New cosplay skill in progress! I helped @septic-skele set up her 3D printer, and made a little Oscar for my Godzilla figure. He deserves it.

3D printing is fun and we already learned how to troubleshoot some stuff (because apparently half of 3D printing is tinkering and fixing things, as I've heard at several convention panels on the subject, but never fully appreciated until today)

I found the Oscar file on thingiverse, modified it a little using tinkercad, and then sliced it using cura. That was a whole learning process as well

guys it turns out she CAN stand on her own, look at her omg 🥺🥺

i should also preface that i changed the size of the stand, it was initially 11cm, which is absolutely HUGE for what is supposedly a 9cm figure, & even now as a 9cm diameter stand, i still feel like i'm really pushing it (the stand is & has been 8mm in height though)
