Hi! Hi!! Tb here, unfortunately I'm not popular enough for people to see my announcement post, so as much as possible I'm trying to spread the word since our community in tiktok has a problem that's spreading like wildfire

The problem?

Hacked accounts and hackers targeting specifically our community.

Accounts such as Li Ming, Shoka, An_haoyu8, and possibly more has already been targeted and the hackers are now targeting other while using their platform as bait

If ever the account has already been hacked, the hacker tends to ask the other person for help and for them to vote for the hacker for a competition of such[I have more info in my actual post]

The moment I pointed out that Li Ming's old account was hacked, the account was suddenly banned and it could no longer be returned, there are more videos discussing about this topic far more better than me, I'm just spreading the word!

Unfortunately, it has been confirmed by a creator that it wasn't a random attack, it's specifically targeting the lmk community, it was also said that the hacking has also been reported in other social medias, we hope for everyone's safety and wish the very best for them, please spread the word before it's to late!!!

ATTENTION FELLOW ARTISTS!!

I've been getting a lot of spam 'commission' requests lately and I wanted to send out a warning to anyone who might be starting up their commission business. (LONG POST)

The idea that these scammers want to take advantage of an artist makes me so angry and I want you all to be safe out there doing your art!

These requests (for me) have always started with an account asking if my commissions are open. Usually these accounts have no content of their own, are new accounts, or are 'private'. The premise is almost always 'painting a picture of my son's pet for his birthday'.

(I am including the usernames because as of writing this they were deactivated)

The account will then ask for prices, or they will offer an INSANE amount of money ($200-$500). I conduct business through PayPal invoices and require an email to send the invoice through.

These accounts ALWAYS refuse to give you their email and insist that you provide yours. DO NOT DO THIS. Never follow links from someone you don't know, always remember that you don't know who or what is talking to you.

Conclusion - fellow artists, if you EVER feel uncomfortable about the person commissioning you, be it subject, money, or you just plain feel off, you can say NO! Always know you can tell a person NO.

Keep yourself safe first! There are so many amazing people out there who appreciate you, and these scammers are NOT among them. Edit: if someone is insisting they send you money directly (through links especially) this is a red flag in my book!

What do I do if caught outside in high wind/tornado?

1. DO NOT PARK UNDER AN OVERPASS/BRIDGE !! Wind turns into a vacuum in those and you will be sucked out and likely injured.

2. DO NOT park sideways into the wind, especially if you have a tall vehicle. Point into the wind if you can. The likely hood of being tilted over is lower.

3. ABSOLUTELY LAY DOWN on low ground. IN a ditch is better if it isn't raining (please do not drown), but if there isn't one, lay flat with your head covered by your arms or anything else you have. You are much less likely to be hit by debris or picked up by a cyclone.

4. STAY PUT if in building like a big store or some place with a basement. Do NOT think you can make it home.

5. Tornadoes sound like freight trains. If you hear a train, brace yourself and hope. Keep in as small a ball/flat as you can with your head covered.

6. AT NIGHT, TORNADOES ARE ONLY VISIBLE DURING LIGHTNING OR THE DESTRUCTION OF POWER LINES. Do not look for it. Get in your safe place and fucking stay there.

Please, please, PLEASE practice fire safety with your candles. If you are leaving your space, put out your candle. The gods will not be mad at you for doing so. Do not leave candles unattended.

I’ve seen so many newbies leaving candles alone with them melting everywhere, and it’s a horrible fire hazard. Please be safe.

Also please do research into Pyromancy as it is not the most reliable form of divination. Things like the airflow, the candle itself and other outside factors influence how it burns, not just the gods.

I know I joke about hurricanes, because I am a Floridian and that's what we do. But that's because they're Normal, and so all Floridians know the Hurricane Rules. We know how the song and dance goes. West Coasters don't know the Hurricane Rules. You've never needed to know the Hurricane Rules. You guys know the Earthquake Rules, because that's Normal. But because of climate change, Hillary and her cousins are probably going to be a more common occurrence for the southwest. So here are the Hurricane Rules, straight from the Floridian's keyboard.

1: Assume the forecast is going to be wrong, and reality is going to be worse. Get your water jugs and batteries, get your Hurricane Cake, stack the sandbags, board the windows, and put your electronics on a high shelf. And if the NOAA says "category 5" and "landfall" in the same sentence without a "will not" in there, you pack your bags and get the fuck out.

2: Do not fucking go outside. There's surprisingly little lightning in a hurricane, but that's not the problem. It's the wind. The wind will knock you off your feet, either outright or by flinging heavy debris at you. You will not get back up again.

3: If the wind doesn't get you, the water will. Even after the storm has passed, stay the hell away from moving water, both on foot and in a vehicle. When the the flooding has settled down, then you break out the flat bottoms and jet skis and kayaks. Don't fucking swim in it, okay? Don't. The southwest may not have alligators like we do, but all the same you do NOT want to know what's in there. (It's mostly sewage.)

Also, your soil isn't built for inundation, and you've got hills there. Mudslides are going to happen, so be careful of mountain driving in the week or so after the storm comes through.

Please for the love of everything good do not interact with or stop interacting with a certain anon going into your asks. I have been seeing them actively flirting and being very inappropriate towards blogs usually run by minors-

I've seen at least one of you ask them to stop but they seem to have continued on.

I dont have a lot of evidence to suggest this particular anon is targeting minors but its incredibly creepy that they've been flirting with characters on blogs run by users who are minors.

I worry about y'alls safety cause as a young adult who experienced stuff like that I am scared y'all are (unknowingly) encouraging this behavior from this person. Even if they seem to just be flirting with Kinito's- /VerySrs

I'd argue that this anon is actively grooming people due to this behavior. Even if it seems directed towards a fictional, you are a minor in control of what that character on your blog is saying-
