More pride headcanons, this time for “The Patrick Star Show”!
#🌟#TPSS#Icons#LGBT#Patrick Star#Squidina Star#Cecil Star#Bunny Star#GrandPat Star#SpongeBob SquarePants#Squidward Tentacles#You should already know why I chose SpongeBob - Patrick - and Squidward’s significant orientiations. If you don’t...#... then please see my last LGBT headcanon post - ‘cause I ain’t explaining myself all over again here.#I do have something to say for the other members of the Star family though.#From all the episodes I’ve seen so far Cecil and Bunny do not really give off any LGBT vibes at all IMO.#It is clear they are VERY much in love with one another - so much so that one could say they have a single target sexuality.#Cecil is Bunnysexual and Bunny is Cecilsexual. But just to keep things simple I’ll just say that they’re at least straight.#They would also be super supportive of their children if they ever came out - make no mistake.#GrandPat IMO is straight because he had to have a wife once upon a time in order to have Cecil. Plus it was revealed...#... in the episode “Backpay Payback” that he’s dating Granny Tentacles. So based on these facts alone - GrandPat...#... is most likely just a plain simple straight old guy. You’d better believe he would be supportive of his grandkids though.#Squidina was a bit harder to decide on as she hasn’t had any romantic interest in any other characters her age on the show.#However - her friendly chemistry with Pearl is beyond adorable and after seeing some super adorable fanart of them...#... as a couple later on in life - I have decided on her being a lesbian. I may change my mind on this later...#... and I may not. But for now - lesbian feels like a good fit for her.#Anyway these are my HCs for TPSS! As usual please be respectful. Don’t start any discourse please.#Also feel free to use these as icons if you want. I don’t mind at all.

