Artists worldwide are invited to submit work for the Royal Society of British Artists Annual Exhibition at Mall Galleries, London. Prizes & awards to win! Deadline: Wednesday 8 January 2025, 12 noon.

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibition alongside members of the Royal Society of British Artists at the RBA Annual Exhibition 2025.

Submissions are ONLINE ONLY and open until Wednesday 8 January 2025.

Successful applicants can expect: • To have their work included in the exhibition at Mall Galleries and online Eligibility to win prizes and awards worth up to £20,000 • An invitation to the Private View • The chance to sell work to new collectors • The possibility of election to membership

Medium:

Painting, sculpture, drawing and original prints.

Who may enter?

Any artist aged 18 or over may enter, from anywhere in the world.

How many works may I enter?

Artists may enter a maximum of six works each, from which up to four works per artist may be selected.

What type of work is eligible? • Work must not have been exhibited previously in London. • Works should not be larger than 2.4m along the longest dimension. • All works must be an original creation by the artist.

Anh Tony cuối cùng cũng tỏ tình. Và có thể bạn đã biết, lời tỏ tình ngay thời điểm này sẽ tự khắc được đáp lại bằng một lời từ chối. Hẳn là vậy, mình làm sao có thể làm khác đi được. Mình với anh thì có lẽ chỉ có 2 điểm chung duy nhất, 1 là ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt, 2 là hoa cúc. Mình thích đăng hình hoa cúc, còn anh thì xăm mình (cách đây hai tuần) trong khi mình và Lucas có nhiều hơn 2 điểm chung, và quan trọng nhất là cả hai đều sẵn sàng cho một cuộc chung thân.

Mình chợt nhận ra thói quen sinh hoạt của mình đã thay đổi đi ít nhiều. Có vẻ mình đã (phải) quan tâm sức khỏe nhiều hơn, ví dụ như đầu tư chút xíu vào việc mua đồ uống lợi khuẩn, uống vitamin kháng nấm, dành nhiều thời gian nấu ăn, chăm sóc tóc, tắm kĩ hơn... nói chung là thay vì lạc quan một cách khờ dại như cứ nghĩ về chuyện yêu ai, ai ở xa ai ở gần, nhớ ai v.v thì mình chọn dành thời gian cho việc chú ý đến sức khỏe nhiều hơn trước đây. Mà phải công nhận là sau 24 tuổi người ta lão hóa rõ rệt.

Không biết nên gọi đây là hội chứng hay là nỗi sợ, nhưng cứ hễ thấy một mẫu tin gì đó liên quan đến những hiểm họa tiềm tàng có thể xảy ra, trong lòng mình hoang mang thấy rõ, ví dụ như những báo động thực tế về vấn đề thiếu nước sạch, gạo khan hiếm, không khí ô nhiễm, thời tiết khắc nghiệt... làm mình nao núng không biết có nên sinh em bé trong tương lai hay không. Lỡ đâu mình vô tình bắt một sinh linh nhỏ bé mưu sinh cùng mình ~~ Một điểm tích cực nho nhỏ duy nhất mình nhận thấy đó là một phần cũng vì biết tương lai là một điều không đoán trước, và sống khỏe sống hết mình là việc hết sức cần trong thời điểm hiện tại, nên mình cũng bớt hà tiện lại, chăm lo sức khỏe nhiều hơn, vì không biết cái năm 2021 sẽ trở lại lần nào nữa trong đời nên mình cứ chọn sống yên vui trước đã.

P/S: Hơi bị mừng vì để ý kĩ thì cuối mỗi một vấn đề mình đều tự có một ánh nhìn tích cực hơn về mọi mặt trong cuộc sống.

I’ve been a little busy over the past week with some stuff so I haven’t had much time to write, but hopefully once it’s all over, I’m gonna post some character intros and moodboards! 

Also, the UK has gone back into another lockdown which means I can’t go back to uni cries but at least I’ll be saving money by not catching the bus :’ )

Quick Update and Story Time!

So I was thinking that I’ll be able to give small updates every now and then throughout the week! I’ll label them with QU to make things easier. 

So now for the story….

While we were having breakfast on our last day, Barry asked Max, “what’s a big lad like you doing to keep from starving?” Barry’s kinda big himself and he was chuckling a lot. It made Max panic a bunch so I had to jump in and tell my dad that he’s just shy about eating as well. Jeez, it was bad. Max looked like he was about to launch out of his chair and make a mad dash for home. Which is definitely a long way from here.

A bit after that Max picked me up out of the blue and brought me back to my bedroom and he looked really sad. We sat down together on the bed and it worried me a lot because I didn’t know what he’d want to talk about. A lot of things can set him off but at home he’s usually more calm about them. 

It took him a few seconds to say something but he did tell me. What bothered him was his weight and so when he was around Barry it constantly reminded him of it. I gave the guy a big squeeze and I told him that he’s fine the way he is.

I do like him chunky though. He’s so soft and cuddly, no joke. I’m going to make sure he’s got plenty of cookies and sweet stuff when we’re back home. I kinda told him that I liked his size anyways and he was actually really happy about that. We were sitting there just hugging for awhile and one thing led to another. I gave him a nice back rub and even a belly rub too which made him so happy that I actually almost teared up seeing how cute it made him look. He’s definitely the best cup of joe I’ll ever have.

QUICK UPDATE + A LITTLE SOMETHING TO SHARE
