amused that Nigel Colbie was out here using regular old poster putty to put things up in his dorm room. It's so relatable and normal. He's truly just a guy.)

On the one hand, we know Nigel had access to the morgue. He knew where to find the tunnel entrance, knew that it would lead to the morgue and how to navigate the tunnels to get there, and he HAD A KEY. This absolutely suggests he had been there before. Perhaps he spent time studying and sketching the corpses. On the other hand, I find it unlikely that no one would notice if he had dissected the face and throat of a previously intact body, so it's hard to believe he could have done that and not alerted the staff to a security issue in their building. Another option is that he found one of these bodies already wounded in such a way that a study could be made without changing or disturbing it enough to be detected by staff later.

The simplest option is that he simply copied a drawing he found in a book, which is a standard practice for improving your art skills. Choose whichever possibility you find most believable and/or appealing.

One Final Note

I cannot decide if I think this was deliberate on the part of the production crew or simply a coincidence, but the original drawing does have hair that is vaguely reminiscent of Alex's style. In my opinion, the face doesn't really resemble him, though there are more similarities in the original than in the copy made for the film.

It feels unlikely to be a deliberate choice by the crew and I don't think it looks very much like Alex, but I feel like you could take that detail and run with it if you wanted. Invent head canons on why Nigel would sketch Alex with his throat sliced open, if that tickles your fancy. There's some fun to be had there.

Looks like a cinnamon roll, but could kill you: Aditya sure looks very sweet at first, but if anything happens to his friends, his enemies are going to have a hard time ahead. He's as dangerous as Arjun if provoked. One time, Yuvraj was badly injured under the hands of the enemies, which scarred him deeply and it grew a rage inside of him, killing every single existing militant that almost killed his friend. This behavior even scared Arjun! But thank goodness, Yuvraj was back in one piece, and the job was done.

BACKGROUND STORY

Aditya Tripathi was born into a Gujarati family, his mother being a doctor and his father a wealthy businessman in trade. He decided to follow his passion in the field of healthcare, just like his mother, wanting to treat and heal people in their hardest times. He used to observe how his mother treated patients and kept note of every single procedure in case someone else faced the same issue. Things were going well so far, as Aditya also surpassed every single challenge, which further led him to pursue one of the top medical colleges to complete his doctor’s degree.

But due to an unfortunate event, Aditya had to drop his medical studies as he wasn't able to pass his exams with full intent. With that, he felt his dreams of becoming a doctor were completely shattered. Worse, his father was not happy with how Aditya failed his exams and insisted that he should rather help him in his business. This strained his relationship with his father, leading him to stress, depression, hopelessness, and the urge to call himself a failure at times, something his mother noticed. She tried to assure Aditya that things would be okay and that something better might be awaiting him.

Aditya went on a trip to Himachal Pradesh with his friends, who wanted to cheer him up. They had stopped near a restaurant for a break, but internally, he was already planning to give up his dreams to support his family in case he couldn't accomplish his own. But just then..

An accident occurred outside the restaurant, making Aditya and his friends rush outside to see what had happened, two soldiers were making their way to the cantonment area, but their bike had slipped, causing them to sustain injuries. Aditya quickly rushed to one of the soldiers who had a wound and immediately pulled out the medical supplies he had brought with him in case of an emergency. Within a few minutes, Aditya was able to help them recover quickly, as the soldiers were incredibly pleased by his actions. One of them looked at him and said;

"You're a quick one, young man. You could be a combat medic here and save many lives like this."

These very words from the soldier's mouth were enough not just to encourage Aditya but to help him find a new purpose. Failing his exams didn’t mean it was all over; he could still keep trying and evolve into something even better. He never forgot that day, and later on, it even sparked the urge to join the Indian Armed Forces. He could still make his parents proud by doing something extraordinary, and this realization filled him with absolute encouragement and determination.

Aditya didn’t tell his parents he was joining the army. Instead, he lied, saying he wouldn’t return home until he had achieved something greater. He enlisted in the Army Medical Corps, hoping to find a new purpose after his failure in medical school. But later on, his real dream was to become a Combat Medic in the PARA SF. Despite the silence and distance from his family, Aditya was determined to rise above his past and prove himself.

Before becoming a commando, Aditya had to endure the selection process of the special forces — the probation period where most candidates fail. It's all about the mental and physical pressure placed on you as you pass through every single test, but Aditya was able to keep going. He also saw many candidates desperately holding on, not wanting to give up, and Aditya encouraged them, which gave them a slight boost. The one thing about Aditya was that, even in the toughest times, he was able to keep a smile on his face.