Monthly visits.
Prompt: Honestly? I don’t know what this is, nor I know if it’s any good. The idea came from one of my midnight delusions when I think about stuff to write. Is this a kid fic? Yes? Kinda. Most probably. Do I care? No. Will there be sequels about it? Most probably. I still don’t know. Probably the sequels will feature more Alexia, but for now, you have to endure this 7.4k Drabble.
Actual prompt: In one of your monthly visits to a children’s hospital you meet Ava, she is going to change your life completely.
It was a hectic day for you in Barcelona today. Every month, whenever you had a day off, you would go to the local children’s hospital to support children with Leukaemia. Your younger brother had the same condition, so it has always been an important topic for you to support.
Every month you tried to convince one of your teammates, or from the girl’s team or the boys, to go with you. Usually, the children would go crazy if you brought them Pedri or Gavi. They would sign autographs and shirts and sometimes even get a ball and show off some of their tricks. When the club found out about this, they wanted to set up interviews and shootings in which they would broadcast or post your visits with them on social media, but you always said no. You liked this to be kept quiet, to not stress the kids, and not bring unwanted attention towards them; you weren’t there for the money, but just to give happiness to anyone you could.
You knew you weren’t the most famous athlete in the club, especially when you had the likes of Lewandowski, Pedri, and Gavi. On the girl’s side, you played for one of the most famous women’s soccer clubs and was one of the captains; well, if Alexia and Marta wouldn’t play in a game, which wasn’t very probable. But still, Alexia and Mapi were more famous than you; therefore, the children they tend to want their jerseys to be signed by them, but occasionally, some would recognize you, and you were delighted in signing and taking pictures or carefully playing with them whenever they wanted to.
You tried not to get too attached to the kids as you knew that they still had a deadly illness. Initially, it was hard, especially when you asked a nurse about a kid, and they would just give you a sad look. You would come home from the day and lay in your bed, absently trying to make sense of it. You hated seeing children suffer.
But there was a girl you met 5 months ago; she was brilliant but also a little prick. Her name was Ava. The first month you saw her, you brought with you Pedri. He was like a little brother to you, you got along great, and he was great with kids.
You went into her room, she was super excited to meet you both that she even asked for a double autograph. At first, you were confused by the request, but then you figured that the second autograph would be for a friend or a family member. So you went on normally with your day. The kids were all happy, you played Fifa with them and then, when it was time to leave, you decided to say goodbye to all of them. As you entered Ava’s room, you saw her working on something with her computer. As soon as she saw you, she shut it down very quickly.
“What are you doing?” You smile, walking to her. You were curious as to what she was doing. She was eight, so you knew that whatever it was, it was going to be something funny.
“Nothing!” She says quickly, hiding her computer behind her back.
You started to gently tickle her sides, conscious of her weak state. She started laughing, but soon you stopped and got her computer.
“If you open it, I will cry, and you will never come here ever again!” She threatens me, pouting.
“Why don’t you want to show it to me? Is it a secret boyfriend?” You smirk suggestively.
“No! Ew! Boys are gross!” She exclaims disgusted.
“I agree with you.” You say. “Boys are gross.”
“You can’t see it! It’s - It’s a secret.” She says, trying to grab the computer from you.
“Oh, come on! I’ll tell you one of my secrets if you tell me.” You try to convince her.
“Okay, but promise me that you won’t get mad.”
“Pinky promise.” You say, putting up your pinky and waiting for her to do the same.
You slowly open the screen and see a tab with eBay. She posted one of the two autographs she received today, with a picture of you and Pedri signing it. You start laughing and looking at her, amused.
“You sneaky little child! You are selling them?” You chuckle.
She crossed her arms unamused and replied as if it was the most obvious thing, “One is for me, and one is to sell.”
You look at her with a questioning look.
“My sister told me that I can’t buy too many books and video games because they are too expensive, so I buy them myself.”
“You are a little businesswoman.”
“Shh, you can’t tell anyone, especially my sister. She would get so mad. She hates it when I do this kind of stuff!”
“Your secret is safe with me.”
“Pinky promise?”
“Again?” You chuckle.
“Yes.” So you promise, then you stand up from the side of her bed and are about to leave when she asks, “Will you come back?”
“I come every month,” You say, turning around to face the little girl.
“If I’m already better, can I come here just to see you?” She asks shyly, hiding her mouth with her hands.
“Of course, you can!” You say goodbye to her and leave the hospital, waiting for Pedro. When you see him, you both get in the car.
“You know, today, I saw Ava again, and I saw her selling our autographs on the internet.” You laugh.
“That girl is sneaky!” He replies.
“She even insisted and made me promise not to say anything to anybody.”
Over the next three months, whenever you saw her, you would wink at her and make whoever was with you that day sign a double autograph for her. Then when you finished staring with the other kids, you would go into her room, and you guys would talk and play with cards. You would always question why she would never talk about her parents but only about her bigger sister and how great she was. You weren’t expecting her to be sixteen when you finally meet her. Her name was Lucia. You saw her as you were about to say goodbye to Ava. You went into her room, but she was already asleep, and Lucia was sitting on a chair next to her.
You thought both girls were sleeping, so you quietly left the room, but as you were about to close the door, you heard a quiet whisper.
“You must be y/n.” She states, rather than asking. She stands up and walks to you.
“Yes, that’s me. Are you Ava’s sister?”
“You know, she always talks about you.” She says, whispering and closing the room behind her.
“She always talks to me about you.” You say. “I think that as of right now, I know more about you than myself.” You try to joke, but she doesn’t laugh, leaving an awkward silence between you. Making you notice how tired she looks, as if she hadn’t slept in a long while.
“Do you want a cup of tea or coffee?” You offer.
“Nah, don’t worry.” She shrugs.
“Come on, I’ll pay for it. Five minutes, then I’ll get out of your hair.”
She slowly nods and then follows you to the cafeteria, which is open 24/7. Thankfully there was nobody there, so you could sit in peace.
You follow her as she sits down at a table, and then she breaks the silence.
“Why are you helping her?” She whispers.
“What?”
“Listen, I don’t know your intentions here, but she is really getting attached to you, and whenever you are done with these ‘trips’ to the hospital for the kids, she will suffer from it, and I don’t want that.”
“What are yo-“
“She has already lost so many people in her life; she doesn’t need another one.”
“Your parents are not in the picture anymore, right?” You ask.
She slowly nods. “It’s just me and her for now.”
“Where are you guys staying?”
“As you know, she is staying at the hospital.” She says as if she is stating the obvious.
“You?”
“That’s none of your business.”
“Listen, I know what it’s like to be in this situation; let me-”
“No, you don’t know that!” She says defensively.
“Ten years ago, I was you.” You slowly explain. “My brother, Nico, had Leukaemia, and I was in the same position as you. I was just a little bit older and could work. My parents didn’t give a shit about us. They said it was too much work to take care of Nico and wanted me out of the house because I was a footballer and gay. I didn’t have a support system. I was the support system.”
You take a deep breath and then continue. “Fortunately, I had a job, so I was able to take care of Nico and I, but not everyone is that lucky.”
“So you are saying that you feel bad for us?” She asks rhetorically, standing up from her chair, ready to leave.
“No, I don’t. When I started these ‘trips,’ as you say, five years ago, I told myself that I would never get too attached to any of the patients. But then I met Ava, and she is so smart and also a little sneaky, I grew fond of her.” You give her a light smile and continue.
“I know that the money she gets from selling autographs, t-shirts, and stuff, isn’t for buying books and video games, as she says, but for you guys to survive. I would love to help in any way. And I know that you probably won’t trust me. I wouldn’t trust a stranger either.”
Lucia sits again and looks at the table, playing with her drink. Looking almost guilty, as if you found out about a secret no one was supposed to know.
“I can’t do this anymore.” She barely utters, breaking the cold and defensive mask that she put on with you.
You slowly take her wrist, trying to reassure her. “You are stronger than you think.”
“I’m just so tired. She deserves better than me. She deserves a whole family. A better support system, and instead, she got stuck with me. I still need to finish school. I don’t have a paying job; how will we go through this?” She starts to silently sob. Hearing her cries breaks your heart; you stand up and circle around the table to hug her.
“You are already doing a great job. Ava is so proud and thankful for you. You are already doing the best you can, which is more than enough.”
She removes herself from the hug. And you continue, “Where are you staying? Not Ava, but you.”
“I’m staying during the night at a local women’s shelter. I know it’s not ideal, but it’s the best option.” She says shyly.
You couldn’t let her get back there.
“Come to my home with me. We have a spare bedroom, food, and whatever you need.”
She takes two steps back. “No no. You are already doing more than enough for us. This is too much.”
“Let me help you. You won’t leave her for too long. You need to rest too, so you can be there for her. Come on, go get your stuff. I’ll wait for you here.”
She just nods and goes to her sister’s room.
In the meantime, you text your girlfriend Alexia that Lucia will stay at your house for the night. After a few minutes, she reappears with a backpack. you exit the hospital and get to the parking lot.
You get inside your car, and she sits beside you. “I live fifteen minutes from here. I hope you are not scared of dogs because you are going to see one.”
“I don’t have a problem with dogs. I didn’t even know you owned one. Ava didn’t tell me anything about that.”
“Well, it’s not technically mine. It’s my girlfriend’s. And you will probably see her too.”
“Is she okay with me staying? Cause if that’s not the case, it’s okay.” She soon rambles.
“Don’t worry, she knows. Most probably, she won’t even know you are there. She is a sleepy head.” You smile, remembering how Alexia would never get out of bed if not for training.
“Is she a footballer too?”
“Yeah, it’s Alexia Putellas. I think you know her.”
“Oh my god! So the rumors are true.”
“Well, we tried to hide it.” You remark, slightly blushing, thinking that you actually hid your relationship well from the media.
“Not that much.” She laughs.
-
As soon as you get home, Alexia greets both of you.
“Que tal, mi amor?” She hugs you instead of kissing you and then focuses on Lucia.
“You must be Lucia. Hi, my name is Alexia.”
“Yeah, I know who you are. Here in Barcelona, everybody knows you.” She chuckles while your girlfriend blushes lightly.
You take her to your guest room and show her the bathroom. She takes a shower while you go to your kitchen, searching for Alexia.
You sit on top of the counter and ask her to come closer to you. She finds herself between your legs while you take hold of her shirt.
“I believe you owe me a kiss.”
“I’m sorry. I just didn’t know if you told her we were together or even if you wanted to kiss me in front of her.”
“Don’t worry, Amorcito.” You cutely rub her nose with yours, then put your finger to your lips, asking her to kiss you.
She kisses you sweetly, then gives you pecks everywhere on your face. First on the cheeks, then on the nose, on the forehead, and finally on the lips again. You smile at the action. Even though you had been together for three years now, she still managed to make you feel all fuzzy on the inside with even the smallest actions.
When she finished, you hugged her and stayed in her embrace until you heard a door open, and Lucia came down the stairs.
“Sorry to interrupt you guys.” She says awkwardly. “I just wanted to thank you guys again and say goodnight.” She quickly goes up the stairs, embarrassed to have interrupted something, not letting either of you reply.
“Go to the nena; I’ll get ready for bed.” Alexia encourages you.
You get to the guest room and knock on the door; you hear a faint ‘come in’ so you enter.
“I’m sorry I interrupted you guys.” She says she had her back on the head board, with the covers tucked to the stomach.
“You weren’t interrupting anything.”
“Thank you for letting me stay today. You really didn’t have to.”
“Nonsense, I’m happy you stayed. Honestly, I really needed some new energy around the house. Don’t tell Alexia, but sometimes living with her it’s like living with a granny.” You joke, earning a laugh from her, while you hear from the other room, “I heard you!”
“Ooh, she’s mad.” Lucia teases you.
“Nah, don’t worry, I said worse in three years of relationship.” Now turning back to serious, “Listen, I’m really sorry, but tomorrow I have training early tomorrow and-“
“Y/n, just tell me when I have to leave.”
“You can stay until you want; I can call you a taxi or take you to the hospital whenever me or Alexia come back from training.”
“I’ll be out of your hair in no time, don’t worry.”
“I don’t care, honestly. I know reaching out for help is difficult, but here is my phone number; if you need anything, just call me.” You gave her a note with your phone number, then affectionately caressed her cheek. “Good night Lucia.” You close the guest room door, turn off the light, and go to your room.
-
As soon as you enter your room, you are met with your girlfriend, who is cutely pouting on the edge of the bed. “I’m not a granny!”
“Yes, you are! You always go to bed early and make weird faces when you can’t see properly.” You tease her.
“I’m a footballer!”
“Yes, you are! A pretty darn good one!” You add. While literally pushing her onto the bed and getting on top of her.
“Get off me!” She says, trying to be serious. “I’m still mad at you!” She says while trying to squirm out of your grip.
“Nope! I’m sorry for calling you a granny. Will you forgive me?”
“Never!” She says, so you begin to tickle her sides. She started laughing while trying to remove your hands from her, but she couldn’t. “Okay, okay, I forgive you! Stop it!” You stop tickling her and get off her going to the bathroom.
You get ready for bed, putting on one of her nike shirts and a pair of soccer shorts, and then you plop on the bed beside Alexia. “Can I have cuddles, Amorcito?” You ask while stretching your arms, opening and closing your hands.
“Si, mi chiqui. Come here.” You put yourself on top of her and begin giving her sweet pecks in the middle of her chest. “No funny business tonight; la nena is sleeping two rooms from us.”
“I wasn’t going to do anything.” You say, continuing while smiling.
“I’m very proud of you today, Y/n.”
“I’m really sorry if I didn’t tell you beforehand.”
“Look at me.” She says, waiting for you to look at her.
“You did what is right and what everyone should do. Whatever you do, I will always support you.”
You give her a loving kiss on the lips, thanking her for the words. “Next month I’m coming with you. It’s been long overdue, and I want to meet Ava.”
-
The next day you wake up and go to see Lucia; you knock at her door, but she doesn’t reply, so you slowly enter the room. You found all of the bedsheets neatly folded and a note that thanked you for everything. You were a little disappointed, but you knew how difficult it was to trust people and accept help, especially when you are alone. You figured that she probably went to see her sister in the hospital.
-
The following month you finally brought Alexia with you. The kids would always ask you to bring her to the hospital, but unfortunately, she never had the time to do that with her busy schedule. You had already informed the hospital that you would come, and the children were thrilled to do something different rather than always boringly watching tv or reading some children’s book.
As Alexia greeted all the kids and played and joked with them, you went to see Ava, hoping that you would see Lucia too. You didn’t expect to see everything packed up and the two girls with their backpacks on, ready to go.
As soon as she saw you, Ava ran up to you, and you lifted her weak body, giving her a hug. “The doctor said I can go home now! I’m not sick anymore!”
“I’m so happy!” You say while hugging her a little tighter.
“So, who is it today? Who did you bring today?” She asks you excitedly.
“Why don’t you go and find out?” You say, indicating where Alexia is; she quickly squirms out of your embrace, exiting the room and leaving you alone with Lucia. Her eyes stuck to the floor from the moment you opened the door. She wouldn’t look at you.
“I’m really happy that she is finally healthy now,” You say honestly.
“That’s the most important thing.” She agrees weakly, finally looking at you.
“How are you feeling?”
“I’m feeling better now that she is better.”
“Where will you guys stay now?”
She hesitates, but then slowly, she starts, “I do-“
“Lucia! Look who came today with y/n!” Suddenly Ava came inside the room, dragging Alexia with her.
“Hi, Lucia.” Alexia waves at her, then focus again on Ava. “Y/n, how did you manage to convince Alexia to come here today?” Ava asks you in awe. “She is soo famous and the best player in the whole world!”
“I know! She really wanted to come, though, right?” You say, searching for Alexia’s confirmation. “Yes, of course!” She says, then kneeling in front of the small kid, “Y/n talks a lot about you.” She whispers, “She never talks about you, though,” She remarks, smirking. Alexia puts her hand on her hand, pretending to be offended.
“Who cares? I’m still better than her at football,” She whispers loud enough for you to hear, then sending you a cheeky wink; you react by poking your tongue out at her. This made Alexia earn a laugh from Ava and a chuckle from Lucia. She then drags Alexia out of the room, asking her if she could show her a trick with the ball.
“She’s her favorite player; our dad always brought us to your games.” She says sadly.
“I didn’t know you liked football.”
“I loved football, I even used to play it until a year ago, but now it brings out too many memories, so no football for me for a while.” She chuckles.
“Which position did you play?”
“Guess.”
“Center back?”
“Nah, striker.”
“Oh wow! I’m sure you were the top scorer in your team.” You nod, surprised.
“I was, I even was called up in La Masia, but my parents wanted me home, and then Ava got sick, so I never was able to go.”
“Oh wow! You were good then!”
“Don’t act too surprised!” She says, teasing you, hitting you on the shoulder.
“I’m not!” You say rubbing where she just hit you “If the circumstances were different, would you have wanted to go?”
“Yes? I guess, I don’t know? I loved football.”
“Not anymore?”
“I haven’t played in so long; I don’t think I even remember how to kick a ball.” She chuckles.
“Well, I guess we have to find out!” You say, while she looks at you puzzled.
“Come on, go get your stuff.” You say to her while putting your backpack on your shoulders, waiting for her to do the same.
“Where do you want to take me?” She says, looking at you puzzled.
“Don’t you wanna show off your skills?”
“I guess I don’t?”
“Come on, it will be fun!” You try to convince her.
“I don’t have cleats.” She tries to find an excuse.
“What’s your shoe size?”
“39, why?”
“I have the same size. If you want, you can use a spare pair of mine.” You offer.
“Why are you so nice to me?”
“I’m not being nice; this is me trying to show you that you, too, deserve to be happy, and you can have fun even if you think you don’t deserve it.”
“I-I don’t know what to say. I can’t leave her alone in the hospital; that girl has too much energy for a cancer patient.” She jokes.
“I think Alexia is keeping her busy enough. I genuinely think she is trying to steal my girlfriend from me.” She’s still not convinced. “Besides joking, Alexia is really good with kids, and she wouldn’t mind, but if it bothers you, we can bring her with us. Or they can come later on.”
“Oh, definitely, later on, I won’t embarrass myself with Alexia Putellas; I don’t think I could recover from that.”
“Oh, thank you! You know I am too a Barça player, right? And that I was the one that scored the winning goal in the last champions league, right?” You fake being offended.
“Oh, it was merely a tap-in.” She jokes, trying to rile you up. You knew she was joking, but you also knew this was a low blow to your confidence.
“Patri was the real hero in that Final, and I guess it was a tap-in, but it still brought us to the victory; that’s got to be worth something.”
“You know Ava basically woke up the whole floor when you scored that goal; she was so happy.” She smiles at you, quickly reminiscing that memory.
“Well, I can show you that I can score goals that are not tap-ins if you come with me.”
“Let’s see if you can do that!” She challenges you.
“If you win, I will get you two tickets to Camp Nou next year for every match you want to see, but if I win, you will let me help you.” You hesitate to say those words, hoping you wouldn’t push her away.
“Prepare to spend a lot of money because I never give up.” She teases you.
“You have some confidence, pequeña.”
“I’m not small!”
“Come on, go and say goodbye to Ava; we’ll leave in five minutes.”
As she exits the room to find Ava, you wait in there for her when you see your girlfriend appear from the door.
“Ava is wonderful.” She says while taking your hands.
“So wonderful that you would stay with her for another couple of hours?” You try while she gives you a puzzled look.
“What did you do, Y/n?” She asks, removing her hands from yours.
You tuck your arms behind your back, and shyly, you explain. “I’m taking Lucia to the field. Apparently, she played football, so I want her to have fun for a minute.” She doesn’t reply, so you continue, “But if it’s too much, I can bring her with me and Lucia, no problem. I just-“
“You are rambling, mi amor.” She says while grabbing you by the waist, trying to ground you. “You go have fun with her. I will come to the field after so we can play together.” She offers while smiling at you.
You give to get on your tippy toes and give her a small peck on the lips, “Thank you, Amorcito.”
“Just don’t have too much fun without me.” She grins, giving you a forehead kiss. You hear steps coming your way; you turn your head and see Lucia and Ava looking at you.
“You two are disgusting,” Lucia says, giving you guys a disgusted face while you just laugh at her. Ava instead looks at the two of you, trying to understand what the relationship is between the two of you. She looks at you and asks, “Is Alexia your wife?”
You choke on saliva, not expecting that question. After a mild coughing session, you received an annoying look from Alexia and Lucia.
Not that you didn’t want to marry her because she was the only woman you could see yourself growing old with, but you were just waiting for the right moment to propose. Honestly, you didn’t even know if she wanted to get married, especially to you.
You reply, “No, no, she is my girlfriend.”
“Wow, how did you land her?” She asks you curiously.
“Why is everybody bullying me today?” You say exasperatedly without even replying to the question. “Lucia, are you ready to go?”
After saying goodbye, you get in the car with Lucia and drive to the training facility.
“So I guess you don’t like the idea of getting married?” Lucia asks, breaking the silence.
“No no, it’s not that. I would love to get married, especially with someone like Alexia; she is incredible and so supportive.” You take a deep breath. “Do you want to know a secret?”
“Wait, are you going to propose?” She asks excitedly.
“I was planning to!”
“Oh my god!”
“Don’t you dare tell her! Or I swear I’ll get mad.”
“I won’t” She makes the movement of zipping her mouth with her hand and throwing the key away.
-
You get to the training facility a few minutes later; the field is closed, so Lucia looks at you and asks, “If it’s closed, how can we enter?”
“Can you keep another secret?” She nods, and you take out a key and unlock the door. “I was drunk after we had won our first Champions League, I don’t know why, but I decided I wanted the keys to the field, so I convinced Mapi and Patri to help me. Let’s just say that Alexia had to come out and help us because we were too drunk to keep quiet, and she didn’t want me to get in trouble. I got the keys, made two other copies for my accomplices, and slept on the couch for two days, but it was well worth it.” You say proudly.
“You know, when I imagined what you were like, when we would see you on tv or at the stadium, I pictured you differently.” She smiles at you while following you to the changing rooms.
“How did you picture me?” She asked curiously while handing her a spare pair of cleats.
“They call you the asesina silenciosa for a reason, you know?” While putting on the cleats, she continues, “You are always so cold and precise on the pitch, scoring and assisting in so many games, whereas in real life, you are basically the opposite. You are very nice, and you always try to help everybody, and a literal gay panic in front of Alexia; it’s so funny and very painful to see.”
“She’s just very beautiful and amazing, okay? Leave me alone.” You reply shyly, blushing a little.
“So, are you ready to get your ass beaten?” She asks you jokingly.
“You know that I’m a professional athlete, right? I get paid to play football.”
“Don’t get too cocky, Y/ln.”
You get on the pitch and begin passing the ball to each other; initially, she was a little rusty, but as soon as she got comfortable with the ball, you knew she had a lot of talent and potential.
“So favorite player?” You ask her.
“Messi. He’s just way too good and so great to watch.” She answers. “What about you?”
“All-time favorite, of course, is Messi too, but right now, I really enjoy seeing playing Rodri and De Bruyne.”
After passing the ball to each other and chatting, you begin doing some shooting drills and dribbling. You were shocked, to say the least; she was so good, she dribbled with ease, and her finishing skills were incredible.
The first time she dribbled past you, your ego got scarred for life, but then as time went on, you began cheating a little by holding her shirt or picking her up from the air and moving her whole body away from the ball. She would get mad at you, while you would just laugh it out, but she began to do the same thing to you after a while. By the end, you were laughing on the ground, trying to catch your breath.
As you both calmed down, she began talking. “I really missed it.”
“Playing football?”
“Yes, and having fun. You know, I couldn’t even touch a ball after our parents left us; my dad was the one that loved soccer and Barcelona maybe more than anything, probably more than his family. I tried playing soccer to make him proud of me so that maybe he could see and pay attention to me, but I guess it wasn’t enough. After Ava was diagnosed with Leukaemia, they told me they would have to go on a ‘work trip,’ but they never returned. And I stopped playing football.”
“I hope that this didn’t bring back bad memories. I know how it feels when you think you are not good enough, but if it helps, you are a great kid, Lucia. In these last months, you have proven yourself to be more than enough for Ava and your parents. Any parent would be proud of what you did for Ava; not everyone is capable of that or willing to do it. You have proved everyone wrong. You couldn’t be more proud of yourself.”
“Thank you, I really needed to hear that.” She breaks down crying.
“Come here.” You say to her while gently holding her while she cries. “Let it all out; I’m here for you.” After a few minutes, she stops; you keep hugging her, waiting for her to let go of you, when you hear a car arrive. “Your sister is here. Do you want me to come with you to freshen up?”
“No, no. I can go alone; just tell them I went to the bathroom.” She informs you.
“Will do, captain.” You say, giving her the military salute; she replies with a surprised chuckle and a ‘you’re so weird.’
As Alexia gets inside the pitch, you see Ava running towards you, giving you a crushing hug that makes you stumble from your sitting position on the grass to falling to your back on the ground.
“How did it go with Alexia? Did she behave well?” You ask the little girl.
“We stayed at the hospital, we played games and I pranked a nurse!” You hear the voice of Lucia from behind you, so you tell her sister to go to her and cheer her up. As she walks to her sister, Alexia sits next to you, and you turn to her.
“You are really good with kids.” She remarks.
“You too, you know. Would you ever want kids?” You ask her.
“I never thought about it, but I think it would be something I would like with you.”
“I think I need to help them. They deserve to have a house and a support system. Lucia is so smart and kind, and fierce. While, Ava is so full of energy, funny, and sneaky.”
“I love you, Y/n, and even though this is too early and I still haven’t fully processed every-“
“It’s too much for you. I get it. But they’ll be on the streets if I don’t help them. You must understand why I’m doing this, but I can’t do this without you.”
“We’ve been by each other’s sides for years; you think I’m gonna leave now? If you’d let me finish, Y/n, I would have told you to do it. I will always support you, and I kinda got attached to the Nena. So go through with it; you have my full support.”
“If it actually happens, our lives are going to change drastically, would you be ready for that?”
“I got you all for myself for three years; it’s time to expand our little family. Of course if they want to. Don’t push too hard; she is still scarred and scared to trust again. Be cautious.”
“I don’t know how I got so lucky.” You say beaming at her.
“I’m the lucky one.” She smiles while gently rubbing my thigh and then standing up.
She goes to Lucia and asks her if she wants to play some football with her; she is hesitant at first, but after a bit of convincing from you and Alexia, she eventually decides to play with her, but you know that she is holding back.
Alexia knew that something was wrong. Hence, she took the ball into her hands,  and stopped the little competition that they were doing, “I’m not made of glass; you can play harder on me, you know.” She offers.
Lucia throws her hands in the air, “I’m not going to be the reason why La Reina got injured again.”
“I’m taller and stronger than you; you won’t injure me.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, I’m sure.” She chuckles while they return to playing, Lucia clearly getting more physical.
You laughed at their interaction and how Lucia worried about hurting Alexia;.while Alexia just wanted to have fun. After a while of playing, Alexia turned her head to you, mouthing the words “She’s good”, you respond by nodding approvingly, shifting your focus on the little child next to you, who at the moment was very quiet.
“Did you get your autograph from Alexia?” You ask her, trying to break the silence.
She slowly nods, still looking at her sister, then turns to you. “Yes, only one, though.”
“You didn’t want one for you?”
“No, I only got one for me; I didn’t want to sell hers.” You see her softly yawn, trying to keep open her eyes.
“Did you have fun today?”
She nods, then looks again at her sister, who was trying to dribble past Alexia, “I hadn’t seen her that happy since before I got sick.” She smiles like a proud sister, showing signs of her tiredness again.
“Are you tired?” You ask her.
“No.” She says defensively while crossing her arms, yawning again. You chuckle at her, finding it adorable how she tries to hide how much she wants to sleep.
“Yes, you are!” You say, poking her side. “You can nap if you want; I’ll watch out for your sister for you.” You offer.
She slowly nods and then moves near you; you didn’t expect her to sit between your legs, curling on your chest. You were shocked; you didn’t know what to do, so you just put your hands on her tiny body and rubbed her back. “You’re comfier than the grass.” She says, dozing off to sleep. You kiss the top of her head and then whisper, “Go to sleep, Nena.” And she did.
You were physically in a very weird position, as you knew that you would be getting cramps in a couple of minutes, while mentally, you couldn’t nor remember the instance of ten years ago when you were holding your brother in the same position you were with Ava. She reminded you of Nico, both of them had the same personality and were too smart for their age.
Trying to get more comfortable, you slowly sink to the ground from your sitting position. At the same time, Ava gently stirs, repositioning herself, fisting your shirt with her tiny hand, not wanting you to let go, even though you wouldn’t go for the world. After a few minutes, you doze off and get woken up by a light caress on your cheek. You slowly open your eyes, Ava is still sleeping soundly, and on your side, Alexia is waiting for you to wake up.
“Mi Chiqui is getting dark outside; we need to leave.” You slowly get up, still Ava in your arms, spoiler alert: you couldn’t feel your arms and back anymore. She gently stirs awake, “Shhh, go back to sleep.” You whisper to her, still rubbing her tiny back. She was so small for a six-year-old.
You see Lucia, she was taking your cleats off her feet; putting on her shoes again. You give Ava to Alexia, and then you walk up to her. “I’m sorry she had to sleep on you; I-I was just too caught up playing that I didn’t even notice she was tired. I’m really sorry.” She tries to explain.
“Hey, don’t apologize; you were having fun, and she was just tired after a long day. And now look! She stole my girlfriend again.” You say sincerely while trying to joke in the last part, pointing at Alexia, who was rocking Ava in her arms, showing off one of her big smiles reserved for children and for the people she loves.
Then you turn to her and ask her, “Are you hungry?”
“Oh yeah, I’m starving. I haven’t run that much in months.” Then she backtracks. “Oh, wait. I knew what you were doing; you are trying to manipulate me into eating with you guys.” She asks, clearly understanding your intentions.
“Manipulate is a big word, isn’t it? I guess you can call it offering to eat something with us?”
“Nah, the right word is definitely manipulate or gaslight.” She remarks.
“Well, do you want to come with us?”
“I don’t know; I must get her to bed.”
“Where are you guys staying, if I can ask?”
“You already know the answer. And don’t you dare ask me to stay with you. That is too much, and I wouldn’t know how to repay you. I can deal with everything on my own.”
You knew she wouldn’t budge on that one, but you had to give it to her; she knew your actions before you said anything.
“Why don’t we just eat something and figure everything out later?” You offer.
-
So you did that; you brought Lucia and Ava into your home, ordered take-out, and put on a movie to watch. Alexia and Ava were petting Nala, which in the beginning, the little dog hid in your room, but progressively through the night, she slowly got accustomed to the new people and gladly accepted the cuddles that the younger girl had given her.
The scene that was before your eyes oddly felt really domestic. Most nights with Alexia, if they weren’t spent out with friends, would include snuggling on the couch and relaxing; the only difference was that there were two new other people now.
You tried not to get too attached to them and tried not to act as a parent but more like someone that could help. They already had parents, and you for sure didn’t want to replace them. You just wanted to give the help you weren’t given when it happened to you, so if some food and a roof were needed, you wouldn’t hesitate to share that and maybe a little love here and there.
Ava was asleep, and Alexia was about to, so you tried to get the attention of Lucia so you could talk to her. You went outside on the porch with her so you wouldn’t disturb Ava from her much-needed sleep.
“Thank you for today, I really appreciated everything you did for us, but I think we have to get going.”
“You can always stay here.” You offer while she tries to dissuade you. “Listen, if it’s a problem to stay with us, I can book you a hotel room, but please let me help you find accommodation. I would love for you to stay until you find a better place. Ava can start school, while you could go and play in La Masia, or finish school and go to university, or both, whichever you prefer. And I know I’m not your mother, nor your relative, I’m just a stranger, but it wouldn’t sit well with me to let you guys leave somewhere that maybe it’s not even safe.”
“I don’t want to be a burden. And you don’t owe me anything.” She scratches her forehead, thinking, “Why are you even doing this?”
“What?”
“Why are you helping us?”
“Honestly? I don’t know. I just know that I would love to help you in every way you let me. And you can always tell me to fuck off. But I hope you don’t” She chuckles, and for the first. The time she looks at you. “So what do you think?”
She remained silent for a while, while you patiently waited for her to reply, hoping it would be a positive answer. “Only until I can find a better solution for us. Plus, Ava already loves it here and loves you. When she saw you for the first time, she kept gushing about you and how you were her second favorite player, the first being Alexia” You chuckle. “And maybe living in a real house is better than waiting for social workers to find another accommodation.” She shyly adds. “I think you should ask Alexia if it’s okay for her too; I don’t want to get in the middle of you too.”
“She’s okay with it. She loves kids, and believe me, in a matter of days, she’s going to turn all protective, especially with Ava; she always had a soft spot for kids. As for the social workers, let me handle it, okay? I’ll try my best to make it as quick as possible.” She slowly nods and whispers a ‘thank you,’ taking you by surprise and hugging you. It took you a second to react, but soon you tightened the embrace, waiting for her to leave it.
“Probably, it’s going to be much of a burden for you rather than us.” You chuckle, “When our friends and Alexia’s family and my brother find out that we have two new people in our home, they’ll want to meet you. But I’ll take care of it.” You explain.
She removes herself from your embrace and looks at you. “Can I come to your games too? I miss being at the stadium.” She asks shyly.
“Oh, you must!” Your jokes. “I expect you to come every week with my jersey on.” You grin, pointing at her.
“We’ll see about that. I also like some other players in the squad, like Mapi Leon or Caroline Graham Hansen.” She playfully smirks.
“Then I don’t think I can give you any tickets.” You fake being offended. “Now go to your sister and take her to bed.” You grin, winking at her.
“Yeah, yeah. Thank you y/n.”

