Important!
Heey... Everyone...
So. Due to unfortunate circumstances I have gotten Tendinitis.
What that basically means is: my right wrist is in pain due to repetitive effort that inflamed the tendon, and I can't draw for a while.
Sorry everyone who attacked me on Art-Fight, I'm not sure when I can get back to it. :""(
If anyone has any tips to treat Tendinitis, please let me know!

Hello hello!! A tiny update here. I had been thinking about opening my commissions for the first time, just a few slots, and I was quite excited about it! Sadly, after several weeks suffering from severe pain in the elbow and, more recently, in the wrist too, I finally went to the doctor and I've got tendinitis. This means that in the next few months I'm going to draw and post way less than usual, and also that currently it's impossible for me to open comissions. Still, it's something I'd love to do in the future, once I'm feeling better!
Thanks for your support even in this artless times tho. I really appreciate it! <33

the pervasive feeling that no one will believe you when you tell them you can't do certain things because your physical disability/disabilities are invisible and sometimes even sound outlandish to the average person. Like, yeah man, I literally can't hold a pencil lately. literally.

I think ive developed some problems on my wrists. They hurt a lot due to the repetitive movements i do at work and when drawing and doing my own thing. It really sucks especially since i will have to go to a doctor about it. Couldnt even draw today, it hurts and i dont want to do permanent damage.
I also watched some videos about Quiet on Set, since the documentary isnt out in my country yet.
Its so disturbing. I grew up watching those series, and i knew for awhile it was fucked up, but damn....holy fuck.

Tendonitis - Treatment That Works
Tendonitis can be one of the most painful and persistent conditions to deal with. Tendons are the connective tissues between muscles and bones. When those tendons become inflamed, the resulting pain can disrupt activities we take for granted in daily life.
Tendonitis can be caused by repetitive motion, such as throwing, pitching, scrubbing, squeezing, or grasping motions. This condition can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term) in its severity and longevity. Tendonitis can effect almost any body part - wrist, shoulder, knee, foot, hip, you name it - and it is frustratingly slow to heal.
The good news is that you can heal from tendonitis. Your body is capable of recovering. Since tendonitis is caused by inflammation, cold therapy will be extremely effective at reducing pain and swelling, particularly following re-aggravation, or a flare up. Applying ice as often as you are comfortable with, for 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, can do wonders for easing the pain.
The BFST is a medical device specifically designed to heal soft tissue injuries, such as tendonitis. It is an at-home treatment, and it produces electromagnetic energy in order to increase blood flow - this results in healing soft tissue injuries. It's designed to be used 3-4 times daily, treatments last 20 minutes each.
Living with pain can have an awful effect on all areas of your life. It doesn't just hurt, it can force you to miss out on events and time with friends and loved ones, it can hurt your job performance, it can make you feel hopeless. There is hope, and there is an effective, FDA approved, science based treatment. You deserve to live without pain.

This is what I had for today hehe
A 6'4" mand weighing in at 275lbs with two pink 2,2lbs weights! Hehehe
It's humbling, so it's good, I'm glad I'm able to get some work in despite the injury (when in complete rest the pain would only get worse) and I'm also glad my ego is not getting in the way.
Just keep moving, keep doing, keep striving, keep walking guys!!

I need someone to squeeze my wrist all the time to prevent tendinitis. Wrist bandages don’t do it right 😌

When you crack your lower back and:
1. It feels amazing
2. It makes an ungodly sound
3. It hurts a little
4. All these things in combination concern you make you want more.

In college I broke a knuckle in my dominant hand. It did not heal properly and ever since sometimes my hand just hurts.
Then I spent about 4/5 years writing at least a dozen pages of documentation 5 nights a week of course by hand. I started to notice I was finishing later and later because the pain was so severe. I went to the dr after I couldn’t move my hand without wanting to cry. They told me I had and injury similar to tendinitis. They gave me a brace and sent me on my way.
When I told my place of employment I needed to wear the brace and couldn’t do all the documentation alone they basically shrugged and said “We are short staffed and you need to be a team player.” I quit about a month after this.
So now years later sometimes for a few days I just can’t move my hand. Anyways. My hand hurts too bad to play my video game and I am very salty about it.
TLDR: My hand is fucked. I’m salty. And if you fuck up your dominant hand make sure it heals correctly or you won’t be able to play video games.