The time came when Aditya had finally passed the selection process and completed his training at the Commando School. There, he also met Yuvraj Chaudhary, another aspiring soldier who, like him, dreamed of becoming a commando. Together, they graduated, earning their maroon berets and performing the glass-eating ritual to conclude the celebration. After completing the medical course and successfully passing it, Aditya felt like a new person. The one who had once dreamt of becoming a doctor was now a commando, proudly holding the responsibility of being a Combat Medic.

The moment he came back home, his mother opened the door and saw that her son sure wasn't wearing a doctor's coat, but a camo uniform. That didn’t disappoint anyone, it made them cry tears of happiness, that their son was now a soldier for the frontlines.

"Told you, Maa. Your son would come back only when he becomes something. And here I am.”

Even his father shed a tear, quickly wiping it away, proud to see his son finally accomplish what he had set out to do. Feeling regretful for his past disappointment, Aditya comforted him, saying he was glad that if it weren't for his anger, he wouldn't have come this far.

As they share a heartfelt hug, this is where Aditya's journey begins.. when he becomes a part of the Shatrujeet Unit.

DWP AU idea

idea for Mirandy White House AU which I would love to read, but can't write because I haven't finished a fic in about million years and this one would need to be long and complex

I just need to get it out of my system before I start writing it and abandon it after seven pages as usual. But maybe it could inspire someone?

here goes...

Miranda Priestly is a senator with a little bit of a reputation among staffers in Washington. Basically everybody and nobody wants to work for her, because she is tough and mean on purpose, but if you endure, she will help your career. If you're competent, that is.

Andy Sachs studies law or politology (or something like that) and she ends up interning for senator Priestly's office during one of her summer breaks. She learns a lot but ultimately decides she never wants to work for or with Miranda ever again. She develops a little crush on her but it's just a summer thing, it will pass. And it does, for a while.

Three or four years later, Andy gets her first job in Washington. Because she doesn't come from a wealthy or connected family, she doesn't have many options, especially since she is not that great at networking, so she ends up working for and elderly senator, who everyone knows will retire sooner than later. Still, Andy appreciates the opportunity and embraces the whole thing.

Meanwhile Miranda Priestly is no longer a senator, but a recently elected vice president, currently not in a great position as she is going through a rather public divorce. Andy follows the whole thing way more thoroughly than she would admit.

Andy's boss announces his retirement about a year into Andy's employment and she goes to a bar to drown her sorrows. There she crushes into Serena and Emily. She met Emily during her internship and Emily, just like in the movie, doesn't like Andy very much. Serena is happy to socialize however and after hearing about Andy's job situation, she tells her there is an opening in Miranda's office staff. The office being in the White House, Andy jumps at the opportunity, especially after being told that she wouldn't actually interact with the veep directly much if at all.

This works for a while. Miranda is way too busy to notice Andy, or so Andy thinks. It seems that Miranda doesn't remember Andy at all, which Andy thinks is great news. Andy enjoys working with the rest of the staff and is soon noticed for being good at what she is given to do. She eventually gets a promotion to a different position - a position much closer to the veep than originally expected. This also turns out to be fine. Andy is not as clueless as she was in canon, so Miranda has less reason to berate her. In fact they start getting closer...

About a year into Andy working in the White House, there is a party. Maybe a celebration. What ends up happening is Andy and Miranda kiss. It is very mutual and it rocks Andy's world. And then, literally the morning after this monumental event, Andy wakes up to the biggest news: the president resigned and Miranda Priestly will take his place. Suddenly the impossible romance became even more impossible.

That's all, that's the pitch.

Additional idea: Nigel could be Miranda's friend (not her staff), maybe he hopes to become her veep, but she appoints the (absolutely American) rival politician Jacqueline Follet instead to keep her in check or something? That could be nice. Anyway. If anyone could write something like this for me, that would be great lol.

Teen designs references "update", just making the standstills nicer and improving on some stuff

Nigel: very quiet, but will talk occasionally. He has a reputation in the school as the honor role kid, and is loved among the teachers. However, he despises most of them in return. Despite his ability to pull straight As and never get in trouble, he only does it because he's supposed to be undercover. There's a few teachers he likes, and they're the ones who've openly defended innocent kids or expressed disgust towards bad treatment of children. Otherwise, he hates each and every one of them. Many rumors surround him and who he is. Some suspect he's partially deaf in his missing ear (the one on the same side as the missing eye), as he often fails to respond to people. This is completely false. He does this because he doesn't want to speak to anyone. He does, however, have severe vision problems. In his only eye, he suffers from glaucoma-like vision loss. This makes him prone to bumping into objects/people, but everyone does their best to respect him and let it go because of his muscular build.