Time for School. (Platonic Yandere Joel and Ellie x reader)
Tumblr media
I thought it would be cool to write a scenario about reader trying to convince Joel and Ellie to let you go to school. I also want to thank you guys for all the love and support I've got on my writings, especially after I got shadowbanned, I really appreciate it. Anyway, please like and reblog if you enjoy.
"I wan't to go to school." The conversation started one morning before Joel was to go on patrol with his brother. Ever since Joel and Ellie returned from their time at the hospital, you've been on a tighter leash. Joel didn't let you go with them, saying it was too dangerous for you and while Ellie was a bit apprehensive, she agreed, resulting you in staying with Tommy and his wife Maria.
While with them, you had the most freedom you've ever had. You actually had responsibilities, taking care of the animals, helping out during meals, and sometimes if you were lucky, getting to go hunt with one of them. It was a great change of paise that you very much needed. You didn't have to fight when you wanted to go do something by yourself, so you got to make a lot of new friends, mainly being the children that the school.
At first, the kids were very scared of you. Your sister was always somewhere near you, so they were always too afraid to talk to you. When Ellie left with Joel, she made you promise you wouldn't make any new friends. You assumed it was a joke and agreed. So, when a girl around your age asked if you would like to play with her, you didn't think twice before agreeing. Eventually, you were at the school nearly every day, making new friends and finally having a chance to be yourself.
It was great, being able to do what you wanted, when you wanted, and you almost forgot about Joel and Ellie. That was until the came back. It was Maria who told you of their return, interrupting you time with your friends. At the news, you ran to the main gate, watching as the walk in. They both seemed...changed. Joel always looked so grim, but Ellie seemed different, even as you gazed at her from far away. Once she saw you, she instantly ran over to give you a big hug, gripping you so hard that you could barely breath. You tried to hug her back, but your arms could barely move. You could tell that she was crying due to the shaking her body was doing and the wetness on your shoulder.
She only released you when Joel came up, putting an arm on her shoulder, causing her to let you go, albeit slowly. Joel looked at you and brought you into a tight hug, mimicking Ellie. The hug seemed to last forever, before he finally let go, grabbing you hand, and leading you home. While walking, you looked gazed longingly towards the school, letting out a deep sigh.
Thats where today's conversation comes in. You missed you friends, and you couldn't talk about it because you were afraid of what would happen if Ellie found out you broke her promise. Even though, you still wanted to see them again. You thought a happy medium would be going to school, since it's not that far from home, and you could even go with Ellie, that is if she wanted. However, you were sorely mistaken.
"No." Joel responded, handing you your breakfast. Before you could say a word, Ellie was spitting out her eggs in disbelief.
"Why would you want to go to school." She asked while wiping the food from her face. "It's, like...super boring." You shook your head, not looking up from your food.
"I just...I think it be good for me." You look at Ellie, who was already looking right at you, same with Joel. "I need to...y'know, socialize."
It was very quiet, and you were very anxious about what either of them will say. You didn't want to say any more, because you knew Joel would get upset if you said something wrong. After a long period of silence, Joel finally spoke up.
"No. You're not going. End of discussion." He said while sitting down across from you at the table. "Now eat your food."
After that you didn't bring up the idea of school to Joel again. However, you did talk to Tommy and Maria about it if you could. When Joel heard that Tommy was, heaven forbid, giving you chores and responsibilities, he quickly had a word with him, and you were back to spending every second at home, so you didn't see Tommy or Maria that often. When you did, usually when one of them was visiting while Joel and Ellie were away, you would plead with them to talk to Joel about school. They promised they would, but nothing ever came of it. You assumed that Joel still disagreed, and when Tommy and Maria stopped showing up when you were home alone, your assumptions were proven right.
Your days alone were starting to weigh down on you. You felt trapped, alone, even worse than when you first arrived at Wyoming. Before their time at the hospital, you didn't all that restricted, you could at least leave when you wanted. But now, leaving without Joel's permission would get you locked up in your room. You didn't mind that punishment all that much, since you were only really alone when you were in your room.
That's where you were tonight, sitting on your bed, gazing out at the window. It was dark, but you could still see the people walking around and working. Moments like this was when you would fantasize about escaping, leaving this commune and the finally be free. You knew it would never be, because Joel and Ellie would always find you.
Your small moment of silence was interrupted by a knock on your door. It squeaked as it opened, Joel appearing from dark hallway. You didn't look at him, but you knew it was him due to how quiet he was. You chose to focus on the movement outside, feeling the bed dip as Joel sat near you.
"Y'know, Ellie's real upset that you've been ignoring her." He said, getting a bewildered look from you.
"I haven't been ignoring her." You responded; voice small. It wasn't completely true, you just haven't had the time to talk to her, since she actually gets to leave the house and has things to do. When she does get home though, you pretend as though she isn't there, which you guessed annoyed her.
Joel shook his head, "Look kid." He said, waiting for you to look at him. "I know life's good here, but we can't take the risk." What risk? It's a school, what would happen? "People here, they're not a fan of us." That was true, but that wasn't your fault.
You remained silent, Joel sighing while rubbing his eyes, "Look, if you want, I can teach ya." He offered. "I know I'm not here often, but I can manage."
"That's not the point Joel." He didn't like it when you called him Joel, it was only dad to him. "I made friends when you and Ellie were away. I want to see them." You voiced gained volume, but you were afraid of gaining Ellie's attention. Joel's brow furrowed, clearly confused.
"What do you mean 'friends'?" The words were harsher, also getting louder. "I thought I told you to stay away from the kids."
"You were gone for months Joel, what did you expect?"
"I expected you to listen to what I say." He yelled in response. You were fuming.
"You never let me do anything, why would I listen to you?" You were waving your hands around, gazing at him with a perplexed expression.
"Because I'm your father!" You were sure Ellie would hear, but you didn't care.
"No, you're not!" Your breath was ragged. "You're not my dad, Ellie's not my sister." Your voice became quiet as Joel's look became dark. Slowly, you began to ease back onto the bed, having gotten up as the conversation became more tense. You looked back out the window, watching as parents walk with their children. "A dad wouldn't do this to me."
It was cold and quiet. The bed shifted as Joel stood up, but he didn't leave the room, just paced around. His arms were crossed, and he was breathing heavily. After what felt like a lifetime, Joel stomped towards you. As you gaze slowly went to focus on his face, you took in how upset he was. His fists were clenched, and his gaze was burning into you, almost like it would make a mark.
The words that came out of his mouth once your eyes were locked were cold. "You're never going to say that again." The statement was vailed with a sense of calm, "I am your father." You didn't say anything as he slowly crouched down to your level. Now, eye level with you, he continued. "Say it." He demanded; eyes dark.
"You're my father." You murmured.
"Again. Louder."
"You're my father." You said loud enough for him to hear. He answered with a nod. He stood up and walked towards the door. As it squeaked open, he called out to you. Looking up at him, you noticed that Ellie was right outside in the hallway, but you didn't focus on her, just Joel.
"Don't talk to those kids again, your grounded." The door slammed shut, and you were alone once again.

