Your challenge is to set a story during seasons 1-6 in which one of Scully’s two nephews from being mentioned in “Home” and seen “Christmas Carol” (or their OC sisters or cousins) end up spending the weekend with her due to one the Scully siblings having an emergency.

Does Scully look after her anxious young loved one herself, or does she call in reinforcements?

Ok no I do have to make it it’s own post bc I don’t remember the book’s scene in detail but Annabeth seeing the fates cut a string at the arch is so fascinating. Bc we know that’s Luke’s string. He’s not dying soon, but it’s been decided when he will die.

The moment the fates decide that Luke will die and when is right after Percy sacrifices himself. Right after he shows Annabeth his care and loyalty. That she is worth saving. That she doesn’t deserve the wrath intended for her. A set of dominoes has just been toppled and when they all finally fall, she will stand between Luke and Percy and choose Percy. From this moment, from this early on, Luke’s fate is sealed.

This scene is so funny to me, it's not even the first time the audience has to question "okay why is Buck there???" LIKE THE WRITERS SIMPLY JUST START INTERTWINING THEIR LIVES TO THE POINT WHERE THE AUDIENCE JUST HAS TO ACCEPT "well yeah of course buck is there I guess"

bobby nash is ofc the found family dad but athena grant is most certainly not the found family mom. she is a mom to her two kids, but not to the 118. Hen and her are besties, she definitely is involved in the 118 chosen family and clearly loves them, but athena grant is not adopting all of these grown adults with mommy and daddy issues. she tolerates it from buck because she wants to make sure bobby stays alive.