Kuki: a social butterfly, as she was as a child. She never grew out of acting youthful. Similarly to Nigel, she really doesn't like the people around her. She tries to fit in for her own safety, as she's currently flying under the radar as a cishet girl and anything getting out could be dangerous for her + cause her to be dead named forcefully. She fits in well with the popular girls, and it gives her an excuse to dress up nicely and use make-up. Her classes are pretty average. She's not the greatest, but she isn't close to failing. She is hardly noticed by the teachers.

Abby: a geek. She doesn't hang out around anyone besides Nigel. She's often bullied for various reasons, but the number one reason is her being too complex to fit in with any one particular group or cliche. She's complex in a way that people find odd, which leads to her getting bullied. She's quiet, but simply because she doesn't feel the need to say anything unless she's spoken to first. Nigel's presence tends to keep people from bullying her, since everyone is terrified of Nigel. She'll try to find him whenever she can so she can avoid harassment and have some company. She's in a lot of clubs and does great work for the school as a part of a KND supported program meant to make education easier, run by some teachers who happen to be apart of the AND in secret. The teachers have no problems with Abby, since she's clearly intelligent and has no problem learning, and she tends to give them space when they aren't teaching her as to respect them.

THE NEXT TWO PARAGRAPHS WILL GET INTO SOME HEAVY TOPICS LIKE SELF HARM, SUICIDE, ABUSE, BULLYING, BIGOTRY, DRUGS, AND UNDERAGED ALCOHOLISM. I DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR ACTIONS, THIS IS MEANT TO PORTRAY THE EVENT OF CHILDHOOD TRAUMA CAUSING A PERSON TO BECOME MORALLY GREY.

Hoagie: a hardcore drug addict, and a well known dealer. He drowns out his sorrows with stolen alcoholic beverages, and cuts for his own self deprecating pleasure. He tends to go into a state of perpetual agony when intoxicated, but thankfully doesn't experience any violent emotions. He lacks consideration for anyone who may see him in this state, and will become intoxicated in front of those who care for him enough times to be a problem. Aside from experiencing abuse at home, he is also beaten up frequently at school. His impressive height doesn't intimidate the people who corner him into empty rooms and beat him enough for him to be marked absent from his next class. These beatings are usually motivated by homophobia, as his identity as gay was spread all across the school in his early years. He has horrible grades in his classes, and his teachers despise him. This is further solidified by his engagement in delinquency, such as vandalizing rooms in the school, busting objects, and getting into verbal fights with staff. Despite seeming like he enjoys his lifestyle of illegal substances and actions on the outside, he is well aware of his own decline and has attempted numerous times. He feels like he can do nothing but watch as he turns into the exact opposite of the person he wanted to be growing up. Additional note: he has a beaten pickup truck that he drives frequently, especially with being the only one to own his own vehicle. It was gifted to him by his mother, who had been paying for the old pickup (once owned by Gilligan Sr) just long enough to lend it over to Hoagie.

Wally: also a hardcore drug addict, but not a dealer himself. He frequents delinquency acts more than Hoagie does, and finds amusement in going out at dusk to steal, destroy property, and spray paint on the property of consumer locations. He's more into the drugs than the alcohol, which he gets at a discounted price from Hoagie. He tends to follow shortly behind Hoagie, no matter where he goes. His identity as transgender is forced to be disrespected by the staff, and he is not allowed to wear anything gender affirming. He often attempts to get into physical fights with staff for misgendering him on bad days. He's rarely in class, and when he is, he's clearly too high to be in attendance. Along with Hoagie, he is often assaulted by other students for homophobic/transphobic reasons. He is targeted more than Hoagie is due to his size, and that Wally has simply given up with fighting back. Despite immense strength, Wally is so weak from his habits that he couldn't do much of what he normally could, even if he wanted to. His open ideations and desires for death are what makes him want to stand there and take it, rather than defend himself. Wally is known for lashing out at people, and sometimes hurting himself in front of others if he gets angry enough. He will bite into his own arm and tear the flesh off, albeit not much, due to his weakness from drug addiction. This is extremely problematic for the others and they try their best to keep away from Wally when he's not doing well, for his own safety, and for their sanity. He has needed multiple stitches after self harming himself due to him getting overwhelmed with emotions and carving himself like a piece of paper. The only thing keeping him from constantly idealizing is Hoagie's company. If anything is proof that they can recover from this horrible state and prevent themselves from turning into something that'll devastate society, it's the small flame that burns for each other's quiet embrace. Last night they were acting Moliere in Fourteenth Street; Dickens was being played through the auspices of Nigel Playfair. Further uptown, George M. Cohan was unveiling the latest George M. Cohan musical comedy. But Broadway, being eternally curious, turned out in greatest numbers at the Biltmore Theater in Forty-Seventh Street, where the result of Mae West's latest encounter with the drama was being performed. This was the exhibit—play is not precisely the word—with a vaudeville background, whose preliminary trip through the Bronx and Queens had been followed by rumors that here was something that might arouse the police to action.