Better Bones Profile: Sedgecreek
RiverClan's first Lake deputy, and world famous cutie pie!
Tumblr media
[ID: The BB version of Sedgecreek from Warrior Cats. She is a wood-brown tabby with short, comma-shaped stripes of a darker brown. She is short and her body is long, with a chunky tail.]
Clanmew Name: Kyyrakoshu, nickname Kyyko. (Kyyra = Sedge, a type of lido grass + Koshu = Creek, a small, shady river)
Alignment: RiverClan
Relations: Ex-Mate - Greenflower Children - Swallowtail, Beechfur Nyams - Loudbelly (littermate), Duckfur (Sib-in-law) Education - Crookedstar (mentor), Grasswhisker (apprentice)
See Also: The Dragonkin Family, and the RiverClan Family Tree
Mistyfoot realized at the end of BB!TNP that Hawkfrost was not the tiger that lurked within RiverClan. He didn't choose himself as deputy while she was captured, breaking the code in the process. It wasn't his call to defy StarClan's will to delay the Great Journey. It was up to Leopardstar to punish the surviving RiverClan mercenaries who served Mudclaw's insurrection, and overrule the false sign that exiled three cats from her Clan... and she didn't.
Seated atop the stump with the sun setting behind her, Leopardstar's black silhouette invoked Mistyfoot's memory of a powerful cat lording over a pile of bones. Her eyes flashed-- Tigerstar amber, dark forest red. His ideas were an infectious sort of immortal; they will not die unless they are killed.
So with Leopardstar's sudden, 'mysterious' death to a "rogue", Mistystar realized she would need to make a strong, tactical choice of a new deputy. Someone who would be able to help her navigate the tense situation she was in, to balance out the harsh choices she was about to make, to be the honey to her sting.
The choice was obvious. Now, she would have to prepare for the hard work ahead...
Tumblr media
[ID: BB!Mistystar and BB!Sedgecreek leaning back to back. Mistystar grimly explains, "someone will die." Sedgecreek interjects, "of fun!!!"]
(Lots more below the cut!)
Personality and Trivia:
She is CHEERFUL! It takes a lot to make Sedgecreek upset!
Always smiling, never loses hope, always tries to see the bright side of every situation.
"A mistake is just a chance to learn what NOT to do!!"
People like her. She's just a super likeable person, the sort of cat who gets along with people you'd never expect.
She has learned that you should listen twice as much as you talk. She's always there to comfort her friends, family, and clanmates. Very approachable personality.
I imagine a lot of RiverClan warriors are "stocky," longer than they are tall, Sedgecreek especially.
She's also got a very thick tail, making her an excellent and sturdy swimmer.
Her favorite food is pike meat, which Greenflower once wooed her with. Not very many RiverClan warriors are bold enough to tangle with pikes.
Imo, Sedge is a super underrated background character. Her apprenticeship under Crookedjaw is super cute and no one ever talks about it!
and BOY OH BOY has her role been expanded in BB!!
Long before the Great Journey was even a consideration, back during TPB…
Sedgecreek was mates with Greenflower. They welcomed their kits, Swallowkit and Beechkit, to the world just before RiverClan and ShadowClan moved to form TigerClan.
Greenflower's sibling, Duckfur, was the honor sire for the couple. Under the Queen's Rights, you don't have to explain where your kittens came from. Sedgecreek gave birth and that's that.
But supporters of Thistle Law do not respect the Queen's Rights.
When Greenflower announced openly that their kittens had been sired by Duckfur, Sedgecreek was uncomfortable, but believed she was keeping their family safe.
But... it turned out to be worse than that.
Greenflower was a true believer. She had been holding a lot of her 'worst' ideas back, but felt emboldened to speak openly with the alliance between Tigerstar and Leopardstar.
Sedgecreek knew Greenflower went to the execution of Stonefur... but she couldn't. She couldn't bring herself to.
She couldn't watch an old friend die like that, or stomach the thought of Greenflower reacting to it.
They stayed together for the children, as Sedgecreek staved off the dawning realization that her mate wasn't the cat she thought she was.
It was easy to put it off a little longer, when their next common enemy was BloodClan and RiverClan "returned to normal."
Though they nearly had a blow-out argument over RiverClan refusing to join in with the trading that WindClan and ThunderClan were doing with BloodClan... Sedgecreek apologized, and held her tongue. Suddenly, their roles had been reversed, with Sedgecreek staying quiet to "keep the peace".
Normally very cheerful and outspoken, with friends in other Clans and open-mindedness to cooperation, Sedgecreek spent almost two years of her life just trying to save her mateship. She thought that maybe Greenflower would return to the bold, loyal cat she used to adore, if she just loved her enough and made her feel heard...
But then, during the Great Journey...
Their baby Swallowtail fell in love with a ThunderClan warrior, Rainwhisker.
Greenflower "warned her" about loving cats from other Clans, "Don't make me do something I don't want to, Swallowtail."
Sedgecreek knew how powerful love can be. Rainwhisker was big, handsome, and sweet. She saw a lot of herself in him, and would have approved of him as her son-in-law in a heartbeat
Even though Swallowtail was trying to hide it after that confrontation, Sedgecreek KNEW that Rainwhisker was perfect for her. She knows her daughter better than anyone-- Swallow would never be able to fight it.
But all journey long, Greenflower was growing more and more critical of Swallowtail. Comparing her to her brother Beechfur, constantly questioning her whereabouts, making up stupid tasks to keep her busy.
Sedge and Green were fighting over it, again, but this time Sedge was starting to care less about making up afterwards.
Then, the worst possible thing happened... during the WindClan Civil War, Rainwhisker was killed in battle.
Swallowtail was inconsolable. That brought them all together, for just a little while longer.
But then, Swallowtail discovered she was pregnant. She didn't say anything about the father, and yet Greenflower LOST it. She flew into a frenzy, shouting their daughter down and threatening to disown her. The line that finally broke their mateship was simply,
"Just when it seemed like the problem was solved--"
Sedgecreek didn't even let her finish. How DARE she?? To treat their baby's painful loss, their coming grandchildren, and Swallowtail's right as a Queen, like the continuation of a problem???
So she told her to get out. Quietly at first. Greenflower refused, so she said it louder. Then she shouted it. And then she SCREAMED it, and when THAT didn't work, she THREW her out of the Cleric's den. For SEASONS she had sacrificed for the sake of her children, only for it to end in a choice between her wife and daughter.
But even then, Sedgecreek felt hot with shame that she'd caused such a scene! The whole camp saw her toss Greenflower like a rotten fish!! Sweet, cheerful Sedgecreek!!! It was mortifying, she'd never lost her temper like that, the entire Clan was surprised!
Mistyfoot saw this just like everyone else in RiverClan... and it stood out in her mind, as she shuffled home considering who her deputy would be.
It had to be someone as uncontroversial as possible... Mistyfoot's reputation had been dragged through the mud by Hawkfrost's constant challenges. A sizable portion of RiverClan did not respect her anymore.
So Swansong, her brother and greatest ally, was out of the question. He didn't have a diplomatic bone in his body.
Mosspelt was her sister-in-law, and she needed a deputy who could ward off accusations of nepotism.
Reedwhisker had Skyheart as his mentor, who kept him in an apprenticeship nightmare for over a year. He was too young on top of being ineligible.
But, she needed someone who would understand the threat they faced, and take it seriously. It, hopefully obviously, couldn't be one of her enemies.
And THAT was when she remembered Sedgecreek standing up to Greenflower. How she's everyone's friend, patient and enthusiastic, and yet how she still snapped at her long-time mate.
While no one knows EXACTLY why she snapped except the little family itself, Mistyfoot had a good hunch it was related to Swallowtail claiming Queen's Rights for her litter.
And that is exactly the sort of principled cat she needs by her side.
So... Sedgecreek was perfect. She was diplomatic, friendly, and yet, able to stand up for herself, ready to fight for the Clan they deserved. Her upbeat personality would be a perfect compliment to Mistystar's dour, serious one. This was the best possible choice.
During BB!OotS, Sedgecreek was targeted for replacement by the Dark Forest demons. While they managed to kill several of their targets and even cause ShadowClan to fall, Sedgecreek managed to escape an attempt on her life. But, before anyone could breathe a sigh of relief, she took it as a sign to step down so that someone younger could take over. By this point, she had become a great-grandmother and was beginning to feel her age.
Reedwhisker takes her place as deputy, and she's able to live out the last of her days in the Elder's Den. She peacefully passes away at some point in AVoS, surrounded by the family she chose to stand beside.

Note
I'm sorry I sent a question that I didn't finished to write 😭😭 anyway I was wondering if maybe you could write a one shot with Daemon Targeryen or with Aemond Targaryen. The reader has a bad nightmare which leads to a panic attack and her lover comforts her
Patience and Premonitions
Pairing : Aemond Targaryen x reader
Summary: Since finding out you’re with child, you’ve been having the strangest nights
A/N: soooo I’ve been super obsessed with the idea of dragon dreamers. I wanted to play around with the reader possibly about to birth to one, and through that having dreams/nightmares herself. It was nice writing Aemond as an attentive husband/future father. Also THANK YOU guys for getting me to 1,000 🥺🥺. I don’t know how to celebrate but I want to. Maybe more request or even headcanons??? Let me know if you guys have ideas 🫶🏽
Fool me once pt2
For you always
Tumblr media
They start the same.
The nightmares always start with a babe’s cry. You’re trying to help the babe but you can’t; you can’t reach them. Then comes the fire, and dragon’s cry. You don’t recognize the dragon, it’s greenish purple scales like nothing you have ever seen. The blazing heat overwhelming you. It’s sensory overload, from the crying to the fire. It only ends when you wake up, normally in a pile of your own sweat.
Easy sleep was not something you came by lately. During the beginning of your pregnancy all you did was sleep. Now as time to the deliver the babe looms closely, an uncomfortable ache takes your body. Add nerve shattering nightmares to the equation, and you have a recipe for never getting sleep.
You are short of breath when you finally wake. Chest tight and vision blurry as you sit up in the bed. Your chambers only being lit by the full moon that shines through the curtains and the few candles in corner of the room.
“Another bad one?”
You husband’s voice cuts through the room as you try to calm yourself down. A hand begins to rub your back soothingly.
“I need you to breathe my love… slowly,” Aemond sits up. You start to breathe in deeply through your nose, eyes fluttering shut.
The room becomes silent again as you try to regulate your breathing.
“I’m starting to think we need to talk to the maester about this,” his tone is soft but worry is laced throughout. You open your eyes, and shake your head.
“I do not think Maester Archibald had remedies for bad dreams.”
Despite his cool nature, Aemond is a worrier at heart. His need to have things in order only grew after you became pregnant. It is your first child together, and the first time you’ve ever carried a babe. His other hand goes to your belly, and he leans down to kiss your shoulder.
“You know your mother told me something interesting over breakfast today,” you start nuzzling your face against his. “She said she had vivid, sometimes scary, dreams when she carried Helaena.”
You leave out the heartbreaking part of when your stepmother told you she never told anyone because she did not think anyone would care. She went through her all pregnancies with a heavy heart, and now raises her children virtually alone. You are young, but not as young as Queen Alicent was when she had Aegon. And at least you have strong support system, and an attentive husband. The whole thing makes you resent King Viserys even more than you already did.
“It had me thinking. What if the babe is trying to tell me something… the way Helaena tries to tell us stuff,” you continue.
Aemond doesn’t reply right away, clearly in deep thought. Helaena’s prophecies are often fuzzy premonitions. Things that never fit perfectly till after they happen. Like the riddle she told you about blessings that can not be seen right away. Two moons later, you find out about your baby.
“Another dreamer in the family. Gods help us,” he whispers. You laugh as you move your hand to his on your stomach. Your hands interlock. “Dragon dreamers are a blessing. Special.”
“How much more special do you Targaryens need to get,” you nudge him playfully. “I already have to worry about you riding Vhagar, and now I have to worry about a dragon riding, prophecy having child.”
“You have blood of the dragon growing in you. You’re a Targaryen my dear wife.”
You hum softly as both of you look over at the warm incubator carrying your babe’s egg. Soft crackling emitting.
“I hope the egg hatches,” Aemond’s voice sounds distant.
Your child growing up without a dragon is a fear that permeates through Aemond. Though you were not around for it, you know how much not having one growing up affected him. How it still haunts him even now as the rider of the largest dragon in the world. The tension was always under the surface, but his claiming of Vhagar and the lost of his eye left a permanent division in the family. He still feels the affects of it to this day.
“If it does not, we will just have to remind them that everything happens in due time,” you squeeze his hand. “And lucky for them, they have the perfect father to guide them through it.”
His lips find yours, and he kisses you softly. You two exchanged whispered I love you’s before he sighs wistfully.
“Let’s get you and byka zaldrīzes to sleep.”

