“Engulfed” marauders x animagus!reader | 238 words

Summary: James comes looking for you in the dorm

No cw

Not proofread. Based on those videos where there’s a cat just engulfed while laying with a large dog. Very short.

James walks into the dorm to find Remus in bed with a book while Sirius naps against him. Sirius is in his dog form, body pressed into Remus’ side and curled into himself.

“Have either of you seen Reader? Lily’s looking for her.” James asks, and Remus looks up.

“She should be here. She was on Sirius a bit ago.” Remus leans over Sirius to see if you’re still against the dog, but you’re nowhere to be found. “Well, the door was closed. Maybe she found somewhere else to nap.”

Unless Remus was too busy with his book to notice you shift back and leave.

“Is it important?” Remus asks.

“She said to have Reader come and find her as soon as she can.”

Remus brushes his index finger up and down Sirius’ snout until he opens his eyes.

“Did Reader leave?” Remus pats Sirius’ side.

Sirius huffs and lifts his head, yawning. Your head appears alongside a disgruntled noise, fur sticking up in all directions. James snorts.

“Lily is looking for you.” James informs you. “She said to come find her as soon as you have time.”

You could get up and see what Lily needs, but laying against Sirius is so comfortable, and you're so warm. Besides, your nap was interrupted. You stretch, standing, before you snuggle back into the mass of black fur. He rests his head back over you, and you disappear from sight.

I wrote this whole thing but TUMBLR decided to DELETE it. So, I’ll redo this as quick as possible.

I’d like to thank the people that have always cared about my art, my content, my account. A special shout out to the people that always like and even reblog. Genuinely, I never thought so many people would actually like my art, if any at all. 400 people within 2 seasons is crazy and I love all of you.

So, to those and anyone else… happy new year, may it be better than whatever the fuck this year was.

Fellas is it gay to plant a whole like REALLY HUGE road of flowers exclusively for your enemy. Flowers that, canonically, will wither and die if you don't tend to them for a SINGLE DAY. mAY I ADD that earlier in the story Blot states something like "the falls are ROMANTIC in a way, especially with a full moon in the sky >AND MY WORST ENEMY APPROACHING<"

Like I'm sorry I held it for too long and I need to say it. I am a firm believer that Mickey and Blot have the same as whatever it is that Basil and Ratigan got going on

guys, remember when there's vocal majority of people who:

believe shipping iterators (Aside from moon and pebbles) is incest because they're made by the same creators

think shipping slugcats is zoophilia

think this fandom is becoming an undertale fandom equivalent

treat inv as a joke and not a fleshed out character

disregard nightcat from the main slugcat cast

think artihunter is the only ship with an audience

think deviating from the original design (going batshit crazy designing) is too much and is no longer *the* character

think shipping artificer with scavengers is weird (debatable if this is still a vocal majority)

believe making artificer soft and not an all-violent slugcat is "out of character"

think literally any harmless fun au stuff whatever is weird and also "out of character"

perhaps some people still think these today, but because large creators and many people are more vocal than before, we see less of this nowadays.

whether we are changing for the better or worse, its up to you.

Thinking about a scenario where Kim takes the body to processing early in the morning and Harry tries to do his thing and get some work done while he's gone. But he just can't bring himself to do so. He keeps hurting himself on accident and keeps getting too overwhelmed by everything.

Thinking of Harry sitting at the bench after that, figuring--at least this is better than getting hurt. Sitting there, for hours, waiting for Kim. Harry going to bed, worried about Kim. Harry coming downstairs and perking up when he sees Kim. Kim is stable. He's his rock. He's his anchor.

I hate ship wars so much because, not only are they a ludicrous reason to abuse each other over in online spaces, the arguments only ever seem to tear down queer readings of a text for the sake of personal interpretations of a relationship (even if that relationship is also queer).

So you just have people arguing back and forth with each other over why their particular queer reading is the one true legitimate or canon or 'healthy' (please save me from that word, I want to pluck it from the world and tear it to shreds) queer reading and all others are wrong, dirty, sinful, a fetish... (you see what I'm doing here right?).

I hate ship wars. I hate how puritanical, antiqueer, and misogynistic they always somehow manage to become in the name of championing a queer relationship.