So began the review by an unnamed theater critic for the Times on October 2, 1928. It appeared, not in the arts section, but following a front-page story about the police ... taking action.

The play was Pleasure Man, a reworking by Mae West of her earlier play The Drag. It dealt not with vaudeville, as the critic said, but burlesque, and finished with a lavish drag ball.

Cops were stationed at all theater exits and just as the play was ending, reserves surrounded the front. When the cast tried to leave, they were arrested—56 in all, including West, who also acted in the show.

Of course this attracted audience members (some in evening dress, the Times noted) from other theaters nearby. The presence of cabs and other cars waiting to pick up theater-goers and actors added to the chaos.

Flashlights exploded as news photographers tried to capture the actors being led into paddy wagons. The police had to make five trips to get everyone to the station house on 47th St., where they were charged with indecency.

By 2:30 in the morning, Actors Equity posted bail. West's was $500, which may have been more than the others because she was doubly guilty, having written the play as well as acted in it. The producer, director, and theater staff were not arrested.

For some reason, the cops let the next day's matinee start, but raided it halfway through and arrested everyone once more. They had their own theatrical flair.

The trial wasn't held until April of 1930, and resulted in a hung jury. By that time West was a star, having triumphed in another play of her own called Diamond Lil. The next year she went to Hollywood.

Elon Musk is determined to sack hundreds of thousands of US federal employees. Trump has put him in charge of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Yesterday he issued an ultimatum to US federal employees. They must justify their work by responding to an email with approximately five bullet points of what they accomplished last week. If they fail to do this they will be considered to have resigned their job. If Musk finds their answers unacceptable they will be sacked.

The directive has affected hundreds of thousands of workers in departments such as Veterans Affairs, Defence, Health and Human Services, the Internal Revenue Service, and the National Parks Service. Employees from the FBI, State Department, and federal court system have also received Musk’s email asking them to justify their place on the government payroll.

While we here in the UK look on with concerned amusement at Musk’s latest dictatorial missives, we would do well to take his actions more seriously. Only a few days ago Nigel Farage gave his unreserved support to Musk’s efforts to sack people without cause.

“I believe that the talents of the world’s most successful businessman, going into this amazing Doge project, I wish him all the luck in the world and god speed, I really, really do.” (2025 Conservative Political Action Conference)

Farage’s Reform UK party is growing in size and influence and in a recent YouGov poll, 26% of the electorate said they would vote for Farage at the next election. Farage has been highly vocal in his desire, like Musk, to "reduce the size of the state", especially with regard the public sector. He has argued that a smaller state would lead to lower taxes and greater efficiency.

Let us look at both those claims.

Certainly, a smaller government workforce means a lower government wage bill. Whether of not any government would pass these savings on to the ordinary taxpayer in the form of tax cuts is open to debate. It is easy, as Nigel Farage, knows all to well, to speak in generalities such as “increasing efficiency", “reducing the tax burden” and “cutting a bloated government workforce” but what are the negative effects of such a policy?

As of September 2024 there were 6.12 million public sector employees in the UK, including local government and public institutions like the NHS. Of these, 3.97million were employed directly by central government. (ONS: Public Sector Personnel)

This brings us to the second argument Farage uses to justify job cuts – efficiency.

If Farage were to treat all UK public sector workers to the same Musk-style inquisition Britain's public services would collapse. Teachers, the police, doctors, fire-fighters, nurses, dentists, the armed forces, security officers, prison officers, ambulance staff, engineers, environmental officers, inspectors, railway workers etc etc would all have to justify their jobs.

We all know what 14 years of Tory Austerity has done for public sector efficiency and service: Farage's policies would be far worse.