Rabbitt's monsterous October fics.

A photography contest prize is convincing enough to trespass on grounds that no one had ever returned from.
A/N: The first of my monster themed fics! I'll be posting one every week leading up to Halloween!
🎃🩸🍊🩸🎃
Autumn weather had shown its face again.
Yeah sure the rain sucks, but there's a beatury in the grey skies and orange trees.
There’s also a beauty in the way that grey atmosphere surrounded the large, abandoned mansion on the edge of town. It was every goth couple’s wedding venue, but it was completely off-limits. No one really knew why, all that was commonly known about the building is that whenever some college student was dared to cross the game and take a photo at the front door they never came back. No one really questioned it anymore and no one truly felt bad for any of the missing students. They were all warned from the first time they heard the scary children's tale about vampires that lived there, that held nothing but decorated truths about real, unsolved murders that still make it into the papers during every year’s first semester..
clearly the place isn’t abandoned, otherwise the fruit trees would have died off ages ago already but still, like clockwork there’s perfectly tended fruit trees on the land that separates the house and the large iron fence around it.
You knew this place was bad news. Literally.
So why the hell were you standing in front of the gate right now, ready to walk through it and risk your life? Oh, yeah. You wanted to win that crazy prize money that you would surely get if you got that perfectly timed and framed picture of the all black house under the cloudy grey evening sky, with the colorful fruit trees contrasting beautifully against the overall lack of color. The only issue was you needing to be on the property to not have the large iron and stone fence obstructing the view. You had asked people living nearby to let you take some pictures from their highest windows but none of them turned out even moderately okay.
With a deep, shaky breath you put your hand on the gate and gave it a push. From all the tales you picked up you learned there was never a lock on it and it was surprisingly easy to get onto the property which was super weird with how many people died there. You’d think cops would have put a huge lock on it by now but that didn’t seem the case.
You had found it to be very quiet during your stroll around the property, taking photos of the colorful trees and the details on the brick and iron fences. You had thought out the perfect angle for your photo and slowly made your way over to the low brick wall you'd have to hop onto to get it all in your shot.
Once on the wall you snapped an infinite amount of photos, different lenses and settings, slight shift in angles for more trees or better view of the sky, but you weren't satisfied yet. You wanted more detail shots of the house and its beautiful finishes. You made your route from the stained glass windows to the hand carved door, snapping photos with every step. At the door you noticed it was slightly ajar and spotting the most gorgeousstairway and tapestries through the thin gap luring you in. Looking through the camera lens you focused on the intricately carved wooden rails that twisted around the large set of stairs, adorned with perfectly maintained carpet, held up to the wood with polished brass rods.
You swore both of your memory cards would be filled by the time you were done with this place.
Making your way through the entrance hall you kneeled in front of a decorative side table to take some detail shots of the carved details on the leg.
You dropped you ass down on the carpet and laid the camera angeled in your lap to get the best shot. When you moved around to get up, placing your hand next to you for support your fingers grazed something and made you tumble backwards.
Looking up from your spot on the floor you were stared down by someone. "Why're you here?" A stern voice and expensive looking suit, a shiny, polished shoe pressed onto your chest to keep you down. You were dead. Officially. This is what all those horror stories were about. You tresspassed and were now going to die. Murdered by this insanely gorgeous looking man with only a large hint of psychopath in his eyes.
"Please let me leave- Y.. I'll leave the camera. No proof.. Please don't kill me?" Your pleas came out in hiccuped whines, panic clear all over your rigid body. He kneeled down, the pressure on your chest getting painful now. "Really now? You dun wanna get offed by the gorgeous man with the psychopath eyes?" His moustache twitched as his lips curled into a smirk, fangs on display for you to stare at in horror. He takes his foot off your chest and hauls you back up with no effort, holding you an inch away from him by the collar of your jacket. "You weren't stealing." He gives you a quick once-over. "Come."
You followed without a second thought. Your legs moving on their own.
He takes you up the large, winding stairs and through a set of double doors off to the side.
The room held a large bed, a set of two leather chairs and a sofa sat around a dark wooden coffee table that held two filled pitchers.
You inspected the liquids they held. One was clearly fruit juice, no doubt fresh from the trees outside. The onter one.. you saw it. Your could smell it, even over the strong fruity scent of the orher. You weren't even gonna think about this one's origin because it was clearly fresh as well..
The man soundlessly strides over to stand across from you on the other side of the table, placing two beautifully carved glasses down and pouring a glass of juice for you. “Drink,” he tells you. “Makes you taste so much sweeter.” It’s not even a suggestion. He tells you to drink and you drink. It’s unlike anything you ever tasted, fresh and sweet and you really wanted another glass. As if reading your mind the man was already pouring another glass.
“You’re lovin’ that a little too much huh, sweetheart.” He takes a seat next to you, taking the second empty glass from your hands. Your pouty face only made him more excited about finding you. It took next to nothing to keep you here. He barely even had to use his powers to make you follow him as you were intrigued already anyways. Even now with you sitting next to him. You could leave any second as he wasn’t keeping you under his control, but you didn’t.
Normally he’d feed his visitors some of his home grown fruits, drain their blood and leave the drained corpse for his brother to feast on, but this time he felt like that would be a waste. You genuinely seemed to enjoy being here, and what would be better than having a personal food supply walking around who seemed to love anything fruity?
“So tell me, what’s your name, love?”
You gave him your name and in exchange you were given his. “I’m tangerine. There’s someone else in here, his name is Lemon. You probably won’t see him anyways.” By the end of his sentence he had leaned in close, nuzzling your cheek and a hand on your chin. He turned you head to the side and moved lower, leaving a trail of kisses before finding your pulse point and sinking his fangs into your skin. You gasped as you felt he sharp sting, hand gripping the armrest and the other holding a tight grip on hi thigh that loosened with time. Soft sighs leaving you with every small suck to your neck.
By the time he had his fill you had relaxed into his side, your hand softly caressing his thigh as he licked over the puncture wounds at your throat. You snuggled against him some more, much to his surprise. “How are you feeling, dear?” You nodded against his chest. “M’good, thanks.” Slurring words indicated you needed a rest.
Picking you up and placing you onto his large, soft bed he sat beside you until you were sound asleep.
He’d have to go make some accommodations for a human in his home.

okay yes i know i have 800 wips i should be working on rn... HOWEVER i've had another plot bunny pop up and i'm subjecting all of you to it
so hear me out:
steve has an older half-sister from his mom's previous marriage (maybe divorced, maybe widowed, who cares not important rn). she's not that much older than him, but she left home for college and never looked back. she occasionally calls to check up on steve, especially around the time the upside down happens bc of everything in the news. they were never super close as kids, but they cared ab each other. she was the first person he called after starcourt, and she was also the first person (besides robin of course) that he came out to. she's always supported him no matter what.
they don't talk ab her very often tho. conversation usually stays on steve and how he's doing, how his friends are, what his life is like. he doesn't know much ab her life at the time, just that by the time fall of 1986 hits, she's graduated college and starting a career (what, i don't know. maybe teacher or literary publicist? something steve's dad wouldn't approve of)
and then things change. steve gets a call from his sister, and she asks if he can come visit for a while here in the next month or so. he asks questions. it takes her a bit to answer. finally, she rips off the bandage. she's pregnant. she doesn't think she's ready for a baby, but she still wants to be in their life. she knows steve loves kids, that he's always wanted to be a dad. she asks if he'll come up for the birth, and adopt her baby. she wants him to raise the kid, but she doesn't try to pressure him. she knows it's a big ask. she just wanted to offer. she says she'd feel better knowing they're in a good place, that they're loved. she knows he would be perfect.
steve is obviously shocked, and rightfully so. it came out of nowhere really. he hadn't known this whole time. he isn't sure what to say. his sister tells him to think on it. there's still a little bit of time before the due date. he agrees to at least come visit and be with her for the birth. he doesn't promise anything more than that. he isn't sure what he's going to do yet, just that he wants to be there to support her.
he talks to robin that night, sitting on the living room floor of the small house they rent. it isn't much, but it's home. he tells her everything his sister said. robin stays quiet the whole time. when he finishes, all she asks is, "what do you want to do?" steve doesn't know. he isn't sure he'd be ready to raise a child on his own. so robin offers to help.
they decide to coparent. they're both there when steve's niece is brought into the world, and they don't hesitate for even a second when signing the adoption papers and birth certificate. everyone lives happily ever after.
this is fully centered on platonic stobin, with maybe a dash of background steddie and buckingham bc i make my own rules. would potentially end up being a big blended family all living in one house and coparenting all of their children (yes more kids) together and everything works out.

Did the doctor say "triplets"?!🤭
‘Did the doctor say "triplets"?!’ Rose burst excitedly as Adrien and Marinette walked through the door of Alya and Nino’s home for their monthly Akuma Class (and friends) game day. ‘Oh, please let it be triplets!’
‘Wha-’ Marinette began.
‘No, I’m sure it’s twins,’ Mylène cut in, just as animatedly as Rose was.
‘Guys, it could be a single child,’ said Marc calmly.
‘Or quadruplets,’ Nathaniel suggested teasingly, earning him a playful elbow from Marc and a squeal of delight from the girls.
‘The real question is whether it’s a boy or a girl,’ interjected Kim.
‘And if there’s more than one, how many of which gender!’ added Ivan, looking over his shoulder. ‘Max?’
Max was sitting at the kitchen counter, paper everywhere, pen scribbling, and tapping away at the calculator. ‘Hang on. I’m almost done my calculations - Markov’s just getting me more information on their genetic history.’
‘How-’ Adrien started.
‘What about you, Alix?’ Luka prompted.
‘Hey, don’t look at me,’ Alix replied, holding her hands up by her head. ‘Even if I do know, I can’t tell you.’
Everyone grumbled at that.
‘Guys, what’s going on?’ Adrien asked, finally getting their friends’ attention.
‘We are speculating on the quantity and gender of yours and Marinette’s unborn child/children,’ Kagami informed them.
‘Right… and why now?’ questioned Marinette.
‘Because you two went to the doctors,’ answered Félix, as if that explained everything.
Marinette frowned and folded her arms. ‘And how did you find out we were at the doctors?’
Their friends went silent, but their eyes flickered, glanced, or even outright stared at Nino, who looked everywhere except at his best friends.
‘Seriously, Nino?’
Nino winced at Marinette’s unimpressed tone.
‘All I said was that you guys would be late because you had an appointment before coming over!’ he defended.
Marinette turned her gaze to Alya, who nodded.
‘It’s true,’ Alya confirmed. ‘They just took it and ran with it.’
‘But how could we not?’ piped up Socqueline. ‘We had our catch-up brunch pushed back to a late lunch because you weren’t feeling well, and when we did meet, you hardly touched the cold meats and cheeses like you normally would!’
‘Couldn’t that just be because she still wasn’t feeling well?’ Juleka muttered.
‘And Adrien has been super protective over you for the last few months,’ Zoe stated.
‘But isn’t that because of the threats she was getting from that competing designer from the competition held earlier this week?’ Sabrina asked curiously.
‘Geez, who’s side are you two on?’ Rose huffed petulantly at Juleka and Sabrina; the two merely shrugging in response.
‘Let’s just calm down, okay? We’ll tell you what happened,’ Adrien soothed, sharing a look with Marinette, and everyone settled down - even Max stopped his calculating and Markov stuck his head out of the study to listen in.
‘We went to the optometrist,’ Marinette began, and she could already see interest drop, ‘because Adrien wanted to make sure he wouldn’t need glasses like Gabriel did-‘
‘Booooooo! Gabriellll!’ came the predictable jeers from their friends. Ever since the truth was revealed about Adrien’s father, all their friends rallied around him in support, offering food, shelter and safe spaces for Adrien to find comfort in, which meant a lot to him.
‘-and we found out that Adrien’s vision is perfectly fine!’
Mutterings of how that was good news filled the room, but it was clearly not the content they were hoping for.
‘So that’s where we were this morning,’ Adrien said to their despondent crowd. ‘Oh, and we also visited Maman and Papa at the bakery to pick up the pastries for our meet-up, and to tell them they’ll be grandparents to a little boy in six months time.’
Marinette watched as their friends’ eyes widened when their words sunk in, and covered her ears and laughed at the chaos and screams of joy that exploded from their friends.