In addition to the collapse of essential public services there would be a massive rise in unemployment. This in turn lead to more people claiming welfare support at a time of a rising cost of living crisis. Is Farage really suggesting hundreds of thousands of British workers should be made redundant and thrown onto welfare? Is this what voting for Reform UK really means?

Those who support Farage and the far right should think very carefully what they wish for.

Background Story: (WARNING: Might mention about Sexual Abuse and Kidnapping)

In American Samoa on November 19th, 1997. Tiala was born. And she was the youngest one in the family.

After two years of Tiala being born, her older brother (Hōne) had left to the Marine but he would always come back home to spend time with his family.

When Tiala turned 16-years-old, it was her birthday. She had received very sad news from Kanoa. Kanoa came back from the Marines to tell them the news that Hōne had sadly passed away from the mission that he was sent to. Which really upset Tiala. She could feel her heart was crying out for her dearly older brother. For he had promised that he’ll come back home on her special day. So she hadn’t celebrated her birthday much since then.

During her Sophomore Year in High School, she was still 16. Tiala had a crush on a boy who was part of the football team. And she was trying to ask him out before their Christmas break. And to her excitement, he accepted. She had thought that she had found love in her life. But little did she know that her happy love life would turn out dark.

After the summer break, Tiala is a Junior in High School. Her boyfriend has been acting pretty touchy lately. NOT in a good way though. More like touching the part that she doesn’t want him to touch. Which made him upset. And she doesn’t want him to be upset. So she let him have his fun.

Until the year of her being a Senior, her boyfriend had been getting a bit more possessive than being lovely. And it worried her that she needed to talk with her family. But that’s when he pulls the threats on her if she EVER tells anyone about this. She hesitated and didn’t tell anyone. Except that her little brother, named Hemi, saw what her boyfriend was doing in the back of the school. Hemi was being sent by their parents to check on Tiala that they’re there to pick her up. He was going to tell their parents but Tiala begged him not to. So he just gave in and didn’t tell their parents.

And on the night of the Senior Prom. The school let the Senior students bring some of their family members to join in this special occasion. So Tiala happily invited her parents and some of her brothers. Which is only Rangi, Kanoa and Hemi. The night was going so well until Tiala’s boyfriend wanted to take her away from the party so they could have their “FUN” which she doesn’t want to. And that’s when he started to get very pushy at it. Which caught Hemi’s attention to see his older sister being pulled away. So calling the two older brothers. Kanoa and Rangi quickly came in and took Tiala back before warning the boyfriend to stay away. Soon the whole crowd’s attention was on them as the boyfriend was getting pissed off. Starting to yell at Tiala and blaming her for being such a boring kind of partner. And that’s when he confessed that he cheated on her with another girl. Which fueled Kanoa’s anger but instead of HIM beating the boyfriend up. Everyone was surprised to see Hemi ran in and tackled him down. Beating him up instead. One of the teachers pulled the two boys away and ended the party.

(Everyone was alright. Just Hemi’s knuckles were being bruised up and he was 11-years-old! Can you believe that?)

After graduation, Tiala had started to plan on joining the Marine Corps with her two brothers. To honor for Hōne. So they started packing and the two older boys took her to Hawaii. Where the camping of the Marine soldiers will be at. She had worked long and hard to finish her test and training. Which was worth it for she had passed all of it. And the two older brothers were very proud. She was 17-years-old when she joined.

So Tiala had taken the position as Staff Sergeant after serving for 4 years and she had made quite a few friends. But her two main friends who she had met are Staff Sergeant Ela Anand and Master Sergeant Herman Black. The two had always made her feel so welcoming ever since she joined in. And the three had been picked by an unnamed Colonel who needed soldiers to help assist to stop the human trafficking. And he did warn them about how dangerous this could be. The three friends were excited for this mission but Tiala’s older brother, Rangi, disapproved of this. He had his concerns for her as this was her FIRST mission and were afraid that something bad might happen. Kanoa had reassured Rangi that she’ll be fine. He will go with her to keep her safe. Tiala agreed with this term even the Colonel agreed as well.

They have traveled to Baja California. The borderline of part Mexico. The team had gotten an intel about Human Trafficking in that area. They have believed that the Drug Cartel is making deals with the other Trafficker who was doing Human Trafficking. So they have to act fast to stop them. The Colonel had already made orders to separate two different teams. Which Tiala is going with Ela and Herman and the others. But Kanoa cannot go as he is going with the Colonel and the other teams. Tiala had reassured her older brother that she’ll be fine since she’s going with her two friends. The two different teams had already split up as they went to look for the Cartel. But Tiala and her team have been ambushed and kidnapped by them. This was in May 2017.