Question about your Teenage Mutant What Now AU!
Has Leo always just been in puberty blockers since forever? Because I'm assuming he never had a period in his life because, well, reptiles menstruation is laying eggs
Kinda! I've actually thought about this a lot because I had the same question and went back and forth on it for a while. tldr; Leo has been on puberty blockers for the past three+ years and has never had a full menstrual cycle, but he does menstruate rather than lay eggs, at least when he's under the effect of his bracelet. Further details abt Leo's trans experience and how the cloaking crystals work below!
Leo has been on puberty blockers since he turned twelve and went on them before he had his first period. As we've established, Yoshi just kind of discovered that Leo was afab when he put the cloaking bracelets on them for the first time and was like "fuck it I don't have the time to unpack this right now you're Leo and you're my son whatever lesgo," and that was just kinda that and everyone involved was always just down with Leo being Leo. Leo certainly never had a problem with it, and he never felt any desire to switch over to being a girl and would get pretty upset if anyone (such as teachers or other parents) suggested he may be female. As such, Yoshi has always just treated Leo as his son and is more than willing to defend him from anyone who ever questioned his identity. His brothers, likewise, have always been very defensive of Leo and quite frankly were usually confused as children if anyone tried to say Leo was their sister. 'Cause??? Like??? Literally no he's not??? He's always been our brother???
When Leo was around eleven Yoshi did sit him down to actually talk to him about it in-depth, like, 'I love you no matter what and I support your choices but we've never actually for-real talked about this and I wanna make sure this is something that you want and not just something that you went along with,' (Leo, of course, at that point doesn't realize WHY he 'came out as trans' when he was five, he just kind of figures that he must have made the decision to start presenting as masc and go by 'Leo' when he was very little and doesn't remember it now,) as well as discuss the option of puberty blockers with him and ask if that's something he wants. And Leo is 1000% like. YES, I'm sure I'm a boy and YES I want to go on puberty blockers so very much I've been dreading the concept of puberty for months now pleeeesssase let's do that. So... they do, and that's that!
(And Yoshi would have gone along with whatever Leo said, but internally he's like, OH THANK GOD, because he's also like ?!?! How tf would turtle puberty translate?! Would the cloaking crystals cover that??? Surely my son wouldn't lay FUCKING EGGS but holy shit what if he did and would I be morally obligated to warn him just in case--!?!)
I do think that the cloaking crystals cover menstruation, however. In this AU, the cloaking crystals (at least the ones the Hamatos have) do provide an active transforming effect rather than just a 'disguise.' I don't think it could really work otherwise! It's definitely not a 100% transformative effect, though, and their true biology still plays a major influence on them. (ie they get cold easily! They swim really well and can hold their breath for a long time! They're naturally more athletically inclined than most other kids and a lot hardier! etc. etc. etc.) but I don't think it would leave gaps as big as to let them lay eggs or anything like that, just like it doesn't allow them to shed their skin or to go into full brumation. It's also worth noting that they're turtle mutants, but they're not full turtles. They're half-human, too! So who's to say if Leo would lay eggs even if didn't have the cloaking crystals or the puberty blockers? He does end up having one little baby period right after he goes on blockers, which is not super uncommon, and is very dramatic about it, but April big-sisters him through it and he hasn't had any since. In the fic he is currently in the process of starting testosterone in the near future, which is something that will be discussed/explored in later chapters!

Hi are your requests open do you take requests if yes may I ask for this super specific idea if you could maybe do headcanons for it
Charlie, Lilith and Lucifer met Lucifers ex wife which Lucifer left for Lilith and she has changed alot her personality has gone from a shy submissive woman to a more independent and emotionally stronger woman (if you could maybe add the ex wife's daughter and son that are also Lucifer's which he did now about) could you make it angst and platonic thank you
Tumblr media
I do take requests! I just removed it from my bio because no one was requesting ha ha!
This is actually my first time doing one of these tbh, so I hope I did your request justice, and I hope you like it. Thanks for the ask!
I Was First (Lucifer x ExWife!reader- Platonic)
- You were Lucifer’s first wife, made alongside him in heaven
- He was always rambunctious and creative, while you stepped to the side and let him have his spotlight
- You two loved each other enough, at least enough to have two children together (a boy and a girl)
- Lucifer’s dreams were too wild for you to support, in your fear of going against the elders
- After the elders had made the first humans on Earth (Adam and Lilith), Lucifer told you that he was going to take a trip down there to see what it was like
- You agreed to wait for him, but he never returned. It was then when you were informed that both he and Lilith were banished to the dark pit of sin.
- You were certainly heartbroken, but you didn’t have time to be for too long as you had not only a job in Heaven to do, but two kids to care for. So, as time went on, you put on your big girl wings and took care of some business
- Eons have gone by and you decide that it’s might be time to take a visit down to Hell and show your kids their father
- Once arriving you knocked on their door, expecting to see your ex-husband, but the one who opened it was girl definitely taller than Lucifer, with long blonde hair in a ponytail.
- “Hello.” She said “I’m Charlie, nice to meet you. And you are?”
- “Who are you?” You ask her, “and where is Lucifer?”
- “He’s upstairs, and I’m his daughter.” Her smile is awkward
- “Charlie? Who’s at the door?” Came another voice. The person it belonged to, being an even taller demo was with cascading blonde hair and horns.
- Lilith. The woman your husband had left you for.
- You do you best to keep your anger in check, but when she goes to ask “Who are you?” You can’t help yourself
- “I’m Y/N. Lucifer’s wife and these are his children” you gesture to your son and daughter
- Nothing could compare to the horror and disgust on both Lilith and Charlie’s faces
- So naturally you all want to talk to Lucifer
- Lucifer’s eyes practically pop out of his head when he sees all 5 of you sitting together
- Both of his wives are not happy
- You both speak at the same time. “Lucifer, who is this?” & “Were you ever planning on coming back to see your children?”
- Lucifer is dumbfounded for a while, literally stunned into silence
- It’s not that he’d forgotten about you, just that he’d gotten swept up in other things
- “I’d like you all to know, that whatever happens. These are his children, and they deserve to see their father” you assert to the group
- (Mostly Lilith, as she is staring daggers your way)
- Lucifer explains to Lilith that you were made for him, the same way she was made for Adam, and he had kids with you before he met her.
- And then turns to explain to you how he never meant to abandon you, but he just fell so hard for Lilith, and before he knew it, they were banished here, and he wasn’t allowed to come back and explain it all to you.
- You were all disappointed in him, but at least glad that he owned up to his mistakes.
- Though it wasn’t ideal for anybody, you all agreed on one thing, these kids deserve a father
- So you agreed that you and your children would live with Lucifer and Lilith, to get to know their dad, their new stepmom and their younger sister.
- It may not be conventional, but it’s the best solution they could agree on

This...got super long and to be clear nothing I have experienced nor will ever experience will come close to the horrors that Palestinians are facing right now. I just need to say that and make that clear, but these are just things I've been wanting to say for a while now.
Just a thought that came to my head, but I remember arguing with lots of liberals before about how I don't really support the idea that people shouldn't be able to say anything they want (except obviously spreading misinformation especially if you're in certain professions), even hate speech not because I ever want to hear hate speech, but because I can't trust any government to decide what hate speech is, and I was told to give an example
I remember at the time saying "what if one day, me speaking about Palestine starts to become classified as antisemitism or terrorism?"
I was told that was silly and would "obviously never happen" (I didn't believe them and called them naive at the time)
well....looking at certain countries right now, trying to ban Palestinian flags, ban common Palestinian/muslim sayings, ban any peaceful protest in favour of Palestine, even looking at imprisoning/fining people etc.... is kind of just proving my point.
Like most of us don't feel included or part of any western communities even if we're lived here our whole lives for so many reasons and it almost always boils down to us being Arabs/muslim.
can't speak for non Arabs and non muslims, but a lot of us feel this way.
seeing how fighting for the people who need it the most (2000+ Palestinians have been killed. 800 of them being children. 45 families completely wiped out, entire bloodlines, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, cousins, children, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, etc....like this is actual genocide. their entire family tree has been completely wiped form existence) is being banned or branded as "terrorism", or we're losing our jobs, or we're being silenced, like it says a lot about theses countries and the governments that run them.
They tried to suspend humanitarian aid to innocent people of Gaza for the love of God!! Thank God there were 5 decent countries who voted no!
Israel gets away with every goddamn crime and ANY "condemnation" of any warcrime it commits is just talk, while they continue to aid and support it.
How am I supposed to trust these governments, and MY government to decide what's acceptable and what's not when I know that during the most critical moments that matter the most, they won't be on our side, and they'll side with oppressors because they themselves are just that? That the little I can actually do for Palestine and any other country could be completely taken away?
These are "democratic" countries by the way, or they're supposed to be, and sure we can challenge all these things but there are things even we can't do. the onslaught of propaganda shared everywhere by the same news stations that refuse to invite Palestinians (and refuse to air the few times they do) and refuse to fact check their content, or report on what's actually happening in Gaza, can't really be stopped. We can do our best to spread what's actually happening, and to correct false information, but the damages have been done.
And its getting harder and harder to hear form the people of Gaza because of the bombs, cut of electricity, cut off internet access, and also, you know, the fact that the people sharing news are being killed one by one.
There's also many social media platforms completely erasing anything about Palestine. suspending our accounts and hiding our posts. I can't believe I'm saying this but maybe it's a good thing Elon Musk took over twitter because at least I've been able to talk about Palestine as much as possible without nay censoring and I'm still able to. Palestinians are still able to share their stories and the reality yon there. And sin't that crazy? Elon musk is kind of doing something right???
And you know something else? Israel killed one of their own journalists, and those people weren't able to properly report on it. They couldn't directly say it was Israel that killed one of their own workers. Like....its crazy (and they're cowards). Israel also killed 12 UN workers.
That crime is not making as many headlines as the fake stuff did. Those "journalists" and "reporters" who repeated false information (that resulted in far too many people believing them and suddenly being okay with genocide) are still working. they still have a job and they're still out there spreading more propaganda.
this post isn't well written because I'm just putting out my thoughts and what I've witnessed but to make one thing clear, I won't ever silence my voice or allow anyone to silence my voice when it comes to something like this, and i'm not afraid of what they'll do, but isn't so fucked that I could actually lose my job and have trouble finding another one for supporting the oppressed? Like isn't that just..disgusting?
Like what's that supposed to tell me other than majority of western countries are against us? It's not exactly surprising because I've known this, but everyone being VERY open about it is kind of tough to witness ngl.
Like this is not a complicated issue. if you have any morals and you're not biased against Palestinians/arabs/muslims already, then this is a very clearcut case. Israel is an apartheid state. Israel is and has been committing genocide and ethnic cleansing for literal decades and its been doing it long before Hamas came into the picture. Israel's war crimes and treatment of Palestinians is the reason Hamas even exists in the first place. you can condemn Hamas while also recognising that Israelis have no right to that land and that nothing justifies their never ending crimes. Palestinians are demanding for their rights ot live, be citizens, have rights and freedoms, and have their land that was brutally taken from them. None of those things are unreasonable.
You know what is unreasonable? the world deciding Israel is suddenly gonna be a thing and expecting Palestinians to just be okay with it. You know what is unreasonable? Palestinians being painted as the bad guys for "not wanting to share" when they literally shouldn't have to (especially because of the obvious scams of all those "treaties" and "agreements" that all gave every benefit to Israel)
Like the whole world literally let this happen and supported it and cheered for it. Some stayed silent but are showing their real colours (which those of us who haven't been blind have already seen) now.
We've got girls crying about how "they want to kill us T-T" at a university campus because people were protesting in support of Palestine, while a six year old boy was killed in his own home for being Palestinian. In the same country.
We've got celebs talk about how scared THEY are while 800 Palestinian children have been murdered.
We've got celebs posting "pray for Israel" while using pictures of Gaza in ruins or Palestinian children looking at rockets in the sky.
It's insane.
We had a protest for Palestine the other day. People were telling us to go back to our country. They were telling Palestinians to go back to their country.
....that's....that's what they want? Like we're very much aware of how much we're not wanted here just to be clear, and Palestinians across the damn globe would do ANYTHING to be able to go live in their homeland. except they can't. Israel won't let them. That's part of what we're fighting for. Any jewish person can go get a citizenship easily in Israel (even if they've never stepped foot in the country and none of their ancestors had either) but people who were born in Palestine or who's family owns property there can't get it in at all. It's absolute insanity.
I'm not sure how to end this but on every level this has been horrific. But despite that, the propaganda, the genocide, the threats, the whole world being against us, that's not gonna stop us from fighting for the oppressed and standing up for them. It's not gonna stop us from going out into the streets and no words can explain the bravery of everyone who continues to stand with Palestine but especially to the Palestinians who continue fighting and resisting (despite everything they've been through). Continuing to use our voices, donating, protesting etc... is the absolute least we can do and its our responsibility. and I truly, from the bottom of my heart wish the absolute worst for everyone who disagree with this. Like you guys are gonna pay for it. Maybe not today maybe not for many years maybe only in the afterlife (because I do believe in it) but it's gonna happen and every Israeli supporter or zionist is gonna deserve every second of it.
If you're silent, if you try to throw the "two sides" bs, and if you try to act like Palestine and Israel are in any way equal, you're included in this.
You're part of the problem.
Silence is compliance.
And screw every government that supports Israel in any way. Screw the double standards, the hypocrisy and the absolute cruelty towards innocent Palestinians.
I can't speak for everyone else but no matter what happens moving forwards, I'm never gonna forget this and I'm never gonna forgive.
I'm gonna keep trying to do everything possible which unfortunately is not much and thats frustrating on every level but I'm gonna keep doing it. feel free to unfollow/block me, but I'm not gonna stay silent about this ever. and I'm not gonna entertain any bigot or zionists either. it's gonna be a straight up block.
my asks are open, and my page is currently full of information, this site is as well, but I'm not gonna entertain those who clearly care very little bout genocide, because if you haven't opened your eyes by now, I doubt anything I say will change that. you're welcome to go through my blog or send me a polite ask (can't promise I'll get to it right away but I'll try) but I'm not tolerating pointless arguments that are basically me just repeating that Palestinian people deserve to live in their own country with all their rights and freedoms while the other person disagrees. I prefer not to argue with those who are depraved.

So, a post with a series of great reblogs came across my feed today -- here — regarding two concepts that are often discussed in fandom: Daddy Dean and Spoiled Sam (in a non-kinky way).
It's funny that this post came across my feed today because l've been thinking about Sam and Dean's childhoods a lot lately and how their different experiences, or perspectives, have shape who they are and how they express their emotions as adults. To start, I wanted to comment on these specific ideas that seem to pop up in fandom so often: Selfless Parent Dean and Selfish Spoiled Sam.
Tumblr media
This one got long (shocking, I know), so if you’re interested, please do read on under the cut.
Dean: The Selfness Parent?
Do I think Dean was given too much responsibility, at a way too young age? Yes. Do I think Dean, even as a child, would have died to protect Sam? Yes. Do I think Dean's protectiveness over and love for Sam are two of his best qualities? Yes. Do I think Dean's influence contributed to the man Sam became? Yes. Do I think Dean did both some pretty general level (Lucky Charms, anyone?) and extraordinary sacrifices (giving up a chance to start over at the boy's home because he saw Sam in the car) for Sam? I do. Do I think this makes Dean the one who raised Sam, entirely on his own, acting as both a mother and a father to Sam? Kind of … there was also this other guy around who they called Dad (however absent he might have been, he still was a fixture in their lives). Do I think Dean could also have a quick temper (“Don’t you ever talk about mom, ever!”, be insensitive, and even neglectful (Sam developing Clown fears at Plucky's) at times. Yes. Do I think Dean could also be irresponsible (losing food money on gambling)? Yep. Do I think this makes Dean a bad person, or even a bad brother? No. He was just a kid himself.
So, this is where I balk at the reading of Dean as Sam's "real", selfless, supportive father, or mother stand in. Even at the time of Season 1 and 2, which were peak seasons for supportive and empathetic Dean, for me, he can still be a dick. Children and teenagers who grew up to be amazing people can even start out as jerks. So, I don’t understand where this idea of a perfect father-figure Dean comes in, especially when he wasn’t even a perfect father figure to Ben as an adult (snapping at him, pushing him and smacking him in times of peak danger). He was Sam’s protector, absolutely, but not this super-human provider of protection, and giver of affection and cuddles, that some fans insist on seeing him as. Dean, despite his heroism, bravery and love for Sam, is still a flawed character. And that’s okay. He was a brave and protective kid in a difficult situation, but he wasn’t perfect. When we woobify Dean, we miss out on the complete character and who he actually is, good and bad.
Tumblr media
Sam: The Spoiled Selfish Brat?
Do I think that Sam almost come off as a little bit callous regarding his family when we first meet him? Yes. When the show begins, do I think Sam is maybe a bit arogant and ignorant to some of the things Dean did for him growing up? Yes. But, do I totally blame him for the latter? No, because he wasn’t told much by Dean or John, and he was a child when a lot of things happened. Does the fact that Dean started hunting at a younger age, and didn’t tell Sam about it at first, make Sam sheltered? Yes and no. I would argue that he’s been more sheltered than Dean regarding hunting, but he also begins hunting when he’s pretty little. In "just my Imagination" we see that Sam gets permission to joint John and Dean on his first hunt (by taking a bus alone, no less) when he’s 9. Even if Sam was more often the research guy than the actively hunting guy, he was still exposed to a lot of crazy crap and lived in near constant fear for himself, his brother and his dad. The fact that Dean started hunting before Sam also suggests that Sam spent more time fully alone than Dean did, not to mention, a lot of the time, Dean liked hunting and thought it was cool, and he did it with his dad who he idolized. So, while Sam was physically safer, more removed from the action, he also didn’t get the perceived "perks" (it feels weird to call them that) that Dean had, or to be with his family as often. So, do I think Sam is selfish for leaving a dangerous situation, where he was often lonely, to go away to school? Um, no. Do I blame Sam for feeling differently about family than Dean when he was also often the odd man out? Nope. We know that when there was family turmoil, Dean usually sided with John or at least appeared to (Dean himself says this a couple times). Finally, do I think Sam is spoiled or selfish for leaving his family at 18 (like many young adults do around the world) to get an education, on a full-ride scholarship that he somehow earned despite their crazy lifestyle, and escape a literally life-threatening mission and turbulent home life. Yeah, no. Do I feel bad for Dean who desperately wants his family to stay together? Absolutely, I sympathize more with him than Sam at first in the show. However, I think a lot of the things people hate on Sam for are actually pretty understandable or justified in the early seasons. So, it’s just as damaging to vilify Sam as it is to woobify Dean because we miss so much important detail about the characters. The same is true of the reverse, woobifying Sam and vilifying Dean, but I just don’t see that as often in this fandom.
Tumblr media
The Winchester Family Experience: Dean vs Sam's Perspectives
So, another thing that I think gets ignored a lot is just how different Sam and Dean's early, early years are. Dean had almost five years of "normal" family life (Dean being born in January and Mary being killed in November of his forth year around the sun). That’s a tragically short amount of time with his family being whole, but Dean did know safety, comfort, love and affection in his earliest years, and those things leave impressions. In the opening scene of the pilot, we see an adorable little Dean kissing his baby brother goodnight, and getting affection from both parents, and even a hug from a comparatively soft John. In Contrast, what were Sam's earliest years like? From the time that Sam would be old enough to remember, all he knew was that he had no mom, but wasn’t allowed to talk about her. He had an older brother that he looked up to and who watched over him, but who was keeping secrets from him. And he had a grief and revenge fueled father who barked orders, was gone a lot of the time and who seemingly only ever hugged him in fearful relief as a child (from what we see as an audience), not in casual affection. Sam had no foundation of safety, or comfort. So, is it any wonder that he can’t see family, or their family, in the same way Dean does? The fact that Dean had that time to bond with John, and got to experience some softness does matter because, even though he had more responsibility thrust on his shoulders than Sam, he also had an earned connection with his dad, and at least some warm memories to fall back on.
Tumblr media
Saying "I Love You"
I think it’s interesting how their different early childhood experiences, potentially as well as their temperaments, not only shaped who they are as people, but their ability to express emotions. In this case, I’m going to focus in on verbally expressing love in particular because this post Is getting very long.
Dean says "I love you" to a heaven Memory!Mary in "Dark Side of the Moon." He also tells a Mary inside her own head that he loves and hates her. He says, "I love you for trying," when Sam is begging him not to lock himself up in a metal box at the bottom of the ocean with Micheal locked up in his head. He says, "I love you, too" to John when he’s about to disappear in "Lebanon." And finally, he says "I love you … so much" to Sam in "Carry On." Dean's 'I love yous" are few and far between, but he can say it, and he only says it to his I’m immediate family. (Unless I’m missing someone.). It’s not like I think people have to say it all the time, and those words can be hard to say for a lot of people (myself included), but he CAN say them directly to the people he loves.
Tumblr media
Sam says "I love you" to a Hellucination!Jess and to his mom's grave stone. Also, I believe he says it to Mary on the phone once? He says, "You’re my brother, and I still love ya" to Dean in "Sam, Interrupted." Can we count it if he’s tripping balls on medication and he says "ya" instead of "you"? Well, I’m going to. He also tells Dean, "We all love you," which I half-count because he lumped other people into his declaration. Sam does tell a young John that he loves his dad ("The Song Remains the Same”), but John doesn’t know he’s talking about him at the time, so it’s not entirely a direct declaration. And, I think, that’s it. So, does the fact that Sam says it less directly to his immediate family mean he doesn't love them? No, obviously. But, I think it’s interesting that the brother who had no memory of "happy family" (I know things weren't actually perfect with John and Mary) is the one who seems to have a harder time saying "I love you" directly, and with his full chest, to family. This sort of tells me that a) Sam, by nature has a harder time expressing deep emotion or b) Sam didn’t hear it much, or ever even, as a little kid, so it’s hard for him to say the words, especially directly.
Tumblr media
So, why did I go down the "I love you" rabbit hole? Well, I think it has some merit in the whole Dean is Selfness and was a martyr vs Sam was selfish and spoiled debate. It also shows how close both brothers keep the verbal expression of that feeling to themselves. Obviously, both brothers are bigger on show than tell in terms of expressing love. Selling your soul or potentially dooming the world for each other tends to get the message across.
Tumblr media
In short, both brothers are selfless and selfish at times, and both are flawed but heroic. If we stan one brother so hard that we refuse to see their faults while constantly vilifying the other, we miss all the nuance in the story. It’s really a disservice to ourselves to woobify characters, not in the harmless, "Sam/Dean Winchester has never done anything wrong in his life. End post" kind of way, but in the "This charter is perfect and only did good things, and never hurt anyone who didn’t deserve it, and … and … and" kind of way.
Anyway, if anyone made it this far, thank you for coming along with me on my bumpy rambling road of thought on this. If I missed any "I love yous" from Sam or Dean, or if you’d like to chime in on the topic, I’d love to hear it.

hi!!!!! can I ask for Ashlynn and Hunter hcs? I really love ur hcs for the characters and would love to hear ur takes on them!!!!
Ashlynn Ella Headcanons
Her full name is Ashlynn Lynae Ella.
Ashlynn transitioned at a very young age (around 5 or 6). Her parents were super supportive and felt it didn’t matter if Cinderella was a prince or princess.
She is a complete workaholic. She needs to constantly be doing something or she feels lazy and useless.
She has a habit of falling asleep by fireplaces. Her parents tried to make her stop, but she just can’t help it. It’s too cozy.
Briar totally knows Ashlynn is trans. Them being roommates makes it obvious, but Ash came out to Briar when they were still kids. Briar didn’t understand it at first, but she’s a supportive friend nonetheless and accepts Ashlynn for who she is.
Conversely, Ashlynn didn’t come out to Apple until some time after True Hearts Day. In her mind, if Apple couldn’t accept that she and Hunter were together, how in Ever After could she possibly accept her as a trans woman? Apple does eventually come around to support her friend.
She’s a pushover and she knows it. She will take on whatever her friends and even enemies ask of her because she doesn’t want people to hate her. She believes she has to constantly prove her right to exist by being useful.
She loves sports. While she’s not super athletic like Cerise, she is active in Bookball and, later, Dragon Games. She loves coming up with new strategies and designing team uniforms.
She’s not great with babies or small children. She doesn’t hate them; she just has no experience with them and has no idea what to do.
That being said, she does not want children. Not only would she be a less than decent mother, but becoming a mother would mean dying prematurely.
She is the only one who finds glass shoes comfortable.
She prefers colder weather, specifically in autumn.
Out of her and Briar, she is the closest with Crystal. They kept the most contact after going their separate ways and they follow each other on Insta-Grimm. But, like with her stepsisters, Ashlynn will let Crystal walk all over her.
Ashlynn is struggling to come to terms with what she wants. She wants a life with Hunter and she believes he is the only one to truly understand her. But she knows she has to fulfill Farrah’s part of their destiny to keep Farrah alive. She hopes to find a workaround in her story so everyone can be happy and safe.
The relationship with her (future) stepsisters is complicated. They pick on her and walk all over her, but they do it because they have to. And, Ashlynn more than understands that they want something better for themselves.
While she mostly associates with other Royals, she also enjoys talking with Rosabella and Nina Thumbell because of their views on animal rights and the environment.
She loves up-cycling old clothes from thrift shops.
She doesn’t like pumpkin as much as everyone thinks she does. She actually prefers carrot-based foods like carrot juice and carrot cake.
Ashlynn knows her destined prince is actually Dexter. She actively avoids Dexter for this reason, which is a bit awkward because he’s roommates with Hunter. She’s never told Hunter about this because she doesn’t want to upset him or ruin his and Dexter’s friendship.