3 months later. Tiala and her two friends are the only ones who are still alive. They don’t know what these cartel people do to their other team members but they have to stay strong and hope that the other marines will come to their rescue. But after a few weeks, Tiala had seen Herman had been dragged out of his cell first and was being pushed by the men. She doesn’t know what they’ll do to him. But her question has been answered by the sound of guns shooting and some people screaming. Her eyes widened at this and felt Ela hugging her and trying to comfort her. They need to get out of here and FAST.

At the very last week of the month, Ela had already had a plan to escape. And Tiala agreed to go through it. The two had already escaped from their cell and put down most of the enemies who were blocking them. And all they have to do is to go over the wall. Ela wanted Tiala to go first and was about to boost her up before being shot. Tiala was devastated and shocked as she saw her only friend had died in her own blood. She was taken back and was dealing with her PUNISHMENT. Which you will know of how she got her burnt scar on her tattoos. And already losing her virginity.

2 months later, Tiala was slowly losing her emotions and her insanity as she kept working for those bastards. As they were having their fun. And today was her last day to be living in this cruel world. FINALLY. Before they could even take her, there was a sudden shooting in the area. And even BIG explosions. Who could it be?

It was the Marines. And her brother Kanoa was the one who was leading and had found her. So he took Tiala quickly to the medical area back to the base. October 2017.

Tiala was released from the Marines just to let her rest and hopefully recovered both mentally and physically. She wasn’t the same from then. She didn’t want any of her brothers or her father to come near her. Even though they are her family she couldn’t get the images about those MEN out of her head. Every time they come near. She’ll scream or flinched when they are present. Which really hurts their hearts.

It’s been 2 months that Tiala has to recover and still didn’t let any of her brothers or her father come near. Until, Kanoa had an idea. While Tiala was just resting on her bed, looking through the window. She suddenly hears someone singing outside of her room. So curiously, she slowly walked out of her room and into the living room before seeing Kanoa was playing the guitar while singing their favorite church song. Called “A Pei Se Vaitafe” (Like a River). And she slowly walked over to Kanoa as memories flowed through her mind of how Hōne used to sing that song to her. And sat down next to him as she softly sang along with him. Her whole family slowly peeked in to see this and was very touched to see Tiala had finally come out to her family.

Before the Summer starts, in the year of 2018. Tiala had come back all fresh and new. For she wanted to continue to serve for her lost friends and brother. And then she heard that Kanoa was making a Task Force. She was also being asked by the General, named Alana and the one who was helping Kanoa to form a team for his Task Force, if she wanted to join. So she didn’t hesitate to take it and was placed in to be Kanoa’s Second-in-Command. That’s when she met the other two new members of the team. Sergeant Agnes “Blast” Falagi and Dr. Aelan Kalani. The two soldiers who were the one who helped Kanoa to save her. And she had given her thanks and accepted them into their new team.

One of my favorite Sofia the First episodes is the one where Baileywick takes a day off for his birthday with his brother Nigel and the reason why it’s one of my favorites is because it opens with a song where the entire staff and royal family are literally singing all of Baileywick’s praises and about how he’s the best at what he does and how he’s the “man of the castle” for all that he does for everyone without one complaint or vacation.

Damian Kindler (creator, executive producer & writer):... And the fun thing was, when I pitched the show, the network got freaked out, because the pitch was not like, "Here's four or five pages explaining what the story is and how it turns, and this is what it is." I sent cablegrams, and telegrams with all these... I mocked up, you know, "Eyes only", "Supreme... " You know, "From Eisenhower's desk," "Winston Churchill," "A letter from Helen Magnus," and then a Nazi cable to Berlin, saying "We've captured Helen Magnus," and then, you know, a secret communique from Magnus back to Eisenhower, saying, you know, "We're in Nazi hands," and "Mission failure," and all this stuff, and sent it to both Syfy and Space.

Instead of a regular four-page pitch, I sent in these fake documents that looked like they were from World War ll. They wrote back and went, "Cool. What's the story?" And I was like, "Did you read the telegram to Himmler from, you know, the SS Commander in Carentan?" And they're like, "What's the story?" So I ended up saying, "Look, you get the idea. They're in Nazi-occupied France, and stuff happens, and Druitt's there, and... I'll write the outline." They said, "Please." Um, but I had a lot of fun... Sol had a lot of fun immersing myself into that whole time in history.