Do you have any plans for Moth Flight in your au? I always felt like she had a lot of potential, but her super edition…. Oh it’s bad. God forbid a disabled, young, single mom try to raise children and have a job at the same time. Too bad there was no one to help her when things got stressful, like you know, her clanmates… No women should have a job and children at the same time ever again.
If it wasn’t obvious that was sarcasm, Moth Flight’s story has awful implications. But! In BB Clerics Not being allowed to have kits wasn’t a law until the Ripple Era, it used to just be a personal vow and was a bit taboo. So I’m interested in of Moth Flight still had something to do with the creation of the vow itself? And just in general if you have any plans to fix her story or if you’re just throwing the whole thing out. (Which would be completely understandable.) I just think there IS potential there in her story, especially in BB where the Clerics Vow is actually ACKNOWLEDGED to not make sense and be bad. It could be interesting for the idea to rise from such a hyper specific, awful situation. The Clans having altered her story so much over the years that it went from the truth, “the first Cleric was a young, single mother of four, trying to raise her children while morning her husband and convincing the other Clans that they needed Clerics. The odds were against her.” To the perfect, Cleric’s Vow supporting lie, “the first Cleric had kits. She was unable to balance raising them and caring for her Clanmates. She taught the Clans a valuable lesson, a Clerics first and only duty should be healing and worshiping StarClan. Kits only get in the way of that duty.”
Idk, I just feel like there’s still an interesting story to tell somewhere through all of Moth Flight’s super edition’s bs. In the hands of a better writer who doesn’t ACTUALLY believe that Moth Flight’s genuinely tragic life means that all women who have jobs can never have children or get married again.
There's HUUGE overhauls here. I spoke about it eons ago during the last wave where I was discussing my changes to BB!DOTC, but let me give you the fragments thus far.
It's VERY different. Get ready for Moth Flight to be a completely different character.
MOTH FLIGHT'S VOW
She is no longer the child of Wind Runner. In fact...
She's the daughter of Wind Runner's shitty ex, Branch
Moth's other dad is Cloud Flight (prev. Cloud Spots). Since the Great Battle, Cloud has been wandering between the 5 groups as a sort of traveling doctor. It's a lot of work, there's only him and Dapple and an overwhelming amount of cats who need his skilled paws
So Moth Flight has always been a bit detached from people. I want her to actually have ADHD this time around, instead of it vanishing when it isn't convenient.
She kind of has Military Base Kid energy, hopping place to place with unresolved mental health issues. She probably bites ppl because I love weird girls
"papas can i bring my leeches" "honey no"
Cloud really wanted to train her to be a Medic the way he is, but... she has to learn how to do it her own way.
Branch doesn't help he's a goof and mostly interested in playing games with his baby.
I want to portray Branch as someone who's flighty, not another example of "before the Tribe cats came we were uncivilized heathens without society"
I also don't like his original narrative purpose to give Wind Runner trust issues that don't matter. If she had trust issues, what exactly was all that "please let me join ur group" about??
BB!Wind Runner is a breakaway from the River Kingdom, and the leader of the loosely united Moor cats. She created the Wind Coalition and is its intense, notoriously ruthless leader
So something eventually calls Cloud to do his work for the Wind Coalition
Branch: *SWEATS*
Cloud Flight: "..............branch. what did you Do"
Branch: "youre not allowed to be mad at me"
Cloud Flight: "tell me what you did and then we'll see if im mad at you"
The take might be controversial, but I do like the way that Windstar has problems with Moth Flight for no reason. I wanted to preserve it while removing it being yet another case of motherly child neglect, and more of a case of Wind Runner holding unfair grudges. I think it's good drama
Moth Flight's love of nature, herbs, and the natural world eventually prompts her to follow a Hairstreak Butterfly to the Moonstone. It leads her through the winding tunnels, a path that only Clerics will know how to navigate in the future, to the shimmering chamber in the middle.
Through her special connection to StarClan, drawing off the early cultural view of their ancestors as nature spirits (the fact that they are star spirits is a Park Cat contribution and all 5 leaders have their lives by this point), Moth Flight is able to come into her own as a holy speaker and healer. She begins to blur the line between holiness and healing, marked by how Clanmew has only one word for both concepts.
Hairstreak Butterflies also become known as a "herald" type of butterfly. I could get into the linguistics of this, but the old Tribemew word for moth/butterfly becomes the Clanmew word for sacred butterflies.
Micah is not supremely important anymore, but he's there. He doesn't become a healer in MFV, he's just Moth's mate.
But things begin to go wrong when her kittens are born.
All four children are born with a high connection to StarClan, just like their mother.
She takes it on herself to train them, as Cloud Flight had done with her, wiser from understanding that they would learn in their own ways.
Dapple and Cloud Flight never have this connection to star spirits, and they're growing old. Cloud is ready to retire, Dapple dies in some way before she's able to train a replacement
It begins to cause panic in the groups. It was bad with only two healers, but now everything is stretched even thinner.
SkyClan, notoriously violent, is the first to make the move. Skystar was not above the practice of Kit Stealing, taking Misty's kittens and giving them to Petal Claw for her loyalty ages ago.
Kit Stealing wouldn't become common until the creation of the Law of Loyalty, which is only a few years away, but it did exist before then.
They want a Mothkin kitten.
The Wind Coalition, of course, moves to fight and protect them. They call on ThunderClan, who can usually be relied upon
ThunderClan's request... they also want a Mothkin kitten. They need doctors too.
The River Kingdom and ShadowClan are also moving to take a kitten
EVERYONE needs a doctor, and they will fight and kill to get one. They all begin to realize... if they don't separate, there will be blood. People they love will die, and they'll be ripped apart anyway
Moth Flight, seeing this, BURNING with sorrow and fury at the violence of the Clans but knowing there is no other option, tells her children to make her a promise.
"That there will be no Mothkin after you. That you will never take a mate, or give your kidnappers more children. That you will remember that they were willing to kill their own families to steal you, and that you will be loyal the pursuit of life, virtue, and your sacred ability to heal above the cruel commands of the treacherous Clans."
Having accepted this, the family calls for an end to the fighting. Each child chooses a Clan to go to, and has their name changed.
ThunderClan: Spider Flight -> Spider Flight (no change)
SkyClan: Honey Flight -> Honey Pelt
RiverClan: Bubble Flight -> Bubbling Stream
ShadowClan: Blue Flight -> Blue Whisker
They're being shuffled based on which Clan they go to because it always bothered me that their names don't match their Clans, and also Spider Paw going to RiverClan when he has a phobia of water is insulting and I said no
So, TL;DR, this is a completely different story because DOTC is the one arc that I don't value "fixing." It needs a complete overhaul, imo.
This one would take place after Thunderstar's Justice, which immediately follows the First Battle. In terms of timeline, first is Hollyleaf's Century, 30 years later BB!DOTC begins and lasts several years, a few months after the First Battle begins Thunderstar's Justice, and then Moth Flight's Vow follows a year later.

Your head canons are just what I’ve been looking for 🥺 I love the way you write about Shane and Sebastian especially! I’d love to see more Haley HC if you wouldn’t mind 💞
Thank you so much Anon! You’re so sweet! 😭
I’m happy you enjoy my headcanons! And I’ll happily write some Haley for you!
Again, like most of my headcanons, these are in no particular order! I do hope you enjoy! <3
Tumblr media
Some General Haley Headcanons! <333
Okay, Haley is always made up to be completely rotten to her core, but she isn’t at all! I actually believe she’s very sweet, and gets tooth rotting sweet when it comes to you!
She loves you very, very much. She will make sure you and everyone knows it, and she has no shame in it!
With that said, I think she is perfectly comfortable with PDA, and probably encourages it. But if you’re uncomfortable with PDA, she won’t be mad in any degree. She’s more then happy to give you all her love when the two of you get home! <33
She likes to make sure you feel loved, albeit with a bit of teasing from her end. She takes in whatever love language most relates to you, and works her magic with it.
You feel more loved with physical touch? Well, come over here honey!
You like words of affirmation? She feels a bit flustered to say it out loud sometimes in a super lovey dovey way, but she doesn’t mind getting flushed up just to see you smile.
You want gifts? Have some pictures she took just because she thought you’d like them!
Speaking of photos, she most definitely has a scrapbook of your sweetest moments with her, and has a few albums for certain things and holidays, or like your wedding for example! If you two have children, she’ll have an album dedicated to them!
“Look at this one! Do you like the way it looks honey?”
She likes to be praised by you, or supported in any condition, so expect her to often approach you after taking photos, or starting or committing to another passion.
Also, yes, she would most definitely use some sweet nicknames for you, and honey is certainly one of them.
She doesn’t admit it out-loud too often, but she loves her sister Emily dearly. She often visits her after moving out.
And Emily is the best sister-in-law and Aunt! Expect you, and maybe kids if you have any, to be spoiled rotten.
And Alex is also in the same boat as Emily, being Haley’s best friend for the longest time.
Both like to tease Haley just how soft she is for you without realizing it, since, before you came into the valley, she was known as a little bit blunt and brutal. This gets her pretty flustered.
“D-Don’t make a big deal out of it! Y/n’s just… T-They’re just…!”
As mentioned, she gets a bit more flustered putting her feelings for you into words, so she often ends up in such a flushed up state she just stops talking, or she goes to you, pouting over how Emily and Alex just won’t leave her alone.
Unrelated, but if anyone ever said anything mean to you, hurt you in any way, or even try to even make a single passive aggressive comment, Haley will be on them, almost like a rabid dog.
She’d definitely fight someone for you, or chew them out and completely destroy any points they were trying to make. Most people end up in tears after Haley gets mad at them, so don’t be shocked if a person trying to pick a fight with you starts crying because your wife insulted their hairline or something.
She also would get jealous, but not in the way people usually write jealousy. She trusts you won’t do anything, but gets pouty and mad when people try to flirt or get touchy with you. Expect her to usually pull you away from that person, or express her frustration directly to that person for flirting with someone who’s taken.
But she’s obviously not mad at you! After a confrontation like that, she would check to make sure you’re okay too. She’d then shower you with her own love as you two walk home.
Also, she prefers to cuddle you. I have the firm belief she is a big spoon, but does end up wanting to be cuddled up with you at moments when she may be frustrated or pouting, or maybe when she’s in a super sentimental mood.
She enjoys taking care of you when you come home. She likes to cook you a nice dinner, or maybe turn on the bath for you if you want one.
But if you come back home from the mines in a bad state, or someone bring you home, she is a bit frustrated. She is a bit mad at you, but just because she was so worried.
“You better not come home like that again! Do you have any idea how worried I was?”
She understands you have to go back for your reasons, but she doesn’t want you to constantly come home like that.
But, like I said, she isn’t mad. Just very worried :((
At the end of the day, Haley really loves you, and is very firm but outwardly loving. You will never feel unloved with her, and she’ll make sure of that. <3

can you write something about the reader and jack getting into a fight while he’s on tour? the reader is really frustrated cause they’re at home, working and raising the kids. they feel super stressed and they don’t have much help, so they take it out on jack.
Don't Shut Me Out
Tumblr media
“Oh and then-”
“That’s great Jack” you said in a dry tone interrupting him while he was telling you about some exciting thing that happened while on tour.
He immediately noticed your change of demeanor, even while talking on the phone.
“You seem off, what’s wrong?”
“Nothing’s wrong”
“Y/N, you know you can tell me everything, right?”
“Yeah”
“Babe c’mon-“
“WOULD YOU DROP IT JACK, I SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE” you snapped.
Silence took over the other line.
Then, that’s when Y/N started silently sobbing at the other line of the phone.
The truth was that everything was far from fine. Y/N has been struggling for a while and she had now reached a point where she wasn’t able to hide it anymore.
When Y/N got pregnant with your first child, Aitana; Jack didn’t think it twice before putting his whole career on hold to be with her every step of the way, wanting to be present as much as possible. It was a dream. And she was so appreciative of having such a supporting partner by her side. Then two years later, came baby #2, Safiya Harlow.
The first three months were difficult but she managed to work through it. But the problem lay in the fact that Y/N was in denial that she was struggling emotionally with all of this, and when the opportunity for Jack to resume his career, she didn’t think twice before encouraging him to go and tour the world.
During the time he spent with Y/N during both of her pregnancies, he felt more inspired than ever and took all the time he needed to make music without worrying about a deadline or pressure from his label. By the time his second child was born, he had already released two albums without any plans to promote them. Somehow, both albums charted at #10 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
Y/N knew deep down Jack missed touring, so she convinced him to tour again. And after talking about it though he agreed to do so, but only in cities nearby as he didn’t want to be so far away from home. Not long after he left, things started to get difficult again. The constant cries from Safiya every time you were out in public, made you consider staying home forever; and dealing with chaotic mornings after being sleep deprived for days while dealing with Safiya sleeping routine. It was all getting too much.
After she calmed down from crying, she told him everything.
“Why didn’t you tell me all of this?”
“Because I didn’t want you to think I was a bad mom”
“Hey, hey. Don’t say that. It's not easy dealing with two children. It's not bad to admit you need help. I’ll make some arrangements and go back home”
“What about your tour?”
“I’ll talk to the team and we’ll just reschedule some dates, so I’ll have more time apart to be home for a while. I'll also talk to my parents so they can check on you if you need help”
At that moment you exhaled a breath you didn’t know you were holding as for the first time in weeks you felt relieved.
